Service was good, placed an order. Waiter was on point with customer service.

Last 3 times being there we walked out after an hour for lack of customer service We just walked out this am and went to Dennys Waited 15 min and didn't even get greeted. Everyone is so focused on Uber eats that you have forgotten about customer service in the restaurant Gave them another chance this am. Waited an hour for our food. The eggs were burnt.manager brought out our food and when I said it gets worse every time he said nothing

Came here to get fueled up one morning and got a hearty breakfast. I got the sampler which comes with sausage, ham and bacon and they throw pancakes with it too! Filling and tasty, my server, Javier H, did a good job. You can't go wrong here.

Had a good evening meal. They still served breakfast at 10pm. Real Friendly service. Clean and good soft playing music.

The bathrooms are never properly cleaned and the last time I ate there, a rat was roaming around in the dining area. This is beyond unsanitary. Please do better.

Waiting outside in the heat for my meal for 20 minutes when they committed to a time. Then I was told that they don't do that but they will get out there soon as they feel like it. But if disrespectful to just tell your customers You're not going to try to get them their food. But it's okay I'll be ordering from Bowie, or somewhere else from now on. I think it's more disrespectful when they stare at you through window after they tell you they're not going to help you with your food.

Service: 10 stars. Wilbert is amazing. I placed an order over the phone. He was patient, kind, and attentive. The food was on point. We received enough condiments for our very large order. A little bit goes a long way these days. Wilbert was great. Customer service is everything.

Last Sunday a friend and I went to have Brunch at this IHOP Location. This was not my first time using this location. Strangely, this time it felt like they were short of staff and it also looks like they had new management. Everything was disorganized, no one was there to take names or to be put on a waiting list for seating. Least to say it became chaotic when it is time for seating. When I tried to explain to the manager (who had a cast on one hand) about the being disorganized, he replied that if I have a problem then there is the door. Me and my friend was extremely shocked by his response and left. Unfortunately, I would not be using this location in the future. It only takes one person in your organization to give it a bad reputation.

The quietest I have ever seen this location but as usual perfectly happy.

I forgot my phone. It was kept safe till I returned 1 hour later. THANKS TO STAFF!!!

The food was fresh and the service was excellent

I came in for breakfast on July 4th. I understand they were probably short staff because of the holiday but I feel like they needed to mention as you walk in that the kitchen was short staff and that the wait time for food would take 30-60 mins. That would be on us if we wanted to stay. I waited an hour and my breakfast never came. So I decided to leave with my family because we were very hungry. The staff did not charge us for two coffees and an orange juice though and gave my son a fruit cup on our way out.

Waitress had a notepad and still get the order right. Waited to long for order to be taken. The table in front of us left. The order in back only 1 person got there order the the manager finally comp the other person for a not show order

Hello I woke up and for some reason wanted Pancakes I'm new here from New York me and a plus one decided to come to Ihop laurel and the experience was A+ When entering was greeted by Host/ Server Lakisha She greeted us with a smile and right away we felt comfortable she made our First time visit worth coming to IHOP laurel because of lakisha and the great hospitality we will be back!!... #

One of the strangest restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Went to get breakfast yesterday morning, and our server clearly had 10 or 12 tables. She was a trooper and clearly did her best given her circumstances so no complaints there, but where it gets weird is that two of the employees got in a fist fight with the whole rest of the staff pulling them apart. Also it took an hour for the food to come out and when it came out one of the dishes was cold. Oof.

We had a very nice and cheerful waitress. We also enjoyed our meal and we enjoyed ourselves.

As you can see, the food. Service were not bad, but the Female Restroom had a DISGUSTING smell from the sitting water down in the pipes or really dirty mop!! Thank goodness we used hand sanitizer at the table and did use the restroom until after we ate because we would have left..it was a sickening smell!!!

Pretty good! The service was very fast and the food was good. I came during happy hour apparently, and my entree plus drink was under $10. Will go again.

I have nothing to complain about my food was hot delicious and accurate. My server was polite and on point with a smile. My only suggestion and maybe this is based on where I was sitting only buuuutt every movement the family behind me made in their booth I experienced it on my end. This is the very 1st booth on the left once entering the dining hall. I've also ordered take out from here and never had an issue with my food or service.

I don't know if is just me or what but it is the second time there and the service is like begging for attention ,front desk was 100% but waitress 20%

My family and I eat at this location very often. We always get good servers, it’s always clean and the food is always made well. This evening we had exceptionally great service. Our server Lakisha was pleasant, patient and kind with our kids and the manager Hector actually walked around and asked if we were enjoying our food or needed anything. Even though it was “just” a meal at ihop they made our experience very pleasant.

