I’m so disappointed in the Acai bowl I got. Pretty sure it was either freezer burnt or it simply was just prepared bad. The toppings are fresh and great, but the actual Acai itself had zero flavor and it was icy. It seems the Acai is prepared beforehand and has been sitting in the freezer for a while. It’s sorbet style but mostly icy. We also got the tidal wave and that was good, but dont get the acai otherwise you’ll be disappointed. Ask for a sample if anything first.

The food is great. The ingredients are always fresh and the staff are always smiling even when you ask them what a bunch of dumb questions. Good place to just chill and use some free WiFi.

First time and truly enjoyed it. We ordered the pitaya bowl and mango tango. I loved that they use real ingredients and no extra added sugar. We ordered the pitaya without granola. The mango tango for a healthier option could of been ordered without condensed milk .....but man does that mixture hit the spot...really liked it! Great selection of menu. We dined in and enjoyed ourselves,the establishment is clean and a relaxing place for a sweet treat. Must try it!

I’m not a fan of Açaí but the one at Bahia, it’s pretty good. It’s fresh and tasty. Fast service and nice customer service. A clean local restaurant! PD: I tried the pitaya before and it was delicious also!

I watched the young gentleman cut a mango, the mango slipped off the cutting board to the table, he put it back on the table and then used the same gloves to do the register, then packed our order with the same gloves. I was disgusted. The service was slow and the smoothie was watery. I won’t be going back. There was also another lady who waited 10 minutes to be greeted because the girl was on her phone. Bad food, gross food safety conditions and bad service.

Most of the time I get to go bowls, the owner is very attentive. The food is always fresh

My daughter loves the acai from this place, but we came recently and it was closed, but there was no sign or sign. I opened the door and someone not at all friendly came from outside saying it was closed. I think it's good that it's closed. I didn't know the hours, but the way she told me it was closed bothered me.

Came in with the family (2 parents, 3 kids) Saturday morning. They were decently busy but extremely helpful and attentive! The cashier was very friendly and helpful, from my own bowl I removed some items and added some others. She was quick to identify where a substitution could be made instead of up-charging me, which is always a plus. The owner came out and also spoke with us while ordering, he seemed like a nice guy. Bowls were terrific! THEY OFFER KIDS SIZES!!!! We’ve been to a few other brands that sell Acai or smoothie bowls with a one-size fits all approach, it’s honestly so expensive and wasteful - the splitting a bowl argument also holds little water if you actually have kids. Bahia Bowls offers 3 sizes - the smallest is perfect for kids. The middle is good if you want a snack and the large is great if you want a meal. Overall this is a great spot with quality food and is great for families. They have a sign that says something to the effect of “we’re not fast food, we made all orders fresh” - expect to wait a few minutes, especially if with a large group. You can bypass this if you mobile order and go to their dedicated drive-thru pickup. Highly recommend Bahia Bowls - they seem like a great up and coming healthy food QSR brand.

The ghetto music in here is so loud that I can not think. I did not say anything. I do not recommend you bring children here due to the lyrics of this music. I have watched every person get served who came in after me. I had to ask for my food after sitting here for at least a half hour. The kids working here do not care or even acknowledge the customers here that they are not interested in having fun with. Very disappointed. If I was not here with friends I would have left.

Omg!! This place is out of this world! The açaí bowl was so good! The managers were so incredibly sweet. The man behind the counter offered me to try the carrot cake power ball and gave me a whole one for free just to try! I bought the sugar cookie and banana balls. They were both so delicious. The sweet man even gave my dog a pup cup to enjoy! Customer service is incomparable here! It’s such a breathe of fresh air to have good customer service and sweet people!

I was craving an acai bowl and discovered this location was nearby and had excellent reviews. I called ahead to do a pickup because it was about to close in 30 minutes. The size of this restaurant impressed me. It was a standalone location with plenty of parking. It was spotless, and when I arrived, the young lady at the front counter had my order ready in the fridge. It tasted fresh and had a good balance of fruit and granola to acai. The prices and size of the bowls also impressed me. Particularly the large size. It's a good value for the money.

