I live in New Orleans and was born and raised here so I often don't have a reason to stay anywhere but my apartment but when I was given the chance to go to the Windsor Court I had no idea what an amazing and luxurious experience I was in for, and I don't ever really care for hotels one way or the other since they're just places to stay while you do fun things outside but I do appreciate how comfortable and cozy it was inside the room while I was staying there and it actually made it feel very home like which I really adored! The service as well was incredibly impeccable all of the staff was incredibly friendly and informative about things they were also very mindful and demure! 😍😂 They also have a heated pool, a spa, they do high tea which is super bougie fancy to me, and an award-winning restaurant and amazing Bar Lounge area that's very popular amongst residents. Amazing, amazing hotel!

The only place to stay if you’re in New Orleans! We will be back!

Where to even begin? The service was impeccable at every turn. The staff never missed a beat (or a door) and did it with ease and a smile. The rooms were spacious, clean and very well appointed. The social spaces are stunning - from art to furniture to live music. Pool is saltwater & fantastic. Gym equipment is great! My new home away from home when I’m in New Orleans!

Just a splendid retreat from the everyday! You cannot go wrong if you stay here when visiting NOLA.. The service and staff are par none! The pool and cabana area are terrific. Get out your pocketbook and live a little! Please don't tell anyone about this place because I would like to keep it as my secret New Orleans hideaway!

Very courteous and accommodating valet/door staff from the start. It was raining and they came to the door with umbrellas which is always nice. Within walking distance of Canal St/Bourbon Street & the Riverwalk. Rooms were very clean, beds were nice. A/C system actually worked which is hit or miss with hotels these days. Great experience all around.

Was fantastic, only down fall is the do not tell you it cost for parking wich should be included as much as the room cost

From Ms Allison in the tea room to Jason at the lounge, everyone I came into contact with so professional and unbelievably helpful! I've been to nola several times but never stayed here, I would definitely recommend this place and most certainly come back!

This is our go-to hotel in NOLA. Consistently gracious service with no pretense. You’re far enough away from the Quarter to avoid rowdiness but close enough to feel a part of the Quarter experience. Also only a 20” walk from the WWII Museum.

Stayed here 4 nights. The suite was beautiful and very clean, great service from beginning to end. I enjoyed my stay here very much.

The Windsor Court Hotel provides luxury with top notch service. My stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations. If you can, splurge on the Club Level Rooms. The suites are spacious. The Club Level Concierge Room was wonderful. The food and drink offerings were fantastic but the true highlight of this amenity is the service. Darlene and Jerry were wonderful hosts who always greeted us with a smile, called us by name and catered to any requests we had. They made this stay extra special. I will definitely stay at the Windsor Court the next time I'm in New Orleans.

Me and my husband stayed here for Memorial Day weekend last year and are returning again this year. I cannot fathom how this hotel is not considered a 5 star hotel. The staff, service, attention to detail, and ambiance are absolutely amazing. This will go on our list as our annual Memorial Day weekend trip. We cannot wait to return! Please do not hesitate to book, I would drive to New Orleans just for this hotel!

Great place to stay on the edge of the Quarter. All of the rooms are suites, the staff are beyond, and the vibe is old school glam. Great location to enjoy New Orleans but also enjoy your hotel.

We had a great stay here, even their pull-out couch was comfortable. The staff at the Club Lounge were above and beyond amazing and so kind to me and my son. The only space we did not feel welcomed was the pool area. The staff were rude, the food and service reflected their attitude.

First class hotel! Well appointed , ample suites located in beautiful New Orleans hotel with an English twist. The concierge. level offered a variety of food and drink options greatly enhancing the experience. The staff was well trained and knowledgeable.

STUNNING luxury hotel! Harpist playing in the lobby on a Friday morning. The ladies room in the lobby has a complete restroom inside the individual stall; toilet with seat covers, a SINK with an individual liquid soap dispenser, and an abundance of cloth hand towels! How lovely!!!🥰 This is across from Canal street, away from the French Quarter, and the majority of tourists. A very quiet area.

Truly magnificent! From the rooms, staff, art and location we were very impressed.

