This is the (( BEST WESTSHORE PIZZA EVER!! ))the establishment was clean, the owner was nice, we ordered hot wings, they were fresh and delicious, Great customer service and I'm definitely coming back soon!! Try them ASAP!!

There’s just not enough ingredients on the pizza. What IS on there is sooo small 👎🏻

I'm sorry but I came to westshore pizza because of the supposive great reviews I saw about the pizza, and it couldn't be further from the truth. The crust was like thin dry tough cardboard, there was little to no sauce, and the flavor was cheap and incredibly salty. There are countless better pizza places, I would not recommend this one.

New ownership has really stepped up the game and I will continue to visit

Great place to have a pie, baked ziti, cheesesteak, slice, or cheese sticks. I’ve been coming here once a week for the past month. Great customer service and the food will make you sleepy! Check this place out you won’t be disappointed!

I've ordered here twice (four total attempts). First time - overall food was good. The only downfall was the additional toppings were very light, for the cost there should've been more than a couple pieces on some slices. The second time (which took three attempts, since "they didn't/wouldn't/couldn't accept" (different answer/response everytime we called) the free coupon for my pizza. Finally, when they accept it, the coupon cost didn't cover the increased price in pizza. Highly doubt I'll return.

It's super average. The knots were small and dry which was disappointing because their other location had some of the best knots I've ever had in my life. A bit overpriced when they're not running specials.

Best meatball sandwich in a long time. The manager came over to discuss the sandwich and seemed to genuinely care about whether or not it was appreciated. I noticed fresh or at least whole tomatoes in the sauce and mentioned that to him, he said that they make all their sauces fresh everyday. I'll be back to see if they can keep up that level of quality.

Not only is the pizza awesome. I’ve never found a more welcoming and committed staff. They remember you ask you how you’re doing actually truly care not just for the customer service. It’s the only place I get my pizza!

Very picky New Yorker here to say this pizza is legit! Real deal. Thin crust that’s not too gooey but also not too crispy that it cuts your lips. Crust is so good I think it was my favorite part. Plenty of cheese and you can taste the sauce is homemade and not from a jar. Excellent pizza and Shy is extremely welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend.

This place is absolutely amazing with great employees. Sadeesh delivered our sausage and pepperoni pizza with wings and it was delicious. One of the most gracious display of customer service I've ever received from a pizza spot. I definitely recommend with 5 stars.

Loved this place! My wife and I work the RV show every January which overlaps our anniversary. After working the booth all day, we're usually worn out and just looking for some good, quick food rather than a fancy dining experience for our anniversary meal. Westshore Pizza was near our hotel and highly rated, so we figured we'd give it a try. While ordering, my wife and I joked to each other that here we were eating pizza on our 37th anniversary. The owner overheard us and gave us the royal treatment, right down to bringing us a free dessert hot from the oven (a beignet-type confection made using pizza dough). He encouraged us to eat it hot and we gladly obliged...very tasty! Food was great and service was fantastic!

Found this place while on a spring break trip 2023 and needed some food. Pizza was fantastic! We had great conversation with the owner and his son who was working played tic tac toe with our kids while we waited. Owner threw in a free desert if our 9yo won. Highly recommend.

My experience at Westshore Pizza was truly delightful! The owner went above and beyond with a friendly and helpful approach. His suggestion for crispy wings was spot-on, ensuring they stayed deliciously intact until I got home. The hot wings were fantastic—just the right balance, not too saucy or dry. The atmosphere was warm, and the service was excellent, making this my new favorite spot for great wings. Highly recommended!

Pizza was soggy and honestly reminiscent of school pizza

Stopped to charge my vehicle and my son and I were ready for lunch so we picked up a pizza, with mild expectations (admittedly a pizza snob). Well, they more than exceeded expectations by delivering a terrific pizza, packed with flavor, great service, and my favorite takeaway was a cravable and memorable sauce. Delicious! I felt the dough was just very good and the price a wee bit steep, but I'm a few hours away so perhaps the norm. All in all, I definitely recommend and will be back when passing through.

