I don’t like leaving a bad review, however, this was warranted. I ordered a to-go meal at 5:49 pm. Showed up at 6:20 to pick it up. I’m now leaving the store at 7:25 with my meal. I was told several times for about 15 minutes that “it’s being bagged up.” Would a customer that eats there have to wait over an hour and a half to get some wings?! I wasn’t even offered anything other than “sorry it took so long.” I look forward to seeing if I get a response to this.

I don't normally write a review but our visit was horrible. The waitress never came and asked us for refills. She wasn't listening to us on what we wanted got our order wrong. Idc how busy they were should wait on food for 30 min. And as we were leaving a waitress was bringing food out for someone and noticed something in their food instead of taking it back she took it out if the food with her finger then served it and acted like nothing happened. The food was cold and the tacos were had like they been sitting waiting to be served. The fries were cold and nasty. Never going back again

Good classic sports bar atmosphere. Always a game of some kind on. Good staff, always cool and helpful. Hard to beat good wings with a few beers and a game on. The burgers are good as well. I'm not a fan of the new Blazin sauce they are using now but luckily there are so many other good flavors as well as temporary flavors that change. It can get expensive quickly but where is cheap and you still want to go? I will be back. They also have Guinness on tap so they found a weakness of mine.

Our bartender was rude to customers. I was quite surprised. She even raised her voice. I know we have a hard time finding help but holy mud. Do better! Dr Bertram. :)

Ordered bone in wings and well done fries.. Was brought out right quick .. I get mine with sauce on the side … Had sauce on them Wings were cool so was the fries like they had been sitting for awhile… they must try to warm them because they were overcooked and dry That’s like the third time I’ve been there and the third time the food is not being good…. I guess each time I go is on a bad day…😏🤨

**Fair Warning:** If you order from Buffalo Wild Wings To-Go, you will likely be very disappointed. The takeout orders do not receive the same care as dining in the restaurant. This evening, we ordered two pieces of dessert: a slice of chocolate cake and a slice of cheesecake. The cheesecake I ordered was inedible because it was completely frozen. One would expect that a to-go order is intended to be eaten either immediately or soon after arriving home 30 minutes later. It appears that the staff lacks attention to quality control.

The to-go here has never been fantastic but today’s experience was really bad and makes me not want to come back for to-go or dine in again either if they treat you like the scum on their shoe for a to-go order. (Edit: I filled out the online form- have not heard anything from them). I placed an order online and arrived 2 min before the ready time. Once an employee finally came by, she said they were still working on it- ok, fine, they were pretty busy. Another 12+ min went by (past the ready time I ordered it for) and then after asking again, finally the food came out and was told they were out of the chicken sandwich and just put the tenders on the bun like a sandwich, and “we had no way to contact you because the online system doesn’t give us that”- Hmmm, no way to contact me in the 14 minutes I was literally STANDING RIGHT THERE WAITING while you said my order was still in progress?!?!? Sure…. Also, I’m sure the online system does show the phone (since I had to enter that)- it probably just requires doing a minute of work to look. Then, I realized they forgot the second entree in my order and sauce- had to ask for that. They got that. No apologies for these issues so far- the wrong entree, the lack of asking me if I’d maybe rather have one of the other lunch specials rather than slapping tenders onto the bun instead of the chicken slaw sandwich I ordered, and missing the second entree/sauce. I got that and left…only to realize they never gave me the drink included with my lunch special order either! TERRIBLE service, bad attitude, no apologies or offer to make it right for all the issues, and a wait plus missing/wrong items….and the food also was not warm! There’s a lot of other places that don’t treat me like the dirt on their shoe just because I ordered to go instead of dine in, and I will support those places over this.

Food is ok but service is terrible….there are better places to spend our family’s hard-earned money. This location has lazy employees now.

Our waitress Kelsey was very nice and quick to respond to our table. We never had to ask for a refill, she brought us one when she seen we needed one. The food was hot and wonderful. It was a great BWW to stop at on our way home from the beach. Not to mention, we had a variety of wrestling matches to watch while we ate our food. If only all could be trained to have Kelsey’s work ethic and professionalism.

It's a shame that they charge you a dollar a onion ring.

We ordered nachos and chicken loaded tatter tots... took a hour for the food to come out... nachos were cold and soggy. Tots had little to no chicken and was also cold... the only part of are order that was hot was my friends wings. Severice was slow.. kitchen was clumsy... over all poor experience.

Quick easy bite for lunch. Parking was simple, staff was welcoming & friendly, food was great!

