We stay One night in Naples FL , after dinner on our hotel, we went for the dessert to Sails. We order at the Bar Delicious Chocolate Soufflé OMG ! The best ‘ expresso Martini ‘ excellent service !

The plated brunch is amazing. You get two hours from an exquisite menu. The service is impeccable. They even start serving you drinks before you are seated. They make you feel special. One of the best experiences I have had. #reviewsbyelijah

Brunch with my husband for his bday. How this is not a Michelin star is beyond me. We were blown away first by Michelle making the reservations over the phone. When we arrived the team was ready to deliver, they offered drinks until our table was ready. Honestly with the service you would have thought we paid thousands! We had an absolutely amazing server Gahkon who even noticed when my napkin fell and brought me a new one. The food , service was absolutely to die to for! Though gratuity was included we had to tip more- we have made this top on our list and we can’t wait to return!

I've been around, I've dined all over America, in South America, the Caribbean and Europe. Sails is not for everyone, it's for anyone who enjoys the experience of dining on excellent chef invented cuisine, served by an exceptional staff, in a beautiful room accompanied by a saxophone player so great, you might think Stan Getz came back to life. Sails is not inexpensive, in fact it's expensive IF all you're doing is eating and not experiencing the Sails Experience. If all you want to do is eat, go someplace else but if you relish in the entire dining experience (sans the people watching people) then you won't mind the bill at all.... I don't like to be seen when I'm dining, I prefer peaceful acknowledgements vs big hellos, therefore I like dining in the corner up against the west wall just off the bar, so I get to see the entire restaurant while anyone who wishes, can see me as well, I'm just not into being "up front" amidst all the foray of the wannabe-seen... Have brunch at Sails on a perfect Sunday afternoon, it's the best brunch you'll ever enjoy... don't worry about the price, you only live once.😘

10/10 dining experience for the unlimited brunch. A special occasion restaurant that treats its guests like royalty with a welcome beverage out front while waiting to be seated and thoughtful, polite and attentive staff. The food was excellent. The scallop tortellini and eggs Benedict was the absolute best. I would love to return for another gorgeous brunch.

I took out a large group. I never received as many compliments about a restaurant as I did today. The focaccia bread should be illegal. You can't just have 1 slice. I would come back just for the 🍞 I started with a beet salad (I don't like beets) it was delicious. I had the wagu Ribeye it was cooked to perfection. I don't think I chewed it just melted in my mouth For dessert, I had a sticky pudding. It was amazing. Anyone who ordered it felt the same way. I didn't realize I was making sounds of enjoyment so I had to share with my wife. I'm not talking to her right now she finished it. The service was terrific the atmosphere great. A most go . Enjoy

I thoroughly appreciated my dining experience. A special acknowledgment goes out to Dorukan for his attentive service and in-depth knowledge of the menu. He made my friend's experience worry-free despite her gluten allergy, as he had all gluten-related concerns well-managed.

Wow, this was a wonderful experience. From our arrival through dessert, the service and atmosphere could not have been more impressive. Their attention to service and professionalism cannot be overstated. They were able to accommodate us for outside seating, but first walked us by their fresh seafood selection, resting on ice and ready to be prepared to your liking. The pri-fix menu took us a minute to figure out, but the waiter soon explained it and we each put together a combination that did not disappoint. The yellow snapper was fresh, subtle but delicious. And the souflets to cap it off! If you want a wonderful dining experience, I would recommend Sails.

SAILS on 5th Avenue South in Naples, Florida is GREAT! The food is delicious. It’s prepared and plated with sophistication and consistency, the ambiance is perfect in just about all areas of the restaurant, and the hospitality is superb. Their brunch is amazing, it is definitely a Southwest Florida thing to do! The location is also just a short walk from the beach, which is nice to enjoy post, or pre, SAILS dining experience.

Very exquisite cuisine and the attention from all-servers to chef to manager of this restaurant was amazing. My family was so impressed with the attention and the care taken to our table. Also the food and the drinks were amazing Compliments to the chef! Recommend for a beautiful unparalleled family experience for those you love and deserve the best.

Having been a patron of Sails since its opening it was of course our choice to make a reservation to bring my sister for her birthday celebration. We had a perfect evening. She enjoyed every moment and so appreciated how the staff went out of their way to wish her a Happy Birthday and for the special menu printed with her name on the front. We could not have ask for more. Food was fantastic as always. Our server El Sid was outstanding as were all those assisting him. Best dining in Naples.

Absolutely speechless as to the quality and standards of freshness and tastiness!!! I would recommend this place to anyone without any hesitation. It is an expensive experience but totally worth it. The tuna tartar was one of the freshest and delicious i ever had along with the Risotto and dover sol!!! Next time i will try to leave room for desert!!!!

The only reason I give 5 stars is because google review only allows 5 stars maximum. It’s absolutely the best out of best restaurant I’ve ever been to! Their hospitality is world class and I definitely feel they value and care for customers even before I sit on my table. All foods are delish! It gives me memorable anniversary and I doubt any experience in the future can compete with it.

