Good selection, slightly different store plan, fast service.

I scheduled a delivery for the morning. Showed as delayed 2 hours. After speaking with 3 agents found out the driver had an emergency so Walmart simply stoped working on my order and never notified me. The status on the app remained as order in process. I was told to cancel and pay for express delivery but the app itself didn’t allow me to cancel the order anymore as they were “working on it”. Another agent told me to call the store and I did 3 times and I never had any response. I Decided to reschedule for 7pm-9pm and asked an agent if my order was reassigned. I was told it was, but that they had multiple orders. Nothing arrived… 8th live chat with an agent and they tell me the store is waiting for a driver to show up and hopefully it would be delivered. Nothing was delivered and it remains in progress and it was never on the way. I have no complaint with the live agents as they tried to be helpful but I don’t know what is wrong with the store or what lies are they saying to justify the poor service. Also questioning the conditions of the food since it was selected but waiting for someone for hours. Never ever using this service with Walmart again. What a headache

Usually the experience at Walmart is good, now the online sales that Walmart works as an intermediary usually have very good offers but this time I bought a perfume that I always buy at Macys and perfumery, but I got a Imitation product I am clearly returning it and making the corresponding claim so that Walmart takes care of the seller but as a visible company they have the responsibility to see what products they are selling

Camping deparment have no costumer service at all they let you wait 20 to 30 minutes with 1 costumer on the line if they don't like to do the job right just stay home we paying for everything is not free and is our time . You can replace the guy who work on sport deparment.

Worst Walmart I've ever experienced. Rusty, broken shopping carts. You don't get what you need. Either because it is missing or because it is discovered at the checkout that there is no scan code. Spanish was spoken almost exclusively. Listless and overwhelmed employees. A customer at our checkout was obviously unable to pay the full amount. Then three other employees came over and all said something different at once, so that we had to wait in this queue for 50 minutes instead of taking the customer aside and continuing to serve the others. The queue became increasingly quiet and some customers were so annoyed by the situation that clear comments were made. Pure disaster. Not recommended!

If I can give this horrible store negative 5 would. It is always out of stock on many items. It almost never have in stock what the online app says it does. Garden dept is never open. This is the case throughout the week. Lines are 50+ deep: where are the cashiers? If the store closes at 11pm, why every department closed? I saw cosmetic closed. This store has 100% poor customer service. An employee was outside and saw me walking to the doors that were closed at 10pm and said nothing. No one covers the department to answer questions. Customers are 30-40 deep in line because there are only about 5-7 cashiers to well over 200 people. Shopping here is horrible! Amazing store with all your needs

Be Aware! The lines are massive. Too much people go there and becareful if you save a spot to a friend or family in line. The people will cause a scene! And it's the Hispanic people more the Cubans that just arrive to this country that will cause a scene if you let someone go ahead of you in the long line. I guess Cubans are tired of making lines in their country and to come here and make more lines to buy some groceries. I'm from Cuban parents. I was born in miami. But other than that issue at this location. All else seem fair. Workers look stress but who can blame them. I avoid this store and go to the doral one instead. Have a blessed day !

Don't waste your time coming here unless you plan on carrying your own groceries as they only have 25 carts for the entire store. In addition to that, there are 30 check-out lanes with no more than 7 lanes open at any given time. Check-out times usually takes anywhere between 20 to 60 minutes. Overall, if you plan on coming here, expect to waste 1-2 hours with most of your time standing in line.

I find my fresh vegetables and other items that I use

Deorganized place. The people does not follow simple rules. People with more than 20 items was paying the items on the short line identified just for 20 items or less. Noone of the employees helped with it.

I had never visited that Walmart on 32nd Ave and 79th St, and I didn't get the best experience, most days. Entertaining themselves with their phones in their hands or otherwise chatting with each other regardless of the long queue there was for the massive purchases for back to school, the experience with the pharmacy inside the Walmart was even worse, I approached to ask about a child's medication and the woman who was supposedly there in that area (Spanish speaking) told me to shout the question to her because she had a lot of work and couldn't get close to the counter where it clearly said consultation area😡, to be a professional she leaves a lot to say, I wasn't there to buy a pizza or a soda, I wanted to consult about medicine and I didn't want to yell for her to hear me and everyone else around me, it's disrespectful and very unprofessional, if she doesn't like her job You can give way to other people who need it, in short I was very upset, I couldn't believe that a professional in that area was so despotic, rude and so unprofessional. I will not return to that Walmart that I visited just to save time because it was a long way to go to where I was going that day.

