Great spot to for breakfast/brunch with lots of options

The menu is packed with creative and delicious biscuit creations that are simply out of this world. I tried the Sea Biscuit and it was excellent. The staff is incredibly attentive and makes sure you have everything you need. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and great service!

The jalapeno cheddar biscuits are delicious. The Vicious Biscuit is a solid staple. Plenty of options to change the flavor with their various jams, butters, and hot sauces.

We live about 45 minutes south of the Neptune Beach location, but we still make it a point to make the trip out here on those weekend days where we're just craving a really delicious, unique biscuit! We try to get something different each time, and have not yet been disappointed. Definitely a must-try, and worth a drive if you don't have a location nearby!

VB was delicious. Staff was warm and inviting. From the Jam Bar to the warm succulent biscuit I engulfed lol, Vicious Biscuit (VB) is great stop for Bunch in the JAX beach area. The place is super clean. The staff was soo Amazing….they made me some of their great drip coffee right before closing. I felt special. Definitely will be back and tell my friends about this wonderful fine!

Vicious Biscuits is a staple in the community! We run from the Atlantic Beach location every Friday morning. The staff is great and their manager Sam is always so accommodating with anything we may need! And a Fat Boy is the perfect post run treat!!!

This place is the only reason I come to Jacksonville!

Nice little breakfast spot you come in you order your food from the line they’ll give you a number you take your seat. They bring your food out to you. The food was OK. I ordered the shrimp and grits took most of it home. The portions was good.

We were in town visiting family for the weekend and our Airbnb host recommended this place gorgeous breakfast and I’m glad she did. I had the chicken biscuit with grits. 10/10 recommend for both items. Although I didn’t sit down to eat there I definitely would. It was very easy to get my food and they had a bar with Jams to choose from. I will be back!

A friend told me about Vicious biscuit and I drove across town to try it. I was blown away with how delicious the food is! The staff is so welcoming and it felt like home. I try to visit there each weekend I have off from work now!

The food was absolutely delicious. You can tell everything is made from scratch and with heart. The service was fantastic. The general manager was super helpful in helping these first timers pick our meals. Plus she came out and chatted with us about our choices and the restuarant! We will definitely be back again

Delicious food, served hot and fast. We split a traditional breakfast and ordered a jalapeno cheddar biscuit on the side and a Mimosa. All was fabulous. My wife decided this was her new favorite breakfast spot! That's a big win if she says that!

First time visit and wow. This place rocks. I ordered "The Old School" add bacon and gravy. It's enough food for two easily. I wasn't thrilled with the grits, they are more of a cheese soup but the staff made it right and subbed it for potatoes for me. Everything else was amazing. Cade was helpful with the menu and my order. I'll be back!

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. I was very upset about the quality of food and the weight staff they were rude didn’t seem like they were interested in helping anybody and the reviews I read were the opposite, but when I came here, it was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had, I will not be coming back

The food was amazing and the chicken was crisp but still tender.

It was our first time and perhaps last time going there. The staffs were friendly and the restaurant is clean. The biscuits are fluffy and tasty. However, the rest of the food is not great. Basically, it is the same over-fried chicken with thick batter and coat it with the sauce. The worst part is our wait time for the food was over 40 minutes. The food served was not temperature hot either. On the side note, there is no adequate parking for customers.

The first time I ever ate the biscuit, I was like, “What is this?” Then I started to cry, and again, I was like, “What is this?” Then I knew! I’m going to have to join a gym to keep up with how much I’m going to eat here… Oh, and get another job! Well, anyway… If you see this review and happen to be sitting at a table, look over the half wall. I’m most likely here. Until we meet again, Vicious Biscuit.

Quick service, plenty of options, and great food. The crab Bennie was great and the shrimp and grits biscuit was perfect. Possibly the best tasting shrimp and grits I’ve had, and I’ve tried that dish in a dozen or more places in several states.

I had the vicious biscuit. It was top-tier. The cowboy candy with the maple sausage gravy topped the perfectly flavored chicken breast sandwiched in between a jalepeno buttery biscuit was AMAZING.

The food here wasn't all that. The food tasted bland, and my biscuit tasted like it wasn't even done. My bacon was very greesy and hard with no flavor to it. There a/c must have been broken or something, because it was extremely hot in side. I'm at my table trying to eat my food, and I was dripping in sweat. It felt better outside than inside. It's May you know it gets hot in Jacksonville. The restroom was very nice and clean inside. The workers were moving fast when it came to cleaning up so that the next guess had somewhere to sit at. I personally felt like I may not give this place another try in the future to see if I have a better experience and do to how everything was.

