We had the best experience here for our 10 year anniversary. The food was amazing. The service 10/10 . Every dish was delicious. Thank you to our amazing waiter Dushan for making our anniversary so special and unforgettable. And our hotel on 5th for setting everything up perfectly!

I recently dined at Truluck’s for a birthday celebration…my own😀 and had an absolutely wonderful time! The jumbo lump crab cakes as an appetizer were delicious and the snapper pontchartrain was equally delightful! Kudos to our waiter Dritain (I hope I’m spelling it correctly). He was extremely personable, attentive and quite funny! All in all, I had an amazing time, along with my party and I’m truly looking forward to going again! One last note, please try the spicy blackberry margarita, you won’t regret it! To Truluck’s and the staff, thank you very much! You guys are the best!

Great experience great food but the view wasn't perfect since we were looking at the office building next door that was being renovated. Not holding that against them at all this is a great place to go to enjoy an anniversary dinner and baked Alaska flambay. Also we got in a bit early went to the bar and took advantage of the happy hour which was a great deal. Will be coming back again for sure!

Amazing place, a great atmosphere, and yummy food.

The ambiance, food, and service were all on point. I ordered the lobster bisque, caesar salad, oysters, and the jumbo lump crab cake. My favorites were the caesar salad and the jumbo crab cake. Although I prefer to have my dressing on the side in fear of the salad being drowned in dressing, it was one of the best I've had. The crab cake was meaty, flavorful, and nicely seared. If you love wine, you'll be happy to know the wine selection is extensive. I can't forget to mention the entertainment was a pianist with a beautiful voice performing a great mix of new and old songs. If you're a seafood lover, don't skip the spot.

We had an amazing experience last night! The food was outstanding and the service was great. Our server Dri took great care of us! We were celebrating a birthday and he went above and beyond. Definitely going back!

I rate it with 4 since the Tuna was bland, all the other dishes were spectacular, the Lobster Soup was very good, the waitress's attention was very good.

Every single detail was paid attention to. We celebrated my 55 birthday here and it was one of the best meals I have ever had. Not only did they include dessert and a birthday card- but we even got a call from server the next day! Highly recommend this place for any occasion.

I could not think of a better place to spend my birthday! The service from the hostess, maître'd, servers table staff could not have been better. Food was top notch, and attention to detail from chilled salad forks to the flaming Baked Alaskan was the best. Can't wait to experience the Trulucks standard again!!!

No big deal. Ordered rib eye cooked medium well, received well done. I ordered lobster as well and they just put what looked like lobster cream bits from a can on my rib eye and did not even ask me if I wanted it on a side dish. My brother tripped and almost fell on wrinkled rug in front of ho stand the hostesses saw that and never even straightened out the rug after.

Entree Sea Bass (said to be the most popular) was dry and fishy taste. Worst I have ever had anywhere. Entree King Crab was at best mediocre not sweet and tender. All other aspects of the restaurant were very good. Appetizers, desert and service was very good but when entrees are disappointing the experience suffers greatly.

Exceptional dining experience for our anniversary. We had the king crab, stone crab, miso sea bass, oysters, and crab cake. Everything was absolutely delicious. Steve, our server, and the entire team took such great care of us and really made it a special evening. The anniversary dessert was a really nice touch and unique. We can’t wait to go back!

Truluck's Ocean's Finest Seafood and Crab Restaurant is by far one of the Best Restaurants in Downtown Naples on Fifth Avenue. We have been going here for years and the food and the service is always at its best. The restaurant is beautiful with a large bar and plenty of seating. Enjoy the piano player on certain evenings. A special thanks to the General Manager Ken for making the evening great. Try the King Crab legs or Lobster Scampi they are delicious. Parking is easy as there is a valet service.

Food and service were excellent. My only complaint was the 20 minute wait for a table when we had a reservation. It's a popular restaurant, but they should manage their booking better.

