One word: excellent. The quality of the burgers was outstanding from start to finish. The bun was soft, the meat tender, the sauces and other components tasty, and the sides (especially the home fries) delicious. We didn't go hungry, despite my friend's initial reticence about burgers. The prices are reasonable and the quality is top-notch. It's important to note, however, that you need to make a reservation or show up early, as places fill up and we had to eat outside (which didn't make our experience any less enjoyable, though). We highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a high-quality burger cooked with good, tasty produce.

It was good, I got it to go, probably would have enjoyed it more if I would have eat-in…Burger was probably one of the better ones around and obviously freshly made. I just got a classic cheeseburger with bacon and fries.

Great Burger place, I got The Herb Burger and it was good but sadly nothing to special. I don’t drink so being in the drinking section of the place wasn’t too great for the atmosphere for me. Service was great and it was affordable at $119.50 with tips for our family of 5. The milkshakes are great, and pairing that with cold water with lemon was perfect 👌🏻

They should be number ONE for the best burgers in the country...the food was delicious and fast. The parmesan fries were amazing, don't skip out on them and although I had half a burger and half another sammy (cause I needed to try more then one thing) My homie and I shared our sandwiches half and half (I also highly recommend that)...But the other one I tried was the Grouper...and OMG it was amazing!!! I know I know the burgers are great, but the Grouper was definitely a pleasant surprise. Lastly...make sure you ask for Luis...he is hilarious, attentive and you won't regret having him serve you. Will be back!

A friend raved about this place and it most certainly lived up to the hype! The house margarita might have been the finest I've ever tried, and the burgers were equally delectable. This establishment has rapidly become a Naples requisite for me, courtesy of its warm service, cozy decor, and extraordinary cuisine.

Amazing diner 10/10. Food was DELICIOUS me and my family loved everything so much. Recommend the casein fries. Waiters were super nice and always offered refills. In my opinion, I think this place should be way more popular than it is. Definitely coming back!

We stumbled upon this place and stopped in unknowingly right before they closed with a party of 6. The staff were incredibly friendly and took us in anyway. They didn’t rush us one bit and were so kind and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. All 6 of us had different items on the menu and each one of us loved our food. My daughter said “I’m naming my future kid Brooks after this place” 😂 and my husband tried to see if it was a franchise so we could bring it back home to PA. Best burgers we’ve ever had! Needless to say, we will be back every single time we visit town. 100 out of 10!!

Oh, oh… we were here about 6 years ago. Unfortunately, a lot has changed for the worse. Unfortunately the food was absolutely not tasty. The shop itself is clearly showing its age. But service was great.

Was hoping for the wow factor but did not get it . Though burger patties were good not impressed on the presentation of the 2 we got , plenty of burgers to chose from. Grilled cheese was crazy thick unfortunately off setting the bread to cheese ratio. Coleslaw was funky but flavor was not mixing well in my opinion. Corn dog was massive inside again off setting corn outside to dog inside ratio Atmosphere was cool. Service was very good. Give it a try n see!

4.5/5 value and overall experience We went here after a dolphin tour as it's conveniently located near the water. Delicious burgers with a variety of options...glad to have the gf bun! Burgers were cooked well. I would recommend fresh cut fries without wheat added, though. These fries appeared frozen. Cole slaw was good. The chicken tenders were exceptionally tasty, moist and fresh! Milkshakes were very expensive at almost $8 so we didn't order. Overall a great place for burgers and chicken tenders.

We went here on the first day of our vacation and all three got the classic burger and later that night we woke up puking. We got soo sick from the food. Would not recommend going here Edit: I have seen y’all respond to what I have said and it was 100% from your restaurant it was awful we were puking. I’m guessing you left the meat out and cooked bad meat and served it to us cause the burger wasn’t that good so I’m not surprised we got sick just thought y’all would know what to serve and not serve. I like the beer taps y’all have for anyone to try with the wristband, but that’s the only positive thing I have to save

Delicious burgers, thick milkshake tasty fries. A classic burger place. I do recommend ordering your burger one or two tones above what you might normally to get what you want. Aka medium is still medium rare, so if you don't want pink, ask for medium well.

Burgers were good. I got the classic with cheese, medium rare. It was cooked well and came out pretty fast. Cheese curds were expensive for what you got. Overall the food was overpriced. Service was not the best they were slow.

My husband and I have been dieting since last July so we haven’t been here in a while. We decided to treat ourselves and cheat on the diet a little. I had the club sandwich with fries and my husband had a burger with bleu cheese. OMG, I miss their food so much. It was incredible. So fresh, so tasty. We will be back after another milestone as a treat.