Came here last Sunday, and it's a nice little place that you can dine in or outside. When you come in, you go into a line to place your order, get a #, and then find anywhere you want to sit until the server brings your meals. There's a drink station for tea, water, ice, and refillable coffee and various little condiments for your coffee and food. It was a little hot in there and filled with people. Needless to say, it was kinda busy. However, the service was pretty good, and the employees were nice and kept checking in on us to make sure everything was going OK, etc. The appearance of the food looked great but didn't taste the way presented. It wasn't bad nor horrible, it just tasted like it could have been better. I had the Bird & Belgian, which is a sweet potato waffle with fried chicken tenders tossed in honey mustsrd & maple syrup. My waffle tasted so soft & loose. It crumbled each time I put my fork through to pick up a piece. It was a nice experience, however, visiting the establishment. I'd still recommend this place to others because it's still a nice place, and I'd probably go back and try something else different and when it's less busy of possible.

Great food and delicious coffee!!

There was zero coffee at 8:30 am and most of the patrons had coffee cups empty and waiting. Once the coffee was made, it was what old timers would call "battery acid". I couldn't drink it. The biscuit was somewhat dry but our baseline is Loveless in Nashville. It's comparable to Maple Street Biscuit Company.

Truly the most outstandingly, amazing food!!! I got the shrimp and grits biscuit. I am a cook and it was truly the best shrimp and grits ever. The buttermilk biscuit is a piece of heavenly goodness! You must try.

I ordered the crab benny and it was mostly bread. The manager was pleasant and offered to grant me another option. I choose the sweet potato waffles. The taste was good but the consistency was off. They completely fell apart. It had the consistency of cornbread. But they tried to make it right. I won't return. But koodos to the staff, very friendly.

The biggest biscuits in town! The best sausage gravy and many other things to trave about. I'd go everyday if I didn't turn into a biscuit!

Viscous Biscuit Neptune Beach is an outstanding dining destination that deserves a five-star rating. Their dog-friendly outdoor patio provides a comfortable and inclusive atmosphere. While the Shrimp and Grits dish may be average, their Flame Thrower dish is exceptional, offering a perfect balance of heat and flavor. Even the water served at Viscous Biscuit is of high quality and tastes refreshing, further enhancing the dining experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service.

When our out of town guests visit, there is always agreement on where to have breakfast, the Vicious Biscuit every time!!!!

My husband and I came here for breakfast and had a great experience. I got the chicken and waffles. The chicken was seasoned perfectly, crispy on the outside, and juicy in the inside. My husband got the gravy train with an egg on top and a orange juice. The orange juice was clearly handmade fresh, it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back and recommend Vicious Biscuit to everyone we know!

Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Delicious food. It is not the most wallet friendly if you're watching your budget, but worth saving up for if you really want to enjoy a good meal. The restaurant was clean during our visit. We had a friendly cashier who greeted us and was patient as we looked at the menu. I went with the Holy City Cubano and it was just perfect. The jalapeño cheddar biscuit was just the right density and lent a tremendous flavor to the sandwich. The pork and the ham were delicious and flavorful. My husband enjoyed his Hen Solo and thought the chicken was moist and crispy. I loved seeing that they fresh squeeze their OJ! I got the Vi'Mosa and boy oh boy was that drink GOOD. I only needed one. Phew. They made it strong enough to make it a one and done, but not too strong to have to sit for much longer if I was driving home. It is a good drink for sipping on whole talking to friends for a while. Overall, I'm excited to come back and try their shrimp and grits, among some of the things in the menu. Oh, and let me tell you, the manager there? Super friendly and on top of things. She was checking on patrons making sure things were to everyone's liking and she was very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend.

"I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was overly salted, and I couldn't tell if it was the recipe or deliberate. As a first-time visitor, I asked for a recommendation, but the response I got was vague and unhelpful. Despite the restaurant being relatively empty in the early afternoon, it took a long time for my food to arrive, and to make matters worse, a few older ladies who came in after me received their items first. The atmosphere was so unwelcoming that I took my order to go. Won't be returning to this restaurant, and I advise others to look for a better place to spend their money."

I got the animal farm biscuit: let me just say save your money and go to McDonald's... Cold biscuit, rubbery egg and chewy floppy bacon and unmelted cheese. Not good at all.

Gravy Train and an OJ! The biscuit tasted a bit sweet which was surprising and good. The orange juice had the perfect amount of flavor behind it and you can tell it’s fresh (with a bit of pulp)! I’ll have to come back for the lunch items.

That's one big @ss biscuit. It's a light biscuit. Not heavy. Very good food. Can't wait to go back and try something else. Recommend the Hen Solo and add the sausage gravy. YUM!!!

First time in and was floored by the creative menu! Obvious that a lot of planning went into the recipes on this menu. The Vicious Benny was amazing, don’t think I could ever enjoy eggs Benedict on an English muffin ever again! It was nice to see the menu offered keto options as well as plated items. The staff was super friendly and helpful with the menu options, thank you and compliments to the talent in the kitchen! I stopped by based on the reviews. When we walked in I was surprised that there are plenty of empty tables. We decided to try it anyway. Food and service were exceptional.

I realllly should have taken pictures, I got the crab cake benny and an order of fried green tomato’s… the biscuit was good… but the crab cake on the biscuit is easily the best I’ve had in jacksonville… fried green tomato’s where on POINT and the pimento spread actually went very well with it… yall gotta check this place out.
