This is a little gem of a place. The food is amazing, there are lots of choices, and the couple that runs it are very attentive. I need to go back again to try more things! I particularly like the Mediterranean/Middle Eastern dishes.

Such a lovely surprise! My family visited for the first time this evening, and the experience was great. The entrees are huge and can easily be shared. Everyone enjoyed the food, and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely return. (This would also be a great place to go just for dessert. Lots of fun options to try!)

Fantastic food and ambiance! Excellent, polite, service! The food menu has tremendous variety that can be a little intimidating at first, but our server (Sarah) was excellent at guiding my wife and I through it. The setting is on the smaller side, but my wife and I loved everything about our time here. Photos are for the lamb chops and lamb kebab as it came out to us. We also ordered a carrot cake and passion fruit cake. Awesome presentation of the food and the meat was hot and tender. This was one of the best dining experiences we have had in a very long time and we will definitely visit again! Don’t miss this one!

Absolutely delicious! The ravioli is very well done. I especially love the limoncello cake, it's light and not too heavy on the stomach. Salad is fresh, nothing bad on it. I'm really glad I found this place for my date. I'd definitely come back in the future. They even were mice enough to take off the cake, so we didn't have to pay for it.

Great service! The waitress kept making sure if we were okay if we needed anything and was very nice. The food was absolutely delicious and beautiful and the decor made me feel fancy!

Dallas really needed this! The fresh mango shake.. the flavor packed in each explosive bite of our dinner. The ingredients totally speak for themselves. Worth the price and if anyone says otherwise they probably stay in the 4 items for 4 dollars lane!

This was a professionally and intentionally way to fool customers off the money. Chocolate fondant sold @$6.99 was completely frozen when I took a fork and tried to pull out a slice. The slimy melted icing was really nasty. So they give you pick up order knowing that you are going to drive off with this frozen dessert and they will get away with it. Disgusting lamb kebab was also microwaved from cooked frozen and they did not even care to unfold pieces of it. It was still folded in chunks.You can always tell whether your food is freshly grilled or if it was thawn in a microwave. Disgusting. $30 that I spent on was a total waist. They fooled me. I would never go there again.

Bought a gyro which was carry out to me in car. Worst gyro ever. Look like dog food. Won't ever go back to that place. The gyro look like dog food

Wonderful little spot in Dallas. Our favorites are the Eggplant Stack, the Rice and Lentils, Tuscan Beans, Lamb kabob or lamb chops. The Pomegranate Italian Soda is light and refreshing. The desserts are wonderful. Even the coffee is good.

The food is AMAZING! It’s so authentic and fresh and everything was delicious. You can tell that the Chef treats cooking like an art form, each element crafted with care. Excellent portion sizes and it came out SO fast. It’s a small, intimate space that was designed with intention. A great date night spot. This is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at in the Acworth/Kennesaw/Dallas area. Well worth the 26 minute drive. We will definitely be coming again!

The food was disgusting! Taste like it was made 2 days ago and recooked! It stinks in their like mildew or something rotten!!!! And we we was led to our table,we asked our waitress if she can have it cleaned before we sat down -she was very rude and said and I quote” it’s not my job to clean it” and walked away! ,I would never and I mean I WOULD NEVER come to a place that is disgusting and rude!!! I really home the owner/manager sees this review and consider it highly!! It would be in “Their” best interest if they change how that place is managed!————THIS MESSAGE WAS A TEST!!! I never been to this place, but just to tell you, they would put random reply back!!!!! They truly never take care of their customers

Excellent food with a huge selection of Mediterranean cuisine. I love that it was quiet and they have a dress code. It’s hard to find quiet restaurants these days where you can have a conversation. We will be back to try several more things on the menu.

Chicken Masala is absolutely delicious I eat from here at least twice a week. Definitely worth the money. The lambchops are very good as well.

UPDATE: Strawberry cheesecake is fantastic! Also tried ceasar salads and coconut shrimp this time. The food is so good. Incredible! Fine dining at a reasonable price. I love truly authentic Mediterranean cuisine. The service is wonderful, but the food is truly exquisite. There isn’t anything like this around, and is a refreshing change from all the chain stores and low budget food options around. My wife and I loved it and will be back.

