I had to buy 5 sandwiches to get the three I ordered online. Customer service was nonexistent and no amount of trying website or trying to contact management at restaurant were successful. Only buy from here if you know you'll not have any problems. Other Jersey Mike restaurants have been pretty good in the past.

The food at Jersey Mike's is always top notch, reasonably priced and fairly healthy. This restaurant is no exception. The biggest problem with this location is how incredibly long it takes to get a sandwich made. I have visited 5 times and every time without fail, it takes me over 15 minutes to go from back of the line to paying and there have never been more than 2 customers in front of me. The glacial pace of service at this store cannot be overstated. Entire galaxies have been born and snuffed out in the time it takes to get a sandwich here. The small microorganisms that live on my eyelashes have evolved into a completely new species at the end of this journey. To put it further in context, wrote this entire review in the time it took for my sandwich to come out. It's honestly impressive how slowly a fully staffed restaurant can operate.

I had a catering order that was scheduled for delivery this morning at 11am. Jersey Mikes cancelled the order at 10:40 am. They had confirmed the order last week and cancelling 20 minutes before I am expecting lunch to be delivered for a training class really doesn't give me much notice. They had to know well before that time that they wouldn't be able to complete the order. I do not recommend catering orders from this store.

Yeah, no. Don't order for delivery. Other reviews agree. My sandwich did not come as ordered and was soggy. The workers are obviously not paying attention to detail. $26 for a sandwich and chips. I paid for extras which I did not receive $$ and, I got things that I asked to be excluded. Of course, no one would answer the phone when I called back to inquire about the incorrect order. Skip it.

Super clean inside and I’m very wary of places like this due to cross contamination. When I walked in someone was sweeping what appeared to be an already really clean floor! She was in every nook and cranny lol. Everyone coming in was greeted and my sandwich was made to perfection with fresh ingredients and no mess at all. Everyone was kind and service was timely. Loved my experience and this lunch time stop did not disappoint!

This place used to be very good and fast. Only 3 women work here and they don’t seem motivated with the work at all. It takes at least 15 mins to get the sub made and it’s definitely under staffed here. A month ago I came and waited 15 mins to order and another 15 mins more to get the sub made. I decided to leave without the sub because I was not able to wait too long for it. I love Jersey Mike’s sub but they need a major staff improvement here for better service.

I ordered online for delivery and every time my order arrives it's missing something or an incorrect order. I ordered today and did not receive cookies. The last time I ordered a #55 chicken cheese in a tub as I don't eat beef. I received a regular cheese steak. That order was also missing chips and a drink for my coworker. I call to let them know my order is incomplete and no one ever answers. My bags are always still sealed so I know the dasher has not tampered with it.

I agree with another reviewer that the staff is very rude when it's near closing time. I went in to order about 8:30. No one greeted me or acknowledged me. I waited several minutes before I could place my order and was told I couldn't order a mini. I asked if they could just cut the regular down and was told no. I got the impression that the fewer customers the better. And they were totally unbothered that I walked out. There are too many other food choices to put up with this poor customer service. Employee retraining is badly needed here.

I ordered online and when I got there, there were about 5 people waiting for online orders and 3 waiting at the register. They were EXTREMELY slow, and my pick up time came and went by and didn’t get my food until 10 minutes later. When it was ready the bag had 1 sandwich when I ordered 2! What if I had walked out and not seen that? Then I get to the car to eat and my sandwich is missing banana peppers, so I had to go back in and ask for them on the side. The staff seem like they have NO clue what they’re doing. Will never go back to this location. Undercover Boss needs to come here and observe!

I made an online order for the office. At least 15 subs or so. They were all wrong. They did not take off toppings that were unselected, they did not put topping that were selected, and they did not even read the special instruction for subs that wanted some toppings on the side or a simple substitution for a different type of cheese. I would understand missing one or two instructions but missing all of them is not okay. Its like they did not care and are trying to get the big order out the door. If this is how its going to be we will probably never order from here again.

The customer service is really bad. I walked in when there was no line and only one person in front of me. I stood there for a few minutes and NO ONE (they had 4 people) behind the counter acknowledged me or said hello. They proceeded to call out take out orders even though people are coming in behind me still didn’t acknowledge anyone . I left without ordering anything. Ridiculous.

So this the first time that I have been to a Jersey Mike's and it felt off. The food is the food even though I got two measly piece of bacon on my sandwich but the staff weren't warm and welcoming. I didn't even get acknowledged while I looked at the workers. The one who finally came over with reluctance seemed annoyed to take the order. She made it really confusing. Which is odd because I am fine to various locations for years. The staff dynamic was also off and they didn't seem to like each other or maybe didn't work well together. I was happy to leave and won't be back to this location. It was just in the area for an appointment but I will hold off until I get on my side of town next time.

