I don't know why I am just now reviewing this place! My husband and I have been coming for months now, we're sad we didn't find them sooner! They are consistently good every, single, time! We have had a few different things, but we can't stop getting the Media Noche, tostones, and cuban double espressos. We have been three times in one week before! Awesome service from each and every one of them. It feels like family right away. They have customers for as long as we live here!

Best Cuban in Jacksonville! Do you want authentic food? Come here! Not a fantastic atmosphere but it is SUPER clean, very friendly service and awesome food. Everything was delicious. You can’t go wrong. Don’t let the outside deter you.

Best Cuban sandwich I've had in Jacksonville! Collada was 🔥 too, but that sandwich was everything. Reminded me of a few spots in Miami I would go to. Keep in mind that I've been to 5 different Cuban places in Jacksonville. I thought 1928 Cuban Bistro was it, and they're good too, but 1928 Cuban Bistro is Scotty Pippen. 90 Miles from Cuba is Michael Jordan 💯🔥🔥🔥 🇨🇺

The place is small but the food was really good. And the price is very fair as well. The people there are very humble.

This is a quaint, mom and pop shop. My wife and I have been here twice and did take out once. Every time the food has been great and service has been excellent. I would highly recommend trying it out if you haven't.

By far the best Cuban sandwich I've had in Jacksonville!! Reminds me of the one I used to get when I lived in South Florida.

Small Cuban restaurant, friendly and quick. Grabbed breakfast and the breakfast sandwich on Cuban bread was very good, so was the toast and ham croquettes, similar to the kind of places that are very common in Miami but less so in our neck of the woods and scratches the itch for the breakfast food I get when I visit family in Miami.

They added little rice, the meat was not cooked well and was bad, everything was bad, so next time I will buy it at Walmart and buy it myself...

This hole in the wall gem is amazing!! My husband, son & I came to get 4 Cuban sammiches & they were delicious!! Now I've had them when I went to Miami, but these were amazingly better!! I love how the bread was toasted, but not too toasted. We took our food home to eat & it was still warm!! The employees were super polite & the vibe was awesome!! Cute little spot where you can sit down to eat. I will definitely be going back to try some empanadas!!

One of our favorite places to eat in Jax! You cant get better food and service anywhere else. No matter what you get its always delicious. They have great breakfast and lunch options and plenty to choose from. The ladies who run it are fantastic and love to get to know customers. We go at least once a week for the delicious food.

Counter staff were kind and helpful! Great big sandwiches served freshly made and hot! Delicious! Empanadas we’re great too. Try the cafe con leche, it’s wonderful!

Very clean! That’s the first thing I noticed and always look for before I decide to eat somewhere. Food was very good and well priced! The lady that I interacted with was so friendly. We are in town from Pennsylvania and will stop again before we leave. Definitely recommend. (Bathrooms were also spotless) great job!

Staff was nice and polite.. The bistec was dry with only 5 skinny onions. The Pernil sandwich was not seasoned and hard to chew. The Cuban sandwich was ok, but chewy. I am from Miami and Puerto Rico and used to very good Criolla food.. Very disappointed.
