Had a wonderful meal. Excellent service. Can't wait to go back again.

I am very upset. Their website states Tuesday is $12.99 pie night as a special. As I when in to pay I was charged $14.99, the new price. The new price is fine if they would update their website! Don’t advertise specials if you are not going to honor them.

Hands down the best gluten free options at the shore! Gluten free calamari, chicken Parmesan, and may other Italian specialties. For those not constrained the pizza is excellent

Their delivery of pizza and breaded chicken tenders are just wonderful prices are good definitely recommend this place 👌

Staff are excellent the food is also excellent. But when you sit down for dinner. Don't look up the air vents probably haven't been cleaned in a couple years. If I noticed this at first I wouldn't have sat down and ate.

A friend gave us a gift certificate for our 50th anniversary. The food was delicious, service was great and we'll back again. Stuffed Flounder with crab meat, Veal dish and stuffed mushrooms with their secret sauce were to die for. Our waitress Kira was so sweet. Great food. Service was good albeit slower than expected for a Wednesday but overall a great place! Enjoyed the calamari, garlic knots, and chicken Parm.

Very disappointed. Food was beyond overpriced.. this antipasto salad was $22… not even close to being worth that price… also ordered meatballs which were eh. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Hmmm not good chichken was like rubber calamari was was from a bag and small never again.

1st time but came recommended so my wife and I went 01/19/23 and loved it.The service from tiffany was a 10...food a9.5..their fried calamari was the best.A year later and this place went downhill.I would change my opinion and go to Dolce Liberta in manahawkin better food and better pricing and atmosphere

Food is authentic, fresh, homemade, made to serve and absolutely delicious. This is a very cozy, warm, and inviting place. Not very big so make a reservation. I had the homemade egg noodle pasta with the creamy mushroom sauce (paparedelle)and it was fantastic. We also had dessert and the cannolis were delicious. The only other thing I would recommend is a third waitress....we waited awhile for the check to get paid. And by then we were stuffed and wanted to go home.

My wife and I met 2 wonderful friends at Biagio's for dinner on Saturday evening. Always a delicious meal. Always an affordable price. Always fantastic service. Biagio's gives a 5 star menue with a 5 star staff! Thank you. Mark and Kathy.

We took out our dinner. It was delicious. I haven't been there in several years. I definitely will go back .

First time there. I was put off by the mildew smell when I entered, but went in anyway. The eggplant parm was ok. Sauce was a little too sweet for me though. The cavatell and broccoli were good, and my husbands scallops, shrimp and pasta in a red cream sauce were good, but a little too heavy. I would go back and try other things if the smell wasn’t so strong. Had my sister's repast there in July. Smell was gone and everyone enjoyed their food. Will go back!

If it's Italian food and fresh fish you want, then you'll love this place. The owner is always there and 'visable' to ensure you are totally satisfied

Was a great evening on November 2nd, Came in with our BYOB Wine 🍷 and enjoy some authentic Italian food. The stuffed mushrooms were delicious. The Pappardelle Porcini was scrumptious, big sized proportions, fair prices, plus amazing homemade egg noodles with quality ingredients and execution made the dish scrumptious.

Comfortable BYO family run Italian. Great and friendly staff. Wonderful fresh food, fair prices and good portions. I had the shrimp fradiavolo husband had thr veal parm, both excellent, but the fradiovolo needs more spice would be my only suggestion. We will be back!

The staff makes you feel like your at Grandma's house fora Sunday dinner warm and friendly.

This is our new little go to restaurant! They take reservations, excellent food and real close to us. So whenever we just feel like going out quick we go here. My husband loves their veal parm. Its the best veal he says. I really like their veal saltimbocca. Last night i had the special mushroom ravioli. So good. We never had a bad meal. And cudos to them cause last night we didnt even have a reservation and we still got seated. Thanks! Ooops, forgot to take food pics! Sorry, promise next time.

It's been awhile since we've been here, but met all previous expectations, homemade soups always delicious and special dinners 2 for $35. Were wonderful. Staff attentive and always courteous. Can't wait to dine again with friends..

Best Italian food I've had so far since moving from up north to Forked River!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate special food requirements. Everything was very delicious!

