Used to love this place but they’ve messed up my order like several times now. First few times I didn’t say anything. Today I told them my order was wrong and then they “fixed it” but it was actually made wrong again. Yikes. I told my friend and she said that she stopped coming here for that same reason. 😬 I’m going to try out the other boba spots in town.

When I went to the beach, I came across this milk tea shop. The lady in the shop has very enthusiastic service, many varieties, fresh food, and comfortable environment. I highly recommend that friends who like to drink milk tea don't miss it😊😊

Place has a nice mood and the coffee milk tea is fantastic I did have the taro once and it was kinda pastey but apart of that great place

I’m visiting Jacksonville Beach for a work conference and was in desperate need for some boba. I was glad to find Tsaocaa on Yelp for their variety of drinks and food. I ordered the mango pomelo sago and honey garlic chicken sandwich combo with sweet potato fries. Both were so good, fresh, and perfectly flavored! The vibe of Tsaocaa is really fun and a perfect place to hang out with friends or family for a quick treat.

The boba was DELICIOUS! The food was yummy, and the staff is super kind. The place itself is decorated so cutely and I love the decor and music. Very cute shop! Kiosks are there to order but the staff are ready to answer any questions whatsoever. Can hands down recommend the slushes and dumplings. 10/10!!

The newly renovated store has a good environment, warm service, and a wide variety. It is a good choice! 👍

Best Boba in JAX!!! My kids and I came to Jacksonville to visit for awhile and we tried a few places already that wasn't the best, then we found this boba place and it is amazing! We loved the vibe and taste of the boba. definitely would recommend!!!

Teagan is the best in the world ever, she provided excellent service and brought our food and drinks to our table and I have never been served with such curtesy. She’s amazing, truly, and another staff member even brought us out egg rolls for their new recipe that they’ve been trying when we didn’t even order it. I love this location versus all the others because they have high variety, and their customer service is unmatched. Loveeee this place please come !!

I called like 10 min before close, desperate for a Korean corn dog… the girl on the phone was SO sweet & let me order 2 right before the kitchen was about to close!!! I love this place so much & will be back a ton this summer (not right when they’re closing) !!! <3

Finally found my go to Boba place!!!! The chicken popcorn is bomb. Milk tea is superb too. Finally craving satisfied. They really have good takoyaki! Just dont sit in the chairs. The boba stuff toys are so dirty and the accent chairs too. Just do takeout. I spent $40 for two boba, chicken and 12pcs takoyaki.

Creative drinks that are consistently delicious! Always a good vibe and good music. Shout out to the girl barista who is always there making convo and being super helpful. She is amazing! I think she should be paid $7 mil per year. The dude is cool too. If you want your day to be brightened then come here!

Will was professional and kind and helpful to try something new. Food was on point and tasty. Definitely will be back for the Tea. Just wanted to try something new and it was a good experience.

I personally do not favor boba as a primary choice of beverage, but my daughter's do, and they are infatuated with this specific establishment. They are always overly excited when we happen upon a chance to visit.

Very hip and just 2 1/2 blocks from the beach. My son's favorite place for bubble tea. The decor is modern, white, and brightly, lit. It seems a pleasant place for students and a younger crowd to hang out a bit. They offer some other teas, ramen, and Korean corn dogs, but beyond the creative, tea menu, we're just not that courageous ;-)

The drinks are so good and service is ALWAYS top notch when I come in. I love that they added in the kiosks too so you could simply just order yourself!

I love the yogurt drinks! I've had the pineapple and the strawberry and they are both delicious! Very clean restaurant, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Next time I come in, I will try the food as I hear it is amazing as well!

Tsaocaa is my favorite boba shop. Today, I asked if the strawberry mango slush has artificial red dye. The cashier didn't know, so she looked it up. It indeed had red dye, so I ordered something else. While making my lychee green tea slush, she noticed the lychee syrup had red dye, too. She thoughtfully let me know and asked if I wanted to leave out the lychee syrup. So nice! I love all the drinks I've ever ordered. The customer service is on point!

My favorite boba tea is this place. I like this location much more than the other Tsaocaa locations in town. The drinks taste better here. Will definitely be coming back.

I'd honestly skip this place. Staff were nice, but everything else was disappointing. Menu was overwhelming, food wasn't stellar, and chicken was almost inedible. There was no explanation on the over 3 page menu, so it was very difficult navigating the differences between the many drinks they offer. I went here with 2 other people and we all got something different but none of us liked our drinks or food. We ordered the boneless chicken wings and they ended up being dark grey in color and tasted undercooked at best. There are much better and less confusing drink spots in the beaches area, so we'll be skipping this one from now on.

I've been to multiple locations to try milk tea and this place is by far my favorite place to go to! With friendly service and a nice selection to choose from, you won't leave unsatisfied! It's a place that I've been to multiple times already and I look forward to returning again!

The drinks are huge and taste really good! Plus the inside of the store is cute and small with nice music.

Very fun addition to Neptune beach downtown area. ( Next to Fancy Sushi) . Soooo much to choose from. 30%sugar is plenty sweet. Might even try 0%next time on the lime mojito.

I really like both teas we got! The matcha was surprisingly strong and really good. It was a smaller but cozy cafe. The batista was really nice to talk to and the place was pretty clean.

Food great and boba was amazing. Will definitely go there again. Had the dumplings and chicken bites great taste and macarons were amazing as well

Great tasting teas! We asked for half sweetness and it didnt effect the flavor at all, which is a mark of a good bubble tea place that's actually making their teas instead of just adding in pre-flavored syrup. My wife said the employees were bickering a little bit when she was ordering and they didnt quite explain the menu clearly, but the end product was delicious.

This establishment is a must visit if you are in the Neptune Beach area. There is such a wide variety of delicious Boba drinks to suit the needs of anyone in your party. The chicken is fresh and perfectly cooked, and the fries are perfectly seasoned, and between the decor & the music, the environment is incredibly apropos. Finally the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely go check them out!
