Everytime we get a shake made there it is runny like water and they think I’m going to pay for it, they always have an attitude in there as well , it’s just shakes and gas, won’t be returning to this one.

Real cool how your atm can be down all week and there not be any sign on it . The associate there told me it had been not dispensing peoples cash all week. It’s so lovely to have my whole paycheck stolen from me since the bank won’t refund the money that was taken from me. This isn’t the first time I’ve tried to withdraw money from this location and the atm has been down, but it’s the first time there hasn’t been proper signage indicating that. This is seriously suspicious to me, especially since the transaction settled and I can’t dispute it.

The tall guy with black hair long on top and short on bottom always wear some sort tribal necklace is a complete jerk you can tell from his attitude he hates waiting on customers and hates his job. Really bad customer service. I thought he was just having a bad day on our first visit but after visiting a second time and got the same attitude that the customers are bothering him and giving us the same attitude he's just a flat out jerk.

It's a gas station, convenience store but has great milkshakes, with straws fat enough that you won't give yourself an aneurysm trying to drink a thick shake

Normally awesome. Got shakes here for the first time and waited 20 mins for shakes (no one ahead of me in line) and all 3 shakes were sloppy with the cup dripping ice cream all over the outside. No napkins, trash can no where to be seen.

Service is hit or miss, shakes are not good at all (watery or not stirred properly), and floors are always dirty with spotty inventory on basic snacks. I’ve tried this place 3 times with shakes… I’d honestly recommend you buy ice cream and make it yourself sadly.

So my wife and I got a bad experience on their milkshakes. Normally we don't ever have a problem but something seemed really off. The store might be good on for other things to buy but if you want a really good milkshake, I recommend Greaters Ice-cream because they are the best in my opinion!

Great place to get scooped ice cream. Not quite Graeter's, but more variety on hand. Usually, it has gas at a good price. Typical convenience store for snacks, drinks, and alcohol.

Dose udf allow dogs that are not service dogs in side there business. I was in the delhi pike location and a gentlemen had his dog in the building and he was jumping on people as the walked by

I don't know what's sweeter the milkshakes or the people who work at UDF.

UDF is great! The team there work hard to keep the store clean which is hard because it is so busy. The are well stocked in their marketplace. The employees keep the traffic flow moving through the store.

The workers need to wear gloves when getting ice cream for the public. I never see anyone here wear gloves. Nobody wants the edge of your hands touching their ice cream and please train your employees how to make a fudge sundae or banana split because the kid there now is so not engaged.

They have suffered personnel problems due to virus, familiar faces gone, many new hires so things run a little slow, should get better with cold weather as there will be less demand on ice cream counter freezing up one or two employees .

It's ok. About as good as any convenient store. The girls today wasn't too friendly but it's like 6 in the morning. I wouldn't be either if i had just opened. But Google maps says they're 24 hrs. They're not. It's 5am-1am. Just a heads up.

I was surprised to see this UDF had such negative reviews considering my experience went well, but I didn't go into the store. I've been holding off on getting gas until I find the cheapest I can (I only buy over $3/gallon as a last resort). This UDF's price was over $3 per gallon, but it was the cheapest I'd seen anywhere around town and I desperately needed gas so I stopped here. I do have the UDF card from the location nearest my home, but this was my first time using it. I ended up getting 0.03 off per gallon, which made the price of gas even cheaper when it already was cheapest. I filled up and left happy. The location has two nicely sized driveways for getting in and out either on Delhi Pike or the side street, so turning left out of there is not a hassle. Overall, I was happy with my visit here.

Fast service but got a chocolate malt instead of a chocolate chip malt. Good customer service and bike didn't get stolen. 8/10 would get malt again.

I used to hate going to this UDF but sense they got new management in there it smells better, looks better, and everything is up and running good. I know Alot of the employees so I never have a bad experience anymore.

I'm here everyday before and after work most of the time, great service, great milkshakes and the creativity is awesome. I wanted a cookie and cream but they were defrosting the coolers. They still made my cookie and cream.

Great service and great milkshakes. I visit this location multiple times a week and have not had a single issue.