The whole hotel’s design is elegant including the room. We loved our hotel rooms but deducting one star for the windows as they aren’t soundproof. NOLA is a noisy city at night and initially our king suite room faced the river. Along the river there are boats and trains that make noises every few hours at night. In addition, the shower needed a fix as it was dripping all through time. So between the dripping noise and the outside city’s noise, I couldn’t sleep for the first couple of nights of our 6 nights stay. Shout out to the services of this hotel! Because as I told them my problem, Eric at the front desk suggested to move to a higher floor room facing the city. That solved my problem and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay! The outside noise is still there but faintly since we were higher up and facing the city. Location of this hotel is great! Very convenient walking distance to French quarter and many good restaurants.

Really like the second floor bar. And sidenote, they always have a beautiful Christmas display. It’s really a nice place to stay during Mardi Gras.

Great service. Clean and comfortable.

Excellent experience, highly recommend staying here. Went there for Mardi Gras, some parades pass right next to the hotel while others are just a 5 or 10-minute walk from here. The rooms are outstanding, comfortable bed, breakfast is good, the Polo Lounge has good food and drinks, and the service is great. I have two small complaints. On day 2, the toilet paper was swapped from a comfortable multiply to a significantly rougher 2-ply for the rest of the stay, the original roll wasn't even near finished. On day 3 we finished the shampoo tube and it wasn't replaced.

This may be one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. My friends and I have had two girls trips here over the last 5 years and each time they have gone above and beyond. This last trip we had actually booked at a different hotel in the city (to try to use some points/status one of us had). The hotel ended up giving away our room and simply sent us packing. Absolutely horrible. We called The Windsor Court and they had a few rooms available, booked us straight away, and helped us get there. They were so apologetic for what happened at the other hotel (which has no relation to them whatsoever) and the concierge, Lashona, even went so far as to give us free drink coupons for their wonderful bar. Truly the service is beyond at The Windsor Court. HIGHLY Recommend! We will certainly not be staying anywhere else when we visit New Orleans!

Best first class hotel in New Orleans! Amazing staff!

I'm an owner and operator of an entertainment company specializing in live music entertainment. We had an event on the top floor of the Windsor Court on Saturday 11/4/23. I cannot express how great our experience was with so many different staff members for this event. I had to load in a huge sound and light set up. From when I first parked out front, the valet staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful, specifically Ruth, Armani and Trevin. I had to do multiple trips and they all went above and beyond to both help me, and keep the coast clear for guests of the hotel to have access to valet and the front doors of the hotel. They guided me through to the freight elevators and it was easy from there. They also helped me access my vehicle for random back up gear that I needed throughout the event. When I got to the top floor ready to set up all of the sound equipment, the staff setting up their bar stations were also kind, helpful and kept the mood light and fun throughout the set up. Right before the band got started, Ashley guided me to the green room for the musicians to store their equipment. She was professional and very friendly. The green room was also spacious and fully stocked with food and beverages for the band which was not requested on our end, so that was such a kind surprise for us that we truly appreciated. I don't often leave reviews for venues we work with, but the Windsor Court was such a great experience for my first time working there. We do hundreds of events annually across the city of New Orleans and the Windsor Court easily stood out to have such a genuinely, happy, helpful staff. I had to take a pause to leave a good review as a business owner that knows how important reviews can be. If working there was such a pleasure, I can only imagine what staying as a guest could be like, it has to be luxurious. I cannot recommend them enough. Stayed for 2 nights with my family. We had a deluxe king suite and a deluxe king room. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. Rooms were so large and clean. It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on and the sofa bed was one of the most comfortable ones I’ve ever seen (doesn’t feel like a sofa bed at all). The hotel itself is gorgeous and the staff incredible. They were so helpful and always happy to assist as. All aspects of our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back.

I was in town for the Red Dress Run. I had to bail on a bad AirBnB situation. I don't love staying downtown, but had to make a change. I've stayed at many hotels in the quarter, including the Four Seasons, all the way down to the Mazarin. Done almost all of them. This place is in another league with service. Maci at the front desk was amazing. She made our stay great. She suggested the club level rooms, and we listened and it was awesome. Breakfast, tea service...perfect. I didn't buy a coffee all week. My room was enormous, it was very well cleaned, twice a day, turn down service and all. Just a really, really nice experience. I was very pleasantly surprised. Had drinks in the Polo Club, really nice and classy. Would totally recommend.

