The server that took our order/delivered to table and followed several times in spite of being the only one in the front of the house was awesome. Just in short time my wife and I were there observed her work ethic and personality and both were great. We ate at noon

Had dine-in here once and it was wonderful but ordered delivery tonight and it was horrible. As a restaurant manager you learn to notice smells and tastes others might not. The containers the salsa and queso came in isn't being stored in a dry enough space, you could taste the mold and moisture in it....same with the taco flour shells. You could taste the prolonged moisture in it. Taste the onset of mold. The cheese in the shrimp taco has not been kept in a low enough temperature to keep its freshness, extremely sour. Everything was packed nice and order was correct, but the backend stuff needs more care.

I ordered delivery from the Apopka location. The food looked beautiful, tasted great, and had great portion sizes. My only issue was that they forgot to pack my ranch dressing with the order and the Doordash driver was a little late delivering which wasn't their fault.

This location has gone downhill over time. Last time we noticed the ingredients were smaller; thought maybe a 1 time thing.No, went today, ordered “Togo”. Two soft tacos, one shredded chicken, black beans, etc…other- gr. Beef refried beans, etc..Got home: husband didn’t think there was ANY shredded chicken, finally 4 th bite, found some- overall hardly any! I had to look at mine REAL CLOSE to even see gr beef, & got black beans instead of refried. Quantity of food in the tacos was LACKING!Was that because it was TO GO? Hoping no one would look since not eating there? The chips (& menu)over the last 6+mo, have changed.Not homemade anymore; today they were ALL OIL SOAKED, OVERCOOKED! Reason we heard (from 1 of the Mgrs @ another locale) Tijuana flats is losing business is because of all the menu changes, and low qty.of food, and CHIPS! ONE OF THE MAIN REASONS PEOPLE COME THERE WERE THE CHIPS! Very sad!

Food was good but was double charged on my card and was told by a manager the next day that computers reset everyday and they can't see yesterday's transactions. Wow. The manager offered me a free meal the next time I come in. Dude, I was double charged.

I ordered from ubereats and I asked for extra blackened chicken in my bowl. I barely got any chicken at all and barely any rice. The bowl was full of basically cheese and tomatoes and the lettuce tasted old and the chips were very stale. Very upset with this experience and will never order from y’all again. Do better.

When I picked up my order, the young man was very kind. I was a couple minutes early and he went to the back to help get my order ready. It was a pleasant experience.

This Tijuana Flats is the best! The food is always good and the service is even better. Nicole recommended the cookie dough flautas and churro fries, which were both so delicious! Shout out to her and her amazing hospitality.

Two years ago 5 stars. This place used to be great. Now the orders are always wrong, the service is lazy, and the portions are small. Ill be getting my tex mex elsewhere.

Hi, We had the steak burritos and they were delicious. The meat was tender and bursting with flavor. The customer service was great. I recommend this Tijuana Flats. I loved the different sauces for every hot sauce lover. My kids thought the hot sauce display was very cool!!😂

I used to love their food... years ago! Over the years BEFORE inflation hit, this company kept making the food portions smaller while EVERY year kept raising the prices. It use to be one my favorite places to eat.

The food is decent, doesn't have an authentic Mexican food taste, it's fun, sampling the different sauces, which enhances the flavor of the food.

I frequent this Tijuana Flats quite a bit, because it’s cheap, and about 5 minutes from me. I’ve interacted with just about every girl that works here, and they’re all great and very nice. I think of all the times I’ve eaten here, I’ve had issues maybe twice with something small like something missing from the order, but nothing major. They always hook me up with tons of chips, and a couple times I’ve wanted to add another drink after ordering online, and they let me slide on paying for it. Don’t waste your money on that trash Chipotle behind it, just go here. You’ll get good service, and you’ll probably spend half as much money.

Just had an issue with using a coupon on the website. Also not thrilled that bowls no longer come with pico and quac.

Paid 15 for 2 tacos and a small salsa. When I went to eat, there was a long black hair attached to the chip I had been dipping in my salsa. Disgusting. I went back to let the employees know. They replaced my item and instead of apologizing or even acknowledging how gross that is, they talked about someone named Chris, it was probably his hair. 15 for 2 tacos is more than the price of 3 at Chipotle, and that’s next door.

It's been over eight years since I've inside a Tijuana Flats. The menu has evolved, but the atmosphere is very much the same. My beef and chicken burritos were perfectly stuffed & delicious, the better alternative to cooking at home. The kid's meals were as great as the adult. I'd bring the kids back individually for date nights.

Taco Tuesday is expected to be busy, and I can understand that. But I placed an order for 6:15pm pick-up at 5:45pm. I got there at 6:20pm, took forever to get someone's attention, then waited over 30mins before asking AGAIN about the order, just to find out it's sitting on the take-out shelf waiting to go. When I asked about my food it was 7:08pm. When I spoke to the "manager" all she said is "sorry, we are busy" come to find out she was only the "manager for the night", according to her. I asked who the general manager was, she turned around and pointed to another lady and said she's right there. I cannot believe you have a staff full of girls running back and forth and you are seeing the same people just waiting around, and you do not acknowledge them, or ask if they need help. Not to mention to get someone's attention you have to stop them in their tracks. I am just getting off work headed home to my kids, paying with my hard earned money and this is the service I get. How do you justify this?

