Service was meh.. manager very snarky! During Thursday night football, they had on wrestling…🤦🏾‍♀️. Bar area smelled a little like mildew or old water.

Great customer service. Food was hot and came out in good timing. Great atmosphere and pleasant dining.

Please ask for Lamont. He provided high energy, great customer service. When I attended again, I will wait as long as it takes for Lamont.

What happened to Outback? Went to the Laurel Outback for dinner. We were seated promptly. Ordered drinks - glass of wine, draft beer (Bud Lite) and a soda. Soda came right out. Ordered bloomin' onion. Over cooked! Guess they forgot to check the fryer. Asked about drinks. 20 min. in. Food came out. Pepper, OMG, did the shaker top come off? Chicken tenders - over cooked on outside, barely done inside, could not eat much, pepper. Ribeye - med. comes well done, entirely too much pepper.Daft beer appeared. 30 min. in. Eating meal. Where's the wine? Called for bartender. She said she'd check. Waiter is busy hovering over table with 8 people, forever! Oh, they're out of Reisling! Waiter should have found that out 40 minutes. Oh, the shrimp with pasta - they put pepper on the pasta! Manager come's over. Explained what had happened. He said the owner was trying for bold taste. Apologized about everything - gave a $10. gift card. Upshot - turn temp on fryer down, fire waiter, buy a case of reisling, HIDE the pepper shaker, oh, Coors lite is NOT Bud lite. Yeah, I can taste the difference! Sorry, Dayton, we won't be back. Wonder if Ellicot City OB is any better?

Our waiter, RJ, was incredible. He checked back at the right intervals and was very attentive. The food was perfect, steaks done correctly.

Danny was our server. She has a great personality and gave us wonderful service. She is just precious. Danny only works on Saturdays and Sundays. Thanks Danny!

Had the Tasmania pasta it was fantastic!!!!

We went to eat for my husband's birthday with the family and a gringa served us and wanted to give us a table where the chairs are high and she saw and we told her that we were bringing the child and she didn't want to give us another table when there were tables. careless very bad attention

Outbacks everywhere provide good food and is dependable.

Took us 2 hours to get what we ordered, and the meal was incorrect.

The food was terrible. My steak had so much pepper on both sides that it formed a hard layer on the steak that made it inedible. It was the same for others in my party. Mac and cheese had too much pepper as well. The waitress was great. Owner responded, provided me link. I submitted details and never heard back.

Danny was our server, she provided absolute great service and was very friendly. We will be back.

The food was amazing, the service could have been better, and the atmosphere was ok. The location had ants on the table near the windows, the staff was nice and reseated us but the whole ant episode was concerning. The server was really polite, but he kept forgetting things, and the food took a long time to come out. There could have been a lot of factors like short staff or large parties that could have caused this, so overall, the experience warranted 4 stars. I would go back.

The salmon, sweet potato and asparagus was delicious. I am so mad that I left my doggie bag on the table!!

The steak was superb including the sides.

The service was really quick and the food was warm. Our server was nice and kept on checking on us. I would recommend their Rib-Eye Steak and sirloin.

Slow service even though it's never crowded when I have visited. Food is good. Bar area is never maintained enough. Could use a deep cleaning. The hostess greeted us but it was not genuine. The foid came out hot..but then you have to wait terribly long for refills on beverages. When it's time to pay...miraculously everyone shows up to see if anything more was needed. Plenty of uncovered parking available. Good selections on the menu.

The French onion soup now has cheese that is fried. Ugh. We asked for The pork chop to be medium and no sauce. It was rare and came with the sauce on it the mashed potatoes were under seasoned. No offer was made to replace the soup.

Danny was very friendly and helpful during our meal!

Was a great hang out with friends on weekends.

Bartender should be fired. Steak was mostly fat.

Have become a favorite of mine. Consistent food and atmosphere. Cost is within reach of most families.

Came here by myself to get some work done (because I was craving a blooming onion) and it really hit the spot. My waitress, Danny was absolutely amazing. She was charismatic, had great suggestions for the menu, and checked on me a lot to make sure everything was good. Ask for her when you come in and tip her well.

The absolute BEST SERVICE EVER!

Shut down this establishment immediately. Its ran by highschoolers and a manager who is outside puffing on reggie bush. We waited 35 minutes to get seated and the restaurant wasn’t busy. Service was just mediocre at best. The waitress forgot multiple food items and didn’t seem to care. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.

Food was good as usual but service was not very attentive. With a large party I would've expected more check ins and not forgetting requested items. Also didn't help that the server was sitting in the waiting area talking to the hostess.

I'm pleased to share that my second takeout experience from Outback in Laurel was superb. Once again, my steak and sides were cooked to perfection, and all the condiments were neatly packed in the bag. I couldn't be happier with their service.

I eat here all of the time. About four times a week. I usually get the same thing. I have never been disappointed with the service that I have received up until the situation with the floors today it was like grease or wax was all over the floors and the bathroom was even worse, the staff is aware that the floors are very slippery. And no one will scrub the floors. I was so afraid of falling because I was literally sliding across the floor and so was other customers and the employees as well is not safe on the floors, I don’t know if I will be coming back due to the floors. I am in disbelief that the manager would not have had anyone re-mopped the floors. Also, the manager that is on duty today showed focus to a certain race of customers. He made sure that he checked on them numerous times not coming around checking on , the Hispanics and African-Americans customers. He made me feel as if he was a bigot and I don’t need to spend my money anywhere where I feel like I don’t matter.

Last Friday I came in with my mother who was picking up food. My mother was really upset and honestly...not being very friendly. The owner was extremely accommodating and handled the the situation so well...I mean ..like a pro. I apologize on my mother's behalf. His customer service and how he handled the situation should be recognized.

Danny was amazing. Very friendly, she made our time there very special. I look forward to seeing here again.

First time at Outback. Quick seating. Our server female Danny greeted us with great energy and went above and beyond to make sure our time was great. Would definitely come back.

First visit, definitely NOT disappointed! Filet mignon, baked potato, ribs, broccoli, bread, salmon etc for all of us was great in every way . I highly recommend this restaurant. When I go back to Florida, I will definitely go there more often.

The steak is good. Everything else is what you expect from a chain restaurant. They are trying but are stuck inside a franchise straight jacket...

Service was terrible. The drinks from the bar were delicious but everything else was downhill. The salads were ordered with dressing on the side. They put a container of dressing on the side but also drenched the lettuce in it. Notice how I wrote lettuce and not salad? The house salad and ranch is the best but at this restaurant. Where the "ranch" dressing is more like clumps of Mayo.

Unfortunately, my family didn't have a good experience with food. Two out of three entrees weren't good. However, our server, Danni, was very pleasant. Thanks, Danni for trying to "save" the visit.

I have been to Outback years ago. I tried it again due to receiving a gift card. They have really stepped up their game. The food was great and so was the service.

The food and drinks were perfect, but unfortunately the place smelled like a pee As soon as we entered we could smell it. I almost gave up to sit, but I gave a chance, and the smell persisted all night long.

Worst take out experience of my life. Spent ober $100 on food to go, get some and the forget wing order and some sides. Had to return to outback 30min later to get the wings. By the time I got back home, my ribeye and the rest of the food was cold. Never doing a to go order from here again. And NO Apologies from the Manger. She acres like it was just another day at Outback. "Do you want your wings or not sir" 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Customer service was amazing! We shared the Melbourne Porterhouse, Aussie Fries, Caesar Salad, and Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie which were all delicious!