My family and I had the privilege of staying at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we stepped in, the service was impeccable; the staff, especially Terrence the concierge, was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. His recommendations and assistance were invaluable to our trip. The rooms were luxuriously appointed and provided a serene retreat in the heart of the city. As for the location, it's second to none, placing us at the epicenter of all that NOLA has to offer. Having stayed in most, without a doubt, Windsor Court Hotel is the best hotel in New Orleans.

This hotel is beautiful. I had somebody open my car door then the lobby door for me. The rooms are huge and amazing. I will definitely be coming here again when it's less humid.

One of our favorite hotels in the entire country! We have stayed at many fantastic resorts but this is by far the most luxurious hotel we've visited when compared to the price paid (amazing value). The staff is incredibly kind from the valets to the housekeeping. One of the rare places where everybody seems to enjoy working. We stayed in a suite and it was an exceptionally comfortable and well thought out room. Between the multiple seating areas, the makeup area for my wife, the very high quality toiletries, the cozy bed, and the robe and slippers everything was thoughtful and luxurious. The fitness Center was top-notch and the rooftop pool with ample seating and free sunscreen was another exquisite touch. The lobby and bar area make you feel like you're in another world and time and the ambiance is unparalleled. The location is impossible to beat given the proximity to nearly every tourist attraction in New Orleans while being just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to remain quiet and safe. As much as we enjoyed New Orleans, Windsor Court is the main reason we would return and never stay anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff for truly making it feel like a home away from home!

We spent a wonderful weekend here. Room was labeled and service was fantastic. The spa also was great. Classic decor, wonderful service, walking distance to FQ, pool area was great. I would be happy to return, and soon!

The staff are Amazing. Unsurpassed. Professional and extremely friendly. Now to the rooms. Club room. 22nd floor. Eh...the furniture is dated and stained. Signs of leaks around windows. It shows more like a 2 diamond versus 4 diamond. Wasn't impressed with the room. Not for the money spent. Where the room failed? The staff certainly made up for it.. 4 stars...

Where do I begin 😍😍😍 From the time that we were greeted at our truck/concierge services on June 22, 2023...to the sitting in the chairs during our check in...our 1st elevator ride to the 15th floor to our luxurious hotel suit 😳😳😘 with a balcony...to our late night dining in our suite with 1st glass room services...and the bed 😍😍😍 (oh my). The dinner at The Grill Room was delicious and our waiter, Tristan, was Wonderful. We spent 4 days and 3 nights at The Windsor Court while celebrating Hizzz Birthday and this Birthday stay will Never be 4gotten. Thank You The Windsor Court

Tyron, Christina, Jonnasia, and Vincent, the valets, and the rest of the staff are exceptional. I was having an issue with another hotel. And they came to my rescue, and saved my (birthday) and conference weekend. Everyone there was very warm, nice and friendly. I will be doing another vacation in the Big Easy, and the Windsor Court is where, I'm staying.

Our forever new favorite NOLA hotel and Maci is a Rock Star host. Her level of professionalism is not seen often and her attention to detail for exceptional service is top of the line. The stay was so comfortable that we felt like it was home. POINTS OF CONCERN: Families who allow their children to run free without supervision and not adhere to proper dress code made our stay a bit uncomfortable. More attention to holding families accountable toward respecting other guests and their spaces would be the only request we would have. Please encourage staff to manage those kinds of instances. FOOD: Great food. Would like multiple choices in club level instead of crustacean for us that do not eat any kind of shell fish.

Serendipity led us here and I will keep coming back when in NOLA. Customer service was outstanding! Antonio took care of us for the duration of our stay. The beds and pillows made it super tempting to stay in because they were extremely comfortable! This was a short stay on the way to another destination but we will make plans for a longer visit. Don’t hesitate…just book it!

I was waiting outside the hotel for a tour bus and asked the doorman if I was waiting in the correct place. He was so polite and said I was but could wait in the hotel lobby if I wished and offered me a bottle of water as it was a hot day. First class service! Such a lovely chap. Next time I am in New Orleans I am staying here.

Second time we have stayed here- first as a couple, and this time with kids (11,6). Hotel is amazing and they were accommodating and kind to the children. We stayed in a Deluxe Club room and everything was top notch. They made up the pull out sofa for us, plenty of in room conveniences, and the balconies were perfect! Yessica and Nora with housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Absolutely loved everyone in the club level lounge.