It was very full and complicated to go overseas with the cart

As a tourist from the UK, we found US especially New York and Miami very expensive as compared to other countries. A small fizzy drink costs on average of 4$. We desperately needed a cheaper market to shop our snacks, drinks and fruits, Walmart indeed is comparatively cheaper and has almost everything you need. We had good experience but can’t compare with UK or Europe prices… US 🇺🇸 is far too expensive…

I visited Miami to assist my elderly parents for two weeks, I visited this Walmart several times. It's very disturbing that I could not get assistance from anyone who spoke English. I needed help in cosmetics and the representative stated she didn't speak English gave me a phone to speak in and directed me to an area that had nothing to do with what I was asking for. I went back another day looking for cut up vegetables in the fruit and vegetables area ask several representatives for assistance and was told repeatedly before I could get my question out that they didn't speak English. They didn't ever try to assist me or get help for me. Walmart please please take are of this on going issue in South Florida.

Never again!! The lines were like it was Christmas time

Peter-gay was amazing this lady went above and beyond to get me a key for the backpacks area and did everything she could to help me solve my problem while the managers were on a 2 hour lunch break not caring about all the customers waiting for the key . Walmart if you actually read reviews I highly recommend you making this employee a manager trust me you will solve more problems in a day with her Than the ones you solve with managers in weeks . Worst experience in the years of shopping at Walmart. I spoke to 3 different associates for assistance in the jewelry department. One associate from household tried. She went to customer service to send out a page for assistance in the jewelery department. Then, she suggested that I go to customer service. So, I went to customer service 3 times. On one of my attempts, the associate said all she can do is send out a page (over the p.a system). Five associates' clothing department were approached for assistance, but no one had the keys, nor did they know who had the keys to the jewelry showcase. I then approached another associate who attempted to call someone on her cell, but no one answered. She then asked me to wait as she headed towards the back of the store. As I was waiting, I was expressing my disappointment on my phone to my mom, who was on the walmart line waiting on me. I spent over an hour waiting for assistance that never came. Walmart customer service in the clothing/jewelry department was a disgrace.

This was very packed with people lined up with a lot of people at all cashiers' places. I bought a suitcase there, and my family was looking for souvenirs from Florida.

I would give 0 stars if I could, the worst experience ever. Understaffed and the staff is totally unqualified. I ordered photos, got charged, got confirmation they were ready, waited 40 minutes at the Entertainment desk. The order was half there and in no condition to be sold. Troubleshooting zero.

I went to wallmart today... My shopping experience was nice but the employee aspect is diferent... While I was leaving an employee of Wal-Mart approached a homles woman with mental issues and asked her to leave the property because employee said she was exposing herself in front of store... Both women wer arguing with each other. The homeless woman got a bit to close to the employees face . Thats when the employee balled up her fist and puched her in the face that knocked her down... I saw this and told the employee that what she did was not right... The employee and a coworker started to argue with me. I was gona be a witness for the homeless woman but she did not wana press charges... This walmart has a reputation of drug addicts/homelessnes in the area... I will not shop here because the area nd associates are not frendly or knowledge ble about their jobs...

I bought a mattress online, when I received it it was not what I expected, it took approximately ONE MONTH to remove it from my home after I tried to return it by myself through FedEx since an operator had told me that I should do it that way, it was not Thus, FedEx would not receive such a large package. They finally deigned to look for it, approximately TWO months have passed and still Wallmart has not issued the refund and they have not given me a response. DO NOT TRUST WALMART, THEY DO NOT RETURN THE MONEY, THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSE OF THE SITUATION, THEY ARE NOT CLEAR HOW TO MANAGE A CASE BECAUSE EVERY OPERATOR TOLD ME A DIFFERENT OPINION.
