Cookie Monster is the best flavor!! I love it so so much. Best ice cream place!!!

I honestly don't know why I haven't been here before, but it was an unexpectedly wonderful treat on a sunny Friday afternoon. The staff was friendly, helpful, and patient, and the ice cream was delicious. There were some unique flavors here that I haven't seen at other places. For sweet & salty fans like me, the salted Oreo was a real treat. It's a cute, cozy, and clean place that's definitely worth a visit! 👍🍨😋

I placed an online order, expecting quick service. When I arrived, the store was empty, but the staff were just chatting instead of completing my order. Disappointed with the lack of urgency and professionalism.

Usually good ice cream. When they are doing online orders and counter work, they tend to ignore those in person at the counter and tend to online orders. Wait times are unreasonable when this happens. Then when you pay (before you get your ice cream) you have to tip. My milk shake was just milk and tasted like they forgot the ice cream. I would have asked them to make it again or tipped less for poor quality but the vibe inside was full of cranky customers waiting 35-45 minutes from entry to getting their order.

Consistently the best ice cream in Western Massachusetts. What I always find surprising is the generous portion sizes. Very high value and tons of options to pick from. My only word of caution is to be aware that during the summer in the evenings, the line can typically run out the door… typically 15 minutes or more wait. I’m not certain what more they can do about that. One suggestion is to make it easier for people that order online to directly access the counter and to pick up their order that was made over the Internet.

Home made scream. I had the black raspberry ice cream and it was delicious. It didn't feel fake

Great homemade ice cream with some rich flavors and ample portions providing a good value for the money. While the place is small they provide both indoor and outdoor seating. A great option for ice cream with the family. They also offer several revolving vegan flavors and they are all just as good as the regular ones. Easily one of our favorite ice cream shops in the area.

This is a perfect spot where you can sit inside or outside patio, also there a nice kids park across the street is a perfect combo of add calories and burn 🔥 calories - lol 😂

On an unusually warm late October afternoon, my wife and I got apple crisp sundaes at West Side Creamery. They were absolutely delicious! The vanilla ice cream was wonderful. The store is set among a number of other businesses and has good outside and inside seating and a pleasant interior. There is a playground across the street; I am sure that when it is busy in the summer, many families go across the street to enjoy their ice cream there

You get a good amount of the ice cream for the price! It also has a cute outdoor seating area.

If you need to consider allergens in ice cream, this is the place to go! ALL of their flavors are posted on a nice 8.5x11 paper on the countertop. You can order with confidence and the ice cream is delicious!

Very creamy, with an unusual but good sort of stretchiness to it. Flavors are very pronounced. My kids and I love all that we have tried.

We decided to go here as they had a few vegan ice cream options available on their menu and we were not disappointed. Often vegan ice creams have a strong after taste (usually coconut) but this didn’t have that at all. Will definitely be back here if I’m in the area!

We're visiting grandchildren and venturing out to find the "best" ice cream in the commutable area. It's a tough job, but it's all performed with parental approval of course. (mostly, we're grandparents after all) Westside Creamery placed #2! For reference purposes and arguable comparisons Westside Creamery rates #2 out of 8 we have tried so far this week. The difference in the top 3 is slim, there is a large gap between these 3 and the lower 5. Our pseudo professional ratings categories include creaminess (how much the frozen deliciousness resembles heavy cream or at least half-and-half when melting in the mouth, along with whether there is any crunchiness due to a freezing process that gives ice crystals similar to a lot of store bought ice cream that has been open in the home freezer a bit too long), complexity and originality of flavor options, and finally the value proposition of portion size. Westside Creamery came in #1 for our creaminess, but lost the title with the flavor selections (not as plentiful and overwhelming as some others, but still some delicious offerings) and portion sizes. Portions were sufficient, but let's face it... when you crave ice cream do you want just enough, or do you want over the top like Kimball Farm or Cal's Creamery!? Now that you've read this far, here are our rankings: 1 - Cal's Creamery 2 - Westside Creamery 3 - J.P.Licks 4 - Kimball Farm 5 - Rancatore's 6 - C.B.Scoops 7 - Colleen's 8 - Capital Creamery Our quest will continue with subsequent visits, it's a tough job.

My family’s favorite ice cream store! My children request ice cream pies from here for their birthdays and love stopping here on Friday afternoons after school. We dreamed that an ice cream store would come to West Acton and one did..but this is better than we could have hoped for. The owners are so nice and involved in the community. West Side is a true part of West Acton!

Amazing ice cream flavors, great crew, order ahead as waits can be a bit long.

It is a pretty new place, and it was open in 2019. I noticed that the owner hires local high school students, which is very nice. Staff is very polite and helpful. You can try ice cream prior to ordering that is very helpful. I didn't see any unusual flavors, which was pretty much standard, but I noticed that the size of portions was significantly larger than usual. I had a standard frappe, and it was just ok. My daughter had a float, and she liked it, so I probably was not lucky. I will try it next time and hope to enjoy it.

Ice cream is ok, customer service is pretty bad. The line and ordering system needs work. One of the girls dropped the s word in front of my kids. Then told us to move to the other side of the shop where there was no space to stand.

Wonderful, local ice cream shop that is so much more. The staff are friendly and warm with an honest enjoyment of what they do daily. The product is simply amazing. Homemade ice cream products...I mean how great! From cakes to the classics to 'ice cream flights' - you simply cannot miss this gem in the heart of West Acton.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had (vanilla is always the bench mark)! Even better than Kimball Farm and you can get it 360+ days per year.

A quaint little creamery in Acton. Great flavor selections. Pumpkin flavors are sold out by 3:30pm when I visited.