Usually pretty quiet, good is standard, service usually is the problem with servers giving attitudes to the customers

Really Bad Service ! We waited for more than an HOUR !! We asked how much time and they told us to write our name down, they didn’t even have us down !!! NEVER COMING BACK !!!

Took my mom tonight. The staff was absolutely lovely. So friendly and attentive. Food was great. Thank you because my mom hasn't been in since my dad passed away in August and she and he used to frequent this IHOP. Will definitely be back.

There were not too many healthy options, but overall the food wasn't too bad.

This is typical IHOP fare. The service was friendly, but a) my omelette arrived cold and b) my table had no syrup for pancakes and I had to "poach" some from a neighboring table. My sense is that they are understaffed and also that, at least for breakfast on a weekday, they are much more oriented to takeout than dine-in customers. I am unlikely to go back.

Sometimes there’s a price to pay when it comes to decent looking food. Today i ordered buttermilk biscuit chicken sandwich with a side of fries, and i didn’t think about how i got FOOD POISONING from the same ihop a few years ago. The food tasted fine, but as i left to go do some shopping, i started to feel extremely nauseous and had to run to the bathroom, and ended up throwing up. I decided to sit in the car just in case i end up to throwing up again, and ended throwing up 7 times in a row . Not only did i get food poisoning, the chicken on my sandwich was practically BURNT. The service was horrible. it took us almost an hour to get each plate . My plate of food didn’t arrive until my sister was almost done with her plate. Never eating here again !!

Me and my family went into that ihop and it was empty there was only 2 other families the one waitress sat us down but we felt a uncomfortable where we were seated so we moved to a diffrent table not even far away we only moved one table away and then a old white waitress yelled and started arguing about why we even moved from where we were seated and we felt unwelcome so we left such bad service and agian there was nobody even there only 2 families.

I would give these people 0 stars if I could. Made me wait 45 mins just to tell me they called my name already. I was sitting there the whole time 5 feet away. What a waste of time.

I ordered 2 gluten-free pancakes with eggs and bacon. After waiting 30 minutes, I still did not have my pancakes. The kitchen staff were lazy. Our server, Keena, tried to get my order but they wouldn't make them. One was in his car getting high in the parking lot. He was the same person who was outside smoking when we arrived. Manager does not seem to care. Otherwise clean and friendly

Never got my food . I ordered online waiting for over and Hour just to have my order cancelled, and when I tried calling about it nobody answered the phones.

Restaurant was nice and clean, The food was perfect just how we ordered it. The waitress was amazing checked back often bought us what we needed without us having to ask. Absolutely wonderful experience. I tipped her $20 on a $40 check. I definitely recommend the IHOP in Laurel MD.

Not the best service, probably the worst ihop ive been too. Walked in & asked for a table of 8. they said to give them 5-10 mins then 2 families walked in (one of 6) (one of 4) & we had been waiting 25 mins & they were passed after us , so i got up to ask how much longer the wait time would be & they said they didnt have tables. so i asked how they were passing families infront of us. then they called us & sat us in a empty corner where there were even spiderwebs & ants. Had us wait 15 mins before they took our drinks order. buy who took our order for drinks said she couldnt take our order for food & she pointed at who was going to take our order. so we went up to the guy to ask if he can please take our order & the guy said with an attitude that he was busy attending another family. later for our luck the milkshake machine was broken so they asked if we wanted something else & she got an attitude when we were trying to figure out what else to order. then turned around and left without saying anything. when the guy finally came to take our order he was very dry & rude. So we decided to leave after that, all that attitude & rudeness would affect our food. We’ve never experienced such thing. You shouldn’t be working in this type of job if you don’t have patience & aren’t kind.

Ants all over the table and had hair in my food.

There was no coffee, no ice tea. There were 11 customers in the restaurant & the waitress was running around like a crazy woman. Then more came in, and things got even crazier. When we finally got our food, it was really good.

When ordering food via app, don’t trust the pick up time.

My Family and I had a good waiter. If it wasn't for Abby that was always smiling, making sure if we were okay, and brought us the meal exactly 💯 right.

I spent 10 minutes waiting in the lobby area for anyone to come and greet me to dine in and nobody came to me. Some other group comes and someone comes up to them ask em how many and seated them immidiately. Don't come to this ihop they will treat you like garbage

We stopped in for breakfast with a group of out of town visitors. Our server Gabby was AMAZING!! Her postitive attitude was spot on and we'll enjoyed.

