No soup at all the last 3 times I came in, might as-well remove it from the menu. Came in 10 PM and supposedly they wrap up the soups since it’s too late according to the server. I get the place closes at 12, but I never knew the soups had a closing time or is that a self decision made by this specific establishment. Anyways whoever found this helpful, hope you were informed, what a bummer.

Ordered delivery, Placed an order for medium burger and received a burnt burger. My daughter Ordered the blackened Salmon with Pilaf rice and steamed broccoli. The Salmon was bland as was the rice and the broccoli was overcooked and undercooked. I ordered 2 strawberry lemonades and 1 Shirley Temple. However I received 2 Shirley Temples and 1 strawberry lemonade. The fries and the onions rings were the only good thing to be had.

Got sat and waited for 20 mins to even be acknowledged by the server when a family came in, got sat and got their drink orders taken immediately. Mind you she walked past us several times and never even greeted us. We ended up leaving. Terrible service.

Unfortunately, I cannot give this place more than 1 star. Both times we have been there it has taken over 30 minutes just to take our drink order. After this last time of waiting, we simply left. The first time we waited well over an hour from the time we arrived to the time they brought out our appetizer. The food is good but not good enough to wait 1hr for. We don’t want to come down on the servers—they seem busy and it is probably a management issue. Only go here if you have PLENTY of time.

The food in this place has changed and not in a positive way. I asked for salmon, darkened, but it was barely cooked. The broccoli tasted like it had been sitting out for a week. The French fries were dried and wrinkled. I used to love this place but not anymore. Don't think I am returning. The 3 stars are just that our server was very polite.

I visited this place on two occasions. On my birthday and Sun July 7th. Both times, was a disaster. When we sat down, we waited 15mins before being helped and we had to go request a server. In the takeout section all the servers gathered laughing and having a good time while customers wait. Totally unprofessional. Even the manager was involved. He did not care to make sure customers was being treated well and taken care of. Another table had to grt up and request service. This is terrible and unprofessional. The management need to pay attention to its customers and make sure they are treated with respect and kindness. We are not returning anymore until new management takes over. I would not advise anyone to go there.

I was at the restaurant 7/6/24, A little after 10pm. I had to send my first strawberry lemon back got my food I was disappointed in the appearance and the taste. A glass broke at the bar, I didn't notice it was by my table until when my son came to join us and the glass almost cut my foot. I have a bruise on my foot from where I stepped on the glass. The manager was so disrespectful all he wanted to do was show me his injury from a week ago that happened while he was working. This will be my last time going to this restaurant. The food is disgusting and management is disrespectful.

The way the quality has dropped at this location saddens me. Their pork chop used to be a 100/10 but the last few times I've ordered it it has been undercooked OR burnt. Go elsewhere!

This place needs to close. Service was terrible along with the food. They brought appetizers out with the main entrees which is not proper etiquette. Laurel is disappointment in restaurants.

Our food (chicken parmesan and pasta) was not hot. I asked for some extra sauce hoping it was hot. By the time she brought it I had already the chicken. Glad I did because the sauce was not hot. I was very disappointed. Don't plan on going back.

Received the wrong drink. I asked for creme soda and cherry soda, received a cherry soda with ice cream in it? Our steak, one side, and dessert came out before the appetizer and second side of chili. We didn't receive the appetizer until we asked for the bill and box. Appetizer was supposed to be plain wings with bbq and ranch on side but they had hot sauce and ranch all over them. Bad experience. Edit Update: Came back a second time and had the oven roasted Atlantic Salmon, ziti, pork chops, and chicken sandwich meals. There were 5 of us. The bill was $181 ! The salmon was dry and edges were hard. Chicken sandwich, ziti, and pork chop were ok but nothing to write home about. We received an extra drink we didn't ask for and was charged for it. Waiter was nice but food and service was pretty slow as well. Overall ok experience but way to expensive for the service and food quality. Different wait staff was also smoking weed and cigarets on sidewalk outside of restuarant before and after the meal. Not a great look as we had our kids with us.

Chicken wings were not done. Waitress worked very hard. Manager was not supportive and didn't care to hear complaints. Absolutely the worst service. Will never return. Horrible!

I came to this BJs for a lunch with my son's, the customer service is terrible. They're also NOT CLEAN WHEN MAKING YOUR FOOD. I UNFORTUNATELY COULD NOT EAT WITH my son's because there was hair and bristles from a cleaning brush in the food the Cheif work 6/2 at 1:31pm came out to apologize but said to bad basically this happens all the time.....DO NOT COME HERE VERY DIRTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Walk in and ask for Lamarcus! He will not lead you wrong. Service is great! Food is great! And the margarita flight is greater than great!

