Absolutely thee worst! 2 nights in a row I ask for cheese and they put no cheese on my food!!!!! Then when I get to the window I asked the guy is there cheese he says yes!!! I get home after working 10 hours and I go to look at my food and little behold no cheese!! And all the manager says oh we can remake it but I’ll have to charge you!!!🤯😡😡😡😡😡😡

Everytime I've gone to this location I've had to sit anywhere from 45 min to an hour just to get a messed up order or cold food. I like whataburger and that's why I keep trying thinking it will get better but maybe it's time to give it up.. Also when you do a survey you get a free burger but the catch is you have to buy a fry and drink I tried using mine cause I bought a meal an the lady said just cause you buy something you don't get it unless you buy those 2 items so no more surveys for me I think as long as your spending money you should be able to get it but not with them.

If you’re in a time crunch DONT go here In fact don’t go here PERIOD The order took way too long to get out to us despite the amount of staff, we called while in the drive through since no one was at the window in order to tell them that they forgot some of our food. After we got our food we realized we were missing half of it, after confronting them about it they gave us attitude about the food still being prepared despite the order being placed 35 minutes prior. We only had one person in front of us and it took them a long time to get our food.

I've always come to this location but the last time I had ordered the got my whole order wrong and the lady cashier had the most out ravenous attitude. The drive thru person on the early bird shift that gentleman was so kind. My main issue is that in the morning shift that lady was very short rude on 3 separate times. To the kid at the window tonight, thank you, to the manager that was rude and wouldn't let me explain that I didn't know then refused to take my order . How dare you ma'am. My wife and I ate at Whataburger on New Warrington rd on Saturday evening June 15. The food and service was excellent. The manager, Marcie came to check on us and I complimented her on how she communicated with here staff. She had everyone organized and they all were doing a good job. I don't know if she is a GM, but if not she deserves to be. I don't think I ever wrote a review on a fast food restaurant before, but this was worthy of my time.

ALL the staff at THIS Whataburger store are FANTASTIC ! They are very ATTENTIVE to the CUSTOMER at the counter, and QUICK to get the order out. SMILES on their faces, and no matter how busy when I arrived, they handled it all with a smile and TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS !! A real PLEASURE coming here to this Whataburger location this evening, about 8:45 p.m. I get to go to a lot of food places, and this is one of the BEST experiences I have had !

This Whataburger on New Warrington Rd in Pensacola is def the worst whataburger I've been to. The foods still the same, whataburger stays true to their burgers and different promos, but they are slow through the drive thru. Lord forbid you have to use the app for a coupon or reward cuz they have no idea how to help you , most of them are clueless to the app. The manager is rude and very curt with customers.

I've come here with my boyfriend multiple times because it's convenient and close by to where we live. The food is great, honestly. Never had an issue with an order being wrong. My only complaints are firstly, the wait time, secondly the fact their milkshake machine seems to be not working very often, and lastly their bathrooms have locks for some reason? I've never seen that before. (Never used the bathrooms here for that reason, and luckily only needed to once)

They prioritize Drive-Thru orders over online orders. For example, a DoorDash order can take 17+ minutes to be ready after the driver arrives at the store. Whenever something is unavailable, they don't have the ability to mark it such, unlike every other store that works with Doordash.

Only the main order-taker/cashier that's there everyday takes his job seriously. It's never fully staffed during rush hours and if there's someone else that's not him, tries to help with drinks, they don't notice that there's more than one drink to hand out if the number of meals is more than one. The general manager doesn't seem to work late nights to correct a lot of the issues at night. Whenever something's out of stock they're unable to print out a simple notice stating that to put at the front counter, drive thru, or front door. If you use their app to order food and name who gets what, nothing gets labeled. If you order through a third party delivery service, nothing gets labeled besides the outside of the main bag. If you have more than one drink of the same color, nothing gets labeled; you won't know which one is diet Coke or Dr. Pepper unless you taste it or sniff it. Also, I don't know why, but one time I ordered in January, I had one of my milkshakes and it was SALTY 🧂. Like how does that even happen? 😨 The only time I had a nearly perfect order was when the store was dead.

