Wow, has this place gone downhill. The staff used to be so passionate and now it is like they just don’t care anymore. I can’t put my finger on what is so different, but it just isn’t worth it anymore.

I Come here often with friends and coworkers! Nice place to have a meeting or set up a computer and do work (lots of plug space available). We love making charcuterie boards and getting crafty with Iced teas! Such a cool vibe! If you like mimosas try the strawberry orange mimosa, it's delicious.

Great they serve alcohol and say they have charcuterie board and sandwiches. However, the sandwiches are grab and go style like what you pick up at a gas station. The charcuterie board is prepackaged over processed shelf-stable meat loaded with sodium, much like a slim jim.The cheese is tiny prepackaged selfstable. Each of these are in small single sever size. No nut, olives or fruit. The, I believe tuna salad sandwich was more of a soggy mistery meat. Given the location one would think what they serve would be a little more classy. It's a shame because the location and interior design says it could bring so much more. My guess is the people running this Juniper Store have no idea what they are doing. Oh, they have a cute section of art and gifts that consume nearly half they square footage. We asked a few question about the wine selection and the lady had no clue how to even describe the wine selection. Again, seems the staff have no clue.

This place is a vibe. Everytime I vist friends in Ocala we always have to stop here. The coffee is great and the store is cute.

Warm welcoming place to enjoy with friends. You can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, glass of wine or beer. And look at all the amazing handcrafts they have for sale. Don't know which side I enjoy more!

This place is wonderful! If you love beer, you have to go here. They have the best on tap. They have a cooler of craft beer if you want more of a selection. They have coffee, cheese, pastries to enjoy. And you can get some gift shopping done. HIGHLY recommend!

This place used to be an absolute must for me for morning coffees and a cold beer at the end of a long day, but Juniper didn’t just go downhill- it face planted. The welcoming faces are gone, in fact, the new staff doesn’t seem to be trained at….anything. The decor has changed and lacks its original charm. And the everything looks more like a flea market booth than the cute boutique vibe it used to have. Juniper is off the list!

Would not recommend! I used to frequent this place, months ago. Travel has taken me away, but I recently went in. ALL the character of this establishment is gone. It appears that there has been some sort of change as the beautiful pastels are missing from the wall. They were always such a nice touch to the store. I asked some questions on the types of beer they were offering and to my surprise they had ZERO knowledge I’m not certain how you run a store without knowledge on the beverages you are serving.

I've been wanting to stop into this store since it opened, finally today I did and it did not disappoint! I needed end of the school year gifts for my daughter's teachers and they had a wide collection of local artisan crafts and local foods, for every price range. what a fabulous store- filled with eclectic, artistic, and local gifts. Will definitely be back to support this amazing and thoughtful store. p.s. they also have a wine/beer bar!

Coffee was yummy but $7 for a very small amount of it is crazy, i finished it about 5 mins down the road. Bar tender was not super friendly but the items in the shop were nice. Pretty pricey still

Craft beer on tap, no food so to speak, chips, cheese, dips like the kind you pick up in grocery stores. This place is like a Cracker Barrel gift area. Had an "internet cafe" feel, not a general store.

I came here to do some writing and my creativity gears engaged each other and before you know it, my wheels were turning, turning, turning and I got a lot done. My book will be done in time thanks partly to the Juniper General Store and its artist's atmosphere..

Magnificent wines by the glass from Spain. A beer fountain with names that smell like holidays. And the must, remains the coffee which is divine!

I had the most wonderful time at Juniper General Store in Ocala, FL. The coffee was simply divine, and Desi, the barista, was absolutely fabulous! The rich and delicious coffee left me craving for more, and Desi’s warm and friendly service made the visit even more memorable. I can’t wait to return for another delightful coffee experience. Five stars all the way! Highly recommended!

Fun place to shop! The cold box has great cheeses, etc and we love their beer and wine selections. Staff is courteous and welcoming.