Everything was so good the food was on time and on point! We came from outta town and were so hungry but our waitress Megan she was so kind and very patient with us . She said she was still a little new but been there for a bit but she did amazing definitely coming back here again !!! Service and food 10/10🤩

When seated by the hostess, after a 20 minute wait, we were told that ordering thru the app would be a lot faster than waiting on our server as they were very short staffed. So I placed our order for an appetizer, an order of tacos and two drinks. 18 minutes later our appetizer arrived. We never saw anything else we ordered, despite telling the hostess and two servers that we stopped. After waiting for 37 minutes I found the hostess at the bar and asked if we could either cancel our order or get it to go. The hostess apologized and said that she would remove the tacos and drink. I offered to pay for the appetizer but was told since it was an app order she would have to cancel it and bill me for the appetizer separately and that I could pay on the app in 15 minutes once she corrects the order. Well, unfortunately that did not happen and I was automatically charged the entire amount with a 6 dollar gratuity. Needless to say I was quite upset.

Hard not to like this place. On the many TVs they have about any sport you could gamble on. The beer selection is good. The food is good. ( I always go for the burgers! ) chances are you have been to one already, but if not, check out the waynesboro location. Grab a tasty beer, burger, or some smoking hot wings and have a good time!

Are waitress was hella cool and chill forgot his name but he should get a raise food was good I got spicy traditional wings highly recommend bathrooms were nice. Highly recommend this place

We were not happy with the service we received at this location. We went to celebrate my 21st birthday and I asked the waitress Sarah if I could order a Blue Long Island off the Happy Hour menu because it was about 10 mins before 6 and she said no problem, but when the check came the drink was listed as 9$ we brought this up to her and she admitted she forgot that Happy Hour wasn't on during weekends. I asked if there was anything she could do because I was under the impression it was a 4$ drink, and she told me there was nothing she could do. I was extremely upset that she let me think I was ordering a 4$ drink and then charged me more the double the price! I would appreciate it if someone from BWW would reach out regarding this issue.

Food was good, bartender was attentive, and the mixed drinks were on point

Tried numerous times to order for pick up and tried delivery and no matter how many times or what method it continued to have error code with payment. I have a Birthday reward on my app for my 2/16 birthday. There was NO WAY to add the reward from the app either. VERY FRUSTRATED!!! Crappy app!! I will never come back!

I've really only been to two B-Dubs. The one in Harrisonburg (at multiple locations!) And the one in Waynesboro. I could not put a finger on it but I have enjoyed the one in Harrisonburg more. It may just be nostalgia, but the Harrisonburg one feels more quiet and a little roomier.

Ordered bogo boneless wings yesterday to pick up today. Picked up order and when I got home I was missing the "get one" wings. I called the restaurant and they told me that because I ordered (and paid for!) the wings yesterday, they aren't able to give me the "get one" wings today. I have never heard anything so ridiculous. It even says BOGO on the receipt! Fraudulent advertising and a rip-off. Thanks! I'll try and feed 4 people with 10 boneless wings which actually look like chicken nuggets. And they didn't bother to put our celery and carrots that we ordered in either. Horrible service. Never again!

Great wings (of course). Very busy,very noisy, and cold. The inside temp was the reason for not 5 stars. Also a little slow on orders, but they were very busy.

The worst place I’ve ever order food from . I order online 12 wings online waited 1hour before my food was ready only to receive cold wings like they had been sitting all day. Tell me how is that possible. if they are so busy that you have to wait an hour only to get cold food. It should be fresh and hot because they are that and you waited that long. Don’t go to this place the worst!

Picked up lunch here yesterday at 2pm, me and my fiance have been extremely sick since midnight. All we had eaten in the 24 hours before this was a pizza that was shared with our kids the night before, no one else was sick except us after eating from here.

Always great here. The wait staff and the host are amazing. The wings are good and the wait time is efficient.

Had a great self-designed buffet of wings, traditional and boneless, Asian cauliflower, onion rings, fries, fried pickles and beers. Server was friendly, timely, and efficient. The atmosphere you either like, don't like or don't care. They are what they are, so don't go there looking for piano music or candlelight.

It's cool to have 15 tvs on with football. But not sound for all of them at the same time. It's crazy to try and eat or talk with 12 games blasting at once we. Even ad a football lover. Oh yeah, cold fries and cold chicken. Hmm.

The chubby black woman (who was the hostess?) completely ignored me the whole time and kept sitting other parties when I was standing right there. At least 5 or 6 people she attended to even though I was waiting first. Thank you to the lovely server who noticed and got me my takeout.

Whites Only! When I arrived the ethnically ambiguous barmaid was assigned to me. She was so busy with a poor attempt to entertain the 3 white men that just sat next to me that she didn't hear to put my 1st drink on my date's tab from both of us. He pays and tips 30%; we leave then I'm accused of skipping out on 1 double shot. I pay with no issue explaining that we instructed barmaid to place on 1 bill so we assumed that's what took place and we move on. I return with friends to be accused by a white woman of skipping out on 1 double shot before we can even order. Took my business to Applebee's down the road...Again...WHITES ONLY

I had a terrible experience here tonight. It was the only option late on a Sunday but I like the restaurant and was looking forward to it. I asked to sit at the bar, when I realized it was full I tried to get the bartenders attention to ask a question. Waited patiently, only to see a trainee point me out, he looked over at me, looked back at his screen and shook his head and then walked away from the bar to the bathroom. Eventually the trainee came to talk to me. After being told to take a table, I waited awhile until someone finally started taking my order shouting from behind the bar to me at the table I was sitting at. She was doing okay at first, but was unattentive and had a bar patron pass me my drink from behind the bar. The whole experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a former server and bartender, I was really disappointed with this experience.

