Nice servings! Good tasting ice cream.

Great ice cream spot. Had the banana split and it was really good. Don’t sleep on the waffle cone/soft serve combination, it’s really really good.

This ice cream place was the bomb! They have an excellent selection of ice cream. We had 6 different flavors, and they were all super delicious. Don't be discouraged by a big line; they are very quick. You won't regret the little wait. Their prices were pretty standard. We can't wait to go back.

This is a wonderful ice cream stand! It resembles the ones from the 1950s - 1970s and has such attention to detail with their freshly made ice cream and 30+ toppings. I got the small soft serve in the twist flavor, and it was a good sweetness without being too overwhelming. Unfortunately I have not tried the rest of the menu, but rest assured I will return when I am in Navarre again!

Best ice cream at the beach! So many flavors to choose from. They also had other menu items that sounded delicious. It was very hard to choose. We even got a pint to go one night and enjoyed it at our condo. The service was quick and friendly, bathroom was very clean. Will go back next vacation for sure!

I had the following: - Snikerlicous add peanut butter cups - let’s go bananas ( has peanut butter cookie and brownie bites in it) - add peanuts - Twix something - add peanuts. Each one was 🙌🏼🙌🏼❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🥇🥇🥇 10/10 Go there. Eat it. Be happy.

Great ice cream! Friendly staff!

Great little ice cream place. They made their banana splits a little different, they slice up the banana in the bottom of the tray, then top it with a scoop of chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry, with chocolate syrup, strawberry topping, pineapple, whip cream, crushed nuts, and a cherry, the old fashioned way. We'll be here a few more days and we will be back.

The ice cream was so good and cheap. The raspberry truffle was the best ice cream I've had in a while! The guy working there was very nice and friendly. Will definitely be back when we return!!

The Twist Custom Ice Cream in Navarre, FL is a very cute local ice cream shop. They have been in Navarre for decades and have a wide variety of flavors and options. The shop has amazing covered seating and simply great family-friendly vibes! The service is also fast and friendly!

A rare... Fun find .. bring the family.. bring your friends... Loved it.. second time... Driving thru.. we will stop by each time!!!! Back again. .Everytime we are in town.... Cherries N Cream on a choc nut waffle cone.. Delightful❣️

Best tasting ice cream at the beach

The employees at the window were WONDERFUL— kind and helpful and very patient. The ice cream was great and at a great price. Would recommend this over any of the more expensive fancy ice cream places. Just an awesome experience

Was not impressed with this place at all. The banana split was just ok. The strawberry topping isn't real strawberries in juice, but a thick, sweet glaze like pie filling. The brownie for the brownie sundae was awful. It was just a piece of fudge basically. I expected better from the reviews. Maybe the hand dipped flavors in cones make up for the bad banana split and brownie sundae.

Second time to visit. We really like this ice cream. Today I had the Toffee ice cream and the dulce de leche cheese cake flavors. They were both excellent. I definitely recommend trying them!

We've been coming here for a few years now and have loved seeing their growth and progress. However, I was a little disappointed this last time we went when I asked to sample the non-dairy option, I was told they don’t do samples. Being Non-dairy is new for me and I really didn't want to spend the money if it wasn’t good. Thankfully it was ok, but I may just go down the road to the new place that lets you sample their flavors and has more dairy free options. Didn’t want to give less stars, because we really have enjoyed them over the years, just disappointed is all.

We came back to the shop again! Still delicious as ever! I get the same flavors every time I go. This is probably the fourth visit here! I always get the Smurf, and if I'm feeling it, I get the garbage can ice cream or a coffee one. I don't remember the name of that one, but it has caramel chunks that are covered with chocolate, caramel swirl, and a coffee flavor to it. I thoroughly love all flavors, but I love these specifically. The morning of the day I was going to the twist, I had read some pretty bad experiences, and I've never had that problem. Especially attitude. The workers there have great attitudes every time I go. The ice cream never melted instantly, even in high temps or humidity. I also never had a problem with the wait. It was extremely quick, and they even tried to match my sisters and I's color changing spoons with the color of our ice cream! The atmosphere is as great as always. I can definitely say no bad complaints from me!

The ice cream they sell here is nothing short of awesome. No matter what flavor you're into it's good. I am going to have to try one of their banana splits. I usually get two scoops in a cup. They do have cones.

My wife and I had decided to go to The Twist because it is close to our house. We go out for ice cream about twice a week. It was a weekday and there was no line I went up and looked at what they had to offer. I wanted to try two different flavors so I asked if I could please have a sample of each, I was told we don’t do samples. Since I was not familiar with their ice cream or their flavors, we decided to go to a regular ice cream shoppe that evening. I would not recommend the twist due to rudeness and the attitude of the server. We spent our $15 at one of their competitors so they lost all the way around and I would suggest they change their attitude. I would understand if they were busy and there’s a line that was not the case.