A wonderful experience dining here! We had such great time! The food was excellent and the service was so good! Dusan was our server, from Serbia and reminded us so much of Novak Djokovic! He even looks like him! The appetizers were great, stone crab and crab cakes were the best ever! Our entrees were perfect. Sesame tuna was mine and I thoroughly enjoyed! We highly recommend this restaurant. Everyone was so attentive and Dusan made our dinner so much fun.

Nice atmosphere and an excellent steakhouse like menu with excellent professional service. However, several of our dishes did not reach our expectations. The tomato salad was a hard, tasteless tomato that was left almost untouched. Also, the salmon, which was ordered rare, arrived medium to well done. To be fair, my tuna was outstanding, as was the lobster special. I will return and give this special place another chance.

We were there celebrating our daughter-in-law’s birthday. The food was fabulous. Absolutely no complaints there. The service was very good, although it did, at times, seem like we were less important that the 8 top next to us. The problem was that we were seated in a small side room. There were 4 tables in there and one was an incredibly noisy 8 top. Extremely loud. This was not the restaurant’s fault, but it made our dinner unpleasant. We literally couldn’t carry on any conversation. The restaurant did provide stars on our table and a beautiful baked Alaska for very nice birthday touches!

We had a phenomenal dinner at Trulucks to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong and unique. Our server, Colby, was excellent and made the experience special thanks to his attentiveness and acknowledgement of our anniversary. We really appreciated the anniversary dessert of baked Alaska. Delicious! If you are looking for a special occasion dining experience on 5th Avenue, this is the place to go!

The level of service Truluck's provides is beyond compare. They truly make you feel like a valued guest. And when you combine that with great food and cocktails you get a memorable dining experience. I know some people resent paying for bread but the Parker House Rolls are well worth the $6. Both the Sonoma Greens and the Wedge Salad are great. Although it is primarily a seafood restaurant, we love their steaks. The Filet Mignon offers 3 petite filets each prepared differently, and each one amazing. The steak frites is also a winner with a mountain of truffle fries and a delicious bearnaise sauce. But the start of the show is the Carrot Cake! Without question the best carrot cake on the planet!

Naples Trulucks is the best place for special occasions and all occasions.

An upscale restaurant of contemporary American cuisine. Our party of 4 dine on branzino, sea bass & scallops. Our exceptional server took care of us with distinction. In reconnoitering in venue, there is an exceptional bar area that does not require a reservation. The only nick is noise, not the noisiest restaurant I’ve ever been in but a bit more noisy than I would like.

Nice meal but it didn't quite live up to our high expectations. I was expecting something really special, although the food was good. We had salad starters and snapper/grouper mains. The grouper fish portio was quite small for the price imho. Good wine list. Friendly, efficient service. Still recommended...

My wife ordered King Crab and it was very disappointing. Tiny portion not worth serving to customers. I had the beef fillet which was excellent but the cream spinach was not very good. Someone called the next day to ask how everything was and I told her that I was very disappointed. She said she would have the manager call me but he never called. Don't think I can recommend this restaurant again.

I’ve eaten here half a dozen times. In restaurant, bar top, tables by bar. Service is always friendly and excellent. Good is always outstanding. I prefer the bar tops bc the servers have always been fun. The restaurant is quieter and almost sleepy. Bar area tables are great as well. Some nights the music can get very loud so tables close aren’t good. This last trip it was perfect tho.

We have lived in Naples for over 20 years and have been going to Trulucks from the time they opened. We have always liked the restaurant. The food is great and consistent. Our last experience wasn’t what we expected. We had reserved a table, but the hostess wanted to seat us in the bar area which is loud. We waited a bit and were eventually seated in the main dining room and that was fine. We were surprised when our waiter slapped the check on our table when we were still eating our desert and drinking our wine. We felt that we were in a fast food establishment. Trulucks can do better than that even if it’s high season in Naples.

Hands down, one of the top fine dining restaurants in SWFL! We have been several times and tried multiple dishes and all have been PERFECT! The staff is amazing…friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Atmosphere is fun, inviting and entertaining. Parmesan rolls are a must!

