Yolanda who works in the Subs department does an absolutely amazing job making subs. She has a great personality, loves what she does, and does everything with purpose. She is also an amazing woman of God who loves Christ Jesus so much. Such an amazing sister and person to be around.

I usually love shopping here at at publix with my grandkids, we always get subs on Fridays. I just couldn’t believe my eyes what I experience right around 7pm, and the worst there was not one manager at all that I could talk to. So I am posting this here and I hope you guys do something about this before I take it to corporate. I saw a tiny small woman curse out this elder senior citizen employee next to her at the top of her lungs that the whole store could hear her! How can some small tiny girl not older than my daughter prolly 30 years old ever be little her elders in front of customers!! I was so heart broken for this senior citizen crying to herself after the way a person twice as young as her talk to her that way. I personally have fired managers for doing this at my hedge fund. And I hope this young lady is not a manager the way she was acting like she literally was raised by the foul mouth rappers that ruin this country. As a proud republican I will see the people who built this country be treated like dirt with these kids have no respect for their elders how disgusting! I took my grandchildren out of there I couldn’t believe what they heard at your publix in Coopercity on Sheridan and pine island. I had to drive to the publix in Pembroke. i’ve been coming to this publix for years but yolanda has to be one of the best people to make my subs. she’s super sweet and gives such attention to the details to what you want. i know when she’s working the line is going to move fast and be truly quality subs 😊 not to mention so a total sweet heart and can brighten anyone’s day

Bought a Macy gift card here for my mother for mothers day for $100..she tried to use it yesterday to find out the pin # had been scratched off.. I came today to return it..they said they can't do nothing about it but contact corporate..to see what they do if the money is no longer on the card I'm out the $100 That's unacceptable from a company that makes millions of dollars won't even give me another $100 card. I'm taking my business elsewhere

Stopped by this morning several little girl side dressing expired, 1 was March.others May 27 today is r 28th then went to Botfarms and the little jalapeno ranch was broken down with the oil separateerated which means spoiled from my experience and everything ranch it expired in April. Lady manager with short black hair basically called me a liar saying only one little one was expired maybe she does not know today date... Left very unhappy 1st time I have ever gone to a Publix for 3 items and they didn't have any of them nor did they have my 2nd choices either, how disappointing

Trying to return Publix products at this store today. Didn't have a receipt but I always use the same credit card. I was told they couldn't refund or store credit me for them. Weird. Never happened before. They said "new policy". Asked for a manager and when I asked when was the new policy from, I was told it's been there for "quite a while" (so much for a "new policy"). Finally, after several minutes in front of the manager, I got a store credit. Please check your policies. Nothing on your website says I can't get store credit. Not even a "new policy". I spend about $1k per month at several Publix. I seldomly return products. Today it was 4 products for $17. Maybe you should care more about your good customers instead of their returns. I wanted to post a screenshot of your "new" policy so you might read it but couldn't. I'm sure you can Google it if you take the time to care for your customers and ultimately your jobs. You failed today.

I've been shopping here 16 yrs and sadly this location has gone down hill in the last 5 years or so in quality of products or variety on the shelf, customer service what's that?? I was just in yesterday the Monday after mother's day and it was the worst shopping experience I've ever had!! I start off grabbing a cart oil all over my hands, clean myself up, get to the tp aisle same thing get oil all over my hands clean myself up again this happens to me 5 times throughout my shopping. Go put my groceries in my car forgot something went to the medical aisle got to the register oil all over me again ruined my shirt!! I tell the front end kid behind the counter he had no interest in helping me with what I just experienced so I left! Pathetic!! No one says hello ESPECIALLY MANAGEMENT or asks if you've found everything your looking for. Publix had standards once and that has sadly just dissappeared, I know I've worked for Publix several years before so I know what is expected and it doesn't happen anymore ever!! Calling Lakeland is a waste of time now because nothing changes!! What you once could count on Publix for sadly you no longer can 💯

