No wait to be seated on a Saturday afternoon. Prices are reasonable, service was good. Pancakes, bacon and biscuit are awesome.

Had breakfast omelette and bacon with sliced tomatoes. Food has no flavor. Won’t go back!

My husband had pancakes and I had 2 scrambler eggs, home fries with onions, bacon and rye toast which was filling and delicious. Will definitely go back for breakfast and try lunch some time soon.

Easily one of the best country fried steaks I have ever had. Hand made to order, hand breaded, fresh meat. Big portion size. Wait staff was super friendly and courteous. Inside was a bit small but it was very clean. Definitely coming back! You can tell the quality before you even take a bite.

I drive all the way from Fruitland Park,FL to eat at the Diner. Best fried green tomatoes around and they give you A LOT of food. Well worth the price.

First visit was awesome! Loved to see server's that help out each other's tables, we had multiple ladies come to ask if we needed anything else and to top off our coffee.The smell of home cooking and a clean setting gets you when you fist walk in. Reminds you of sitting down at your grandparents house on a weekend and enjoying that down home country cooking!! Definitely will be back to try more dishes, I had eggs cornbeef hash home fries and a biscuit...and the price was very decent 13$ for a nice size plate of food and coffee. These types of places are gems and I'm glad I discovered it!!

First time here but won't be the last. I wanted to try the pork tenderloin sandwich, having heard about it on Facebook. The sandwich did not disappoint. Staff were friendly. Food came out quickly.

We have always had amazing food and service there. We go at least once a week. In 3 years, I have never had a bad meal. They remember our regular meals and drinks.

The diner is a small cozy place to have breakfast and lunch. They have a pretty extensive menu for the size of the restaurant. And there are times you may have to wait briefly before finding a place to sit. One of the things that makes the diner special is that you're seated close to other diners and everybody's friendly and chats with you, and it's a very home-like experience.

Best little hometown feel and food. Nobody knows a stranger here once you sit at a table. Look forward to coming here very often.

Everything was great wish it was closer to Lake Panasoffkee , I guess it's good it isn't! Give them a try you won't be sorry.

Small town Diner, always a great experience. The waitress are always friendly and they work hard. I love their omelettes and hash browns with onions so that is what I usually get. Portions are a filling size.

If I could eat here everyday I would- First time visit on a Sunday morning. As busy as it was, from seat to eat was only about 15 minutes. Western Omelette, absolutely delicious. Hashbrowns, cooked perfectly, not rafted in a pond of grease, hot and crispy. Sausage egg and cheese croissant was excellent. Lightly crisp, flakey croissant, fluffy folded egg with tasty seasoned sausage and melted cheddar. Flapjacks were awesome, kids gobbled them up in 2 minutes. And the home fried taters and onions were Amazing. Hat tip to the kitchen! The entire staff was super friendly and on point. They really run this establishment well, and obviously take pride in serving their customers really good food, not an unhappy patron did I see. The Diner is well worth a detour if your in the area!

Good place great staff. Just doesn't open until 6:30 to cater to the elderly so it gets packed full of penny pinching snowbird's and that's to late if you like to fish on the weekends but if you're old or don't get up early on the weekends it's a recommended place.

One of those small roadside places that can't be passed by. Just great food and service and friendly locals to talk with.

The Diner is a little place in Floral City, with big flavor. The staff is extremely friendly, the cooks in the back even catch your eye from the peep hole smile and wave. The food is well seasoned and always hot. Kim the owner is always making some kind of yummy fresh baked good. Cobbler, chocolate sheet cake, strawberry and cheese danish, pumpkin crunch donuts. It's an all around great place to eat. I give them 10 thumbs up. The Sisters!

We've been coming to The Diner for years now for (mostly) breakfast and (sometimes) lunch. Food is always SUPER fast and on point. Don't pass up the hashbrown casserole! Staff are incredibly friendly and always check up on you to make sure everything's good or if you need more coffee. Only couple bad experiences over the years we've had here were due to other customers shouting about religion and/or politics for the whole place to hear while everyone else is just trying to have a nice meal. Can't fix that kind of stupid in this area though and it sure isn't the Diner's fault. Prices are extremely fair for the quality of food you receive. Definitely our favorite place for breakfast!

Cute little joint for some typical American/diner-style breakfast and lunch. The staff was warm, inviting, and attentive. Water tasted a bit weird, maybe something wrong with the tap they got it through? Definitely good small-town vibes.

Great little hometown diner. It was busy, you may have to wait, you may sit next to strangers, but everyone was friendly and the food was great.

It's small and obviously a local favorite. Everyone knew everyone. Hamburger was a hand made patty not a pre-formed one. Cooked and seasoned well. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Truly what you would expect.