Just good pizza, no frills. I love a simple slice of pepperoni, and they have my favorite in Tampa! Super friendly staff, quick service. Surprised there isn't a line out the door here!!

VERY disappointed. Ordered WSP for the first time. Got a BBQ chick which was fine but ordered a Margaretta pizza. What showed up with a cheese pizza with chopped tomatoes. no oil or basil. etc. Also the chicken wings rang up for more than what the menu price was and didnt show up with the extra sauce we ordered. Pretty sure this is gonna be a one and done for us. WAY too much for 2 pizzas and wings and the order is not even right

Never had an issue that was anything major until tonight. I called to give a chance to make it right and instead I was told that I was a liar pretty much from the Indian gentlemen. My other food was ok but, my calzone lacked little to no RICOTTA at all and barely any TOPPINGS. Each side of the calzone was empty space by 2 1/2 - 3 inches. It was so dry I ended up not even eating it. I would not have even left a bad review, but attempting to correct my situation, without even asking to see it or anything.. I was told I was wrong... Well decide for yourself.. Its rather obvious.. And I live off hwy 52 in San Antonio and drive all that way because I get the same thing every time made the same way.. So i know how it is supposed to be. I thought it was an innocent mistake due to training or something.. Sadly I will not be coming back after being told I'm a liar. I have heard people in the past tell me how bad they have gotten. But, I was always dumbfounded until tonight.. So you lost another customer ... Not that you apparently care by the customer service and insult to my integrity. I will attach a photo to show what you get for $24.99 now apparently. Smfh. I'd take it back but I'm not going to drive another 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back for him to just argue. The main ingredient of a calzone is Ricotta cheese.. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Yet mine had none..

First timer, got the 14" Philly Deluxe Crispy. We loved it. Should've got the 18" it was so good. Very friendly people with super service. Can't wait for our next visit. Thank you, Shailesh and crew!!!

This Westshore pizza location is amazing! They have the best gluten free pizza we have ever had! Their gluten free pizza beats all and any competitors in the neighborhood as we have tried all of them! The toppings are also fresh and delicious! Thank you for the great customer service too!

Westshore Pizza was so amazing! Being new to the area, we had been trying to find a new pizza place to enjoy. After seeing this one, we decided to give it a try and we could not be more happy with our choice! The customer service was amazing and everyone was super helpful and happy to assist. This place is fabulous. We have been missing our favorite pizza place, and searching for a place that makes them similar to what we were used to with no success. This place has won my business. Not only is the pizza and stromboli out of this world, the owner is fantastic well. The atmosphere almost forces you to be engaged with the person you are there with, which is what we all need sometimes. My son loves to play tic tac toe on the wooden boards. A great place to dine in, or even take out. The take out is very timely. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you haven't already!

The gentleman who took my order was very nice and friendly. He took my order over the phone. I just had a slice of cheese pizza. It was delicious! I recommend this place.

The pizza here is always great! But the reason I’m leaving a review is because their customer service is UNMATCHED. Both times I’ve been here they were so kind! I have also seen the way the manager treats his employees, these are genuinely kind people and I will most definitely become a regular. Thank you guys so much!

The people working here are so friendly so it kills me to write a bad review but the food is just not up to par. Food is so bland. Ordered wings crispy — they were rubbery and tasteless. Pizza lacks flavor.

I just tried Westshore Pizza because it was close to my hotel and had great reviews on Goggle Maps. What a find!! Great service! Friendly atmosphere! Concerned employees! And a delicious Philly cheese steak ... and I lived in Philadelphia for 5 years! A fresh roll was filled (Yes, FILLED!) with shaved steak, cheese, onions, peppers, and mushrooms. The flavors were very balanced. And the pizza is also delicious! Excellent place!

