Love Barnes & Noble drink some coffee and shop around

Barnes and noble is a whole experience. From the cascading staircase to the nooks you find to sit and read to the shelves upon shelves of new titles I haven’t read yet! I am a huge kindle reader but I adore popping in and grabbing a softcover once and awhile - especially of my favorite titles. Signing up for the membership also helps me get discounts on my book habit.

Nice bookstore, but limited selection of books. Seemed like the kids section was the largest with the most books. Starbucks is inside the store though.

I love shopping here. The store layout is open and inviting. There's a large collection of graphic novels and Manga. And there's plenty of room to sit down and peruse a few books before buying.

This location used to be such a great place to buy books. At one point they offered a large selection of Sci/Fi and Fantasy. Now, they only have three shelves. My wife and I used to love shopping here, now we have to use Thriftbooks in order to get our books. Sad, sad, sad.

I love this location. They are super nice and always willing to help. It’s always organized and clean. I can spend all day there. 🫶🏽

Good place to bring a first reader

I was looking for a few manga and light novel books, and there was one that I couldn't quite find, but one female employee immediately said she would help me find it and started looking to see if it was in stock, and also asked another female employee if she would mind helping her search. We all walked over to the section together and started looking and they said that the books get misplaced sometimes and they helped me look in some sections where it might be misplaced, we didn't end up finding it but she apologized and said she definitely could order it for me! Super nice girls and they were so helpful! I didn't get their names, but I did get one of their cashier numbers on my receipt! 1351! Thank you for all your help!! Will be back for more books soon!

Literally my safe space! The employees are super nice and point you towards the books you might like if you reference an author, a book style or even a trope.

while shopping on saturday august 3rd, I was helped by your employee Erica, and she was very helpful and kind. Had A lovely time looking at record players and records. She is the kind of employee that makes it nice to shop there.... but another employee was very rude to me in his attitude and voice and response. I believe he was a security man. He has a job to do, I understand, but customer service at the customer service desk needs to be handled with respect for customers, I am not a shop lifter and shouldn't have been talked to with that demeaner.

Beautiful store, helpful staff, great selection to choose from. My five year old is ecstatic every time we enter the children's area. Their display makes him so happy ❤️

Absolutely adore this Barnes and Noble location. The only one I know of that is 2 stories with an escalator which is so cool ! Great children's selection and adult fiction selection , cafe is roomy but often busy and sometimes hard to get a table. Have enjoyed the outside seating when the weather is nice. Staff is always super helpful and has a great passion for books. Love that they have special events for pre releases which are so fun to attend ! This bookstore is the highlight of wiregrass and definitely a must visit !

You can literally find any book you could want there light novels normal novels history book science books math books children's books Harry Potter manga and you could find these for every genre D&D comic books I found everything I wanted and more

This book store is an oasis to the book aficionado, quiet, comprehensive book catalog( english and spanish) for all tastes. The inside store coffee shop make it a winner.

The Store Manager is really rude. I really love the brand, but it was definitely my last visit to the store.

Most of the books are modern junk with a lot of propaganda put into it. Theres a few hidden gems i find once in a while.

Apparently Barnes and Noble only price matches their website? Pretty wild considering Amazon sells pretty much everything found her for half or less than half of the price that Barnes and Noble is selling it for. When I asked about the price matching, the cashier was rude and arrogant. I personally don’t get how this remnant of the Triassic period is still around, needless to say I will not be buying anything from Barnes and Noble moving forward.

Love the new displays and themed sections downstairs. When you walk in the front door and take a left, there are so many great themes to choose from. "Parks", gardening, tv shows, etc. Thus makes it easy to find a gift for anyone!

I appreciate the new design and the staff is so friendly. I do wish that there were more young kids / toddler books devoted to naming and handling emotions in their kids section. Additionally a more accurately labeled and categorized section for religion. There is only one shelf devoted to world religion and everything is kind of mixed up making it difficult to find the appropriate text

I had an amazing experience at Barnes & Noble Booksellers! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making my browsing experience enjoyable. The selection of books was impressive, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The ambiance was cozy, and I appreciated the comfortable seating areas. Overall, a fantastic bookstore with excellent service. Highly recommend for book lovers!

