Good stiff drinks and a great duo band playing live music. Very entertaining and excited to return to see this band . Freaking amazing sunset and a great food truck also.

This place is exactly as it states; lowkey, gorgeous, quiet, most beautiful sunsets on the planet with little islands to look at on the water, birds, jumping fish, fantastic eclectic bar with tons of patio room, decks, boardwalk, swings, cornhole , food truck, sparkling bathrooms with a hot, strong shower, close to town to walk or bike ride, owners and staff are friendly and accommodating, RV sites right off the road overlooking the water, great music on the weekend. It’s a perfect place to stay, easy and perfect location for exploring the wonderful little city filled with art galleries and restaurants. Very easy access for even large motorhomes. Love it’s only for adults. Truly a paradise!

What a fun Place! This is non- commercialized old time Florida. The spaces are flat the hook ups all work. Just relaxing.

Best kept secret for rest and relaxation. So why I am writing a review, so more folks can go? I want to acknowledge the excellent service at the bar from Lelia and Jess. They make it a home away from home…. Can’t wait to go back! Shout out to Steve! Oh and the food at the onsite food truck….. delicious. Lowkey Hideaway is a great spot to spend the weekend and create memories.

Truly a Florida gem, great live music, beautiful location. If you are a night owl like me pretty much the only spot to go hang after dark in Cedar Key!

We love going to the Tiki Bar. Great set up, good music, great food and wonderful location BUT the mixed drinks are awful - watered down - little alcohol if any and tasteless. 5/17/24

We stayed in the RV side awesome views. The traffic is tricky backing your camper in but everyone seems to be very patient. Shower is very nice for those that don’t use their camper. We loved the Tiki Bar even though I don’t drink they made an awesome Mocktail!! On the weekends they have live music. I highly recommend this place.

Originally aiming for Pirates Cove, Miss Lisa's warm recommendation led me here. And what a delightful surprise it turned out to be! Firstly, a shoutout to the star of my visit, Laela. Her Bloody Mary is a must-try, setting the tone for an evening of relaxation and laughter. With each sip of her expertly crafted "Pain Killer," courtesy of her confident mixology skills, I found myself immersed in the laid-back vibe of Cedar Key. The on-site food wagon, as suggested by Laela, served up mouthwatering pulled pork, elevating the experience even further. Extending my stay was an easy decision, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere fostered by owner Mr. Scott and his exceptional staff. While I may not recall every name, Mitra's vibrant spirit and engaging conversations stood out amidst the lively ambiance. The renowned Bloody Marys and Rum Runners are truly worth the visit, but it's the personal touch, exemplified by Mr. Scott's arrangement of "Lenny's Tiki Taste Tour" food truck, that sets this place apart. As the sun sets over this hidden gem, the tranquility envelops you, offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In fact, the ambiance is so captivating that one can't help but imagine Hemingway himself opting for this tranquil haven over the more famed Key West. With reasonably priced cabins and ample RV sites, this oasis ensures a peaceful escape for all. In essence, the "Tiki Bar Behind Low Key Hideaway" isn't just a bar – it's an experience. From the soulful concoctions to the picturesque setting, every aspect resonates with the essence of Cedar Key's charm. So, if you're seeking solace off the beaten path, look no further. This was our 4th time staying at the Low Key Hideaway and we have always had a great time and enjoyed the ambience and the accommodations. This time we really loved seeing all of the upgrades to the rooms and to the common areas. They have done some first class renovations to the rooms. The outdoor patio area is filled with lots of new seating and fun decor and even though were there on a Tuesday night, there was a fire going in the fire pit and the music was great! Having a food truck that actually serves great food on the property was a great addition. And it goes without saying that the drinks were great and the views were amazing. The owner was on the property, interacting with the guests and making sure that everything was as it should be. Great place, can't wait to go back!

Always a great place to visit and have fun. We have been coming here for 15+ years. Scott is the new owner and everything is unique and very enjoyable. We have camped and stayed in the motel. Always first class.

This is a great place! Welcoming, clean, and well-kept. It’s obvious that it’s loved by the owners. They, and their entire staff, are fun, kind, and respectful and went above and beyond to entertain their guests. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The bed is so comfortable, the linens are clean and soft. The food truck onsite serves delicious eats, the live music was perfect, and the view outstanding. Top it off with the adorable Tiki kitty, and you’ve got the perfect place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended- Five stars are just not enough.

