We normally don’t frequent this chilis anymore due to bad service and food in the past. However, I’m glad we decided to go again as we got a new server named Thomas and he was absolutely amazing! He held great conversation and he had such awesome vibes that we truly enjoyed our time there! He was always checking on us and going above and beyond. We hope to get him again in the future as he was the best server we’ve had at this chilis!

Writing this as a warning to anyone wanting to make a To-Go order... do not! Absolutely not the fault of the employees; they are very understaffed, but there are extremely long wait times and you're unable to reach anyone by phone. Big Chili's, please help this location out.

Chicken quesadilla was awesome. I got stuffed. I loved the flavor, nice and mild.

They didn’t give me the correct order and they refuse to fix it so I would give 0 stars if I could. Chili’s on 9th is far better overall.

Fries were cooked a little hard but everything was delicious.

I came here June 8th and immediately half the restaurant was empty and everyone was sitting on one side. Me and my bf were sat in a 6 top table shoved right by the door. Everyone was crammed right next to each table. I’m assuming they just didn’t want to open the other side up because they didn’t have enough servers. Cool but space some people out. Right off the bat the hostess sat the menus down and walked off seems annoyed we were there. I enjoy their food so I tried to pay it no mind. The servers name was Tina and she showed up about 10 minute after we were seated. Took our drink order and didn’t come back for a while with the drinks. when she did we told her we wanted the queso and chips. It never came out for about 15 minutes. She walked by us and said why don’t we have it and we said it hasn’t been brought out she laughs and walks off. Bumping into tables and running around as one would if they were under the influence of something. Again I tried to pay it no mind as I came here to eat and I just want some food. Finally she brings it out it’s sloppy salsa is all over the chips they’re soggy and the queso is lumpy and cold. I try to bite my tongue and just wait for food. I had my boyfriend ask the hostess for salt because the server again was nowhere to be found. About 20 minutes go by and she takes out food order I get the triple dipper and he gets chicken crispers. Remember that they come with fries. Well his didn’t and she brings out the food saying fries will be out soon. We should have known soon meant when she felt like getting it. They have food runners for a reason and not even they brought it out so she more than likely didn’t ring it in until right when she realized we didn’t have them. She jokes it off and says” wow you still don’t have the fries idk why the food runners arent running it”. My bf politely asks if she is new and she says no she’s worked BOH and FOH for a long time but we came in after everybody else was sat so she apologizes for the bad service. At this point I was just ready to go. I paid 60.95 for food that wasn’t even good enough to give to my dog at home. I asked for 2 to go boxes and paid in the kiosk on the table to avoid having to wait longer. I called and spoke to a manager and was told I’d receive a refund which I have yet to get. The professionalism in this place is not there at all and they need to work on food quality. It was severely disappointing and I won’t be coming back to this establishment for a while. I’d rather take the drive to the one in Panama City at least they serve hot food and tend to the tables. I’ve spoken to 2 managers since then and they both have given me different answers in when I will receive a refund and when asked if there’s any way they can tell me if the 1st manager pushed my refund through I was told they would get back to me. That was 10 days ago. I would give a 0 start is that was available.

Mediocre food. Absent server. And a dark (not well lit) restaurant. I could go into the specifics of our last couple visits but my opening 3 statements sums it up. We will not be going back to this location.

Dinner here was super fast on a weeknight, which I always appreciate. The portions were generous and all of the wait staff were wonderful, but this location (and maybe Chili's in general) seems to be suffering from management and cost issues. Lots of basic items out of stock, and we don't eat at Chili's often but it seems like the menu is smaller every time we go and prices just keep going up.

Irate, will never return to Chilis... So disappointing to see that Chilis has cut costs but have not cut their Covid era prices. I have enjoyed the Chilis Old Timer burger since the 90's. Today the burger was 1/3 smaller, the patty was thin as a pancake and overcooked to a crisp. I paid an extra $1 for Caesar salad in lieu of fries which was nothing more than limp bagged mixed greens (no romaine) with 4 croutons cheap Caesar dressing, I stated my disappointment to my server who offered no apology or considerations. She could have at least offered to take off the $1 salad upgrade charge. $18+ for bad burger, bad salad and coke. To boot... my server put the countertop pay machine in front of me and immediately went to the back. Machine forces a tip by the consumer. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! It was bad enough when Chilis stopped offering free chips and salsa, they pared down their menu, increased prices, servers may or may not give a damn, and now cut size of burger. Never again.

I enjoy Chilis. It’s usually never a disappointment and I love the drinks:::: previous review… I ordered 2 of your ultimate Pasta dishes via online for curbside pick up. Both with an extra garlic toast. I did not receive my extra toast on either pasta: I sent my son inside with my receipt to get my missed toast. He was told “it’s in the bag! It’s in the boxes with the food!” They were not. I go back inside to get my toast, the girl chaquita chaquira whatever was rude to me as well, I asked for a manager and one never came. She handed me a container and I ASSUMED it had both pieces of toast, but it did not! Then, I get home, The pasta is cold!!! I don’t live far and I was early picking up my order. Truly disappointed in my $40 spend with you guys and the lack of professionalism by your staff. Chili’s is a no for me from now on. Signed, A longtime patron ‼️‼️‼️ Scratch that!! Cameron was awesome. He was super attentive, very engaging and a great server. Give him a raise! A pizza party just simply will NOT DO!!!!

I totally understand that working in a place that’s obviously short staffed isn’t easy … but customer service is so important ! Especially if you’re working for tips ! Crystal was extremely rude for no reason ! Came to my maybe twice … I asked for a refill then she proceeded to yell from the bar that my drink didn’t come with free refills when it’s clearly on the menu that it did …. Two other employees gave me a refill with no issues… she stayed at the bar the whole time never came to check on us nor asked us if we needed any to go boxes… crystal get a new job if you can’t handle the heat in the kitchen !