The service from Lamarcus was unbelievable, BJs is a phenomenal chain but Lamarcus’ services were what you expect at a luxury 5 star restaurant. We’ll be back only if he’s our server again.

This was my first experience at BJ’s in Laurel. LaMarcus demonstrates exemplary service in the face of less than stellar circumstances. During our visit, LaMarcus was prompt, approachable, communicative and professional despite a lack of lighting in the FOH.

We were served Friday evening by Taylor us at 5:43 PM. She was absolutely amazing. She allowed me and my husband to enjoy our food. It was very relaxed and we got everything on time. She was amazing. You guys need to keep her.

Everything was good, but nothing was great. Today I couldn’t even remember the name of the place other than the beer place next to Mission BBQ. Nothing was bad, there was just nothing that made this restaurant stand out from others. If I were back in the Laurel area I would probably try somewhere else, but if I was with someone who really wanted to go here I would have no problem going back.

We went during HH and the food and drinks were good and very reasonably priced. Our Server, Marcus, was excellent. He was friendly and very attentive.

Cameron was one of the best servers ever! It was Mother’s Day and we had 4 mothers who he made it a special day. The food was good and the service from the managers , wait staff , and Cameron made my 94 year old mother smile second Mother’s Day there and God willing we will be BACK!!

The food and service was outstanding. This was our first visit and our server was LaMarcus B and he did an excellent job (#221). When I return I will definitely ask to be seated in his section again. Date of visit May 11, 2024

Nice selection of beers, including their own on tap, and a surprisingly extensive menu for a brew pub. We usually share a pizzookie (fresh-baked hot cookie with ice cream) for dessert.

Marcus was our server. He was the best. He was very attentive to my family’s requests and he made sure that our experience was a good one despite the cooks mistaken filet mignon and overcooked chicken tenders which my children wasted as a result. Please give Marcus the help he needs. He’s something like Lebron in Cleveland.

Don't go here if you really want some good food. Only the boneless wings were good. Sadly every other item from appetizers down to the dessert had something wrong with it, missing ingredient, or just plain wasn't good. Decent spot with kids, just order some fries, wings, perhaps a couple brews and it'll be fine. Just don't expect much. Don't order the filet mignon. I should have known better expecting more. Worst $30 spent.

Appalled by the bartenders ATTITUDE! Went to pick up a to go pizza with two friends. Stopped by the to go desk to see if the pizza was ready while my two friends ordered drinks at the bar. They ordered 3 high end bourbons on the rocks....to which the male bartender in a nasty manner that there was not 3 people standing in front of him. Taken aback by the attitude my friends pointed to me standing 10 feet in clear view that I was the 3rd person. I waved at the bartender however the bartender indicated to my friends that he still did not see three people! When I physically came over he went to pour the drinks and brought them back neat not on the rocks. When we asked for ice we were scolded and told that we ordered the drinks in a confusing manner. Finally getting our drinks and still waiting for the pizza we went to stand at a high top table near the bar ( which was full ). We were then told in a sparky manner that we could not use the table because those tables we allocated for the waitress and we would be taking potential revenue away from her. Other tables were completely open in the same area and she was no were to be found. It was 9:30 PM at night! We were now fed up by being disrespected by this bartender and asked the receptionist to have the manager stop by so we could tell him about our experience. 30 minutes and two reminders to the receptionist that we were still waiting....NO MANAGER SHOWED UP to address our concerns. We took the pizza ( Which was very Good ) and left in discontent. This is no way to run a food service business. Think twice about going to this establishment.

I ordered the chicken club sandwich. The first time it came out with avocado on one side and chicken on the other. When I picked up the sandwich (avocado and not knowing it was all avocado) the sandwich all fell apart in my hand. When I looked inside that’s when I clearly saw one side had chicken and the one with avocado barely any meat. Asked them to fix it again better and when it came out, the bread was all soggy. Then I just ordered a half of ribs to go because I was irritated at this point. Took them over 30 minutes and then they still messed up the bill. I would suggest going to any other restaurants in the area UNLESS you want to be frustrated.

