One of the best food trucks in town. Even had to take my cheeseburger home for my wife to try it was so good.

Simply made yet simply amazing. I didn't expect a normal looking burger to melt entirely in my mouth. The consistency of the burgers the corner was like eating a flavored cloud. Never had a cheese burger this good. The fries are great as well. The owner is a stand up guy and is doing a great job giving back to the community. Everyone should eat here at least once.

I’m truly upset… I went up there and ordered the “Train Wing/Burger” Special. I sat out there for 15 minutes before the gentleman came out to say, something went wrong with the burger, do you want something else? No, I don’t want anything else. I came just for that. He didn’t even ask me what kind of wings I wanted. It was a waste of my time and gas. I would NOT recommend!!!

Heard they hard fried snow crab, so I had to try. I decided to try the shrimp and fries as well..I placed the order around 11:45, and received our food at 12:45 via car delivery. After waiting an hour and 90° weather outside in my car per their request, I was surprised to find that the fries and shrimp were cold( not even warm) and only the snow crab was hot. I have to admit they are very busy, but I didn’t expect to wait an hour for cold fries and shrimp. The seasoning is good but a bit overpowering, and they can stand to ease up a bit unless people have burned their taste buds to death. It was a very beautiful and healthy cluster, so I was happy with the size of the crab and the size of the shrimp. However, not only did it take an hour, there was nowhere to sit, we didn’t get any sauces,not a sorry for the wait, the price is kinda pricey for some items . I definitely see greatness .I think they need help in the kitchen as well as runners for the food. The cashier was doing both. Although I enjoy the hot part of my meal, I would have to say that it wasn’t worth the price, atmosphere , or the wait. I may need to come 15mins prior to opening as lines build up fast.I do hope things turn around for them as they definitely have the potential to grow into one a Pensacola’s best ma & pa’s restaurant ,but there’s work to do. We all have to start somewhere, and I’m still looking forward to trying them again in the future.