I was having trouble locating a book I had been looking for, I do not look like your typical book reader so I am not surprised I was the one who had to seek someone out to help me.

Great store if you like books, the smell of books and coffee. An anachronism in today's world of technology, but glad it's still holding its own. Paging through a book will always be a far more satisfying experience than reading on a screen. Great place to show kids the wonder of books and while giving the ubiquitous phone a rest.

Very friendly staff. Clean and neat. Sometimes, book stores make me a little claustrophobic, but this store is very spacious 2 levels with enough space between shelves and displays to get my wheelchair through easily.

This place is quite extensive with two floors, a coffee shop and plenty of books to explore. My daughter-in-law and I had a lovely time visiting.

In the second week of January, I was looking for Noorah from Elf on the shelf, and I had searched online everywhere. Most online sites had it for well over $50. My local Barnes & Noble showed it had them in stock at the store for its original price of $19.99, but for some reason, it would not let me select pickup at the store. So I took the chance of going to the store the following day. I couldn't find it in the store, so when I finally found an employee to ask for assistance, they were both very nice and said she would get me one from the backroom. She was quick to bring it to me, and I thanked her. Checkout was quick, and she even gave me my discount even though their membership system was down. I left happy. ☺️

super loud environment from not only customers but employees as well. employees were practically yelling. also wouldve been nice if yall could’ve indicated that your system was down on the doors so that some of us that drove good distance to come here & spent over an hour looking & picking out books just to find out you couldnt accept gift cards couldve just turned around before wasting their time. super unpleasant experience.

As always, a good place to find a good reading went to buy some presents for family members, be aware that they no longer wrap the presents, so plan ahead

We love this location! The two story layout makes it fun, and it feels less crowded than it actually is. The staff is very helpful. We prefer this location over the Brandon location.

The biggest Barnes & Noble I’ve ever visited in Georgia and Florida. It is a two stories building with escalators.

Super nice store, big with lots of options but I am really disappointed. We showed up for toddler story time at 11am and there was nobody there, no signage to say it’s been cancelled, nothing. We found an employee who said it was cancelled because they were too busy (fair because it’s Christmas weekend) but why do they still have it on their website? Why did they not post ANYWHERE about it being cancelled? We double checked before bringing our two small children inside. Not on Facebook, Instagram stories, not in store… nothing. We planned our whole morning/ afternoon around Christmas story time and missed out on other opportunities because there was no notice on the cancellation.

Literature lives! I get that B&N is large box store "bookstore" but it really is so much more. This one in Wiregrass Shops is a great place to just get away, get off your device and browse various titles. This one is rather spacious with a seating area. They currently sell Starbucks and such. And they have plenty of gift ideas for those searching for such. It is a great place to add to your routine in the Wesley Chapel area. And if you are lucky, find one that compels you to read.

I have always enjoyed B&N but I will have to say that maybe in a different universe, u remember beautiful lounge areas to relax and read or study. I don't see those anymore. Weird!!

I love this store, and I love visiting it. I love that this book store has 2 stories. This book store basically has books for any age. Almost all of the books that I have bought are from here. The staff are kind and will even give you book recommendations if you ask them. It even has a little food store in there where you can get a drink or a small snack. Definitely recommend going to. The books here are also very entertaining. One of the best Barnes and novels I've been to.

Very nice layout and selection, but some of the books I looked at and wanted were broken or dirty.

The store is nice and full of many books and fun gifts. However, the restrooms are filthy. If this can improve then in the future I would rate this place 5 stars. Thank you.

It was my first time at a Barnes & Noble that had an escalator. The top floor was the children's section. The selection of books was amazing and I loved the diversity of them as well!