Our family frequents The Bistro Grill. Since opening two years ago they have consistently offered quality dishes that one only finds up north. But what you do not often find is the personal service. The owner participates in every facet of the business. It is obvious to us the staff care and go over and above just serving guests. We are grateful for the dress code. We are grateful for the cleanliness, the good Jazz. We support this restaurant because we want it to remain open and flourish. There is lots of parking. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful. I love the relaxing music that really gives it a welcoming feel. The people who work there are so nice and the food is amazing and cooked to perfection. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars.

Little restaurant in shopping plaza. Very small and dark. Rude staff. Sign out front says no work clothes, flip flops, athletic wear, hats, tank tops, and not recommended for people under 16. Drove 30 minutes to the restaurant to turn around and go somewhere else. My money is better spent somewhere else. Have ate here before and the food was hit or miss. Lamb was good, other stuff was ok. Expensive. No parking. I agree with others that the owner is rude and has a poor attitude toward customers.

I ordered eight menu items for my family . I inquired about the ingredients in the falafel and hummus because It did not taste like mediterranean food as advertised.I wanted to know what was I feeding my family. They advertised as Mediterranean and I am a true Mediterranean from the Middle East. Hummus is an Arabic word for chickpeas it tasted more like potato and sugar. And the falafel Wasn’t falafel it was too crispy to bite into. After I contacted the delivery service and they handled my concern, the owner text me claiming he was too busy and he couldn’t hear me when he certainly did and avoided my question. Not to mention it was overly priced but I thought I was getting quality food. Also make sure when you bite into their meats blood isn’t dripping from it. It was my first time and last time ordering from them. I won’t be back!

The food is disgusting and it’s spoiled and the the meat is not cooked right and and the hummus is not real hummus it’s not made of chickpeas in fava bean and The food is spoiled is disgusting. It doesn’t taste good. The sauce is spoiled. The meat is undercooked. The tabouli is old The and taste of the rice is hard, no flavor not at all and there’s blood in the meat and no spices at all

Really enjoyed this place. Food was great- fresh, tasty and prompt. Service was excellent and I can't say enough about the friendliness. Even the music was perfect for the vibe. The only I would suggest is a few pieces of art or splashes of color as the space is small. Other than that, I will definitely return and recommend

This was my first time here at this restaurant I usually go to the store next door for my laptop. The service was amazing, we were treating with respect. Sarah our server was so nice she made us feel like we belonged. Most higher class restaurants tend to make me feel suffocated and like I'm not allowed there. I appreciate her for treating us nicely without judging looks. I highly recommend this restaurant. The food and everything was amazing.

Absolutely stunning food, so delicious and amazing!

We had lunch today and I was very surprised that there are only six tables.One of our servers was outstanding while the other was condescending. The food was good but I was surprised that they didn’t serve lemons, sweetener or sauce (ketchup ranch or steak sauce) maybe I have the wrong expectations but they are mine and the owner of this restaurant has his/hers. I will not be recommending this restaurant as I did not have a good experience.

Truly a hidden treasure! We stumbled upon The Bistro Grill completely by chance and it was absolutely amazing. This is definitely a low key, grown up establishment. Its small, quiet and intimate. The food was out of this world! We had the lobster ravioli and the lamb kabob meal. The flavors were just incredible. All of the ingredients work perfectly together and enhanced each other. The service was also top notch and what the industry needs to get back. This meal is definitely in our top 5! Thank you for such an awesome experience.

The best Gyro I have ever had. Wish I found this place sooner. Especially since it is so close to home! Oddly small dining room, but the food is excellent.

We ordered online chicken masala and Thai mango chicken. The ordering process was seamless and our food was ready for pickup fresh and hot. The food was delicious and will be ordering again in the future.

A spectacular find. I ordered the lamb kebab, which was amazing, as well as coffee and dessert, which was also superb. They offered a very wide selection of delicious-looking meals to choose from and portions were very generous. Our server was also very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going here again.

Went in to celebrate my mom and my sister for her birthday. We called ahead of time to make sure they had space for 4 people. the lady that answered the phone said yes they had enough space. when we got there the owner came out and said we couldn’t because all tables were full and then also gave us a ugly look because we weren’t dressed appropriately. We usually order online so we didn’t know they had a dress code. He was worried about how we looked like when he looked like edward scissor hands. crazy hair, emotionless , pretty much no will to live and also not dressed appropriately. you might be the owner but if you look like you just ran 5 miles - dont have a dress code. will not order food from here again. only because he was very judgmental about our looks. my mom was wearing a nice floral dress, i was wearing a pink dress , my sister was wearing nice dress shorts with black top & my brother was wearing nice pants with collard tshirt.