35 for 2 special was great price. Red sauce was not my favorite but good deal and atmosphere made up for it. Probably go back to shady rest instead next time.

This is everything a small Italian restaurant should be. Snappy service, good prices, generous portions, and DELICIOUS food. Strong recommendation for the Papardelle & Porcini. If you are in the mood for delicious pasta and you are in the area, you will not be disappointed. BYOB wine.

Panko Chicken parmigiana dinner was incredible! You could tell that they prepared the chicken that afternoon or later it was one of the Best Chicken dinners I’ve ever had! 👍👍

Tried this place based on the reviews. Sunday dinner for four with no reservations and we were seated within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly but the star of the night was definitely a young man named Tyler. He was attentive, friendly and very responsive. We ordered fried calamari as an appetizer and it was well fried and not greasy. The marinara sauce was chunky, robust and definitely homemade. The entrees we ordered were Veal Marsala, Chicken Francese and Shrimp Scampi. All were served with angel hair pasta and drenched in it’s specific sauce that were all a bit one note. The scampi lacked acidity and needed salt. The Veal Marsala was overkill with the mushrooms and the sauce was a murky brown watery sauce that needed time to thicken and just wasn’t great to look at. The chicken Francese needed salt and just a kick of something to bring it together. Overall it wasn’t terrible but it just needed some punch of flavor. The staff is very nice and the ambiance is a bit outdated but it’s a nice local establishment. I would try it again to see if it was just an off night for seasoning as well as pasta variety.

We usually take out the 2 for $38. Chicken parmigiana and veal parmigiana. I eat every last drop of the veal. My husband usually gets two meals out of the portion. Delicious!

What a great little spot! You must get the fried calamari appetizer! Everything we had was excellent and the owner is very friendly, as well as the staff. Highly recommended and affordable!

Have dined in several times before (always excellent) but this was our first time ordering delivery. 10/10 recommend our meals were phenomenal. We ordered their fettuccini Alfredo with chicken of course and orecchiette with sausage and broccoli rabe. Both were so tasty and incredible. Can’t wait to order out again or actually dine in next time again. Great portions, meals were hot upon delivery and fresh made bread was fantastic.

Ray is back!!! The food and service has not been this good in years. The flounder franchise was awesome.

Service was very slow, took 10 min for the Server to come to our table.. I ordered the the steak, the steak was just ok but the mash potatoes were and the veggies were not hot.

We tried to get reservations elsewhere and they were fully booked. Lucky us we wound up here! Food was delicious. Service was fast and staff was super friendly. Thanks Patricia! We will definitely be back.

I went for the first time last night with a group of 5. The experience was incredible. It’s BYOB so we had a couple of good wines anticipating a great meal. They did not let us down. As soon as our server told us about their $34.00 special we thought “why not”. The choices were incredible and comparable to to the best “Up North” Italian restaurants we have enjoyed. Huge portions. Prepare for “Leftovers “. Be one of the fortunate and make a reservation.

This is the taste I've been looking for since moving to this town in 2019. I am from up north Jersey City to be exact where great Italian food lives. I've been trying different restaurants in the Lanoka and Forked River area for food that comes close to the restaurants where I come and Biagios hit it spot on. This is my first time writing a review, but the food was so delicious that I had to actually sit down and give them their props. My friends and family are so happy we finally have a restaurant to call home.

Ordered take out last night. Oh man was it delicious !!!! We had soup instead of salad with our meal. The soup was delicious and full of flavor !! The chicken parm was just perfect ! The sauce was delicious you could tell that they make it themselves. The chicken was nice and juicy and such a large portion! Great job Ray! Bringing the authentic Italian flavor to lanoka harbor!! We will most defiantly be back! And I can’t wait to try the rest of the menu !!

Just recently found this little Italian gem and have been back twice with family. We love the “TWO for $33.99” menu (4-9, Tuesday thru Sunday) in which you get an appetizer to share, salad, bread, entree, and small dessert. The portions are ample (took home leftovers both times). Not only is it affordable, the food is delicious as well. The regular menu offers a nice variety of choices , including a few gluten free options and a kid’s menu. Everything is moderately priced. The dining room is what I would consider comfortable and cozy. The staff is on point with their service. Reservations are a good idea.

