Prime Rib dinner is horrible! You should take it off the menu! Over cooked, tasteless trash. Thin slips of leathery burnt meat. NEVER EVER AGAIN Yorkshire pudding is lead! Quite the embarrassment Vienna 🤢

Our service was outstanding and the food selections are scratch kitchen delicious…

Staff was so nice and the vibes are fun. If getting the Full English breakfast make sure to tell them how you want your eggs. I forgot to ask and they come scrambled.

The two best things were the lentil soup and the cheese with onion croissant. Had a wonderful time and the staff were very attentive.

We came to Viena for our grandmothers 82nd birthday. Our waiters Kiara and Jose were amazing! They made us feel right at home and welcomed throughout. We had a great experience. The food was delicious and the service was great. Thank you!

We had High Tea and it was fantastic! The French onion soup and creamy tomato soup were delicious! Sarah and Jose were amazing, so friendly.

First and foremost Jose was our server he was amazing! He was very attentive with us. The food was great and atmosphere was amazing.

🥲Disappointing High Tea experience 😬 This restaurant is lovely inside, buzzing with patrons and the regular menu items that I have tried are good; however, my first experience with the tea service was totally disappointing. The three tier presentation, first tier ..two very small macaroons and four very very small pieces of cheesecake which could’ve been bought at Costco. Nothing special. One strawberry and a handful of grapes. The Scones Over baked, and served with a runny liquid not sure what it was. The sandwiches were mostly bread with very small amount of egg salad or tuna salad. Also the menu offers two types of tea service however we were told that the Duchess was the only now available. We were a few of us and we were not able to split the check, they split the total amount into the five of us. Some of us had extra like a soup and the ones that did not wound up paying more money their experience. I would not recommend this place for the tea service. If you just like to pretend you’re in England and sip tea then this place may fit your bill however if you would like a more quality tea service this is not the place. See photo of almost burnt scones and runny cream… the one strawberry.btw, This tier was for 3 people. Paid $54.pp

This place had AWFUL service. My family and I had arrived to no hostess, so it took at least 20 minutes to be seated. Took even longer to order and receive our food. The underemployment is concerning, won’t be eating here again.

Great experience over all especially with the duchess high tea, only negative comment is the waitress lied to me saying the tip wasn’t included when it was a party of 7 guests. It’s not good customer service to lie to me in my face. I contacted the manager but he didn’t return my call.

This was the first we went to Vienna cafe to celebrate a friend’s birthday and enjoy high tea. Service was amazing. Our hostess Miss Jessie was amazing. We felt welcomed and enjoyed our food and ambience. It was a very nice experience. Highly recommend.

WOW! What a beautiful place. Our tea party experience was so authentic. It felt like we walked into another world when we opened the doors. The detail was incredible. The place was really cold, which was so awesome and pleasant. Our waitress was very helpful and we enjoyed how we were not rushed, but instead served over a 2 hour process. The quality of the tea and food was amazing. We will definitely be back!

We are absolutely obsessed with this place! The ambiance was incredible and food was beyond our expectations. Jose was our server and was extremely attentive. The rest of the staff checked on us multiple times as well to assure we were taken care of. We cannot wait to come back!

A hidden gem in the heart of cooper city... British high tea. Excellent food! I can't wait to go back again. If you haven't experienced the afternoon high tea British style. This is the place to be!

My family and I had stopped here after an event we had attended. We were able to be seated in a large table, although it was outside with a nice view of the parking lot. The food was good, but nothing I would return to have. I had a shepherd's pie and an ice tea. I found the dish unremarkable, and a bit bland. In addition, $25 for a single small dish with no sides, I found pretty expensive. Others at my table had various salads or wraps, one had bangers and mash, which while good, but again, not really something I would go out of my way for. I do want to emphasize, this is English style food, and for full disclosure, is not one of my favorite style of foods. The restaurant also specializes in High Tea Service, although I did not try it.

You can’t go wrong here, food and atmosphere are always spot on. Highly recommend…

Cute spot for some tea time. Went around 930am and they still served soup and salad which was strange for breakfast but that's what we get for having high tea before noon. Overall everything was enjoyable and the staff was pleasant.

I couldn't be more satisfied. The service was phenomenal, Kaiya & Jezebel + many staff assisted in hosting my dearest friend's brial shower. The cafe is tucked into a quaint area of the flamingo plaza with such an adorable and classic tea party aesthetic I felt like I was in new york for a second. Lovely bites & delectable mimosas + tea. Request Jezebel for a great time!

Their hours of operation clearly states that they close at 4pm. We went at 3:30 and said their kitchen was closed and turned us away. Extremely unprofessional.