This past Saturday evening I accompanied my dance team to this BJ’s restaurant and was extremely disappointed. We have been coming for 3 years straight as a fun tradition after our annual nearby dance competition, and our tradition will be coming to an end. We came as a group of 7 girls and our parents, with our reservation planned multiple weeks in advance. We looked forward to coming to BJ’s for such a long time, and we were extremely let down. Our reservation was messed up and we ended up having to sit completely separated from the parents, on opposite ends of the restaurant. We arrived at 6:30pm and we didn’t have any server approach us at all until after 7, and we didn’t receive our drinks until almost 7:30. No refills were offered to us, our menus weren’t taken away, and our server didn’t ask how we were doing even once. One of the two appetizers we ordered came out at around 7:45, the other one seemingly forgotten never came out and we ended up receiving it in a to go box at the end of our visit hours later. Our parents had fairly good service, and they were finishing their entrees at the time we received our drinks. Since we had been dancing all day long, we arrived to BJ’s starving and ready to eat. Im sure you can see how waiting an hour for a drink and two hours for food was not what we had in mind. A huge group of children behind our table consistently ran around and bumped into our seats, and we (along with our parents) were aggressively reprimanded numerous times by the host for “walking in her zone” when we weren’t even close to her. When our food did come out around 8:30, there will multiple problems, like chicken missing from salads, undercooked burgers, sides missing from meals, and meatballs missing from pasta. With help from the manager, we ended up receiving all the missing things from our meals, except my missing meatball. I never received my meatball in my spaghetti, which was $1.50 extra, despite multiple promises from employees. When we finally got all of our food, at around 8:30, all of it was mediocre and dry. We had been looking forward to enjoying pizookies for dessert, but ended up having to leave before dessert because of how long our visit had taken. We ended up leaving around 9:15, which was way later than we intended to leave considering we had to wake up extremely early for the competition the next morning. In summary, my team and our parents had a terrible time at this establishment and will have to find a new fun place to attend annually.

One star is generous. We sat down over an hour ago and still waiting on main course. We had our appetizer and it was ok. Finally posting an update on my original review. The manager responded to our concerns and addressed them while we were in the restaurant. She made sure we received our entrees and adjusted the bill. Thank you to the server and also management for addressing the problems. I have adjusted the ratings from the original one star.

Ordered a vegetarian pizza, and specifically told the server to make sure there was no mushroom or meat on it. After 45 minutes, the pizza arrived with mushrooms and a piece of meat on it, at the same time missing the additional requested topping. I understand that order can be messed up in busy times. The server said he would get us a new one, instead he just removed mushrooms and meat and served the same. He kept lying that it was a new pizza when it wasn't. Disappointed with shortcuts and being lied to cover screwups.

I have been going to this establishment for 3 years after my dance competitions. We have always looked forward to our yearly trip to this bjs and consider it a tradition. Unfortunately this tradition ended today. We had made a reservation weeks in advance but when we arrived there was no table ready for us and the only table that could accommodate a party of our size had been taken. We had to split into a kids table and an adults table on opposite ends of the restaurant. Nobody came to serve us for 30 minutes and when we finally placed our orders it took an hour for the food to come while the table that was seated 30 minutes after us got their food within 20 minutes. When we asked the server about the status of our food she said that the kitchen was backed up because there was a party of more than 40 but they had already gotten all of their food. The server went to check on her other tables very frequently but she never came over to ours except to bring the food. In addition when we were just trying to get to our parents because they were in the other side of the restaurant the hostess was very rude and yelled at us to get out of her zone and that we had to walk in almost a full circle around the restaurant when the lobby was already very crowded.

It was my very first time coming to this restaurant and I ended up having a really bad time. My group of friends and I came here as a celebration for a dance competition and it’s normally tradition to come here but unfortunately we now have to break this tradition. We placed reservations a month in advance but we ended up having to sit on opposite ends of the table from the rest of our party. We had no server for about 45 minutes and our service was pretty okay with her but the worst part was the food. We ordered our food when it was still light outside but we got our food when it was pitch black outside. I ordered my food first and waited 2 hours just to get it served last. There were missing parts of everyone’s meal like missing sides, chicken, and meatballs gone from pasta. This location had some of the worst service ever. We only got a discount and no apologies were ever given. This restaurant doesn’t deserve the reviews it’s been given.

Food was ok, sever was ok. Atmosphere wasn't that bad. However, the table next to my family and I was a little out of order. They took the turkey burger off the menu so I don't think I'll come back again. Thr food just doesn't taste as good as it did two years ago.