Chili's has really gone downhill and not just this one, or maybe my taste buds have just developed the older I have gotten. To say the food is horrible would be an understatement. They present it badly and it tastes like a very poorly made microwavable meal. I cannot really comment on the atmosphere because the last couple times I have ordered it has been curbside and the only reason I came back again is because it is conveniently located across from my work. The service has been good, I have never had to wait.

Got food poisoning after my southwest egg rolls, not a good thing

I ordered pick up to go. I arrived checked in and waited 20 mons. I called and he said they didn't have an order for me. I went inside he found the order trapped in the printer but realized he sent my order with someone else's order. He was very nice..whole experience took over an hour to get my order. Very disappointed...unsure if I will return

Sat down for 15 min without anyone visiting our table for drinks or appetizers. The dining room wasnt busy and staff walked past our table multiple times.

Kaylen was a very attentive and made us delicious drinks! They texas cheese fries are so yummy!

My family went in around 10pm. Pretty big party of 9 people. They initially wanted to put up all on the high table tops but eventually moved up to the section they said was "closed" Food took a while to be served. Even though we were a large party, there was only maybe 3 other people in the entire restaurant so in my opinion, it shouldn't have been that long. I come here often so I'll say this was a one off bad night. Won't let it stop me from coming back

After 45 minutes, you just give up on getting your food. Not busy. 40% full. Pitiful way to run any business. Terrible experience. Management should be gone from this location. The kitchen staff should follow them. If you don't want to work at a restaurant, find another job, this place is pitiful.

Steak was a little bit tough and didn't get my salad dressing corn was good and baked potatoe soup was fantastic

Me and my wife burger was burnt, just couldn't finish our food.

Dined in 3/10/24 around 8pm. Sat in the bar area. The bartender took our order and food came out quick. Our margaritas tasted terrible. My salad had purple lettuce, and I never received a fork. Had to wait until my quesadillas came and ask another server for a fork to eat my salad. The bartender never came back around. She asked the tables on each side of us several times if they needed anything, but continued to walk past us. She took our orders and never came back. We waited to order dessert after we ate, but nobody ever came to our table for us to order it, so we had to pay on the tablet and leave. It's like we were invisible and unwelcomed. Great customer service, good food and a great time!

This place always has a great menu to select food, wine, beverages either alcoholic or not plenty to choose from. They've always had great service and timely chefs and they don't disappoint. Most of the time I'll switch between items I've decided were favorites or reliable. On those steaks I just say getting any of them is like depositing a nice check in the bank. The food gives you a satisfying experience.

One word ATTITUDE. I didn't even finish the order I just walked out. While trying to order food the woman with the glasses act like I was bothering her. Well I'll just keep.my business at the one near the mall. I use to like this one but damn

I ordered a majita trio and it was a delicious meal! The shrimp was moderately cooked and soft, and the chicken was soft and juicy.

Decent place. Forgot to get dessert. Looked like it would have been delightful. I did like the fries.

Loved it the waitress bailey is a must have she is the best employee of that restaurant and she will make you laugh and has a heart of gold 🥇

Great prices and good affordable food.

I had a craving for queso dip. Stopped in to grab a bite. The queso had less than half the meat. The chips were greasy and super thin so it was hard to grab the dip with a chip. Not unique to this particular restaurant. Corporate America is out of control.

Shrimp and chicken fajitas are Great

Take out got it in no time fast. Food was good steak was OK wanted ribs but were out due to new years..there the BEST! People are friendly with warm smile 😃 😊 loved it.

It was a Monday night and food was great but service was poor. Waitress was inattentive and kept forgetting small things we asked for. She also kept sending food to the wrong tables as the food runners were loudly complaining.

The only person working the front appeared to be the bartender. We waited to find out we needed to seat ourselves, then had to wait for the bartender to keep up with everyone there. The food came out quickly when ready. It had been a while since I had been, and it will be a long while before I try again.

Very poor service.. had to ask for everything. When 3 adults with two kids arrive, you bring extra napkins as a starter. Salads were delivered after the entrees.. Soups were delicious. Only six tables were occupied

Chili’s had very good service. They were on top of everything, and even though it was a busy time for Veteran’s Day, the food was great! And we liked how they served half the beer at a time to keep it cold!

Southwest egg rolls always good.

Not a pleasant experience. Food was okay and expensive for what you get. The place needs a good cleaning. Under the table and around the bar was filthy. We go here about twice a month, but it seems to be going downhill. I waited on my 3rd visit to place a review. Server was very nice but the hostess seemed not to want to be there.

A Southwestern salad was overpriced and not that good at all and very expensive $19.93 for a small plate of salad the dressing was like milky water the tea glass was soapy that is now one of the places on my list that I will never go there again

I had the Rancher burger. It was one of the best burgers I have had in a long time. Enough for two people with the fries. If you are hungry for a double meat,6 pieces of bacon burger. You won't be disappointed or hungry.

Alex was our server today. She was fantastic. We had six people in our party and three separate bills. Some ordered drinks with ice and others without ice. Each order, both food and drinks, was correct!!! My three stars on food is ONLY because this franchise chose not to accommodate my food allergy. I ate at a Chili's in Mississippi a couple of weeks ago, and they had No Problem accommodating my black pepper allergy. Unfortunately, I could only order the Garden Salad at this particular franchise because they could not or would not accommodate my black pepper allergy. Each franchise is different, so I've learned to ALWAYS ask before I order. That said, other people in my party enjoyed their food.