WOW! What a great experience at Vienna Cafe & Bistro today! We threw a bridal shower for 30 and it could not have been better. Manager Marc sat down with us and went over our options about 2 months before the shower. He was patient and kind and super helpful. The day of, the room was magnificent and the service absolutely stellar. Everyone was delighted with the delicious food, the ambience and the semi-private environment within the restaurant. I strongly recommend High Tea; the presentation and array of food is lovely and visually delightful. For a large group-splurge and get the baffles-the private feel is priceless. Marc and his team do a wonderful job of making everyone feel special and welcome. Kudos and many thanks!

I've been here before and had a pleasant time. I must say that I had a wonderful time today as I introduced my friends to this bistro. Chanel was absolutely amazing in her professional service, attentiveness, and allowed us to take our time to enjoy the ambience and our conversation. That being said, John, one of the other waiters who was not serving us, took it upon himself to give us our check without us asking for it. This was quite rude and implied that we we to be rushed out. None of us appreciated this. We informed Chanel of this and indicated that we would be closing out with her, not John. She completely understood and made us feel welcomed to stay and enjoy our time. We later asked for the check from Chanel and she promptly provided it to us. We thought it was interesting how John comes to collect our cards to close the check. I made it clear to him that we will be closing out with Chanel, thank you. He took offense to that and said we didn't trust him and I said no we do not, thank you. That being said, I would have gladly given 5 stars had it not been for John's behavior. Nevertheless, the service from Chanel was wonderful, the food was marvelous, and the atmosphere was lovely.

I came here for brunch because of the high reviews. I was really surprised upon eating here. The decor was really cheap looking and tacky, the menu was too big and the food was the worst part. I ordered the Full English Breakfast and not one thing on the plate was seasoned at all. I could tell the mushrooms were canned mushrooms that they dumped on the plate, the pork sausage was dry and hard, the eggs were bland and over cooked, etc. Essentially I could have made a way better breakfast for myself at home and it costed $20! I was just really, really disappointed. It seems like a cute/fun place for a tea party with a group, but I would NOT recommend eating here. You can tell that a lot of the food here is not made fresh and simply heated items that they don’t even care to add flavor to.

Waiters shanel and Isabel were awesome great service and vibe. Really crazy today inside but overall would go again. While eating my fork fell and one of the staff members on the spot saw it happen walked over said don’t worry received the fork walked to the back and gave me a new set. (Less than 1 minute after dropping 😯) as mentioned service is A1!

What a delightful experience. We had the Duchese high tea, and it was perfect. Went with friends who have done high teas in the UK, and they absolutely enjoyed this one.

What a hidden gem. My wife and I just loved the atmosphere. When we arrived, Jose asked if this was our first time. When my wife confirmed that it was, he suggested that we sit inside to really enjoy the place. What a great suggestion. An amazing place. The staff is very polite and helpful. The food was good as was the service. I can't wait to return.

I recently had their "fully loaded turkey breast sandwich" and absolutely loved it!! Every time I eat here with friends or family, it is the only dish I order. The turkey breast is "fresh" and that means alot to me. BTW, I plan to be there next week for a girlfriend's birthday. Also, the ''Turkey Club Sandwich" is prepared using deli turkey instead.

This a cute little cafe/bistro that has both indoor and outdoor seating. We had 11 people and the service was great. I definitely be returning with the family to try some of the different dishes my co-workers got. I had the steak sandwich and French onion soup and it hit the spot.

Great Friday night dinner. We had the most incredible special 3 course meal, with wine. Delicious crab and shrimp dish. A great evening with great service. Highly recommend.

Adorable atmosphere. We got a table outside. Delicious food. Meat on a croissant and chips, yummy. I thought almost 5 bucks for ice tea was steep.

Lovely place for afternoon tea. Very courteous and pleasant staff. Beautiful decor with English royalty everywhere. We had then princess tea (about $26 per pax plus gratuity). There was a selection of 2 bread sandwiches, 2 croissant sandwiches, and 3 scone varieties with "clotted" cream and individually packaged jelly. Tea selection had herbal and caffeinated options. Small issues I encountered was that the scones seemed more americanized rather than British, and the clotted cream seemed like lightly whipped heavy cream. Also, there wasn't enough cream for 4 people to enjoy with the "scones". The 4-seater round table we were seated at was barely large enough for our dishes, water glasses, tea cups/saucers, saucers, teapots and tiered server. I would come back but probably ask for a larger table and / or maybe try sitting outside.

This establishment offers a pretty setting for gathering with friends during a leisurely brunch. Having visited Vienna on multiple occasions, I've enjoyed the high tea service and brunch selections here. The uniqueness of the high tea service is particularly notable. I found the prosciutto avocado toast to be enjoyable. While some of the main dishes might lean toward a higher price point compared to their offering, the ambiance and decor undeniably set this venue apart.
