Honey’s serves delicious, healthy food, breakfast and dinner! There are always simple, healthy tasty food choices on the menu. My favorite breakfast item is the quiche with a crust of thinly-sliced potato, so it’s naturally gluten-free and delicious. Dinner menus are always changing to keep things interesting.

The space is cute & has potential, but the staff seemed awfully pretentious. Lived in the marigny for 12 years about 2 blocks away and didn't recognize a soul which I guess, is what it is, idk just very disappointed by the unfriendliness. Also the iced chai has way too much ice and too small a size for the price.

Amazing hole in the wall spot. All food is homemade & different day-to-day. Friendly workers that cook in front of you (if you sit at the bar) and chat as much or as little as you’d like. Would recommend to locals & tourists.

Fantastic little spot with a great dyke vibe! Food and coffee were absolutely delicious, service was wonderful! My only complaint is that they could have a better beer selection (perhaps getting some Guinness on tap 👀).

Everything about Baby’s is lovely… the atmosphere, food, coffee, and people who work there. Though it’s relatively new in the neighborhood, it quickly became a favorite place. Grateful we have baby’s.

Just what the neighborhood needed.. another yuppie-ish cafe on St Claude to compete with a ton of more established cafes/coffee shops that are deeply rooted in this community. This neighborhood is finally losing its charm. More likely to run into gangs of tourists than friends these days.. if I want to pay tourist prices I'll go to the quarter. Other than that it's ok. Better than the previously abandoned corner.

Owner was extremely rude and unpleasant. Not sure why I wasn’t served the things I ordered and paid for. Everything was delivered to my white boyfriend. Felt very “southern” in all of the wrong ways. Quiche was mediocre. Coffee was fine.

Baby’s is such a gem. The vibe is perfect and the drinks are phenomenal. Whoever designed the space did a fantastic job. My only minor complaint is there’s no almond milk. I will certainly be returning, hopefully almond milk gets added to the menu soon!

Cute place with really good coffee and wonderful culinary creations that change day to day but are always good. Not cheap, but not expensive either. May be a little too small for a place to come and work on your laptop; you can pop your head in and if it's full, go across the street to the St. Roch Market where Coast Roast also has very good coffee and you can sit all day without taking up a seat in a small shop. One more thing-- if you are eco-conscious-- Baby's uses biodegradable paper cups and paper straws. A big plus for anyone concerned about their impact on the Earth!

They quickly became my favorite coffee shop in New Orleans. Baby's has this very rare combination of really delicious, fresh, hand made food, as well as really high quality coffee. The prices are quite honest too, and they have a really nice and peaceful ambience. The folks who work there are incredibly friendly and caring, and the owner is there almost every day of the week. 100% recommended!

Loved the vibe at Baby’s! Everyone there is so kind. The food is delicious and is sourced from local farmers. They change the menu every week. I love to see the culinary ideas they come up with. I had the pleasure of trying a lions mane & fig ravioli and crab Rangoon dip which were both delicious. I am someone who usually doesn’t like sweet and savory combinations but theirs was perfection in the ravioli. The crab Rangoon dip teleported me to the joyous times of my childhood eating crab Rangoon at the Chinese buffet. However, it was even better and with more quality ingredients. You definitely have to stop here while you’re in New Orleans. Or if you are local this is a great place for remote work, brunch, or just to chill and chat.

Baby’s is cute and airy and the staff are nice enough. I got the hibiscus tea and decided to stay to work, but every seat was taken. There could be more done with the space to add more seating. While there, I visited the bathroom that was out of both paper towels and soap, at 10AM. I can’t speak for the coffee but I’d suggest getting carry out and if you’re, “of color” just know it’s a pretty Anglo space, the staff and patrons

I was so excited to visit this new neighborhood coffee spot after seeing it get ready the last few months. Love supporting St Claude spots because I know sustaining a business in this city is hard, let alone at that intersection. Unfortunately and unexpectedly, spending time writing here was such a good reminder of the ways transplants come to New Orleans to feast on the culture, devour the people, and give nothing back to the community. The name, baby, steals from the accents and histories of the Black folks in the city but I did not feel a single ode to the people literally or figuratively in this space. Actually as a person of color, i felt a bit of disdain or discomfort with my presence. Somehow the name of this coffee shop recognizes the specificity of the histories of this beautiful place without the people which is a shame. The coffee was good, the staff were working hard, especially since she was the only barista and there was a consistent flow of people. I want them to succeed because I know owning a business is hard and takes a lot out of you. I feel so conflicted about this place.

the owner is so nice and makes authentic espresso drinks (not starbucks/pjs mostly milk and sugar drinks). she uses eco friendly to-go cups and all of the decor in the store is second hand. i love her environmental consciousness! the banana bread is 10/10. the cold brew also does not have that burned taste that some coffee shop cold brews have. very refreshing!