We had mussels as an appetizer and they were prepared perfectly. I had chicken piccata and it was delicious. Also, the service was excellent.

I moved to Bayville 2 years and was invited to Biagios for dinner. I have been dining there ever since. Everything is always fresh and delicious, the staff always friendly and professional. It's like home away from home.

Cute Cozy BYOB place, great service and food, reasonable prices. Was here again and everything was great again. Olivia (the owner) was great and catered to our every need. Portions were more than most of us could eat (doggy bags) and delicious. We will definitely be back soon

Unfortunately, We didn’t find any relationship between all the five star reviews and our experience. We arrived with two couples for a nice dinner evening and based on the reviews we had high expectations. The restaurant was full and as a result we were very patient about the service. We had to ask a couple times for the waitress to open our wine. Once we placed our order we never saw her again. We ordered dinner at 5:40 PM and it was finally delivered to our table at 6:50 PM. While we were starving by then… Our expectations for a five star meal were dashed when the food came lukewarm. Even that didn’t bother us so much but the salmon two of us ordered was tasteless and inedible. The The grouper was OK and the chicken dish with smothered and so much ricotta cheese that you couldn’t taste anything but the cheese. We had to share water around the table because our glasses were never refilled. While we normally would not be complaining about the price for four people which was close to $200 with a tip the food did not live up to the reviews. I’m sorry to say that we unfortunately will never be back. I hope the owners of the restaurant find this review helpful and trying to clean up their act.

Dined in for a birthday. They were busy on a Wednesday night, luckily we had planned ahead and had made reservations. Food was amazing and the portions generous.

I ate dinner here with my family. Which consisted of three adults and two children, my God son is 3 and didn’t eat. There was only one waitress, and We had to keep asking the bus boy to get us our refills on our drinks and remove The piles of empty dishes from our table.the bus boy would roll his eyes at us, and was rubbing his hair. My pasta dish cost $41. It was the wrong pasta and had no sauce or flavor , when I complained the waitress never offered me another dish or replacement meal. Again Our drinks were empty and I had to ask the bus boy for a third time for our refills.Our bill was over $200, and we saw that they automatically added a tip. Their policy is, for groups of six or more they add gratuity, But we only had five people at our table.When I questioned the waitress about adding gratuity she stated even though the boy didn’t eat you have to pay. I kindly told her she was not deserving of over a $40 tip and there was only five people at the table. No manager ever came out to apologize or speak with us about the mistakes or constantly needing a busboy to refill our drinks. Even though a female manager was seen stopping at every other table to say hello and check on the patrons. Overall for the price the food was subpar, I can get the same quality of seafood at the local Chinese buffet. We wanted so badly to enjoy this restaurant but we were not treated warmly, The service sucked, mistakes were made with a $41 dish, and to boot she gave herself a tip without counting the actual amount of patrons at the table.

The multi course dinner specials are amazing. Great food, awesome service, at fantastic prices. Lots to choose from and nice portion sizes. One of my favorite Italian restaurants, hands down. Highly recommended!

Great food,nice staff and Olivia is the best of all. If you like Italian food I suggest you give it a try!! Their food is prepared fresh and is worth the wait so bring yourself a bottle of wine and some good company and enjoy a great meal!!

I was crazily impressed with this restaurant and would gave it five stars. The only complaint I had was... I can't believe they use such cheap silverware! I got way better silverware at Walmart for next to nothing.

Great food, BYOB, great selection of Italian cuisine with nice surprise offerings on specials. Nice place to have dinner with the family and get your fix in for any Italian dishes. Haven't tried to the lunch or to go yet but expecting great things.

This is the best Italian food in New Jersey. The closest thing to being at your grandmother’s table. You will be treated like Family and eat like you are too. Fabulous food; family owned and run. Love this place!!!!

Food is good but overpriced I paid 22 for chicken francese and it came as just two chicken breasts, no pasta no rice nada just two chicken breasts in lemon sauce kind of crazy. First time ordering and probably my last - it’s odd to pay 20+ for an entree that doesn’t have a base? Italian restaurants should know there’s a pasta base for francese. Sad because the food is good but in this economy seems like they’re squeezing the consumer.