My boyfriend and I frequent this place so much that my stack of receipts can’t be folded to put a paperclip through it. (I keep all my receipts for records.) our experience is always up-and-down, but mostly down we come to this location due to its convenience in relation to where we live, and where we travel through to get to work. Sometimes we come here between 1 to 3 times a day even if it’s for just a milkshake and apple pies and cookies. Today my boyfriend went to go inside to get a milkshake and before we left I said for him to wait on me. I’m going inside to use the restroom. I am aware that they have a lock on the restrooms and I am also aware that they are busy during lunch rush, but I am respectful and I actually stay in line and wait for my turn to talk to the cashier tell her that I needed someone to unlock the bathroom door so I can go and use it. I was patient enough to stay in line but when I saw an opportunity to ask another employee that was passing by if I could use the restroom, she completely ignored me. I said it loud enough for her to hear but I shrugged it off and figured I will wait to talk to the cashier since I was coming up next. There was only another Couple waiting to order behind me. I told the cashier I just needed to use the restroom and that my boyfriend had already ordered. She replied with an attitude saying “ma’am, you just gonna have to wait a minute“. That is exactly what I’m doing is waiting a minute, waiting my turn because I was respecting the fact that they were busy, so when she finished with the last couple in line’s order, I then reminded her that I needed to use the restroom. She had annoyed And just turned her back to me, and started doing something else, while the first lady who I asked earlier that ignored me turned to her and asked her, “Who needs to use the restroom?” Now I know she heard me the first time and this time she didn’t even even acknowledge that I was the one who asked and she asked her coworker, who ignored me. The cashier was that needed to use the restroom when I was the one standing there patiently waiting. I am not one to make complaints and that is why through all the months that we have been consistently coming here multiple times a day I just ignore the horrible service we encounter and just take it as a Part of our experience, since there are some other times that we have decent service. But today I have just had it. I patiently waited for my turn just to use the restroom and was met with attitude and just plain inexcusable terrible customer service. It truly makes me not want to come back here because what a shame to drive out of our way just to get our favorite milkshakes.

This was a HORRIBLE experience tonight. First as we pulled up to the drive thru we sat there without anyone greeting us or answering the window. We had to say, “Hello “ just to see if anyone was working. We placed our order and as usual we had to wait for 20 minutes. As we pulled up to the window, the worker asked us did we remember what the total was. Then they could not find what we ordered. After finally getting the order, they gave us the food (which was not correct) and the French fries were cold. We sent it back and when we got it back the French fries were still cold. I just pulled off extremely upset. I will NEVER return to this location again. I don’t like it when the workers are playing instead of working.

I understand being busy but when you order threw the app for curbside pick up and you arrive after the time given for pick up and still have to wait up to 30+ minutes for a whataburger Jr that's kind of annoying... however when I order two milkshakes and show up when the time said it would be ready and have to wait 26 minutes before going to ask for my order that wasn't even made yet is just down right ridicules. Also being told if I'm going to order online I need to call first to make sure what I want will be available and thar they don't even start online orders until I tell then I have arrived is horrible business practice and defeats the purpose of me ordering a head. Please do better with online orders and curbside pickups.

This has to be the least efficient "FAST" food place I have visited in a very long time. The visit no matter what time you come is always incredibly long and has no organization. It's usually 1 person up front literally doing 1 order at a time. Tonight I walked in to order 2 milkshakes after a long day of work at 6:50pm. I was 2nd in line and was able to place my order at 7:03pm. After the employee made multiple full drink trays for a DoorDash driver. After completing that task of making all the drinks....which was so important that that order is still not completed at 7:20pm....oh and yeah still don't have my shakes either at 7:21pm either....it's not Covid excuses anymore. It's poor management and poor labor management bc I see at least 7 employees and a manager....a Mgr which walked by me at least 5 times at the counter and never spike or checked to see if I had ordered, which at that time I had not. So this is now been at least a 33 minute chunk out of my day so far which I was just told the shake machine needs to cool down and what did I order again??

Not sure who the gay, slim, black guy that works the drive-thru window in the evening, but he continues to make advances and unwanted kissy faces that are very uncomfortable whenever I pick up my food. It’s happened on 4-5 different occasions and it is close to making me never coming to Whataburger again. The date was 9-14-2023 between 10-11 p.m. Very disturbing.

I ride by bicycle to get everywhere, and download the Whataburger app. Got a free Whataburger and boy the manager was at the register it was very very clean a excellent burger. I was thinking about picking up some refuse thrown in the parking lot by customers. But I found a Apple watch on the ground on the way home. So I called the Escambia county sheriff's department after contacting apple for there recommendation. So a win win trip to Whataburger.