As a resident of Pembroke Pines over 7 years now, I've been going to this Publix and love it their. Easy parking, excellent staff, especially Yolanda who makes the best Philly Cheese Steak sandwich in town. Merchandise always in stock and fresh. One can't go wrong shopping here and I highly recommend you do 😊

I love this Publix! I will drive and take a detour to come to this location because of how nice the employees are. We go almost weekly and my toddlers especially love seeing Steve, Debbie, and George. Those three go out of their way to say hello to my family and offer stickers and coloring pages to my kids, make them feel welcome into a grocery store that feels like a neighborhood because of them. We moved here from the Midwest, and it’s nice to see that hospitality here. Definitely recommend this location.

Just wow the cashier name SABU D. Super unprofessional I have like 3 more item over the 10 item he told me stray up can you read only 10 items I told him hey is ok I can get my stuff and move to another cashier he said no is ok …… so why the actitud if you hate you job just quit

Well stocked and clean with super friendly staff.

Long time customer.Been shopping there ever since it first open. My only complaint is the painted stop signs in the lot are routinely ignored buy customers and are a in-effective safety measure. This concern is amplified knowing there are vulnerable elderly shoppers, along with a martial arts school on the east of the plaza where children attend. The current ground signage on the east is a major source of this problem. Other plazas utilize actual signage and that would be my recommendation for the safety of your customers.

Every time i shop here, the sandwich and hoot plate deli lines are at least 10 people,long every time. Workers seem to not want to be there. The Publix down the road is a lot faster, and you feel appreciated.

The worst I have been treated at any Publix location.

Placed a cake order and and discovered at the special occasion that it was not what was ordered. It was very disappointing but spoke with Leslie the bakery manager and she made it right by graciously providing a complete refund. Kudos to Leslie for her Customer Service excellence! She restored my confidence in Publix that they will do the right thing.

This place has pretty good service that being said there are 2 issues - The prices are insane expensive compared to Walmart Neighborhood Market or Aldi up the road. Why would you buy steak here when it could pay for a whole years worth of membership where its 8.99/lb? Also if youre from up north the speed at which everyone moves here will drive you insane. No one cares how your day is going. Start cutting the ham 5x faster and put 10 items in one bag at checkout not 100 bags for 20 items.

There was an elderly woman ahead of me at the checkout. She was having a hard time. They bagged her items and never offered to help her out to her car. I had only a few items and met her outside and helped her to her car.

I dont know what happened but walmart has hired a bunch of disrespectful young ladies who hate their job!! Wish there was another one close by. Will make it a point to find another location.

The Great Publix Avocado Heist It was a sunny afternoon, and Bob was on a mission. He had one goal in mind: to find the perfect avocado at Publix. Armed with a shopping cart that had a squeaky wheel (because, of course, it did), he ventured into the produce section. As he approached the avocado display, he noticed something odd. A man in a trench coat and sunglasses was standing there, squeezing every single avocado as if he were testing stress balls. Curious, Bob asked, “Excuse me, sir, are you an avocado connoisseur?” The man looked up, startled, and replied, “Ah, no, I’m an Avocado Inspector. Very official.” Bob chuckled. “Is that a real job?” “As real as the guacamole I’m going to make,” the man winked. Just then, a Publix employee walked by and noticed the spectacle. “Is everything alright here?” The Avocado Inspector dramatically turned, pointing at Bob. “This man is trying to steal my job!” Bob laughed so hard he almost knocked over a display of oranges. “I assure you, I have no desire to squeeze avocados for a living.” The employee joined in the laughter. “Well, as long as no avocados were harmed, carry on!” Bob finally picked an avocado that felt just right. As he walked away, the Avocado Inspector saluted him. “May your guacamole be ever flavorful!” Bob couldn’t help but laugh all the way to the checkout, thinking that this was one shopping trip he’d never forget.
