I have waited years to find a donut close to the old Thornton’s Donut formerly on Lamar Ave. Well thanks to U.S.Donuts I don’t have to wait any longer. The donuts are light, airy, and melt in your mouth. Thank you, this is my first order but you’ve gained a loyal customer and I will tell all my friends and family about U.S.Donuts

I came in to get a dozen, and it was late, so they only had a few options. I was totally fine with that, but the clerk was nice enough to discount my donuts for the inconvenience without me having to say a word.

The morning crew are always professional and personable. Babygirl enjoys the donuts as they make her smile and it's the start to a great day!

Used to love this place til I learned the staff is either lazy or doesn't want to work. I get the same thing every time which is the ham,egg, and cheese croissant. Well they are becoming hot and they run out every weekend before 11. Well all I can say is don't even bother asking them to make more. They will just tell you that they take too long to make even tho it says they don't close til 8. Like y'all have all day and I know how to drive back to the same place to pick up my food when it's done. My family goes every weekend religiously Saturday and Sunday morning and anytime we are all home together and have the chance to get breakfast together. But now can't wait to find a new to place to love, spend my money at and get breakfast on the weekends with my family. Just figured making a sandwich for a loyal customer who spends plenty of money at said business where food is suppose to be made wouldn't be a issue but I guess I'm wrong. After my complaint the manager made it right and my as I was told 1 and half hour to make sandwich only took them 20 minutes to make, they now again have a happy loyal customer. Thanks US donuts. Back to 1 star. Now they can't make donuts fresh when they run out apparently. Just done with this place. Don't recommend if you're one who can't get breakfast til 10.

This place is amazing and I order from here each and every Sunday. Ms. Pakham is the absolute best and friendliest, quickest, warm and welcoming worker here! I would give it 5 stars EXCEPT - on occasion I get another server. Like this past Sunday September 17. Ms. Pakham was out and for the second time I got a young lady serving me. The first time this lady served me, she was very slow, starting off at the other customers, pausing randomly, and overall taking about ten times longer than it should take to get a couple dozen donuts. I thought - ok, she’s new. THEN last Sunday, weeks later, it was the same situation. She needs significant coaching about how to work faster, knowing that many customers are in a rush especially on Sundays when I’m popping in to get donuts for church.

Their donuts are made fresh daily. There is more than enough room to eat in. The atmosphere is fantastic.

Ordered on door dash today and very very pleasantly surprised. I typically do not get my hopes up for my order being correct or good whenever I am stuck ordering anything to be delivered by a 3rd party. Not only was my order correct, all the donuts were fresh, and carefully packaged. Thank you for exceeding our afternoon snack expectations. We will def order again!

Ok I think you guys now have the best KOLACHES in memphis. It used to be o.b donuts but they dont seem to use as high of quality hot dogs as they used to. These are awesome KOLACHES.

I swear this doughnut shop sells the best doughnuts ever! The staff is so friendly, and the doughnuts are so fresh! My parents came to visit, and LOVED THESE DOUGHNUTS! Now, when I go home to visit I have to bring them doughnuts. Also, their breakfast sandwiches are da bomb!!!!! Very supportive of the military as well!

Tried this place the other day. Only got drinks but they were just as good as Starbucks and half the price. Looking forward to trying the donuts in the future. They looked wonderful.

*** This is for their Cordova location, I have not tried their Bartlett location! *** My boyfriend and I usually order a half dozen chocolate glazed donuts and iced coffees from here every Friday, and have it delivered via Uber Eats. They are affordable, fresh, and delicious every single time. Our orders are never wrong, and by God - these are the best yeast donuts I have ever had. Not only are they delicious, but the craftsmanship on these donuts is flawless. I am a professional chef, so I know how labor intensive they can be, and whoever makes the donuts here - bravo. Their mixed coffee drinks blow Starbucks out of the water, and cost way less and genuinely have more than just syrup and milk in them. I like that they have dairy-free and vegan options as well. I wish I could give more stars. If you like donuts, I highly recommend U. S. Donuts in Cordova!
