I came up to the walk up window. Nobody greeting me. Nobody did nothing. They didn’t acknowledge me there. I was standing there for 10 minutes to see if somebody will say something or take my order And it’s sad because I really like this business, but I will not be going back to that one

What's 1,000 entire Regular Size store Bay but they still don't allow customers inside so the little parking lot area was absolutely clogged with you would say loitering around

I am very disappointed. The person at the register told me they couldn't make any changes to my hot coffee. I explained that I'm diabetic and asked how many pumps of syrup were in a medium coffee, but she couldn't answer. I requested my coffee to be 120 degrees (a warm temperature), but she didn't inform me that they can't measure the temperature. When I received my coffee, it was extremely hot. I asked for a sleeve since it was burning my hands, but she said they don't carry sleeves. I reminded her that I had asked for warm coffee, and she responded that they couldn't accommodate that. I had to ask for ice to cool it down, and she seemed unhappy about it.

Addicting drinks, incredibly positive staff, and free stickers twice a month, what's not to love?

First time coming here and won’t be the last! I have had this location on my “want to go” list for like ever now, but never got to it because I live a little far. Since I was going to be in Cooper City, I decided to finally go and NO REGRETS. I got a large snickerdoodle. I was actually shocked at how large it is because many places are serving super small-sized “large” drinks these days. Affordable and tasted soooo good. I love love love authentic coffee shops. Will be coming back & I love the sticker they gave me ❤️🦖

My friend got me hooked on Cali Coffee! Their frozen sugar-free seltzer waters are amazing! But most importantly, what caused me to want to write this review, is that every single time I go to Cali coffee in Davie the staff is so so nice! Friendly! And always want to make sure that my order is just right! Definitely rare these days to get service like this! Great job Cali Coffee in Davie!

Cali Coffee is the absolute most positive, upbeat, and fun place to get coffee. The staff are always happy and kind. The energy and vibes are immaculate. The coffee is very affordable and the portions are amazing for what you're paying! So many flavors and combinations to try. I absolutely love sticker day!! They have the cutest stickers for free!!! I'll never stop going!!

Cali Coffee is absolutely fantastic. From the amazing service to the top notch drinks, Cali Coffee doesn't miss. Love their large selection of options, the friendly staff that always tries to strike up conversation, and their rewards program. I'd highly recommend you try the Iced Overdrive Hero, Frozen Banana Nut, and Frozen LA Water Hero w/ Cold Foam. You honestly can't go wrong with any of the drinks here, but these are my favorites. Would highly recommend visiting Cali Coffee when in the area or trying one of their many other locations in Broward.

I can’t begin to tell you how refreshing it is to visit a place where customer service and human interaction is so obviously prioritized. Besides the overall chill vibe, there’s a positivity that emanates from the young people working here. There’s always a smile, a kind word, and a sweet note on your cup. The Nirvana is hands down my favorite drink here (so good), but it’s truly the staff that makes the experience one that will have you wanting to come back again and again. Love!

Coffee is great, i do wish they wouldn’t unwrap straws and put it in the drinks with bare hands, especially when they handle money. Also, have had the marker on the lid transfer to my nose which is kinda annoying.

The menu is very vast with great options for all sorts of drink options. I ordered a medium iced Cosmo, half sweet. It was perfect.

I went for the first time with a friend. We ordered and everybody was so friendly and happy. Was a nice experience. Unfortunately, we drove away and then realized that our order was completely wrong but we did not have time to go back. What we had received was very good, but we were disappointed that we did not get what we ordered. I will go back to try again because I have head great things.

Lovely people serving great coffee. Not much more you can ask from a coffee shop! If there’s ever been a wait for coffee, the staff is very apologetic. It’s great to see a local business ran with the customer always in mind, especially in today’s world.

I was a Starbucks fan, but this coffee here is wayyyy better, and you get more for what you pay for btw the more I visit, the more love their crew

Love their fun menu and tropical vibe. If you like iced lattes, this place is great. Unfortunately, I have ordered $6 dollar lattes (plus a tip) and gotten a cup of nearly 70% full of ice multiple times. They’re nice enough to remake it but I’d rather not get skimped to begin with.

Tried Cali coffee for the first time. It's a drive through and window service. The staff were super friendly. Since it was my first time, they welcomed me and gave me information. I ordered chai shake. It was alright. It tasted straight up cinnamon and sugar. I didn't really taste chai but oh well. I will try something else from the menu next time.

One of our fav coffee places. Friendly staff literally make your day and my cappuccino is always well done. High quality oat milk used, cant go wrong here.

My family loves Cali Coffee! I get a Rosewater black tea every day (sometimes twice a day) and it is delicious every time! The employees are so sweet and kind. They interact with my toddlers every single time and my kids really look forward to us rolling their window down so they can say hi! The atmosphere is very fun and interactive - the employees somehow remember everything we tell them and we enjoy that fun connection. Thank you for a great experience!

i have been going to cali coffee since they have opened their first location in hollywood. there's multiple reasons why i am still going after all these years (since 2018!). i go almost daily to the cooper city location, and i love every single one of their employees. they are the biggest sweethearts and are so full of personality and happiness. i have formed so many friendships and connections with their workers. they've seen me from my first pregnancy, to my first baby being born, to now my second baby about to be born. they genuinely care about you and hey if mistakes are made, it happens. it's nothing to be overly irritated at. your drink can be remade. if you're in a rush in the first place, maybe it's not the right time to grab a drink and be upset that you're even more late. you can customize your drinks however you like it, that's the best part. the options are ENDLESS. the owners are amazing people and their story and journey is inspirational. i used to be a big chainstore coffee girly (if u know, u know) but i am forever a cali coffee girl <3

Best coffee and customer service! I visited here earlier today because I have heard amazing things about this coffee place and let me tell you…they did not disappoint!!! These employees are outside taking orders in the rain offering awesome service. I was a little hesitant about entering the line since there was about 10 cars in front of me but this line flew by I was in and out super duper quick. I wasn’t sure of what I wanted to get and the employee was wonderful and she helped me decide on a delicious iced white chocolate toasted marshmallow latte with oat milk and it was great! Thank you so much for this experience, I will be coming back here soon :)