Arrived March 5th, 2024 at 4:45pm. We waited seven minutes for someone to seat our party of three. Ended up being seated by our soon to be waiter because no host/hostess was present. Took another seven minutes to get our drink order and appetizer taken but ended up giving the waiter the whole order. Then another eight minutes to get our drinks. About fifteen minutes later we get the appetizer and one meal. So I was eating the appetizer and my kid was eating her main dish. My wife had nothing. We had asked for our salads to be brought out before the main dishes but they arrived just before. Which means we are eating the salads and main meal simultaneously. My wife got the Salmon and my kid got the burger. Both were ok they said but my ribeye had so much salt on it I had to scrape off the top side. The waiter offered to take it back but we had been there so much longer than we needed to be. I even had my wife try my ribeye. She had a hard time swallowing it before the scraping of the top. We were never asked if we wanted more drinks. At this point I just wanted to eat and go. I won’t go back unless management makes a major change. The is the same place we went to last year where the hostess told us we had to wait because they sent employees home. They didn’t think they’d get busy. We ended up leaving at 6:24pm.

Excellent from start through finish. Our server was RC. He was outstanding. His recommendations were spot on and he provided excellent service. Everyone we encountered working there was very attentive, polite and efficient. The food was very good as well. Can’t wait to return.

Two couples and we dined on a Saturday night. Our server was RC. He is outstanding. The food was also very good. They were very busy yet our food and drinks were delivered in a timely fashion. All staff we interacted with went above and beyond. It is a bit noisy of an environment, but for the quality of food and the attentive service it wouldn't prevent me from returning. I am looking forward to my next visit.

If you see the review above me with the pictures or shrimp scampi I whole heartily agree. Customer service was terrible waitress was rude and had an attitude barely checked in on me and my party. Got all of our orders wrong and got smart with us like it was our fault. Our alcoholic beverages never came out I asked to speak to a manager after 30 min of waiting she went behind the bar as if she was making the drinks 30 min later still no drinks. There were only about 20 people it that in the restaurant so it was no reason service should’ve been that slow. The “scampi” was literally noodles and shrimp no sauce even though I requested extra. The spinach dip was burnt and had was less then half of the cup. I would NEVER recommend this location. This is my second and last time dining with this restaurant.

Me and my family went here and let’s just say it’s not like how it use to be. The food was cold, some food was raw, and my cousin found a piece of plastic in his burger, our waiter barely checked up on us and those who did bring our food because it was like 4 different people because we kept having to ask other waiters for help-he still did not check up on us. The whole experience was terrible. Save your time and money on this place. When we spoke to the manager he was smiling the whole time we were complaining then said he didn’t know what happen because he is one of their top waiters lol smh I’m not ever going there again!

This place has gone downhill. It was a giant disappointment. The place was pretty much empty, we ordered take out and they told us it would be 20-25 mins. It took 45 mins to get our food out to us. We saw several people come and go before us and finally when we get home the food was a huge disappointment. It was cold, not seasoned, and not appealing. We waited almost an hour and paid $80 for food we took 2 bites of and then trashed.

Great prime rib with sides. Relaxed atmosphere. Excellent service. Been eating there many times. Give it a try.

They close at 12am. I was there around 10:30pm. Tables were dirty & the place was basically empty. The lady had to walk me to 3 different tables before finding a clean one. Then my server told me the kitchen was closing an it was only 11:09pm. Was basically rushed from the start to the end of dining in. Most of the things I asked for they "didn't" have available because they were closing down the kitchen early & wanted to go home according to my server. They kept tryna get me to change my mind about the things I wanted so they wouldn't have to make it. My drink was 90% ice for $15. My server seemed annoyed when I told them they didn't give me the correct pizookie size, correct pizza size, and when I told them they forgot to remove an item I didn't get...off my bill. I'm so happy I checked my to go items. Both were things I didn't ask for / had missing toppings. $100+ to waste.

We went with a group of 8 including 4 elementary school aged kids. It was an early dinner hour (4pm ish). They were able to seat us right away. We couldn't have been happier with the service. Our waitress (Ciara) was very good and kept things lite and humerous. She was especially good with the kids and did a great job catering to their needs so the adults could talk. We had the nachos and egg rolls to start (the nachos were awesome). We then had a variety of entrees. In particular I enjoyed my prime rib. Very good. We then had some of the Pizookie...that was superb. They have a special one that is out for a limited time that has a cinnamon bun base with ice cream...although we didn't need to eat it all...we did!...I had never heard of the place before this experience l, but would certainly go back. Keep up the good work!

Nice ambiance, welcoming service. The food is ok, nothing special. Definitely do not recommend ordering a steak here - they don’t seem to be able to cook to temp. Ordered a medium ribeye but they sent it out super well done … twice.

Service was a little slow, I believe from the snow day. Server was great when interacting. Food was delicious, However this day they overcooked the Brussel Sprouts. Drinks were good & refreshing. Ask for lite ice though for a stronger drink.