Staffs are friendly but the food is a disaster. Ordered garlic knots and a pizza. Knot became very chewy and rubbery same as pizza. No sauce as well.

I went there last Sunday and absolutely loved their NY style pizza. Not only was it huge, it was really tasty and filling! The owner was really nice and gave us all chocolate chip cookies! My kids loved it as well!!🙂

Kevin saved the day. I had a business lunch catered with a different Westshore pizza, who messed up the order. I called Westshore highlands preserve for a reliable phone number to the original store. Still, no one picked up. Kevin immediately made 6 pizzas and delivered them to where I was. Wow! Talk about service! . The pizzas were delicious and my luncheon with on without a hitch! Thanks Kevin!

I order buy one ge one free pizza ,13,99$ comes with just chez and I add to one of them jalapeños and banana peppers and garlic they charge me 5$ for that and they didn’t even tell me how much it’s gonna coast or anything and I end up paying almost 23$ for that , and I leave right behind the store so now you just lost customers , and that not how you build a clients .

Very Impressed! Florida Native Here... This Place Is Real!! And Real Good!!!

If I could give these guys 10 stars for service, I would. They were so friendly and customer oriented. From the minute we walked in, we felt welcomed. They forgot one minor topping in one of our pizzas(no big deal to us). They realized it after, without us saying anything, and remade it, essentially giving us a free pizza. Another customer dropped their pizza in the parking lot, and they remade that for her too at no charge. This is how business was done back when I was young and it gave me some hope there are still good guys around.

Wow! Is all I have to say! The BEST PIZZA in town! The customer service is EXCELLENT! It’s a FATHER & SON (new owners) business. They’re crazy busy and despite that all they still had great customer service. I haven’t written a review like this in a while.

The pizza is so good and being from NYC, I'm picky with my pizza. Kevin the owner, is so friendly and attentive. Even when I've gone in during their busy hours, he still interacts with my kids.. and the kids love free cookie Friday's! So happy to have a neighborhood pizzeria that makes me feel at home.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!! The service is AMAZING! The owner and staff have great spirit and are super friendly & attentive. And the food is on point! We get the pizza, wings, and fries and everything is always fresh. Their wings are crispy and not overdressed in sauce. This is our go to spot in wesley chapel for pizza!!!

My experience at Westshore pizza at this location was Awesome. Kevin the owner is very professional and his customer service is superb. We ordered a cheese pizza and Sweet Baby Ray's wings along with the mild wings as well. His kitchen staff also did an excellent job with preparing the food. Thank you guys so much. I highly recommend that you all stop in and visit for some great food at westshore pizza new tampa.

I ordered Uber eats from this location because I love Westshore pizza. This location however I will not be going back to when my food arrived. My driver told me they forgot my salad, and that someone from that location was going to be delivering it for me, which I appreciate it, so the kids were eating there cheesesteak sandwiches but none of them liked the wings I ordered them lite sauce because usually they are dripping in sauce but they were completely dry almost no sauce at all and taste list. I gave them two stars because I appreciated them bringing me the salad. But I ended up make the kids something else to eat, because none of them wanted to eat the wings because they were so dry and they did not care for the chicken Philly. The only thing they ate was the steak Philly. Are usually do not post negative reviews, but it was quite frustrating to not have my whole order together and then still have to make food myself after spending money on food being delivered.

