Braedon is such an incredible server! He’s attentive, kind, very professional, we enjoyed his service. I’m not sure what is going on with this location but the food lacked flavor in my opinion, even the oil and bread was just bland. My meal was unfortunately bland as well. The steak was cooked very well, but all else was just lacking. I would investigate as to why. Either way, service was impeccable!

This restaurant never disappoints, our go-to is the Bang Bang Shrimp one of the best dishes I’ve ever had. I’m not a big fan of shrimp but this dish is a must try for shrimp lovers. We also ordered the Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, it was really delicious, the tuna was fresh along with all the ingredients added. Waiters are always friendly and attentive, environment is chill and there’s always soft music in the background nothing to overpowering. Can’t recommend enough.

This was my first time at this location. Service and the atmosphere was good but the food wasn't very good. We dined in but we also got some food to go because we were staying at a hotel near by. My husband got a burger with fries (Also paid for extra fries) when we got to the hotel and my husband was ready to eat he literally had eleven fries in the container. He was so mad he didn't even eat it 🤣

Ok place near the airport. Food seems to have declined from what I remember a few years ago. Service was also only ok, maybe they were busy. Convenient if you are in the area but wouldn’t go out of our way for it.

Went on 8-7-24 and ordered the Mahi Mahi. The fish was overcook and very dry. The server didn't seem to care when I mentioned the fish was very dry. I will not go back to this Bonefish Grill.

Today we had a party of nine and we had Amy as our server it was my buddy's 39th birthday celebration here at bonefish. I have to say that Amy went up and beyond to make sure our party was taken care of from our drinks to clearing out any empty dishes on the table. This is what you call the true definition of service at its best..

Close to the Airport. Nice clean good service. Some Menu items were not available

No utensils for a salad and dessert order arrived open because it was poorly closed.

Food was not as expected, food was spicy and the menu didn't say nothing about spicy, also risotto with lemon and it is not listed as having that ingredient.

Enjoyed and shared some apps and loved it..

Be sure to try wild salmon, everything is great.

The fish I ordered was about two inches. I wasn't expecting that.

Went to Bonefish tonight to enjoy some dinner after a long day. Our server Taylor was Excellent! Although, the food was not so great. Having worked at Bonefish for 4 years, I have certain expectations for this restaurant I’ve come to love. The food quality has really gone downhill since the Pandemic. Things were made in house and now, it’s like Applebee’s where everything comes from a bag. Only reason giving this restaurant the 2 star is because they have changed the quality of the food and increased the prices. This post is not to negatively affect this restaurant location but to maybe inform corporate that their changes have not been for the better.

Every time I go I cannot resist the Bang Bang Shrimp.

This experience is both my first and second EVER time dining from Bonefish Grill and I must say that both times, Thursday and Friday night (take away both nights) were vastly different I am not going to get into the nitty gritty details but I was BLOWN away with the care and execution of our take away order ($80 for 2 with a $10 off credit) but we also got a gallon jug of tea and dessert as well as a premium salad with one entree. The food was good, but the service was just exceptional, providing a bag of ice, cups, a dish of lemons, a dish of various sugars, complimentary bread and dipping oil, utensils, the whole nine. It was presented in a HUGE cardboard take out box, with handles which was SUPER convenient to lug up the elevator and back to our hotel room. Everything neatly packed and everything... In fact, it so stellar we decided to give it a go the next night because it was across the walk from our hotel. We could not walk, because they only have curbside, so driving 100 feet was a bummer. The second night, around the same time only on a Friday night, was a totally different experience, we ate less, ($50 for 2) and upon arriving in our car, and checking in on one ever came, after 10+ minutes my husband went inside to get our food and it appeared the staff working that night did NOT have their act together at all. By the time it was said and done the food was boarding on cold, which was upsetting - no one likes cold steaks!!!! It is sad because the steak was cooked perfectly but with no other choice then to an attempt to try cold. I will probably give this place another go near our home and dine in to see how that works out. Right now it is 100% a hit or miss for us, but was so promising.

Bonefish is always a great restaurant to visit. The service is always great and it has nice vibes. It does get a bit loud but when a lot of people like it that is the result. Always love drop in.

