Delicious steak and egg and cheese pita. Fast service and polite employees.

The pita is small and so was the fries in the future make the portions bigger if you gonna charge 13 for 2 bites of a pita and little fries.

Good food, great breakfast. Mom and pop walk up and order sandwich shop. A little on the pricey side depending on what you get, but you won't leave hungry. Can dine in. But most take it and go. Usually pretty quick service, but it does get busy.

Vic is definitely one of the cleanest sandwich shops on the west side. There is only a few and Vic is definitely one of them. Their service is amazing and their food is very clean. We really enjoy eating here if you’re reading this reviews do not hesitate to stop and check them out daily Specials are amazing not to mention all the rest of there food. They’ve got great coffee. Been going to Vic”s for 10+years pretty much every morning for breakfast and some days for lunch and I’ve never been disappointed. Food is always cooked fresh and to order. Service is great and friendly. If you’re ever on the westside I highly recommend giving them a try.

The grilled chicken pita was rancid I hope I don’t get sick and they never brought out my fries with the meal, very disappointing place

It's just a small business with the best owners that work every day. The food is awesome and the employees are as well. Everyone that works in the area comes for breakfast and lunch just about every day. The employees know most people by name.

This place has taken inflation to a whole other level. If you can afford to pay $8 for a Bacon egg and cheese on toast, this is the perfect place for you. The small 4 or 6 oz cup of grits with a sausage patty crumbled in is over $6!! This is ridiculous, I love supporting small, local businesses, but not shysters like this!! I don't recommend this place, BEWARE!!

Simple, great sandwiches. No frills, no false expectations. Just really good food. Free refills. Great brownies!! Super friendly staff and very attentive! Prices have changed recently compared to what was on website so I added pics of their menu board. Highly recommend for a quick, delicious bite!

Its a small diner with HUGE flavor!!! My first time there will not be my last! This place is so yummy, everything was freshly made and really gives you the "Home-cooked" vibe.

I go to Vic's 5 days a week. This is a great crew..and a hidden gem for drip coffee....best cup of coffee I'm Jacksonville.

By the time I made it home my food was barely warm. I call myself tasting it before I popped it in the microwave,but ended up eating the entire meal . OMG it was GOOD.. first time eating from here even though I pass the place all the time .. looking forward to being a regular here ..

I was on my lunch break,so I decided to give this place a try. Ordered the Tuesday special which was meatloaf, side of green beans and mashed potatoes with gravy. Overall I though the food was average not bad but nothing special. I would come back. Clean restaraunt and good customer service. From the time I placed my order to actually getting my food was like 1 minute. Paid $9.62 for my meal

Their food is pretty good. My only complaint is, I call in my order so I'll have time to eat on my 30 minute lunch break and still have to wait a good 10 minutes to get my food.

Always a wonderful place. Peter and his mother are wonderful people and always ready to help. I ordered country ham and fried egg on toast for breakfast and a double meat Camel Rider for lunch. I've had them before and they are always awesome 😊.

The restaurant is pretty far down Cassat Avenue. When you get off I-10 head north, eventually the road turns into Edgewood Ave North. Everything they serve from the menu is excellent - however I have a special place in my heart for the bacon breakfast bowl! Crispy bacon on the bottom, scrambled eggs, cheese then grits topped with butter.... everything a growing boy needs! The restaurant has plenty of room and is staffed by a group of over-achieving early risers.

Woah! I don't want to tell people but they are great. It's great kept secret in Jacksonville. They are polite and have great food. The portions are more than moderate. I'd totally recommend this place.

If I'm close to the area, Vic's is a must. Best taco salad in town. If you are thinking about it ,you wont be disappointed from the food or customer service. Awhile back I was stopping in for lunch with my brother. I was riding my motorcycle , there was piece of plastic laying on the ground in front of the store. I ended up laying my bike down right there. He come running out making sure everything was okay . Great place ,great people!

Great spot for locals looking for reasonably priced fresh lunch choices! I go here instead of the usual fast food joints. I also love how organized this kitchen is. Everyone is wearing gloves and hair nets... and working together to get your food out fast and properly. Great customer service and management.

Friendly staff not q long wait time there was a couple issues no salt on fries (but that's OK you can add your own) and I ordered plain chicken salad with no lettuce and tomato but they added anyway. However it was still good!

Good food .... but seriously if you're going to serve breakfast...... please know the difference of over easy eggs vs over medium. It's not hard to get eggs right .