Love this place and the fact they don't allow kids. But they do allow all kinds of animals. And the not-so-sweet mojito was great!

The place is good if you are over 21. God forbid you walked up not knowing it was 21 and over with your child be prepared to be crucified and told to leave the the property. I understand the reasoning however the Lady could have been less of a (Insert word here) about it and could have been allot nicer.

A very nice little bar on the side of the road hwy 24 just in side of Cedar Key. A small motel being remodeled after the bad storm. A young women and a man tending bar were very nice. She made me a rum and coke zero that was from Barbados. I am not a rum person but this stuff changed me awesome, They had a guy come in to play getar and sing he was great loved him. Very friendly like the whole bar. Nextdoor there was a food truck. One of the most awesome trucks in Florida. They had fresh cut French fries and onion rings, it's very hard to find real fries and onion rings anywhere. Everything they make there smelled over the top. This place makes you feel 😊. Keep it up guys I'll be back. Thanks Junior

Amazing bar in the most beautiful location to watch the sunset. Friendly staff, live music and great atmosphere. There is a food truck (open until 9pm) where you can get your dinner - the burgers are amazing and the rotating specials as well. Must visit when you are in the region!

I didn't stay in the rooms I went to the bar and listened to music. It was just after the bad hurricane but it was dry comfortable and fun. Has to close a little early because of the motel and rooms around it but it was a good fun few hours. They have amazing taste with their decorations and such. Very Cedar keyish as we all love. Lots of people there helping to build cedar key back. Friends and neighbors helping each other to make it through What was a bad tidal surge that put most of the town under water.. it's nice to see people sticking together to help each other out in a bad situation and that's what you get here in Cedar Key. And the Tiki Bar is awesome some of it's outside with a fire pit or you can go inside and eat. Little bit of everything for everyone. Live music which I like. Me and my husband had a great time

Such a great experience. We took a daytrip to the Tikibar. Amazing bloody Mary's. Cool, laid back vibes. Welcoming atmosphere. Secret dive bar feeling to the place (not a dig at all, all meant as a compliment). Leila (sorry if I misspelled) was a sweetheart. Great girl with fun stories and a smile that lit the place up. Worth the drive!!!

We had the best weekend here! Funky & fun little gem!! Room was clean, bed was comfy and the absolute best bartenders at the Tiki Bar!! Love the fact that it is 21 & up and the live music was excellent! Would definitely recommend it!!!

Wow! Blink and you miss it… but what a cool bohemian Tiki bar and awesome spot to chill. The locals are a tight and friendly crew. The service staff was full of banter and sassy, which definitely made things fun. I will definitely make this a spot to stop at again!

My wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying this hidden gem in cedar key. The sunset view is the best on the island the chill breezy vibes we’re relaxing and fun. Drinks were great and the atmosphere was great for all ages. Lots of places to sit and relax with games and a bon fire pit. To top it off, they have a long dock with tables to watch the beautiful sunset!

Stopped in for a beverage and was delighted by Lenny’s food truck! Enjoyed an excellent Po boy shrimp sandwich, a cold beer on a great deck with an awesome view!

Fun local tiki bar with a great view and vibe. Arrived about 2:30 and it was not crowded. Had a drink and enjoyed the view. Food trailer out on the road was not open.

This is a great place to stop off for a couple of drinks. The atmosphere is great, and the decor will definitely keep the conversations going.

You have to go here to experience the ambiance of a small coastal community. There are many comfortable seating configurations including the end of a dock. The bar itself is cute and people congregate inside with both locals and visitors. The bartender was so cute and fun.

This place is fabulous!! Just spent a week in one of the RV sites. Clean and beautiful. The tiki bar is great and the food truck has fabulous food. But the best part of Low Key Hideaway is the owners and staff. They all get along great even on their days off and seem like they genuinely love to be there. Highly recommend everything about it.

I'm going back to stay!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! Adding to my review. This is such a fun couples place. We adore the new owners Carrie and Scott they are so nice and so much fun. The bartenders are the hardest working crew that I have ever seen. Especially with all the specialty drinks. So please be patient. They make every drink with precision and care. The RV spots are perfect, full hook up, and the motel rooms are spacious, super clean, and welcoming. The upgrades they have accomplished to the outdoor area with the fire pit and the tall Adirondack chairs for a perfect view of the sunsets. It is now our favorite go-to place!! See you this weekend!!