Music was so loud it took me three times to say my order to the gentleman behind the counter. Music was also not very family friendly. Cussing and other derogatory terms regular spewed. I thought it was a Jersey Mike's. Not a club. Also took 30 minutes for our food to get made and when it came out it was wrong. One worker behind the counter let a person jump the line and started making their sandwich before myself and another woman had ours made despite ordering before him. The stove cook kept running over to check her phone while she was cooking on the stove to change the music. Won't be coming back to this Jersey Mike's ever again.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE….. I am done with all Jersey Mikes because of my experience here…. I will be going to Sprouts for my Tuna sandwiches now best price only $ 4.99. I'm not trying to get anyone in trouble but lady got both of my orders wrong. Got the other person that was with me order wrong. He said cheese steak and got a chicken cheese steak. Got both of our names wrong on our tickets. I asked for light mayo and the girl globbed it on instead of spreading a little bit. I asked for extra hots, and she put on EXTRA EXTRA hots. Then had to remind her of the bacon and Mike's way and she poured an extreme amount of oil on it. I wish I could submit a picture because the sandwich is dripping of oil through the wrapper. Update - threw the sandwich in the trash, it was literally so soupy from the mayo, hots, and juice, I couldn't eat it. I've never had an issue ordering a number 8 wrap like this before. Wasted my money.

I went mid afternoon and had to wait to be helped when there was no one in the store but me. After that. I had to remind the staff twice what came on my order which was already apart of the sandwich. Not additional topping. Then compared to the other jersey mikes in the area the portions for lettuce were definitely on the smaller end of things. Almost like there wasn’t any lettuce. There’s seems to be a lack of attention in that store. And I actually like jersey mikes. But I won’t be going back. And do not recommend going. Either go to another jersey mikes. Or settle for subway

I am CURRENTLY STUCK on hold to speak with a JM staff member in order to customize my sandwich since I am UNABLE to do it on the 3rd party apps. Can you please add an option to THIN OUT the bread on sandwiches on these apps?! There is no place to put specific instructions or requests either. Meanwhile the store staff is rude by answering the phone but leaving the call unattended on purpose. Yours is THE ONLY restaurant who does this when we have specific requests for food we are paying EXTRA for- please change this practice going forward. The worst experience at this location. I asked for grilled mushrooms to be added to my sandwich which was a cold sandwich and was told I could not have, order or purchase them because I was ordered a cold sandwich???? I said so you are telling me I cannot request to have them added to my sandwich-no! I cannot pay for them in addition to my sandwich-no! I cannot pay for them separately-no! I felt like I was in bad kids riddle movie. We legitimately spent 5 mins on why I couldn’t purchase them because it contamination!!!???!!! I said so you don’t think that it does not make seance sense that I am telling you I am willing to pay for them or you could place them in a small container on the side or just grill them and drop them on the sandwich?!? I asked her to think about hers she is saying. Her only response “is no me, is de company policy” “is because contamination” I said please think about what you are saying. I am willing to pay for my sandwich they way I want it and have ordered it like this at other locations. It was horrible, and the workers i there on 08/3/2022 at 3:58p really need to be trained to listen to the request and work through the solution. She could have easily charged me the $1.25 or what we it was and placed them in a container. PLEASE hire people that can think!!!! The exchange was unnecessary, prolonged and had other customers shaking their heads! She made herself look really unintelligent, irrational and overall unkind!!

I gave Jersey Mike's one last try. The customer service was not good at all on that day...I asked the clerk for fresh lettuce because it was down to the last little bit and it was the harder light colored pieces usually near the middle or the heart of the lettuce, which would have been okay if it wasn't a little brown and wilted. He just stood there looking at me, so I asked again for fresh lettuce. To my dismay, he left the counter and returned with a tray of fresh lettuce, however he placed the same wilted brown lettuce on top of the fresh lettuce and proceeded to put the same lettuce on my sandwich. Not a good move. I unfortunately did not walk out but after a long dispute paid and left the store only to toss the entire sandwich in the trash...yes, I'm just very picky about my food prep and handling...guess I won't go to Jersey Mike's ever again....