Worst experience, ordered online at 1pm, showed up at 1:30pm to pick up my order thinking 30min is enough time. I show up order is not ready, they tell me they are about to make it. Another 30min go by and I ask how much longer. I’m told “oh I don’t know” another 15min go by and someone finally comes out and tells me 2 out of the 4 things I ordered can not be made, you could not have told me that when I walked in or what? Waited a total of 75min to just not receive anything. Super unprofessional. Wth is the whole point of online ordering if you can’t put things are out of stock or make it when it’s ordered.

Food was so good I almost went to sleep after eating, rush go have some, you will thank me later. Awesome service 👏 too

WORST IHOP EVER PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST. First time watch is right up the street if you need breakfast. This ihop has Extremely long wait times & terrible staff it doesn’t matter if you’re dining in or picking up. This is the last time I come here learned my lesson!

Food was over cooked. Had to send back twice.

No person seating guests. It took the lone server several minutes to acknowledge and seat us.

It varies. Sometimes good others times bad. We had to walk out the last time because the waitress gave us contaminated milk. No cream cups. Plus when she is there you about to deal jailtude.

I don't understand how in 3 different occasions the past 2 yrs I have ordered here, my country fried steak would arrive with no gravy which is the main staple for this item. If there was a change that does not include or needs to ask for the gravy than that's false advertising. I work in the restaurant industry as well so I get it but 3 times in the past two yrs? Really? Out of solidarity, please get it together.

Unfortunately I can't rate this IHOP in Laurel any better, because there are so many things going wring that I saw during my last visit, here some: 1- Sort of employees and the ones they have are overwhelmed 2- They were focused (kitchen) more on the Orders for the food for delivery and not for the customers on site 3- the waiting line at the entrance was long, very long and inside there were at least 50% of the tables empty. And I got there at 8:00 am. that means very early before the line was bigger which usually is at 10 am. our waiter was very decent and explaining the lateness due all the craziness that morning

Yes, 5 stars. Granted - my ranking is based on expectations... clearly IHOP is not the same as a 5 star restaurant... but this location is ranked compared to other breakfast places, it was super-clean, efficient and friendly. The food came out quickly and was exactly what it should be. This is a great place for a quick diner-style breakfast!

There were mice running around the restaurant. Not "a mouse". It was 3 mice, plural. I was only there for 5 mins and I individually counted 3 mice. How is the manager and employees not aware of this? Disgusting.

It's been awhile since I visited this place. Good and service are still excellent. I like the changes to their menu.

Been awhile since we've had IHOP but this location is nice. The food did not disappoint. The waitress was nice and the restaurant looked relatively clean.

Service was good but chicken was dark and didn’t taste good.

I ordered two pancakes, one gluten friendly and another buttermilk and they didn’t label which one was gluten free. I keep calling trying to figure out which one is which and no one is answering, I’ve called about 22 times and counting. No answer.

So firstly we ordered our food and they gave us the wrong thing the waitress was very kind and tried everything to fix the issue with the food most of our family didn’t even get to enjoy any thing at all secondly we were ready to pay and we need to get certain things that we did not even get off of our bill and we needed the manger to do that but she ignored us and the workers there we tried to call her attention many times and ignored us and she went to other tables and talk to customers for no reason while we were waiting on her we talk to the staff and they tried to get her attention and she ignored them too the staff said that they were tired of the mangers behavior and said that we would just leave if she didn’t want to attend us the manger was purposely ignoring us so we left. This was the worst experience ever at ihop the staff were very nice the manger was the opposite and she was very discriminating .

So y'all know I blasted Break my soul while Chucking up the deuces to the government back in October. Now I'm a full time kept woman Lol. Anyway while I try to figure out my life I enjoy going to IHOP and vlogging. My favorite is the smokehouse combo with my coffee. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Food was wonderful! The restaurant was extremely busy and some staff appeared more stressed than others. Once seating my order was taken promptly and everything was cooked well.

Used to be a nice restaurant but by far the worst restaurant in town amidst this shortage we’re having. I am going to give this two stars because of terrible drinks and none other than the food I also ate. This is TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE….

The food was delicious, but the service could have been a bit better. I think our waitress had an off day. Also had a a few ants that appeared on our table. Apparently they have been trying to get rid of them for a while. We moved tables. Management listened to our concerns. 👍🏼

Cleanest and nicest IHOP I've ever visited. Food was way better too. Our server Gabby was astoundingly good - she was super efficient and fast, but made us feel very comfortable and never rushed, very friendly!