Delivers exactly what you want it to deliver. Baked Alaska is excellent but so is everything. Book reservations early.

I come once a year for a stone crab feast. The waiters are always incredibly professional, and the food is always amazing.

Absolutely incredible experience here with my girlfriend. Beautiful location and atmosphere. Food was unbelievable. I had the Filet with a South African Lobster tail at the recommendation of our server, Anthony, and both were outstanding. My girlfriend had the best salmon either of us had ever tasted. Crab cakes were spectacular. Everything was amazing. Extensive wine/spirit lists and tasty cocktails. Couldn't recommend more!

It was Friday February 16 when my wife and I had two guests in town and were headed to dinner at another restaurant in town. I called to say we were in the car and running a few minutes late. When I gave my name, the hostess said you don’t have a reservation. I said that’s impossible because I made it in December in person while dining there. She said no. I asked for a manager and she said they are all busy. I asked a her if this is how she wanted the call to end and she said - yes. How could I find a table for 4 on such a busy night at 7:30? We have eaten at Truluck’s a number of times and it’s our favorite. I called from the car in a sort of panic and asked to speak to Terry, who is the maitre d and has always been extremely friendly and professional. The hostess got Terry on the phone and apologetically, I asked for a table to which he replied, “don’t apologize. We will fix it. Come on in.” We arrived literally 10 minutes later to a warm greeting and had a great table and amazing evening. The food we enjoyed was absolutely impeccable, our server, Heidi, was one of the best ever. The entire evening turned out wonderfully. In business, you have several types of operations. Those that make things happen; those that claim to and never do; and those that say “what happened?” Trulucks is an example of a restaurant group which gets it done. I would rate Truluck’s as THE BEST OVERALL RESTAURANT in Naples.

My sea bass and side dishes were perfectly prepared and quite delicious. Truluck’s offers extensive wine and spirits lists, and our wine selection paired nicely with our meals. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future!

First thoughts on the restaurant were that the atmosphere was nice, we were celebrating a birthday and engagement. Service was great and they even gave us a free dessert which was so nice! However, overall the food was nothing special. The worst part was that my fiancé was awake all night getting sick from food poisoning. I’m guessing the crab fried rice or the filet was the culprit since we shared an appetizer but had separate meals and I was fine. The sickness lasted about 6 hours and the food from Truluck’s was definitely the cause. I will not be returning.

I just had dinner there tonight, and the food was Outstanding!!! Our waiter Alex was not it!!!! He never asked, “How is the food? Can I get you anything else? He Never engaged with us!! He Brought the check without asking, “Can I get you anything else?” at a place like this, I just expect better service. Food is a big part of my experience but BAD service can make it awful and he did .

We came in from the car show hoping they were open for lunch but they are a dinner only establishment. Even though they were closed, the general manager Ken let us in and we made a dinner reservation for that night. At first we were seated at a lovely table but close to a large, loud party of 6 so we asked to be moved. We felt bad because the servers were so lovely but we were seated at a new table of equally lovely servers. Our meals of filet and local snapper were perfect. Our surprise dessert was amazing even though I’m not a sweet eater. Can’t say enough great things about Ken and his team!

While the food was great our waitress was snobby and pretentious. We were celebrating my husband's birthday and placed next to some blasting air conditioning draft so that even my husband, who normally loves the cool air, wanted to get the hell out of there as fast as our meal was over. We skipped dessert because of how rude the overall experience was. Will not be going back there!

My husband and I had a memorable evening at Truluck’s in Naples Fla. we chose a table in the bar area, where we could hear the great piano music Our server, Jillian, was fantastic . She made great selections, answered questions, and was so warm and helpful. Delicious fresh crab, salad and sides, made the experience fun. Jillian even did a great job taking our picture, when asked. Wonderful experience!