First time ordering curbside pickup. I ordered at 5:00 pm. The app said 20 minutes for the order to be ready. I arrived at 5:21 pm and checked in that I had arrived. Immediately the app indicated that my order was completed. At 5:40 pm I went in to the restaurant to ask about the order. I showed them the order number and I was told it wasn't ready even though it showed me it was completed. I went back to my car and waited. At 5:55 pm the order was brought out. The order was correct but all the food was cold - the tacos were cold and soggy. The chips were all cold as well. I have been to this Tijuana Flats many times with no problems. I won't be doing curbside pickup again.

Food was great. And the margarita was good also. But it wasn't the one advertised for $5.00. The lady didn't bother telling me it was $2 more. Just let it surprise me. Whatever.

Very disappointed from this location, first time I get home and realized they didn't put any chips inside even after paying for extra order and second time get home and find crushed chips. I'll definitely not going back to Tijuana flats

EVERYTIME we go for the happy hour 2 to 5 pm wkdays ALWAYS have to tell employees it's at a discounted price ( they advertise it too) EVERYTIME last 9 out of 10 times they charge more, maybe management ways to increase profits?, and never before the salsa was left over and NOT made fresh on 2/1/24 it's noticeable, but profit is the goal I'm sure, just take down your happy hours prices down since you NEVER charge them unless we catch it.. then they get a manager to change the prices back down to what THEY ADVERTISE. kind of embarrassing for us, management/ owner needs more training to train employees to charge what they advertise, don't send a email telling me to discuss this in your placebo response to justify, ITS THE TRUTH

The food is fine but the last 4 visits my order was wrong. Two times items we ordered were not in our bag. Two other times items were not made as requested, full of veggies we asked to leave off. Unfortunately, we never remember to check our order until we get home so that is on us. But it is not likely that we will continue to frequent this location.

My go-to Mexican!..... I had to update this unfortunately. It's interesting how nowadays you go to the same restaurant you've always gone to. Everybody wants a tip. All they do is ring up your order and they want you to tip. They don't cook it they don't serve it they just swipe your credit card. No problem I get it, and I'm more than happy to leave a tip if they're polite friendly helpful etc. (hoping it goes to everybody, the cooks, the people cleaning up, etc) This time I'm taking out and I had one request, no jalapenos. I said it at least four times. What do I get when I get home? The entire meal was ruined and it wasn't just little pieces of jalapenos It was huge slices of jalapenos. $25 bucks...plus a tip and..... ruined. This is what happens when you take out. When the orders wrong you can't send it back, you can't reorder, you can't do anything. All of this and a tip and they still got it wrong. I'll keep going back to TF, but this is why no takeout. And maybe a second thought on the tip...

Good Americanized Mexican food at reasonable prices.

Just witnessed one of the female employees take a trash can and dump the chips in the heater bin where they get the chips from… pretty sure that’s not code 😵‍💫🫨, and how freaking disgusting can you be. Don’t order delivery. Shows up gross and soggy. Flat soda. Why would the employees would make this so far in advance so everything is cold and soggy.. not to mention the taco was only half filled?!

My wife and I had the Garlic Lime Shrimp Bowl here. It was absolutely fantastic. Maybe a tint bit too much beans, but that's fixable. The shimo was great. As we sat down, I saw the painting on the wall in the photo and immediately decided that I liked the place. Then I started looking around and found myself chuckling several times as I read all the fun one liners painted or sticker Ed everywhere. Even the ceiling tiles had fun art work. I cannot recommend visiting this place enough. Our waitress was top teir. She went above and beyond anything she needed to do, with a very bright attitude.

It's always a good place to eat, affordable, great taste, and a lot of options based on your preference.

This place is great. Easily accommodated my vegan diet, my friend's gluten-free needs, and other custom requests. Huge portion sizes (whole tray of nachos and a huge burrito), good drinks (had the wine margaritas), and the staff was great, not hesitating to lower the music to accommodate hearing aids worn by one of my party members.

Good as usual. Portions were large and satisfying. We come here 1-2 times per month.

The bangin chicken burrito doesn't come with enough chicken so I've ordered it with extra chicken for months but suddenly tonight that's not an option anymore. I'm very sad about it. I'm not sure what changed, every other protein has an extra option but why not bangin chicken. ;-;

Fast, nice, and tasty. Too bad we moved, and this isn't our closest location anymore. Will definitely come back when we're in the area again.

Food is pretty bland. It's no wonder they have so many different sauces to choose from cause the food is hard to eat alone.

The food is like a fancy displayed Chipotle with not as good taste. The strawberry lemonade tasted like it was made with hose water. I left feeling unsatisfied with the food. Service was good though.

A couple of weeks ago we had an issue at this apopka location. I spoke to the general manager Nicole about our issue and she immediately apologized and corrected it. The next time we returned the service was spectacular and the food was spot on. It was fast and efficient and I could not have been more pleased with our visit. Bravo for the great customer service and team work at this location! Shout out to Nicole she goes above and beyond and has done an amazing job! We will most definitely be back.

Service is still great, aside from having to ask for my drink, but the portions have gotten so skimpy! This steak entree would leave a small child still hungry.