I’ve only done take out but the food is delicious every time. I’m from the northeast where Mediterranean food is plentiful but until Bistro there were no options worth ordering. So glad to have this place near by!

Food was authentic and delicious!! The dim dining area is a shoebox. Ie; cramped! The manager was rude because I wore a t-shirt into his establishment. I was the only black person there and it felt like it. They allegedly "allowed" me and mom to stay, "but next time pls" came with the permission to eat! I guess the waitress adopted the owners energy and didn't Crack a smile, although she did for the other 3 (white guests' tables she was serving) the whole time. Got a smile when we were leaving though. Came back a week later with a Button Up shirt, just to get the same energy from management! The food is amazing, the people and atmosphere, NOT SO MUCH! Don't let the fact that this eloquent cuisine restaurant is located at the end of a strip mall. Get yourself in here and get a finely prepared meal. Nothing comes close in this area.

Absolutely amazing experience! My mother and I stopped here tonight for Friday dinner. The owner and wait staff were warm and gracious hosts. We tried the Thai Chicken and the Chicken Kabab Dinner and the food was fantastic. Flavorful, large portions, and quick service. This is an must-stop in the area where there aren't a lot of local options. Not only were they able to accommodate my allergies, but they have plenty of options for different palettes and tastes. Vegan and gluten-free friendly, which is extremely rare in this area!!! Can't wait to eat here again.

Are these reviews being paid for or family and friends giving these reviews 🤔??? Twice now I have ordered and gotten cheated on a good food experience. Lasagna was thrown away after one bite, totally inedible Masala was served with all rice and barely any chicken Masala Ordered hummus, supposed to be the large version and received the same amount I ordered last time as a side I wish I received the food all these other reviews got!

I hope you don’t need to use the restroom, if you have a To go order, only for dining in guests. Not very friendly or accommodating to paying customers.

Went tonight with my family, walked in with my husband and 2 young kids and was greeted by a gentleman who asked are you here for take out? We replied with, no we’re here to eat and have 2 more adults meeting us. The gentleman continued to say a bit rudely we don’t have any menu for kids which we already knew as we looked at the menu online ahead of time. Both my kids are adventurous eaters as well as all the adults so we weren’t worried. We were told that a table would have to be put together which wasnt a problem we didnt mind waiting but come to find out there was only 1 other table occupied. Music was pretty loud and when asked to turn down a bit the gentleman said it’s up louder as when we’re busy it helps to give people privacy although again there was only 1 other table occupied. Food was good and came out quickly and female server was very nice and attentive. But when my in-laws stated they were splitting a meal when ordering gentleman was again a bit rude when an additional plate was requested. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go again but if we did we would order pickup only as the gentleman was off putting.

I've ordered from here 2 times and have yet to be disappointed. I'll try to take photos of the food as it smells so good when it's at the table. Will be back many more times!

Love this place! Their lamb and gyro meat are our favorites. The service is great too-when I order to go, the young lady at the front has kindly brought my food out to my car. So glad to have this hidden gem in our area.

The food was absolutely incredible. In a town surrounded by Mexican restaurants, pizza shacks, and Wendy’s LOL the food here is incredible. 10/10!. Reminds me of Rumi’s kitchen in Atlanta. This area needs more restaurants like this. Good mix of Persian, Mediterranean, etc.

Gyro San is always fresh and incomparable to any gyros in a 30 mile radius. Love their lamb chops. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like. I usually don’t order dessert but it’s a must have at the Bistro Grill. Prices are lower than what I expected with the quality and authenticity. Hidden gem.

So many good things to say about this place…. We picked this place for a date night not knowing what to expect, and this place definitely exceeded the expectations.Food was amazing,the service was outstanding and the vibes were on the romantic/chill side. On the pricier side but portion size makes up for it! Definitely coming back to this place with my family.Highly recommend.