Nous venons de temps en temps dans ce restaurant car nous aimons beaucoup l'ambiance piano bar... Parfois sur les tables hautes côté bar, parfois au bar et parfois au restaurant côté bar... L'ambiance est très chaleureuse. Nous avons toujours eu un très bon accueil. Ce soir, notre serveuse était juste OK... Ni super, ni mauvaise... Pour ce standing de restaurant je pense qu'elle pourrait avoir une meilleur image et se coiffer tout simplement... Concernant le diner: - Le champagne blanc de noir est très bon. - Le pain maison un peu brioché l'est également. - Les noix de Saint-Jacques étaient délicieuses, cependant son accompagnement, le risotto aux champignons-truffe était bon, mais pas excellent et pas du tout le goût de la truffe. Le service de management est excellent... Après une erreur de la part de la cuisine, sur mon poisson "Florida Snapper" beaucoup trop cuit, ou réchauffé, ce qui m'a sur le coût tellement déçue dans ce genre d'établissement où la spécialité sont "les produits de la mer", le service en salle a rectifié très rapidement le problème suite à ma réclamation, et ils ont su très rapidement me faire oublier le désagrément occasionné. Ce fût très agréable, et ça fait vraiment plaisir de voir un tel service, cependant, un tel plat n'aurait jamais dû sortir de la cuisine. Ils m'ont proposé un "Florida Black grouper" à la place et il était délicieux, cuit à la perfection. Nous sommes venus pour notre anniversaire de rencontre et de mariage, et nous avons eu la belle surprise d'avoir un dessert offert... Une omelette norvégienne revisité, flambé au rhum, un dessert très original et très bon, avec de la glace à la vanille et au café à l'intérieur, ainsi qu'un biscuit ressenblant à l'oréo et un autre gâteau au chocolat. Tout ça en strate... Merci à toute l'équipe pour cette belle attention. Etant Française, la finesse des plats rapport qualité-prix ne m'a pas comblée, de plus les plats étaient un peu trop salés à notre goût. C'est dommage car nous aimons beaucoup ce lieu, le service et l'ambiance piano-bar...

Our dinner was flawless. John, our server, was great. Brooke, the manager came to our table to make sure we were enjoying the experience. We had the Parker House rolls, that were warm and soft, with shaved parm on top. They were served in a cluster of break apart rolls. This kept them nice and warm. The calamari was some of the best we've ever eaten. It was lightly breaded, not chewy, and had stir fry veggies and two dipping sauces. I could have eaten it all evening! We ordered pre-dinner drinks. My husband had something with scotch, which he enjoyed. I had a drink called, Voila'. It came in a martini glass with sugar on the rim. John brought it to the table and it was bubbling and smoking. He poured the vodka into it at the table. The bubbling was due to dry ice in the drink. The drink was delicious and the presentation was so much fun! The main courses, recommended by John, were divine. My husband had a pile of scallops served over risotto. He said they were delicious. I had branzino with Mediterranean style tomatoes and capers on the side. I got the petite size and it was perfect. We had a side of crab fried rice for the table. We're from Maryland and we appreciate crab prepared well. It was sweet and the rice was nicely seasoned. We were stuffed, so we had our dessert to go. It was carrot cake that was sinfully good! So moist, with caramel sauce and sugared pecans separate, so we could put it together at home. There was so much cake, that we only had half of it that evening and saved the other half for later. On the way out, we passed the bar. A young woman was playing the piano and singing. She had a beautiful voice. Next time, we're going to hit happy hour and sit in the bar area! We'll need to save our dollars for the next splurge! Truluck's is one of those "expensive, but worth it" places.

Wonderful experience! The crab rice, oh my word. The plant-based meatballs, oh my word. It was my hubby’s bday and he is a foodie and he couldn’t have been happier. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures until after I started eating. Wonderful ambiance and the dessert they had for his birthday was a cute twist. Excellent all the way around. A true gem. You have to make a reservation. They even called me afterwards to ask how my experience went. Superb!