Let me start off by saying that their bowls are delicious and the atmosphere is great! I come here at least 2-3 times a week. I would like to point out my experience when I came in today 11/17/23 around 2:30 p.m. I ordered my usual, the regular summer breeze. I remove the coconut flakes, bananas, pineapples, and substitute for Kiwi. Every time I have ordered this, I have never been charged extra for the Kiwi. The gentleman that was taking my order removed the 3 items that I requested and charged me extra for the Kiwi. I pointed out to him that I hadn't been charged extra for the Kiwi because I removed 3 items. He said, "Yes, you're right it does balance it," and he removed the extra charge and processed my order. From the back of the counter, this little girl named Lola proceeded to insert herself into my transaction to state, "Oh, you can't do that all the time." Then hid behind the counter. This made me feel discriminated against as this would be my second interaction with this employee advising me that she's charging me correctly and everyone else is doing it wrong. I encountered the same scenario a few weeks ago with this individual. This particular day, I recall one of the owners being present, and she did remove the extra charge during the first incident. I would personally like to know what it is the correct way this order should be charged. It appears that Ms. Lola is the only employee with a lack of knowledge on this matter. Note that the extra charge is not a problem if that is, in fact, how the transaction should be processed. It is the principle, and you are there to provide customer service. If you are unsure of your employers processes, you should seek validation before catching an attitude with a customer. I will be speaking with one of the owners for insight into this manner. Additionally, I do not want this employee servicing or preparing my orders in the future. As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, this place is great. This one employee is not a great representation of your company.

The bowls were good but I did not expect ice cold bacon on the avocado toast; super gross.

Clean place and delicious acai bowls!

First time stopping by. I came here on my break and I’m glad I did. My new break spot. This is the BEST ACAI BOWL I have ever had in my life. ‼️😫. And don’t get me started on the protein bites. Taste like they were just made and all the ingredients listed is really what’s in it. I love it !!!!

10/10 experience EVERYTIME I come in here!! Best açaí around, I have been a loyal customer since 2021 and will continue to be. Had an extra amazing experience today, the cashier Joseph was so sweet and made my experience extra pleasant, he was so friendly and helpful and assured he got my order right. High praise to him. I definitely recommend you checking Bahia bowls out, I visit at least once a week because it’s that good!!❣️🍓

It's a good small place for some great Acai bowls and other healthy breakfasts. They have all bowls in three different sizes.

I really do love this place but I’ve noticed lately their younger staff isn’t paying attention to detail with orders. I kept going back because their açaí bowls & wraps are truly delicious but this last visit really bummed me out. I was super excited to buy me & my husband our favorite chicken Cesar wrap from here for dinner. I went in person to place the to go order. I noticed that they were moving very slowly in completing the order (I was the only one there, it was about 35 mins before closing time) & halfway through they switched employees to finish the wraps. I finally received my order, thinking everything was fine but by the time I got home, I noticed my wraps did not have chicken in them :( !! It was too late to go back since they had already closed but I definitely was not happy, especially because I got charged $5.60 extra for chicken that was NOT there! So be careful & check your meal before you leave!!! Hopefully they get better with this!

The manager, Dario, was really helpful and the food was excellent. We’ll be going back soon!

The presentation & taste is great, it’s the customer service that doesn’t deserve 5 stars. I placed an online order and walked in to pick it up got right behind the guy who got his takeout order. The guy who helped him looked at me and then continued packaging orders. Another woman came up next to me at this point for her order. a diff employee comes over and calls out someone’s name for their order being ready, looks at me and the woman and turns right around to continue on. after she turned her back i said excuse me is this the right spot to pick up an online order? she said “for who” , no time for a proper greeting or a “sorry about that how can i help you” and i eveb mentioned nobody was helping and looking right past me. again completely neglected the situation and just handed me my bag. i’m huge on customer service and this really turned me off. so simple to avoid things like this by just having a good attitude & be helpful. lots of young employees, who need to be taught how to keep operations running smoothly.

I have been going here since their opening and they never disappoint. Their wraps are unreal my favorite is the strawberry and spinach and Pitaya bowl . Ohh and let’s not forget about the protein bites 🤤 From the employee to the owner they are all fabulous. My favorite spot in Cooper City and healthy.

I love this place!! The best smoothie bowls I have ever had! My favorite is the Tidal wave. The staff is friendly and the owner is really nice!! I brought my husband and he really liked it!!

Cute place with loads of options. Serving sizes does not match the prices. Extremely small bowls for a premium and the very minimum acai are used in their bowls. I would return and try something else but monitor the preparation more to prevent overload of "fillers". Overall great addition to the neighborhood

Changing my rating of this establishment back to 5 stars. They took care of the previous issues. Food has always been great.

The staff is not very friendly. When we asked if we could get a change to something the man at the front seemed annoyed that we were even talking to him. Every question seemed like a nuisance. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or doesn’t seem to like people very much

Sat in for a quick brunch. We had mang tango smoothie, awesome! Loaded avocado healthy sandwich. Sunshine cob wrap, super large and delicious. Also had an acai bowl, to die for. Btw there were two us. We left there stuffed to the max. Good healthy eating. Clean place. Polite and friendly service. I will definitely revisit or take out.