There are a handfull of restaurants in Naples that offer exceptional food along with equal service. This is one of those places. To me service, espcially lately, has fallen off in many restaurants, but not here. Your hard earned money will not be wasted here. I will be frequenting and recommending Sails for many years to come.

Friday evening at Sails was absolutely delightful from start to finish! From the moment I contacted Michelle in reservations, her enthusiasm and detailed answers convinced me to dine here. Opting for bar seating was the best decision; we were warmly greeted and enjoyed comfortable ambiance throughout. Yasar provided impeccable, lovely service, and the Sommelier expertly selected a Sauvignon Blanc to complement our meal. The food, from fresh oysters to lobster ravioli, was delicious, and the complimentary sorbet for my birthday was a lovely touch. Overall, a beautiful and memorable evening! Can’t wait to go back! This restaurant was really something special. The fact that this has no Michelin stars blows my mind. The attentiveness and choreography of staff was remarkable. The food was well thought out, beautifully plated and tasted amazing. This is a must try and then revisit again and again restaurant.

We have been long time patrons with this restaurant but will NEVER set foot in their establishment again.. family emergency up North had to cancel 8 days prior to Easter reservation.. which we pre paid with our sons Xmas gift to us.. long time patron family emergency 8 days in advance cancellation we were told no refund.. just so greedy and this isn’t the first time they pulled this.. last time we were there we pre paid also but waiter gave us a bill and pre payment was not deducted and another time they did the same and we didn’t realize till we got home.. we live in a very upscale community where word gets around and I always defended this establishment because other people told us to be careful about them conveniently forgetting the pre pay.. this was absolutely the last straw for us!

Food was amazing and service matched! Staff was very attentive, we had 2 kids under 3 with our group and they made it a very special experience for them, which for us is priceless. At one point my niece wanted to keep a clam shell from one of the dishes and the server took it to the kitchen, had it cleaned it and brought it back to her - made her night, but honestly it's those little touches that made the meal special! Would reccomend!

Not understanding the hype? Great wine selection. Great crab and avocado. We had a ton of people serving us, not sure who was who? Food was good but not great. Overall underwhelming dining experience for the $500 dinner cost for 2. 🤨

Had high hopes for this restaurant! The hostesses were A++. Other than that, a total let down. They had a severe fly/gnat problem. They surrounded me during my meal. The food was bland and underwhelming. The crowd, staff and all around vibes were super bizarre. I could not get out of there fast enough. It didn’t align with anything else on 5th avenue. Side note- they add 22% gratuity to your bill…

Service was impeccable. Menu was confusing. The fixed fee 3 course was full of up charges. If you create a fixed fee menu, then stick to a fixed fee. Why have over half of the items be an upcharge? And large up charges...... Also, service fee of 22pct is already included in the bill.

One of the best culinary experiences I’ve had for a brunch! Service was amazing! Music was great ! Highly recommend sticky toffee pudding and cheese soufflé! But ever thing we tried was wonderful!

Sails food is always a good idea

If you’re thinking about it ,do it ! The most exceptional service , atmosphere and carefully curated dishes . Absolutely enjoyed my experience. Additionally a special thank you to Dorukan for being the most attentive waiter and his knowledge of the menu helping my friend to enjoy the experience but not having to worry about her gluten allergy because he had that covered.

Been in Naples for a week. Went to Sails for Sunday brunch. The food was to die for. Our waiter, Raymond was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He made the experience that much better. Also, a surprising and nice bonus was Melissa. She’s working on her Somelier, but immediately picked up on my preferences and delivered the perfect Argentinian cab, to complement our meal. Dinner last evening was an exquisite experience. Five of us enjoyed magnificent food, perfect pairings with "adventurous" wines, and attentive and professional service.

Went for Brunch. We had 10-15 dishes. Food was good but nothing stood out except the fish. An example of strange combinations was cold potato salad served with a hot entree on a plate that was blazing hot. Service is good because there are numerous people attending to a few tables. But the manager in our area was not personable and added nothing to our experience. Would not return. For the money there are many other good restaurants where food is the focus.

By far, this is my favorite restaurant in Naples. The food and the service is outstanding.

3 course meal starts at $129 PP before tax and gratuity, with upcharges for nicer food selections. Serving sizes were rather small except for entrees, which were reasonable. Service was good, but not exceptional, which I would expect for that price. Overall good meal, but way overpriced compared to most other local restaurants of this caliber.

Beyond 5 Stars. They treat you like royalty here and the food is exquisite! My husband and I went for the pre fix menu. I’m vegan, and they had a beautiful vegan menu. They build incredible flavor in every dish! I hope they consider getting tofu, because it’s a blank slate. They could create incredible vegan seafood that would blow peoples minds. Thank you for this dining experience!

Excellent service from Samuel at the bar. One of the top dining experiences I’ve ever had. The wagyu was phenomenal and for dessert sticky toffee pudding was top tier.

We went for dinner and it was superb ! Great service beginning with the reservation done by Alexa who explained the 3 course menu for dinner. The food was great.