This place has a lot to offer for what it is, including a wide range of items of the food and drink menus. They have patio and 2 different sections of indoor seating. There's a fun themed indoor seating section with a self-serve beer bar that uses a writband to track what you pour. While my experience here was great, the burger (Rylee's Ragin Cajun) fell short of expectations. The milkshakes are amazing though!

Very impressed with the size and quality of the burger patties. Ordered the Sandra's burger with jalapeños, garlic cream cheese, and bacon. Being next to a busy road means outside eating can create loud conversations

Chris provided excellent service - we were passing through Naples on our way to Sarasota and were in a hurry. He made sure our food was ready in less than 10 minutes and was very efficient in getting our check processed at the end. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Naples.

Had heard about Brooks burgers and finally was able to come. So glad we did. A huge selection of menu items. Everything was excellent. Great classic burger. I had the half-and-half onion rings/french fries side and my wife had the house chips. Both were excellent as well. Had a banana chocolate milkshake, which was to die for. Loved it. Highly recommend Brook’s anytime to anybody. We ate at the original location downtown Naples. We ate outside on the patio which is unfortunately a bit noisy because of Highway 41 but we knew that and didn’t expect anything different to tell you the truth.

Today's special burger was perfect. I was pleasantly served on the covered terrace. I appreciated.

If you want a burger and a beer, this is the place to go. If you want medium done, I would ask for well done. I personally didn't mind the medium rare-ish, but it was way too rare for my wife, MIL, and FIL. I had the Korean burger, it was good but the coleslaw lacked flavor. The fry options were great, regular, and sweet potato waffle. The kids loved their chicken tenders, which looked to be house made. The fried pickles were great, and I am not usually a fan. The cheese curds with pepperoni were also very tasty. We didn't have hot dogs, but they looked awesome on the table next to us. This was the downtown location.

Ordered my burger rare...it came out well done. After 2 bites sent it back and requested very rare...it came back medium well (no pink to be seen)...at this point the other diners were finished their meals..very disappointing.

The food is outstanding! Their burgers are not for the faint of heart - come hungry. The staff were great at accommodating everyone despite the rush crowd, and my order was ready in a decent time. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area and want a real burger! It's one of the only things I'm going to miss about Florida.

Toppings for a Chicago dog are not diced onion, tomato and green pepper on a plain dog with old bun. Two of these and a shake ordered shouldn't be $48. Tried to speak with the manager but he was more impressed with his employees for pulling one over on the customer than trying to rectify the situation. Lesson learned, don't call and order off the advertisement sign on the road because they don't have the ingredients for what you order, they won't give you a total or explain the menu, leaving it vague means overcharge, and when u catch this and ask for help, the manger will put it on you to know the menu better. When my family from Chicago visits I always put them up near this burger place so they can walk there and have familiar eats, now myself nor them will be returning. If they're okay with pulling one over on myself a 35 year old, believe me they're banking on doing it to the elderly that make up the majority of our population here. Smh I loved this place since I moved here a few years back.. rethink what the management is representing for your brand please. This is not the route, I promise. Also would like to add, it was not busy in the slightest so the time could have been taken to help me instead of feed some excuses and excuse yourself. Update: I have sent email as requested by your response and can assure this is 100% accurate. I look forward to your reply to rectify this and am happy to come in person, like my email stated to show which manager, what was served, and what I was billed. In order to prove my review is truthful and so you can ensure this doesn't continue.

Went here on a Thursday for a work lunch shortly after noon. Greeted promptly and found a table. Waitress was by within a minute to get drink orders. Ordered the classic burger with cheese and bacon cooked medium. Got the side fries and onion rings combo. My coworker got the bleu burger without the apples and the same side. Food came out quickly and was cooked to correct temp. We sat in the area that has all the beer options on tap. Seems like a great happy hour spot in downtown Naples a block north of 5th Ave South. Quick, friendly service and the food is good. Cost was around $16 a person. On par for DT Naples prices. Will return.

I was craving a burger and stopped in. Good food, good cocktails with a rotation of specials. The beer selection was able to hit a little bit of everything. Leah was our server and did a great job. Very mellow compared to some of the other places around there and it was a nice switch up when you’re not looking for something upscale.

Was in town for the holidays, and someone recommended this place, so I had to give it a try. Order the loaded onion rings for appetizers, and they were so good. We all had different burgers, and all of them were very good to my surprise. The sweet potato fries was another good one. Here, u can purchase a wristband and sample so many different beers. So hubby enjoyed. Our waitress was awesome and always attentive.

Was not impressed with all the hype I had heard on the radio. This location was dirty. Some of the staff was very inconsiderate. Dealing with the hostess was the best part of being at this establishment.
