Very good breakfast, service and atmosphere 🤗

It is a hidden gem. Reasonable pricing for spot on breakfast! You can see and hear the sizzle as they cook. Pancakes are thin and crepe like with more egg than flour/baking powder, so yummy. Eggs were perfect. Also my hubby enjoyed S.O.S., named Sailors on Shore! The olde folks know it as something else. 😁

I had the best breakfast here at Cove Inn Coffee Shoppe during my Napels stay. The staff were all friendly as well as the customers. Many were locals and it was the best!

Get the Creole Sauce. It's absolutely amazing. Cove Inn Coffee Shoppe is a little hidden gem.

I can't say which was better, the food or the service. Pepper did an excellent job and the food came out quick and delicious. Definitely a great little "hole in the wall" place. Can't believe I was born and raised here and only been a handful of times! Will be back more!

This is a small, somewhat out-of-the-way place. It takes a little searching to find but it’s worth the search. Only serving breakfast but the crew there is great and the food comes out hot and fast. I would definitely try to find this place and make sure you’re hungry when you get there I’m gonna post a few pictures and the servings are large.

If you love Light lacy pancakes, watching a short order cook and enjoy old diner attention you have to go to Cove Inn Coffee Shoppe. 44 years and still making the best breakfast in Naples. Leave your impatience at home as it’s small and busy for a reason. First time for me was 1990 and still so good. Bring the cash. As it should be. John

The ultimate Naples breakfast experience. Tiny coffee shop wedged into a corner of the quaint Cove Inn near the City Docks. Family owned and operated. Diner-like atmosphere ...chefs hustle over the open grill, servers bustle about and owner Laurie stands watch at the register. Photos of family/friends line the walls. Personally I love their pancake/egg combination. The Boaters Bounty is my usual menu choice. After breakfast take a walk on the public docks to oogle at the yachts and enjoy watching the pelicans.

*This is a cash or check-only restaurant* My husband and I visited on a busy Sunday afternoon for a late breakfast. There were no seats available when we arrived there, and the tiny café was packed, so we decided to get takeout. *Mobility note: there are automatic doors to the hotel, but there is a narrow 3-step up entrance to the café, which can get even narrower as there is room for only 1 person or 2 slimmer people. The doorway entrance is even smaller than the steps. The waitstaff that greeted us was friendly and gave us menus to browse in the lobby. Yvan took our orders at the counter - I ordered the #4 sailor's special, and my husband ordered the #5 deckhand delight with a large orange juice and large Coke no ice. We both had a side of hashbrowns added to our orders. We waited in the hotel lobby, and the food was ready in about 20 minutes. Order was 100% correct. Total was $40 with generous tip, which I expected since this was a hotel café. We ate our breakfast outside since the rain stopped, and there was a nice outdoor patio area outside of the hotel, overlooking the marina, with umbrellas and chairs. The order: The eggs were over easy and PERFECT. The hashbrowns were great! 👍 The toast was unexpectedly cooked in butter (sort of similar to soggy french toast), which we didn't order with the butter, but I was ok with that since it was still good. My husband didn't like it since he's not fond of butter, so if we return here, we'll be sure to ask for non-buttered plain toast. The large orange juice size was only half the size of a large fountain drink, so that was a bit underwhelming, but at least it was cold and fresh. Overall, clean and good quality food. However, we'd most likely go elsewhere in the area if we wanted to spend $40 on American breakfast.

You have to go to Idaho Falls to find pancakes as good as these, but you have to travel back in time to find the combo of diner-griddle bacon, omelette, and cold squeezed OJ found here. Simply Amazing. Fast, easy, and the kind of service where the hostesses names are laminated on the front of the menu. For 2 people, split the Admiral Omelette and an Order of pancakes plus bacon. If you’re not a pancake person, still get the pancakes. They’re by far the best pancakes I’ve had hands down (besides my dads famous family pancake recipe of course). They’re almost like caramelized, got a bit of crunch to it in a way. They’re unique and unlike any other pancake you will have.

This is the best breakfast spot in Naples. They provide amazing and fast service. The food is absolutely delicious and true comfort food. The pancakes are thin and scrumptious as well as the bacon and hash browns. It’s a great experience for kids too because you can see them cooking right in front of you. We go there weekly and they treat you like family and know my order every time.

Love this place for its food! They crank it out fast and accurate! Ask for your pancakes “crispy”, the crispy edge is awesome. And ask for real maple syrup, it takes your pancake up a notch. If there is a wait, and there usually is, look to sit at the first-come counter.

We sat at the counter and watched in amazement how fast and efficient the cook was. And the food was delicious!

What a great place. Food was excellent and staff friendly. They’ve never taken credit cards. By doing cash only they can provide health care for their staff. This is awesome.

5 stars because of Cove Inn's iconic status in Naples. This is a small ' dinette' place, with very good breakfast food. It's crowded, noisy, and fantastic! The cooking is done out in the open, so you can smell the bacon cooking. I had creamed chip beef on toast, and my friend had cheesy grits...both very delicious! This is not a fancy place, but you will enjoy the friendly small town feeling. Enjoy!!