We had the most special Christmas morning at Sails. They really put together a lovely morning. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We had most of the menu. The lasagna was probably the best I’ve ever had. The French toast was like a crème brûlée. They made me 3 mocktails that were fabulous. Our waiter Tahir was incredible. 100 stars for him!

Ahmet was amazing and deserves a raise. He was attentive and brought life to our reservation. His recommendations were spot on with our taste and was enjoyable

This place is phenomenal. Amazing service, someone always there to take care of your needs. Such kind workers. Amazing food! All around everything I had was the best food I have tasted. Greatest part is the amazing atmosphere and people.

This was far more than a restaurant, this was an experience! From the moment we hit the front sidewalk we were greeted with a warm welcome and offered a beverage. As we were seated, they pulled out the chair for my two little boys and said, "for the princes." My wife is super picky with food and their team took notes and customized options for my wife. For desert we even had a table side visit from their chef who customized something for my wife. My son said, "I felt like Royalty." Amazing experience. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

I've been to five star restaurants in my life but Sails was far and above all others In my lifetime, I highly recommend you don't miss this experience in Naples Florida.

So far more than just a "dinner" location, The Sails is an "experience", especially their weekend brunches extravaganza. Food quality and creativity, service above and beyond, lovely decor, I can't find flaw to this place ---we drive from Boca in order to visit , invite our friends along and I even refer the destination to my clients, with great confidence that they will be as much in "awe" as I am. A must adventure if you have not tried yet! It lives to the hype!

we had a simple drink at the end of the night yesterday and Sails was a place we never experienced. we were blown away with the ambiance and excellent service. we felt pampered and delighted with the comfortable barstools, friendly bartenders and delicious drinks!! we will return!!

This place is spectacular. Was there for the Champagne Brunch and was floored by EVERYTHING. So good. In will for sure be coming back every quarter for Brunch.

OMG! We did the champagne Sunday brunch, and I've never been happier in my whole food life. So much amazing food we wanted to try it all but just could not. So good we made a reservation to go again next month, while there today! Expensive and worth every penny!

This Sunday October 22 we celebrated my big birthday. We had our closest family and friends for brunch and let me tell you that this was the BEST BRUNCH we ever had! Starting with welcome drinks that were absolutely delicious! My friends are major foodies who travel the world and they were beyond impressed!!! Food was super fresh delicious and spectacular!! Every dish was better then previous one. Drinks were coming without a reminder. Staff was the most professional and polite without being in your face. Upon arrival amazing bouquet of flowers was in the table with a card of each staff signature. I had a lot of fabulous celebrations but I never felt so special in the restaurant were staff is so attentive and sweet . All the Ladies and Gentlemen who served us deserve an award for being so professional. I’m happy to repeat this over and over. Ivanna, Boyanna,Hanna are the most helpful caring sweet and wonderful people!!! We can’t wait to come back for drinks and specially brunch!!

Food is mediocre. Service is excellent. Be aware that 22% service charge is mandatory included in your bill. You can tip on top of that if you choose to. We all got a bloated stomach afterwards.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dining at Sails for brunch this past weekend. It was perfect. We were greeted outside by Sam (who was also our server once we were seated inside) and while waiting for our table he brought us complimentary champagne and house made Kombucha (also made by Sam) and it was delicious. Once seated, Sam walked us though the menu and answered all of our questions easily and confidently. I have a food allergy and I always appreciate when a server doesn’t have to run off to the kitchen to check on ingredients. Sam was very knowledgeable. We ordered several courses between the 2 of us and every single dish was delicious, beautiful and nicely paced. We also met and chatted with the GM/Owner Veljko. He was absolutely charming. You can tell he loves his job and is the ultimate host. He is always smiling, checking on tables, the regulars and the staff. He really sets the atmosphere of professionalism and pride amongst his staff. We cannot wait to go back and I am sure we will soon. Thank you for making my birthday memorable.

Service was fantastic, presentation fantastic, but the taste of the food does not live up to the other aspects of this dining experience.

We had a great experience last night sitting at the corner of the bar. The food was fantastic - the lobster ravioli and clams stood out from an impressive array of items we tried. Our server, Hannah, really went above and beyond for us - chasing us several blocks down the street to bring us a purse we had left behind! She was great! We can’t wait to go back.

I went to brunch on September 30 with five other ladies and food was spectacular. Ivana, was our server and she went above and beyond and planned our meal service. Drinks are fantastic and the musician serenading us with his guitar made our experience phenomenal!

It was an amazing experience. The service is second to none, the food is fantastic, my wife and I did the Sunday brunch which is pay once and eat as much as you can. 😀. We have dined at some of the top rated restaurants in the world, and Sails is absolutely comparable. The food and drinks are unique but simple, fresh and delicious. Truly the best part of Sails is the service and staff that work there. Ivana, Alisan, and Ramazan are the best of the best at what they do. Their service is top notch and is what keeps us coming back. Consistency in a dining experience is valuable and that is what Sails provides- an absolute must if you are in Naples.

Such a lovely atmosphere. Live saxophonist playing modern tunes with courses that hit every flavor! The salmon is to die for along with the toffee bread pudding! Wonderful unlimited menu. Olivia and Jose were amazing!