The owner Kevin is very nice makes conversation with you the pizza is amazing not to much sauce and it’s not salty like most pizza very satisfied it’s where I love to go with my grandson and they remodel the place and it looks great thank you 😊

Ok. I am not a reviewer. Pretty much ever. I’m barely even a commenter on social media. HOWEVER. Exceptions must be made. Tonight I ordered pizza from Westshore, not because I had no dinner plan, but mostly because by the time I got finished fighting all the harpies at Homegoods and Target to finish my Mother’s Day shopping, I no longer cared. Hence, when it took me OVER 30 MINUTES to complete my on-line order due to bugs in their website, I was pretty annoyed, and recalled why I haven’t ordered from them in over a year bc their online ordering is literally a dumpster fire of issues, and I only order pizza anyway when I’m over it and refuse to cook. Nevertheless, I persevered, completed my order, and emerged victorious with a few dollars saved using online coupons and a screen shot of my order confirmation that stated a pick up time of 7:25:16 pm. Pretty specific. So my husband arrived at 7:26 pm, only to receive lukewarm (albeit tasty) pizza, and to be greeted by a sign that read: 14 inch pizzas, BOGO. Obviously, upon learning this I immediately wanted to know why the three pizzas I bought were not subject to this deal, since it is not listed on their website (in fact a bogo coupon that is listed doesn’t work), and I ordered 2 14 inch pizzas and 1 18 inch pizza. Reluctantly, I called the store to ask about the promo, expecting to learn my husband had been mistaken. Nope. 14 inch pizzas, BOGO. Umm. But…. I began to stutter out my explanation of why this was unfair, blah blah blah… bad website blah blah blah… took me 30 minutes to order online blah blah blah… cold pizza blah blah—and do you know what? The manager (owner) didn’t even listen to my whole story. He COMPLETELY COMPED MY ENTIRE ORDER before I could even fully explain. I didn’t even want the whole order comped— I just wanted him to honor the bogo promo not listed online. He told me it was already done and Happy Mother’s Day, so at that point all I could really do was thank him and swallow my indignation along with a slice of tasty veggie pizza. I think he said his name is Mike. I think he said that he just purchased this franchise and is still trying to turn things around. He asked me to follow his store on social media, and said he understood why I gave up on them over a year ago, even though I do like their pizza and salads. Wings are good too actually. I was a bit surprised by this entire exchange to be honest, given the fact that I spent some of my day reporting the $400 that was stolen from my checking account by identity thieves, and the rest of my day weaving my way through over privileged ladies in tropical prints who consider shopping to be a competitive blood sport. I’m not jaded. I’m just tired. So, thank you very much Mike for comping my family’s dinner when you didn’t have to, and thank you for surprising someone who is almost never surprised with your excellent customer service. I have lived in New Tampa for a long time, and it still amazes me that I can patronize the same mom and pop small businesses for years (food, coffee, nails, car wash, dry cleaners— whatever) and the owners/ managers rarely acknowledge that they A) recognize you, and B) appreciate your business. You managed to accomplish both of these feats in a less than 2 minute phone call. I look forward to ordering your pizza more often, and I am actually impressed. I think your chances of success are strong if this is the way you treat your customers. I will be back, and will be recommending Westshore Pizza New Tampa to my friends.

Pizza is so good you thought it was made by Italians.

New owner and son. Greeted us with smiles, interacted with everyone in our party even the teenagers. When the tweens were playing tick tac toe (their games laying out on high table) they offered to buy winner a brownie lol We ordered a large pizza and small. They were having a BOGO deal for smalls but since we got the large he just gave us the small for free instead. Was really nice to accommodate us like that. Most regular pizza chains wouldn't do that, that's say "sorry no exceptions". Guests would arrive and they knew them by name, they looked for their pickup order guests by their cars and greeted them in parking lot with their food. They were very on point and even served us food and slices. Before I could get up to throw my plate away the Manager was throwing away our trash he said "your out to eat, let us serve you" place is clean and nice inside. I hope they have a nice booming business and keep steady business. Wish there was one closer but anytime I come down this way I'll be back. :)

Complete night and day difference to previous management: the entire atmosphere has changed, and the pizza tastes completely different (in a good way).

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. Gentleman at the counter was extremely nice and asked about our day. Immediately felt like I was at a family owned restaurant. He kept up with us the whole time and the pizza was amazing as per usual. Props to that’s guy and his staff!