Terrible host and the wings were dry and tasteless. Last time there for me

Ordered $91 worth of food to-go through Door Dash and only half the order arrived. And an hour later than it was supposed to. When they were called to talk to the manager, he was extremely rude and defensive about the whole ordeal, never even apologized and even went as low as accusing us of assaulting him over the phone. If this is how you manage a restaurant and deal with concerned customers then you're in the wrong career. I was a server through out my entire 20s and our managers would have NEVER acted so childish nor allowed food to go out when it's not even ready. The sad part about this is we've had bad experiences with them before and only ordered from here because it was what my brother wanted. It was a mistake and we ourselves, will never eat here again and neither will our friends.

My server was horrible...attitude was just pathetic, I asked to be seated at the bar there was plenty of room but instead was seated, i was made to pay for items i never even asked for. I work in the restaurant industry and if I had a server like this...I wouldn't have a server like this just saying...food was amazing just had to wait an hour before it was even brought out, ordered nachos before we left, took even longer waiting because my order was given to someone else...like I said food was great when we actually got it, but honestly the attitude i had gotton from my server made the entire visit terrible.. if I could rate zero stars I would, I'm sorry to be so blunt, but I don't know anyone who would want this treatment..

I ordered 3 items at $45.00 plus and they allowed some woman named Trina deliver your food and I only got 1 item and yet this Trina sent her filfthy kid about 8yr deliver to door all dirty and only gave me 1 item cold as ever for 6 wings. People watch out with your CC#This Trina delivery food is taking your CC# and no food. Wow I can't believe Buffalo wings allow that?? I guess as long as ordered is placed they don't care who delivers "COLD COLD (6) WINGS for $45.00 .They took my CC for their personal use

To be a place who's specialty is wings yours should be delicious, but ours were so dried out (over cooked)that you had to struggle to bite the meat off the bone. Very disappointed with our experience. Think I'll get my bone in wings at Pizza Hut from now on, at least they're juicy and flavorful.

Waitress was outside talking to her friends while out food sat in the window for over 30 minutes. She also wasn't friendly. Food was cold.

TWICE I've ordered the hand breaded tenders (for carry out) and twice we've pulled everything out of the bag at home to discover... no sauce! I guess someone there likes their tenders dry and bland, but I don't. I can get chicken tenders just about anywhere, but the selection of sauces is what makes BWW different.

Chicken was overcooked and hard to eat. My wings weren't the tradition fall off the bone with a little crunch. I ordered honey barbecue and mild Buffalo wings. Been hear 3 times and have been disappointed. The service was better than average, which helped the business.

The food was good. Although the dining area was mostly empty, service was on the slow side.

My husband and I have been going here for a long time, and unfortunately our past 5 or so trips lately spanning over some months have just been downright terrible. Most of the waiters/waitresses are nice, there’s usually no problem there. There’s a couple that are unfriendly and non attentive that like to disappear but that’s not what this review is about. I have no problem with waiting on food. I just want my food to come out hot. When I wait 30-45 minutes and sometimes more for my food to come out cold every single time, it’s a problem. I don’t want cold, mushy, fried food. I understand shortages, and I’d rather wait longer and get hot food then wait and get cold food. My husband loves wings so we keep coming back and I hope for better experiences but sadly it just isn’t happening

i’ve always loved this place but my friend and i visited yesterday and both of us have been throwing up since we ate from there.

I do not recommend this place, especially if you are a first responder. They were hateful and will call your place of work to get you in trouble and be dishonest.

Me and my family decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight (6 of us, plus a child) Our server Madison was extremely kind, and helpful. Our server came to our table minutes after we sat down and brought our drinks quickly. Our appetizer (cheese curds) came first, they were hot and delicious. Our food came shortly after, and was just as delicious.

I've been here multiple times and have never had an issue with anything. Food is good, staff is friendly and overall everything was great.

After 45 minutes we decided to leave as we have young children who needed to eat. Becoming our go to place when in Waynesboro. Ate here twice and both times were impressive. Had the Hot Nashville yesterday and it was awesome. It was spicy but not catch you on fire hot. The most impressive thing was the coleslaw rough chop purple cabbage not overloaded with Mayo and it had great flavor. How often can you say that about coleslaw anymore. Waitress was very attentive and nice. Thanks guys looking forward to the next time!