I decided to treat my family to a nice dinner at Truluck's while spending some time in Naples. We were not disappointed. Both the food and the service was top notch. Also a really nice atmosphere inside. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting an elevated and absolutely delicious dinner experience.

I was pretty disappointed in my experience at Trulucks. We enjoyed time at the bar and the drinks were good. Service was excellent at the bar, but I was extremely disappointed in the food, especially the seafood. We ordered shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, the tomato salad, and the salt and pepper calamari. The only thing good was the tomato salad. It was actually amazing. The shrimp were not a good texture. They were chewy and hard to bite and they didn’t have a good flavor at all. The shrimp didn’t taste very fresh. There was nothing atomic about the cocktail sauce. It was actually more bland than I am used to. The oysters we laughable. They were the smallest oysters I’ve ever seen. They should not have even been sold. They were also not good in flavor. I think they were mama Mia from the East Coast. Not positive on the name though. The salt and pepper calamari was also very disappointing as it didn’t have any flavor of the salt and pepper and crunch you’re looking for, and the vegetables were just OK. The only thing good about the dish was the white sauce that it came with. I want to give Trulucks one more try but to have that many seafood dishes be that bad I was shocked. hopefully never again.

From the Maitre 'd, Terry, who made my reservation (& said he remembered my voice...from Thanksgiving last year!) and who stopped by our table to chat, to our outstanding & personable waiter, Colby (AKA Sir Lewis Hamilton) our Thanksgiving late lunch was wonderful..new chef not the one last year whose turkey dinner was awful. We didn't care for our desserts but the main course was super! Whenever we are in Naples we will definitely return to Truluck's!!

The BEST place in Naples. My server, Yolanda, steered me away from my favorite item the trout. Instead, I enjoyed king crab and ribeye. TERRIFIC! Thank you Yolanda for your service. My 98th bday was memorable.

My husband and I had the most amazing Wedding Anniversary dinner this past Sunday in Trulucks. Everything was perfect, the staff was so sweet (our waiter was exceptional), the attention to detail ( I was wearing black, and the napkins are white but they changed them out for black to coordinate my dress, and there were red roses with petals on our table😊) and the food was phenomenal(we even got a special surprise for Dessert, it was delicious)! This restaurant will always have a special place in our hearts, it's where my husband and I had our first date ❤️ we can't wait to go back!

10/10 recommend for any occasion! Incredibly fresh seafood! Florida stone crabs are a must during season. Caviar is exceptional. The variety of the menu means there is something for everyone. Service is divine.

I must say I am not wowed often, but this place is truly spectacular. I somehow have not been here in all my years of living here until last night, and we went for an anniversary dinner. They immediately greeted us and wished us a happy anniversary- even though we had to wait a few minutes for our table to be ready (they were slammed) they completely made up for it in service and quality of food/drink. Our cocktails were great, Issa was an amazing server. We started with the rolls & ponzu- some of the best of both I’ve ever had. Then Caesar salad also amazing. Then I had the Seabass & my man got ribeye with crab on top. Both were out of this world. The baked Alaska and chocolate cake for dessert were also just ridiculously good. Issa even put them on ice for us to take home bc she heard we lived 20+ minutes away. The whole staff signed an anniversary card for us which is just above & beyond. This is our new go to place! We will be back as much as possible.

I really appreciate the plant based options! The fresh pasta and vegan bolognese is awesome. Can’t wait to try the cauliflower.

I enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner here with my mom. The food was amazing. I could taste all the flavors in the turkey (so good), and all the side plates. The dessert was pumpkin cheesecake and it was incredible. My only regret is that I didn’t take pictures.

