Very nice, typical waffle house. Good food but in a typical waffle house.

We love Waffle House food that hits the spot always quick service but this location in particular outstanding service , we barely waited the staff so kind funny and went the extra step on interacting with our small kids , great job everyone for Sunday brkfest

Good price, good food, and good service!

Food was sent back and still didn't come back right the second time either... Instead of cheese they put mushrooms in my hash browns... ya'll know I don't eat mushrooms.. They do have a great cook that works there. But he wasn't there today. And now I won't go back till he is working... So unless I see the bike there I won't be going back.... And I tip my cooks there. I didn't today and my hash browns were burnt. I asked for lightly scattered. And I still had to pay for food I didn't order and couldn't eat....

I've been going to this particular location for 30 years, my opinion may be biased due to that. It's always been a place that's made me feel comfortable to be. Waffle House sometime gets a bad wrap, but truly it's really a great place.

We had a wonderful server and experience. Only thing was that one of the cooks clearly had a cough and was coughing on his arm above his gloved hand over the food.

What else can you say, it's waffle house. It's quick and cheap. Service was great, her name was Arianna, so I had to get the bacon and eggs. I'm so grateful for my eggs.

My sausage was burned and dry, I ordered a peanut butter waffle and got a regular waffle the grits was super lumpy had biggggg lumps in them. Only thing I ate was the eggs waffle and some toast. I tried calling the restaurant several times. They never answer the phone. I want a redo of my order please.

While dining at Wafflehouse with my wife and her dad, my wife's dad had a medical emergency and briefly lost consciousness. The staff at Wafflehouse went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable until the 911 medical personnel arrived. One staff member stayed on the phone while the others assisted with cold compresses and water. My wife and I wanted to personally thank the staff and to share with your customers how caring everyone was. Signed Thankful.

The ham egg an cheese over grits bowl is a good choice. Service was good an the atmosphere t was top notch. Thanks

My experience was good for the most part. My waiter was very polite. I had fast service. What I thought was unprofessional and downright rude was a waitress being asked for some syrup by another patron and the waitress while talking to another co-worker slowly walked on over to grab it for her and stopped back at the group of employees to talk some more before dropping the syrup off to the table. She immediately went back to what they were talking about so loudly that I guess they thought the whole restaurant wanted to hear their conversation. Which by the way we did not nor do we ever want to hear the employees talking about themselves while trying to enjoy a meal. I'm only leaving a three-star because my waiter was perfect. Not in the group of talking bees. Oh, and I asked a waitress for a drink because I didn't care for the water and she told me "well that drink is going to be 3.00 dollars ." I said ok I didn't ask how much it was I asked for a drink. I guess she assumed because I ordered hashbrowns and water I didn't have money. I had to tell her I wasn't on a budget just don't eat much . But thank you for the price now can I have my drink? Worst experience I've ever had and just rude and unprofessional to the utmost. I believe they all need to be retrained on etiquette in a restaurant. DONT STAND AROUND TALKING THERES ALWAYS SOMETHING U CAN BE DOING. Just disgusted by the unprofessionalism.

Our waitress never came back to our table once she delivered our food. No refills, nothing. She sat down and was on her phone. Food was overcooked. I wasn't even able to eat my food. I left hungry.

When you go to Waffle House you go for fast and edible food. This Waffle House did just that. All with a smile on their face.

Needed a quick bite before heading back to Ft.Lauderdale although there was a line we were served in a timely manner. And the service and the food was delicious.

Had to wait forever for our waffles. Then they brought us our sides first, by the time the waffles came sides were cold

Great food, as always. Waffle house is king of consistency. Isaac took care of us. He was friendly and fast.

We're not lucky enough to have waffle house in MN. So anytime we travel it's a must stop at least once. It's just a good old fashioned basic breakfast with amazing waffles. I haven't tried the lunch menu yet but it's probably delicious too.

Time Warp... Called in my order at our new Waffle House in Cleveland, Ga... Got there to pick up my order and they had no clue... No call in orders made... The staff was amazing!!! They took my order and quickly it was done. No hassle and no stress. Awesome job!!!!🐈💯

The food here is always fresh and tasty. The service at this location was excellent.

Maybe it was me but the water tasted a bit funky. Small portion on the scrambled eggs. Only got one see through waffle so very paper thin. I wasn't impressed at all with this location. I usually try hard to see the best but couldn't find much here. So sorry.

I love Waffle House. I’m new to Lakeland and I enjoy going to breakfast at a peaceful restaurant. Patrick was covering from the Waffle House on 33 and was doing an amazing job. On the other hand NANCY and the COOK (didn’t get his name) needs retraining on how to work well with others. As a retired HR Manager I notice the way employees work together and I can tell they have issues working well with others. I hope HR send a “secret shopper” soon. Thank you Patrick for being so professional and caring with the customers regardless of how your team was treating you.

This place was super busy, but they still managed to give great service. The food was just as delicious as always!!

Everyone jokes about awful house. Going across country we found Waffle Houses consistant. They often have they same people working states away meaning they like their Job. I never found a waitress sleeping on a table. I can't say that for a Dennys Restraunt! Never have to say crispy hash browns, ...and over easy comes out just that! You also get to watch the cook, which means you see your food prepared. Not fancy. Nor pretentious...just Breakfast on the Road 🥣 Bowls smothered is my favorite!

I barely have to order. Ms Josie's scattered hash browns crispy on both sides are never burned. If you're lucky Dallas might share a profound thought with you.

They're usually packed when I'm there and they always have such great attitudes towards their customers. Everyone there is awesome!!!

Call in order the lady was too worried about saying is that it instead actually taking the order missed one complete order and didn’t get three of them right wouldn’t of been disappointed but I went over it with her 4 times

There was a faulty vent over grill thst was squealing so loud the waitresses had to scream out the orders. Shpuld have closed till it got fixed. Was horrible.

This will be your favorite at Waffle House 4 scrambled eggs with cheese, HASHBROWNS with cheese, toast with butter, 2 breasts and coffee. Excellent service

Being from New York, this place was a new experience to me, but now having lived in the south for 7 years, ive had my fill. I can say for sure the food is delicious although not organic, the staff are typically very friendly, the prices are acceptable and they are 24 hours. My only gripe is sometimes when i call an order in by phone, i pick it up and its all wrong.

Really awesome workers, service, and atmosphere. It is almost always super cold, so a jacket is a must. The food always tastes great.

Our breakfast was so good at this waffle house we even tipped the cook for doing a great job. This was our first time at this waffle house.

I know why it's called waffle house. Omg the waffles are big and delicious. Surprisingly the Porchop grilled is truly to die for. It's clean and they clean constantly. Waffle House is just small on the inside. Maybe one day we will see comfortable seating for more than 15-20 people. Until then imma just keep enjoying the food to go
