PERMANENTLY CLOSED just drove by and found the floor cleaned(no tables or chairs laid out) lights out, counters wiped. Unfortunate, food delicious and service was always attentive Thank you for your wonderful cooking

I am a customer who eats chicken and grill once or twice a week, as does my family. Last Sunday we called to place an order for four chickens to pick up and the phone was busy so my mom took the time to go place the order and wait for that order. When he arrived he was surprised that the phone was off the hook... that was why the calls were not coming in. Eye! This is not the first time that I have seen this gesture from the people who are in charge of the restaurant or they do not answer or they leave the phone off the hook so as not to take orders. My mother had to wait more than an hour for the order to go out. My mother made them express her annoyance and one of the people in charge responded "then tell the owner to put more people to work on the shift." My mother was speechless because it was not the way to respond to a situation that they were facing. It got out of hand. When we got home with the four chickens we were given another surprise... the amount of potatoes they had put in each box was absurd. For each box there was not more than one hand of potatoes, that made my annoyance worse. I called them right there but as expected at 6:30pm they let the phone ring and they never answered on the 5 occasions I called. I don't know if the owner is informed about all this and if so what a shame because because of his poor customer service many clients are going to leave, and if he can just read it he has to do something with his business otherwise the people in charge are going to take it. to bankruptcy. Today 4/6/2024 I am calling to place an order and no one answers me so I will choose to eat somewhere else.

Restaurant closing for good March 31. Not a day too soon. We went there at least once a week for years and saw the food quality deteriorate badly in the past year. Instead of maintaining an excellent kitchen, which is, after all, why customers go to a restaurant, the food became almost inedible at times. Sorry to see Juan and Bruno lose their jobs, but the owners I have no sympathy for.

The word chicken is part of their name but they did not have rotisserie chicken the three times I went there in the past 12 months. It’s like Burger King not having burgers.

All the food was amazing! From appetizers to main dishes was great. Waiting time was just their only issue but they did great on the food side. Ceviche was awesome, lomo saltado and chaufa was delicious.

We've been coming here for years. The food is fresh and it's great. The lomo saltado with tallarines en huacaina sauce, the steak, yuca rellena de queso so many options - all good.