My Husband and I had dinner there last Saturday. We have had dinner before at the Trulucks in Rosemont, IL and were really WOWED!! Not so here. Was very, very disappointed with the food. I should have sent it back, but my Husband would have been hurt and disappointed, since this was my Birthday dinner weekend, and we came all the way from Tampa to have dinner here. I had 1lb. Kind Crab and a small cold water lobster tail. The waitress offered to deshell both and that was nice, so I did. The King crab came SHREDDED in a bowl with fishy water at the bottom, like they just scraped it out of SMALL shells without taking any care to keep it in tact. Most of the small plastic type bones were left inside and I had to somewhat spit them out at the table. I felt that they used the small end of the legs that nobody wanted just because I had it deshelled, as there was NO sign of any large crab. While it was cooked fine, it was unpleasant and not appetizing at all. I only gave 3 stars for service, as I felt the server should NEVER have even served the dish to me in a place like this. The small lobster tail was overcooked and dry. I did not finish either. I would have to really think twice about ever trying this place again. I am a big fan of Eddy V's and enjoy quite a bit of fine dining, however, as I have said, this was a real disappointement.

After living in Naples for 6 years, I decided to try Truluck's for my husband's birthday. We had heard such wonderful things about this restaurant. However, we were extremely disappointed with the food. My husband's lobster tails were undercooked and had to be sent back while my dinner sat on the table getting cold. Frankly, it's just as well that they didn't take my dinner back to keep it warm, because the grouper that was described as "buttery" was overcooked and rubbery. It was served with broccoli which was undercooked and I couldn't cut it with my knife. A great restaurant will serve food that first looks beautiful to the eye. I've included a picture of my Florida grouper. I did take a bite before I photographed it. And I moved the broccoli over so I could show the size of the portion. All that was on the plate was a piece of grouper, broccoli and a lemon wedge. Not appetizing to look at. There were other issues as well but at this point, all I will say is that we don't plan on returning and will not be recommending this restaurant. Based on the other reviews of this restaurant, it seems they were having an off night. But should a top notch restaurant have an off night? I will say that the staff is very friendly and the ambiance is beautiful. And they make an awesome cocktail. Response to Brooke: Hi, tried calling you 3 times last week. I did leave my number so if you're interested in learning more about our experience, feel free to call me back. Never heard back from you. Don’t bother. Your initial response was identical to everyone who has criticized the restaurant. It obviously doesn’t mean anything. You’re not interested in hearing what unhappy patrons have to say. Thankfully, there are many outstanding restaurants in Naples to visit who DO care and are grateful for their patrons.

I ordered the scallops with the mushroom risotto. I was not impressed the flavor of the risotto reminded me of stove top stuffing and not creamy risotto with mushrooms. The atmosphere was lovely.

My family and I decided to go and spend my birthday at trulucks. When we got there we had a warm welcome by the AGM Brooke and the hostess team . They made us feel like family . Heidy Was an amazing server .she covered every detail, outstanding service . Then mrs Brooke came by to check on us that everything was perfect because that’s what they stand for she said it was a good feeling that the whole team made us feel like family . Thank you trulucks for an unforgettable time . I will be recommending these place to our friends .

My husband and I usually love Trulucks, but we think think the quality has gone down. We used to think that their crab cakes were the best but the jumbo lump crab cakes did not have jumbo lump crab in them this time and there was a lot more filler. Don't advertise jumbo lump if there is none. The crab and shrimp napoleon looked lovely but didn't taste that great. My branzino was over salted and pretty thin and my husbands snapper had a rubbery texture. The only thing we really loved were the cocktails and the carrot cake. We would definitely expect higher quality food for the prices they charge. Was definitely disappointed this time and will probably not return.

If you’re ever in Naples save room for dinner. The seafood was exquisite and fresh. The oysters were by far the best I had in a long time and perfect amount of sweet, brine, & melon finish. The lobster Thermidor, king crab, and filet mignon cooked perfectly. Service by far stole the show. SAVE ROOM FOR BAKED ALASKA.

I’m totally baffled by all the fuss they make about their dress code. It’s posted on their website and also on a very large sign posted on the building next to their entry. Don’t let it scare you away. They don’t adhere to it AT ALL! Feel comfortable going to this establishment dressed in t-shirts, cargo shorts, and flip flops! Or go there directly after spending the day at the beach in your beach garb. We won’t be back. If your looking for elegance, the “Grill” is the only fine dining experience left in Naples.

