The cashier on the night shift is rude and disrespectful. She really needs an attitude adjustment.

Haven't been in the neighborhood in a few years and I miss the food; particularly the wings with tangy barbeque sauce and seasoned fries. Insane favor! Well, yesterday I stopped in for two orders of wings and fries and the customer service was respectable/friendly and the food was certainly delicious. The only downside is the wings have begun to look like nuggets. They are too tiny and costly. It would take three of these wings to equal one of Publix wings. I would love to include these wings in my parties as the flavor is worth the cost but they are too small.

It's a black owned establishment. The food was delicious. I ordered the fried wings and French fries with lemon pepper seasoning. The only complaint is the prices are a bit high for the size of the wings. The wings are small and have no sides. For 20 wings and that price you should get the fries free or something.

The seafood rice is 🔥🔥🔥, wings are usually good, depending on time of day you get em my last two visits they were burnt, my other visit they were perfectly made.

Poor service. One lady inside . And she put to much season on my chicken Philly. Plus the speaker was not working. The sub sent me to the toilet. I didn't even finish the other half . Just horrible.

This was my first time at the place referred by a family member and I must say the food is good but the service I received was very unprofessional and ghetto. I pull up to the intercom and there was one other car in front of me and no one behind me. The young lady kept rushin to take my order and being very impatient til I missed half the car order which I had to. I kindly reversed and ask if I can add a drink, conch fritters and a crab cake to the orders and explained I was new with the menu. She advise me to come to the window, as I approach the window to pay she not the cell phone cursing with someone and left the window without acknowledging the change I was giving her. I ask her if she can give me the juice, she said yes and never returned to the window so I honked the horn while my brother sugar steady dropping. My mom had to walk up to the window to retrieve the drink which the food was also provided. We realize one sauce was giving for crab cake and none for the conch fritters so my little brother went to walk up at ask for sauce. The lady requested .54 cent which we advised why she was charging when she never gave us the sauce. My brother returned and I approached the window to get understanding of the issue and she was arguing with me about putting sauce in the bag. After having a screaming match I advised her to give me the sauce she was holding because it was not that serious and she threw it on the counter and stated she got her 1.00 I requested my change and she said the sauce was now 1.07. Never again will I refer or go to the business

Despite the appearance, the wings were great. It's a shame the owners don't spruce the place up. Perhaps it's the neighborhood? Yes, I'm making assumptions, but you lose potential customers based on how run-down the place looks. We gambled and won. The price was fair, wings were crispy, hot and undoubtedly made to order.

My wings were well seasoned, my fries were well seasoned and crispy. My lemonade tea was very refreshing. My only gripe was they take a looooooong time to cook the food and my corn fritters were slightly dry. My overall opinion is the food was good,but they could improve on the preparation time, also if they are going to make people wait a long time they should offer seating.

The food was 🔥. Heaven was super nice as well and patient. My friend and I came late and she helped us order since it was our first time. The food was hot and fresh. The mozzarella sticks didn't make the photos. The wings were great!

Visited multiple times and every time the proteins are overcooked. The fries are regular. The conch was decent.

I don’t know why I expected good service from this place, but I know I will never go back. The cashier (young black girl with fake color eye contacts) literally tried to steal my money by keeping my change, and when I asked for it, along with a receipt, she had the nerve to make it seem like me asking for MY MONEY was crazy. I felt like I was in an SNL skit with the way she kept chewing her gum, rolling her fake eyes and looking at her nails while I tried to place my order, as if I was inconveniencing her. Then she had the audacity to try and keep my change and lie about it when I called her out on it… If the owner/manager checks these reviews, do yourself a favor and hire some honest, sensible people to staff your shop, because that “back of the classroom” crew you’ve got working there now are definitely going to run you out of business. Stealing from the customers right to our faces, I can only imagine what they steal from the register and freezer after every shift.

I ordered the snapper and wings off uber eats and my fish and chicken came overcooked. I couldn't break the fish with my fork.

Wings on fire were wings on fire! The sauces and the coverage of the chicken wings were great! You still had that twinge of hotness after you finish eating them! And my point of view those were great wings!

I have seen this place for years I decided to try it the first time I ordered 10 barbecue whole wings they were excellent a week laterI decided to try a second time I ordered 20 whole wingsAgain with the barbecue sauce on them third time I came it was 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night April 18th I again ordered 20 whole wings with the barbecue sauce on the wings I was told by the young lady that they they did not put barbecue sauce on whole wings and then I guess she checked with someone and then I was told that they no longer did it that way if the person who served me the first two times made a exception to the rule I appreciate it they were awesome wings to the person who denied me those wings I was a little upset about it

They allow you to order online even though the store is closed, and then say they cannot refund you, even though it is their error. Awful customer service. Their hours are not updated on Google either.

I've tried shrimp in so many restaurants and they don't taste as good as the ones from Wings on Fire. They're so much more than just chicken wings. They also sell burgers, philly steak sandwiches, tilapia, snapper, catfish, flounder, grouper, macaroni and cheese, conch, fries, and sea food rice.

They are the best wings i have ever had next time i go I'm going to buy 100 wings cause i love to eat

Good wings but it is IMPERATIVE that you make the staff repeat your order back to you before charging you. They tend to make mistakes with peoples order sometimes and to have them fix it or get your money back can be an issue. My cousin and friend both experienced issue with them. (Twice for my friend)

I like the food but the person that came to the window was very unprofessional I had a bag and I asked the girl to wipe the bag off because it had lemon pepper and grease on the bottom she took a hand reach out and dust the bottom of my bag off with her hand so I was like it's still on there and I didn't want it in my car so I told her to get me a another bag so I could put this bag with my food in it inside of the new bag so she did that and she felt like she deserved a tip she's asking for tips like she really did something I feel like you shouldn't be giving a customer a greasy bag with lemon pepper on the bottom.

Best wings in miami, my opinion. Great price, great wings. 1st time trying it, highly satisfied, went back next day for more.