They had a good dairy-free flavor!

Nice local business. Nothing fancy or outstanding nor is it a negative experience either. Yes it’s going be little pricy for two scopes and two cones, but that’s how Ice cream shops stay in business. I’d recommend!

Update: Decided to give this a 2nd try. There was no one in line & we waited 6-7mins for someone to come to the window. Ordered a small soft served cone. Which was melting significantly as soon as it was handed to me & literally half the cone was melted by the time I walked to the car (on a 70⁰ day). The ice cream was raining onto the ground, the napkin was completely saturdated.... I threw it away. Something must've been wrong with the machine.. but needless to say, I wasn't very impressed the 2nd time around 🥲 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Running promo this weekend for 25% off. Refused to honor it at window bc it “wasn’t mentioned before paying”… despite the fact that the card hadn’t been ran yet. What the heck? The worst part was how rude & nasty she was about it though. Almost like she was offended that we asked for the promotion. We are new to the area and we’re excited about supporting a small business. We’re unlikely to return. Ice cream was mediocre.

$8.00 for 2 small cones!! I had a small soft served twist, was about an inch of ice cream on top of cone. It didn't even go to the bottom of a cake cone. What a disappointment. Won't be going back.

All 3 flavors of ice cream we tried was delicious

This ice cream place is just okay with average ice cream, cheap parking lot atmosphere, and questionble service. Nothing special. They don't offer taste samples, but I tried some of my family members choices, and the taste was just average. The portions are small and overpriced. The waffle cones look and taste like they are mass produced but they charge an undeserved premium for them. Seating is outdoors and uncomfortable. Usually, local ice cream joints are better than the national chains, but not in this case. Everything about this place is mediocre. If you're looking for something special, keep looking.

It was ok.. They wanted $30 for a half gallon of ice cream. I'm glad we didn't buy that. Ice cream is mediocre. As my kids would say, "it was basic"

The young lady that helped us was fantastic. Not impressed with the sundaes, ice cream was melted when it was served and hot fudge just wasnt very good, then it clumped up in the melted ice cream . 😣

A classic ice cream shop and unique experience

The ice cream is decent, however, when you walk up to the window all you get is a list of their flavors with a brief description of each. You can’t see what any of them look like and unlike most ice cream shops, they will not give you a taste sample of any flavor..I ordered a flavor that turned out to be disappointing and had I been able to sample it, I would not have picked it.

Went today with my grandson, we literally got 3 small scoops of ice cream and paid $17. What a complete rip-off! Pay close attention to what you are ordering!!! SO NOT WORTH IT!! Buyer beware!!

Update! Best of the best, great ice cream shop with tons of flavors! 🤤 Update 3/24/23 My wife and I got a cone with one scoop, a cup with two scoops, that’s it, nine dollars? WTH, and they weren’t even full scoops. I wonder what happened, went from the best place in my opinion to the worst. Come on guys,,,,, smdh. Update 9/24/23 Big change! Service, portion sizes, is where it should be at! Happy to have an ice cream shop like the twist. Way better then our local new Baskins Robins.

Cute, outdoor spot for ice cream on a hot, vacay day in Navarre! Hidden just behind TC’s Front Porch off the main strip, this spot has delicious hand dipped ice cream and an assortment of cone choices. I had their Mississippi mud flavor in a dipped waffle cone. It was delicious. Prices are very reasonable as well - quick, kind service. Was recommended to us and would recommend to anyone else!

A nice spot with plenty of seating. Lots of flavors but nothing really special. If you’re looking for ice cream, definitely worth a stop but if you’re looking for homemade, this isn’t it.

The twist was a fantastic place to get ice cream at Navarre Beach! The system they have in place was amazing. When we pulled up the line was long(for good reason) but we were quick to get our ice cream and wow was it delicious. All the young workers were so friendly and despite the stress of the long line, were kind and personable! There was also a great variety of flavors.

Excellent service and even better ice cream. Love the new Disney inspired sundaes.

So, we tried The Twist Custom Ice Cream. My son had the 'C is for Cookie' and tried the 'Elephant Ears' (both in sundae form, which came with chopped peanuts, whipped cream, cherry, and an additional topping). It cost around $12.00. The hard ice cream was great and the staff were very friendly and expedient. Give them a try.

No better place for a banana split! This is our go to place for great ice cream. Friendly staff, good service and clean outdoor tables to hangout and enjoy your treats!

Oh man. I wish the Twist wasn't a 9 hour drive. Or maybe it's good that it is. I think I could eat ice cream there all day. I had the bear claw, one kid had strawberry, another Baja. All were awesome.
