We hired wood fire flat breads for our wedding reception and were amazed by their ability to cook such delicious pizzas so fast! They arrived on time and immediately set to work serving out 150 guests in a little under an hour. Kim was responsive and professional, always keeping communication open with us during hectic wedding planning. She and her staff worked well with our coordinators to provide an amazing experience for our guests; what's better than pizza and ice cream at a wedding?! Apart from running a great business, the pizza is absolutely delicious. We tried it at a food truck festival, and Kim gave us a private tasting of all the types prior to our booking their services. We had a hard time deciding because all the food was so good. They even made accommodations for some of our vegan guests. Highly recommend this company for any catering needs, big and small!

10/10!! We had Wood Fired Flatbreads cater our wedding on 8/13/22 and the food and service was amazing!! We had 100 guests and they were all able to get food from the buffet very quickly! Our guests were so happy with the food and were so impressed that a few of them even asked for their info after the wedding so they could have them cater for there next event! They even gave us some left over pizza that me and my husband happily enjoyed after we got back to our hotel room! One of the best choices we made for our wedding!!

Pizza is amazing. The wood fire gives everything a good taste that you don't get anywhere else.

I've only been here once, but the margherita pizza was very good. Pretty close to a traditional margherita. The Italian sausage is also very good. Kind of an out of the way spot on Lowrie's Run Road, but it would definitely be worth checking out. Currently they are only open on Wednesdays and Fridays between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. I am assuming these hours will change soon due to the change of the seasons.

I get something new each time and it's always great. The owners like to chat and are such nice people. Nice covered picnic table area to eat if you want to eat your pizza fresh from the oven too. The cheesecake cone was great too!

Awesome little spot! I loved the white pizza the most, but they're all great. We're nearby every couple weeks and will definitely be back.

I received samples of their product. Absolutely amazing. Perfect smoke ring… amazingly tender and the seasoning is spot on. Not over nor under seasoned. Right where it should be. The smoke flavor is not overwhelming and compliments the flavor of the meat. Absolutely blown away! I’ll be ordering from them many more times this summer! The pizza is out of this world as well! Woodfired flatbreads catered my birthday party. Throughout the whole process, they were easy to work and communicate with. Everyone was impressed by the quality of food and left full! I would definitely recommend them for any event and I would look to them in the future for my own use.

Incredible food, hot out the oven, good crust and amazing sauce on the margherita

Enjoying their recent Friday truck nights in their parking lot. Something new they were trying and so glad they did. Fantastic pizza made hot and fresh. While your waiting, enjoy delightful conversation with the staff. So nice and thoughtful, and reminiscent of Italian cuisine.

I had Wood Fired Flatbread serve Pizza and Wings for an Customer Appreciation event and everything turned out perfect. Not only was the communication between businesses great, they also made the selection process simple! We had multiple customers asking about how we found such fantastic food for the event and if they could use them in the future. Word of mouth spreads quickly when you have as fantastic food like Wood Fired Flatbread! I will be using them in the future again and recommend them to anyone who wants great food and great service!

Fantastic! My spouse and I hired Wood Fired Flatbreads for our wedding reception at the Lodge at North Park and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. Their pizza (as well as their range of appetizers and salads) are delicious, the staff is fantastic and Kim Fitzpatrick, the owner, is extremely responsive and diligently works to accommodate the needs of her clients. Hiring Wood Fired Flatbreads was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a change of heart about our catering choices just 6 weeks before our wedding and they came to the rescue without missing a beat. I can't tell you how many guests have told me how delicious the food was and asked for a referral. Our venue was very casual (the North Park Rose Barn), and the pizza truck fit perfectly with the atmosphere. They fed all 200 guests of ours in a little over an hour with made-to-order pizza, and not a single one was hungry after. The team is deeply capable and knowledgeable about managing the logistics of a large event. They were so helpful with decisions when it comes to toppings and appetizers. I booked wood fired flat breads for my wedding reception at north park, send everything was amazing! They were on time, efficent, and friendly. They answered questions about the oven and how it worked, and they even tried to accommodate my gluten free cousin by using pizza crusts that she brought. They also stayed much later then were booked them for, free of charge. When I booked them, I booked the "buffet" style as opposed to the sit down style, with pizzas, meatballs, salad and Italian sodas for 160 people. With the buffet option, not everyone gets a full pizza and it dosen't all come out at the same time so they recommend we bring other food and snacks so I made a brisket, some appetizers and brought rolls, and we ended up with lots of food left over. Everyone got their fill. I honestly was so busy that I don't remember eating at all that day, but I do remember everyone coming up to me and saying how much they loved the food! I would recommend Wood Fired Flatbreads to everyone!

My favorite pizza!!! I first encountered this fabulous food at an art fair. I followed the incredible aroma of wood fired pizza to an ever growing line of people. Some were saying it was the best others anxious to try it for the first time. The line moved quickly as I watched each delighted customer walk away with their custom made pie that looked as delicious as it smelled! While waiting, it was interesting to watch the professional team in action. They were so efficient and friendly. When I was served my very own pizza, it exceeded my expectations. ..one bite and I was hooked! Best pizza ever!

If you’re having a private event Woodfired Flatbreads IS the way to go! Kim is awesome to work with and is super responsive and the pizza, salad and caprese were out of this world! We used Woodfired Flatbreads for our wedding rehearsal dinner at our house and we got so many compliments! They only need about a 30’ fairly level space to set up and they will be slinging pizzas in no time; they literally set up in our driveway and everything went perfect. Kim utilized a buffet-type setup which keeps your pizzas super fresh and allows your guests to try many different combinations of sauces/toppings and she even takes requests the entire time! Not to mention, the price is SO reasonable and can be found easily on their website unlike other caterers who hide prices because they know how expensive they’ll be ESPECIALLY if you mention the word ‘wedding.’ Again, if you’re looking for a different, affordable, delicious alternative to traditional catering then THIS is your answer, or, if you find this truck at a brewery or a food truck festival, definitely get the white sauce + sausage combo!

Got to visit their Pizza truck, they have a portable oven which I thought was neat. Food is good, a little overpriced but it was a food truck, so understandable.