My wife a I went to Jersey Mike’s in Laurel Baltimore Avenue and the service sucks. There is no way that can serve you with any type is speed because the store is set up wrong. There only 3 people in line when we arrived but by the time they even took my order was 10 minutes later and it only got worse from there. None of the other stores operate in the manner that this store operates. My entire wait was 35 minutes. It was confusing as to how the line flows and weather or not you pay after or before you pay after you order. This needs to be corrected immediately! I’m done!

Ivisited the laurel, MD location last week and I am not sure if I will be back anytime soon...... or at all for that matter. I specifically wrote on my online what I wanted in my order in the special notes sectionand the haspanic female at the counter said it was made like I wanted. Once I showed her that she did not follow the special instructions, which were on the ticket, she snatched my sun from me and threw it on the counter as if it was my fault that she didn't read the instructions. She was very unprofessional. To the point that I don't know if I will return. This particular employee needs to be fired or retrained. I'm not sure if I will return until I know this issue of unprofessionalism is dealt with. An employee like that will only turn away customers and run your business into the ground. She left me feeling undeserving and less than human. She needs to be dealt with accordingly or your customers will suffer.

I place my order online and clearly wrote the instructions for what ingredients I wanted on my side when I arrived there was a Hispanic girl with a bad attitude and said they were working on that order 10 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Then when I told her that there was not everything that I wanted on my sandwich she told me to look at the receipt and it only says extra meat when clearly at the bottom and the special instructions face it listed the ingredients that I wanted she snatched the bag for me and threw it on the counter then went to her manager and was pointing at me and talkin aggressively it was at that point that another employee came up to me and that's what the problem was and fix my order accordingly. He has been a girl showed such unprofessionalism I'm debating whether I've ever going to return to this store again especially because she made the mistake by not reading the entire ticket and got annoyed when I pointed out to her that on the ticket with stated the special instructions I don't know if I'll be returning until this problem is fixed she needs to be fired or retrained. I frequent this location alot,but yesterday 02-16-22 was the worst service ever. The sandwich had very little meat on it but .Loaded with lots of lettuce and tomatoes. I told the young lady normally they put more meat and considering the sandwich is not cheap for lunch meat. She acted as though she didn't even hear me. Just didn't feel like arguing. When I proceeded to pay I informed cashier i wasn't happy with my sandwich today and her response was thank you. What great customer service if you do all your customer like that you wont stay in business long. I didn't mine paying for extra meat ,but that is to much meat. I went to Jersey Mikes in Laurel Baltimore Avenue today at 2 pm. I walk into the restaurant and no one else was there in line. Another customer walked in behind me. As soon as he walked in, he started chatting and laughing with the staff behind the counter. They must have known each other. Which is fine, but he got waited on and served before me. I said to the staff behind the counter. I was here before this gentleman and no one had tried to help me. They saw me come in first and I was in line ahead of this gentleman. No one even responded to me. They simply stared at me, so I left. Customer service is extremely awful. There is a Jerseys Mike on Columbia Pike in Burtonsville, MD. Please go there to get your food. Top notch service every time. Do not bother with the Laurel location.

When you order the sandwich the deli meat is sliced in front of you, not already pre-cut. Good amount of meat, unlike other sandwich places where you get a salad on a bun.

Tasty food done right and fast! This Jersey Mike’s was the first to open in Maryland, and I’ve been going there since they opened ten years ago. The staff has changed, but the attitude remains the same. Their subs are simply the best. They roast their beef in the store. They cut the deli meats right in front of you. Subway’s meats are sliced in a factory in Indiana. “Eat fresh” indeed! Eating here is like going to the shore and having a sub after a day in the sun. It’s good for the whole family. My 14-yr-old son loves the #43 (Chipotle Cheese Steak). And I recently introduced my 87-yr-old mother to the #8 (Classic Club), which is her new favorite sub. Part of that, no doubt, is because even the Regular is so large that she can easily get 2-4 meals out of it! I have a gluten allergy, and especially appreciate the ability to get a “sub-in-a-tub” or a gluten-free bun. This Jersey Mike’s is on my short list of “go-to to-go” places, and they have performed admirably during this pandemic.

The product is good. You can get a fresh and tasty deli sandwich here, prepared in the simple quality way that the franchise holds as a standard. The restaurant also appears well maintained and clean. The service at this location is very hit or miss, however. After dining in or carrying out from this location (ordering both online and in-store) at least a dozen times, no less than half the time our orders have taken far too long (10-20 minutes!) to fulfill or have been incorrect in minor details. We interacted with the manager on one occasion when the service speed was adequate, and were made to feel quite welcome. The management seems to be failing at some of the basics of organizing and training their team to deliver the product quickly, but at least the food is good once you finally receive it!