Amazing experience, amazing food with amazing service, we had the pleasure of having Anthony as our server, we ordered the Florida Grouper & the Jalapeño Salmon Bernaise, everything was cooked to perfection, we were way too stuffed for dessert, drinks were spectacular, everything about Trulucks Naples was amazing, Thank you Anthony for your amazing service.

The Miso Sea Bass was the best I've ever tasted. Great service as well. Ask for Koby. The dink on atmosphere couldn't be helped. Still a lot of post hurricane contruction right outside

We ate there last night it was our first time. The food was delicious! Our server, Antonio, was wonderful. He went above and beyond and even brought out a baked Alaska for our friend’s Birthday. He even came running out to give us my sweater that I left on my chair. I highly recommend Trulux!

OMG fantastic. Absolutely everything was perfect. This was my 70th birthday celebration. My first baked Alaska. Oh that was so good. The whole meal & experience was spectacular. The food was so excellent. Our calamari appetizer was the best I've ever had. My scallops were cooked to perfection. Thanks to all of the people that brings special occasions together.

First off the service was amazing. That goes a long way. The dinner was even better!! I know it's a special occasion type of restaurant but we were on vacation and wanted a great meal. Possibly the best piece of fish I've had in naples!! Definitely the best service!!! The blackened grouper was fantastic!! Visit for a special occasion or just a special meal!! Will definitely return!!!

My husband and I celebrated 40 years together, sort of a honeymoon, at Trulucks last night. It was perfect! From a staff member calling me a week before our reservation to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion to the waiter, the delicious food and finally tableside flaming baked Alaska on the house. Thanks to everyone who made our evening one for the memory book.

Wednesday evening was dinner for two: cocktails, appetizers, steaks and dessert. Sounds basic but it was superb. Quality service, attention to detail throughout the evening, perfectly seasoned food and elegant presentation. It was so good we returned this evening (Friday) with two friends and once again, it was perfect. One member of our party has a significant allergy and it was handled smoothly and without fuss (which is rare). We will very likely return again next week!

First time at Truluck's in Naples, great atmosphere, and vibes. Our server was very knowledgeable and fun. Food was excellent and plentiful. We had a birthday and they brought baked Alaska for the treat. I highly recommend that if you're a dessert person!

Last visit to Trulucks I was honestly disappointed. It was my boyfriends birthday and our anniversary, and so many things felt different. I worked in Trulucks a few years ago, so to say I am disappointed is saying a lot cause I usually rave about them every chance I get. We were seated at the bar and between people watching a game and the bar being full to listen to the piano playing the ambiance was not great for our intimate occasion. Our appetizer and my soup came out at the same time making it really weird timing to eat hot and cold food at the same time. Drinks and service were incredible so no fault to our server as she was very sweet and apologetic… the real issue came when after waiting for over an hour after our appetizers the kitchen went down; we were told that our food wasn’t coming out and that all they could do were cold foods (salads and cold appetizers) which we had just had… at this point it was almost ten pm so our conversation turned from yay dinner is almost here to I guess we can pick up fast food somewhere since everything is either closed or not taking reservations… about 20 mins passed and we were about to leave when a manager came over and told us our food was coming out… by this point our anniversary and birthday ambiance was pretty much dead; but 15 or so minutes after that our food came out, we ate, ordered dessert to go, and honestly were disappointed to have no apologies for the inconvenience or anything comped, or any kind of follow up the day after to share our experience. Since I worked at Trulucks I know they are supposed to call the day after for any feedback, but we never heard from anyone, and per my boyfriend he prefers for us to go to a different steakhouse next time as he was disappointed. From my end, I love Trulucks and will be visiting again; just won’t be going to the one in Naples as this is now my third or fourth time going since I moved to Florida and it’s nowhere near at the caliber the one’s is Texas are.