Amazing and unique spot to hang out. Their vibe and top notch service will make you come back for sure. They have a nice selection of craft beers and they're dog friendly which is a plus for me. One thing that caught my attention was how clean the bathroom was, they truly care about their appearance as a business. Will go back to try their coffee and who knows? ..... more beer?

The cutest store/bar you will ever go to!! We love going to the Juniper General Store every time we visit Ocala. This store is a must visit if you are in Ocala. They have great beer, the cutest local handmade items and the owners are so sweet. If you go to Juniper, check out the wall paper in the bathrooms, it’s hysterical. The men can sit and have a beer while the women shop!! This is my favorite place to stop in Ocala!!

Such a wonderful local gem. Travis behind the bar makes great espresso drinks and they’ve always got an interesting rotation of beer on tap. The general store is very cute and cozy with some great knick-knacks and household items. It’s always an enjoyable experience.

Love this friendly little neighborhood “store”; where they know your fave beer and pour it before you sit down. Fun place to run into familiar friendly faces; grab a few yummy treats from their cooler or counter to nosh while you try a new IPA or blonde or Pinot Noir. Super dog friendly with a comfy sofa, drink a latte and have a cookie area also; and a gift shop full of local artisan items and foods. A total win to have this nearby!

Nice people, nice atmosphere, lots of Florida-made crafts (quality, not tacky). A relaxing stop for coffee or a beer. Close to the World Equestrian Center.

Great ambiance, Coffee & local craft beers and local artison local made gifts. Do wish they has some food to order, even muffins or scones. You can purchase some things out of the refrigerator cases and eat them there.

I visited the store during the Kiss the Horse fundraising event for the Marion County Literacy Council. Very nice setup and friendly staff. Will visit again soon!

Quaint and chill little place in a strip mall. The ambience and decor is more than enough to welcome you. However, the staff here are beyond phenomenal, knowledgeable and welcoming. Travis helped us at the bar and he is awesome. We came for coffee, but ended up staying for a couple of craft beers and some good conversation! Highly recommend.

Beyond adorable place. Great selections of wine, beer, coffees. Fantastic collection of gifts. Wish there was some way to get notifications of classes they give without having to be bothered with facebook.

Amazing little place with an awesome selection of craft beers on tap and an excellent wine menu. Its a great place to shop for localy made crafts of all kinds as well. Every thing from hand made jewelry to hot sauces. Spending time and money here is a great way to support local small businesses. The service is amazing as well. We'll definitely be back!!

This is a beautiful space with attention to detail. The atmosphere is wonderful with the gorgeous fixtures and warm colors. I couldn’t stop starting at the bar top! You can definitely see the love and personal investment put into creating the perfect environment to enjoy a range of beverages including a solid craft beer selection, wine and coffee. This general store also has lovely items from local artisans. Simply amazing.

I am sooo excited to see a place like this in Ocala. It has a great vibe and ambience, the sort of place to hang out over drinks whether they be beer, wine or coffee. The location is great, just minutes from the World Equestrian Center. I'm looking forward to having a new watering hole.

Couldn’t say enough good things about the Juniper General Store. They have the best coffee Ocala has to offer, an ever changing craft beer selection, a recherché Spanish wine collection, and wonderful retail offerings that will be sure to satisfy your shopping indulgences. The owners and staff are delightful and always willing offer a helping hand. Another huge bonus is they are dog friendly. Be sure to give them a try.

We are new to the area and were looking for a pet friendly place to relax and access wifi while waiting to move into our apartment. When we walked in, the ladies were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they doted on our pup. They offered us a variety of drinks and helped us get situated. As others came in, they walked around to make sure that everyone was able to find what they needed. The space is clean and nice. I highly recommend Juniper General Store and can't wait to go back!

Definitely a great little place to hang and have some great snacks. I was in town for 3 days and came here 3 times. Staff and owners and very pleasant. Love all the little local art stuff they sell. If you drive through Ocala definitely worth the stop.

A gem! Great, warm, chill vibe. Excellent beer and wine selection. Grab some smoked blue and sausage from their offering and create your own charcuterie to eat. Will be returning many times!!!