I had the bacon wrapped shrimp, the caeser salad and the mixed grill and the carrot cake. The vibe/service is super romantic. Jazz, dim lighting, fresh flowers on every table. The only thing that was a bit awkward was the screen in the dining room showing pictures of the food. There are are already helpful photos in the menu, so I think the photos on the screen might be doing too much, especially since the guest has already committed to sitting down and eating at that point. The quality of the food was exceptional. The presentation was beautiful. The portions were generous. The service was impeccable. I will definitely return, but maybe for takeout because the dining experience is more of a date night experience as opposed to grabbing a quick casual bite to eat with little kids.

This place is a hidden gem! From service to food from beginning to end I could not recommend this place enough! The hummus was amazing and you can really tell that everything is homemade.

Very tasty food, service was great but the place is just too tight, not many seating options and my table was too close to the bathroom, the place felt like an alley, I would suggest more a to go experience and not eating there. Food was great, pricey but very good.

The food was decent just not seasoned well. There is .99 cent charge for every glass of filtered water and there is fee for any extra little sauces or dressings. There is also a fee to use your credit card. The little extra charges were unnecessary. That was disappointing. The service was however good. As we were leaving the restaurant, the owner came out to speak with us about our experience, and instead of simply hearing our concerns, he basically justified them and told us that the business gets good reviews and nobody complains about what we complained about so it came off as in it really didn’t matter. I don’t understand the reason for an owner or manager speaking with the customer if it’s not going to be either an apology, or to hear the customer’s concerns, and simply thank them for coming. Instead he wanted to defensively go back and forth about our experience. That was definitely not the thing to do.

When here for the first time on the recommendation of a friend as we like Mediterranean style food and was really pleasantly surprised. They serve a wide variety of Mediterranean food and combine it with other cultures such as Thai and even some things such as marsala so it's not strictly a Mediterranean restaurant but the food is good the services excellent. It's really great to see a nice restaurant like this open out here as far as it is as we really need some nicer restaurants and I wish them the very best we'll go back

Randomly picked it for lunch. Very unassuming place, tucked in next to a karate studio and a vape shop. Wasn't expecting much, to be honest. We were very pleasantly surprised, though. Immediately upon walking in, it was obvious that it wasn't a typical strip mall restaurant. Small, but nice atmosphere. The hostess/waitress was incredibly professional, polite, and pleasant. The prices were higher than we were expecting for lunch, but pretty much in line with everywhere else right now. And for the price, the portions were very generous. The food was excellent....I had a Greek salad with lamb meat which was fresh and very flavorful. We also tried their gyro wraps and the meat was far better than your typical mall food court fare. Everything was really very good. I'm glad we found this place and we will be back.

My husband and I stumbled across this restaurant on Grub hub and decided to drive in to give them a try instead of ordering on the app. I must say that we are so happy to have found this authentic spot in Dallas. The food and service is absolutely amazing !! Perfectly seasoned and noticeably fresh ingredients. Your taste buds will be in heaven. The Bistro has gained 2 new loyal customers :)

Wow! I’m in shock that this place didn’t have a line out the door. The food is Soooooooooo GOOD! Flavor upon flavor. Real genuine dishes. You can tell they put a lot of care into the dishes they make and their service. Our waitress was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and her suggestions were amazing. I pray pray pray you all continue to patronize this place and support them so that they can remain in our neighborhood. So good!

We were looking to enjoy something different but Dallas has very little to offer. We came across this restaurant after 5 minutes of googling what was around and saw the reviews. The reviews were very much accurate!!! The food and service was amazing. The Bacon wrapped shrimp I could eat all day long. I also tried the Sultan and the lamb chops. Did not disappoint one bit. Definitely enough for leftovers. I poured the juice from the plate into my to go box lol Everything is packed with flavor. the Strawberry cream and Mango cream drinks were awesome and made fresh. Had no room for dessert but will definitely try next time I go. All they are missing is some wine from the menu and bit more marketing and this place will definitely take off. A must go!!!

Food was good. Gyro was tasty. Wife had falafel. Too crunchy. Worst thing is they charged for water, and the refill. .99 is not a big deal, but $40 for 2 people is a bit high, and the food od so-so.

The best Mediterranean food we've had! The tables were set with fresh cut flowers, which was a lovely touch. I ordered the Lamb Pop, Caprese, and Strawberry Cream drink. My husband and 7yr old had the Mixed Kabob Plate and Open Gyro. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned with generous portions! We had the pleasure of being served by the owner, who was both attentive and enthusiastic. While there isn't a kids menu, the portions are large enough to share. We will absolutely be adding this to our favs!!