Waitress Eve is the best! What a wonderful person and so pleasent and happy! The manager Maui is also top notch. Highly recommend for dinner. Great atmosphere

Never disappoints! Amazing food and craft cocktails.

Atmosphere was really upscale and our server, Casey, was outstanding. Only limited red meat meals on menu kept it from getting a "5 Star" rating. We had the hamburgers that were moist and delicious (my requested medium cooked burger was just that, which is unusual).

No matter which bonefish you go to food is bad, not fresh and the staff is rude. I used to like this place but now I don't.

My luv with Bonefish grill is since 2003 ,the story starts from Baltimore,during our visit to Maryland my sister s family took us to this unique place and since then when ever I travel to usa and state where it is available I make efforts to visit,this time it was in Orlando,where I was staying at Double tree hotel by Hilton it was walking distance during pleasant evening hours,some time I used to take Uber while coming back.

The tables are very tight, but the food is delish and the service was amazing. I love the lily's chicken. It's so yummy.

Dined here recently as handy to hotel. I had pork which was ok...not so tough that I'd send it back,but quite chewy.Brocolli nicely cooked.Friends fish was similar,ok but not anything special. Nice staff but lighting very poor-supposed to be atmospheric but annoyingly you can't see what you're eating. All in all it was ok but expensive for an ok meal.

I don't know how a seafood restaurant can do fish tacos badly. I couldn't finish my food, it just wasn't good. This was ordered as takeout, so cannot comment on service.

Service was so painfully slow at every moment, even getting then bill and then trying to get her back to pay. Food was good, but pricey.

An exceptionally poor chain restaurant experience. I’ve come to expect very little, but this particular location went below expectations with food quality taste service, and even the most wobbly table imaginable. It literally felt like I was on a cruise ship without the buffet. If the Service said to me, no worries one more time I swear I was going to lose it.

This place was so disappointing. The service is absolutely abysmal here.

We were seated at a table in front of the restrooms and right above there was a fan on high, we sat for a while before anyone attended us. We asked if they would turn the fan off ; they said no. So we asked to be moved. We ordered, tables are very close to others. A waiter bumped into our table spilled my water and just kept going, I noticed the people next to our table get their food (they ordered after us) the lady said she didn’t order something that was on her plate; the waiter had given them our plates he turned around and placed the plates he just removed from that table on ours, I looked at him, he said” I m sorry, that should not have happened, I told him “no worries” My husband ordered medium cooked steak he got well, he sent it back, the crab cake looked like a little biscuit, the signature Mac n cheese; $3.90 up charge wasn’t good, my steak was supposed to be medium well, they gave me a chewy well over cooked steak. The worst steak I’ve eaten! The steaks had no flavor and were hard to chew, even after waiting an extra 20 minutes for the Medium cooked steak; that too was terrible and hard to chew. Truly a disappointment. We get our bill and noticed the tip amount was on a different amount from our bill total, The waiter really tried to get over on us, he added an additional $30. Plus dollars for redoing the steak we sent back then took it off but the tip was including that $30 plus dollars. I won’t go there again and I definitely don’t recommend it.

Food was great, loved the chicken marsala and key lime cake, fast service, my server was Jedediah he explained everything on the menu and answered all my questions, great service.

Food came out quick and was amazing. You have to ask for Greg, he’s the best server. The manager Luis even came by to make sure everything was great. I recommend checking this out!

This was the first restaurant after we came to Florida to spend our weekend. Guy called Jedediah served for us and gave us great recommendations which made our day wonderful. Crab cake and Sea Bass which he suggested was great!!

Stephen and Dylan at the bar are a delight! I used to live in Lake Nona and this was my place, today I am visiting and I’ve always loved Bonefish Grill !!! They were so kind to turn on the Kentucky Derby for me! I’m a horse girl been running since I was 5; It’s the most exciting 3 minutes of my life!!! 🏇

Steven and Mark were excellent bartenders. Very attentive and friendly. Could not have asked for better service. The drinks were great. We had the Tuna Poke bowl and the cedar salmon both were fantastic. This is our staple location when we come to the area and are never let down.

Bonefish grill has a good atmosphere, the food is amazing, the service is top notch, they always check up on you and I love their classic cheesecake, one of the best I ever had.
