My husband got charged $21 for a bacon king combo. No sense in that. Scammers.

I came to the Green Cove Springs location and had the pleasure of speaking with Kathy . She took my order at the speaker had a friendly face at the window. Her energy was awesome. I will definitely be coming back just for the atmosphere that she brought.

Although i dont work here anymore, As a former employee, i do want to say that the staff are absolutely amazing and friendly. This was my first job and everyone that I’ve encountered there will always have a special place in my heart. As a customer, the food is always delicious, fresh, and presented very well. I would like to give a shout out to Mrs kay, ashley, Charles, and kat for being my number ones since day one. My reason for leaving isnt anything negative or mean spirited. It was just my time to go and explore other opportunities. But this location and these people will always have a special place in my heart. And if u like good food and friendly people, this is definitely the place for u😊

Friendly, prompt, and professional. This restaurant is located right on the main road (sr17 aka Orange Ave). There is plenty of parking in a clean parking lot. The inside was clean as well as the restrooms. The staff was prompt with my order, and the french fries were fresh. This location does offer delicious soft serve ice cream at a great price. Based on my experience, I will definitely revisit this location...keep up the great work BK!!! Thank you

This is a good Burger King from my experience. I've only been a couple of times because I'm in the area for work....I'm from the Daytona Beach area. But the couple of times I've been in here it's always clean....staff are polite....they get the orders right....the food is good etc.

Manager Michael Green and Ms Kay are exceptional. The food is served hot and fresh. The price is very reasonable especially with the economy right now! All the staff is great. This is our first place to go to and have a great meal !!

I’m in town to visit family, and was in need of a late night snack Friday night. I expected to just get a burger and drink and nothing more, it was late, but instead Rylee gave me excellent service, asking if I needed refills and offered me to take a survey and fill out a google review. I will be coming back again once I’m back in town!

Overall food was good, place was fairly clean although fries were a little cold.

No, this is not Ms Kay and yes I do know Ms Kay. That’s why years ago I decided to change mine to Kay and she is Ms Kay, our kids played sports together and I actually live in Greencove for 15yrs. So I know the ignorant people that’s posting this stuff. Ms Kay is not going to lower her self to even feed into this mess. She will continue running her store like she been doing and let y’all continue making urselfs look stupid and lifeless. All 3 ex employees name on here don’t like Ms Kay, 2 of them was actually still working here day of graduation. She did not have to do this but it shows what kind of person she is. I’m pretty sure it hurts her to know there is people in this world so low to the ground. Is it a crime for Ms Kay to post a review cause she definitely eats from her own restaurant or whoever she knows to eat at her Burger King and rate her food. If her store was so nasty it would be shutdown by now and she just had inspection last week, not to mention her sales is definitely growing. We heard y’all still eat from the place you talk down on, but it’s just at night when ur not seen haha All this for what to make you look stupid, hiding behind fake names, cause you mad y’all can’t run this store no more. So please stop being a stalker before they get law involved and trespassing warrants issued.

Every time I go there either the order is wrong. It takes forever or the staff is unenthusiastic to say the least what got me this time I ordered two double cheeseburgers, both with no mustard and I had A hysterical amount of condiments on the burgers, including mustard! Then I called the store numerous times with no answer with one answer followed by a prompt hangup. Burger King should just close their doors because every location is about the same.

used to work here for like 2yrs. I wouldn't hate on the crew, most of them try their best although the environment is crazyy toxic. literally only writing this bcus they rly need better management. They're also dodgy about tax stuff. I would avoid working here if u can. John was the only great manager.

This burger king sucks. They don't welcome you at the drive thru speaker. They speak with aggravation in their tone. No one looks uniform united. Not even managers tuck their shirts in. I saw a manger (short Caucasian lady with glasses) smoking right in front of the double door entry. Which is why I turned around and went to drive through. They got my order wrong and had to get a manager to simply change the size of one of my meals. It was an older black dude who was really rude. I overheard him saying that him and "Kay" do their online surveys to mislead customers and ratings. He told the person at the window that if they were to do one that they can get a free meal. Shouldn't they be getting a free meal anyway. From the looks of it, it seems like people steal a lot from this place. If it's that much theiving around in this business establishment maybe it shouldn't be open. A much more honest person to run it. DID I MENTION THAT THE OLDER BLACK MALE MANAGER WHO CAME TO ASSIST DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DO. HAD TO MAKE A PHONE CALL TO THE STORE MANAGER ON HIS CELL PHONE AT THE WINDOW IN FRONT OF ME. Can go on and on and on but this is the worst experience I ever had. This past year this place has went downhill. THE OLD STORE MANAGER'S BACK ANY ONE OF THEM WOULD DO BETTER. It literally went better when I used to have what looked to be a crackhead give me my food. No disrespect just speaking facts. REMINDS ME WHEN THAT CANDY BACON WHOPPER I'M OUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE BURGER BUT ADVERTISED IT ON THE BUILDING AND ON THE MENU. This store in particular sucks employees don't get paid enough to deal with the stuff that happens here, they expect us to come in sick just so they can make money and the environment there is toxic take it from some one who's worked there for about a year this is not a good job.

This place give me only a bun and pickles and sauce no meat no cheese what were you even trying to make.

Loved Burger King since the 60s. Finally one in n my home town. Why do you adds show this fluffy bun Eid fresh lettuce, juicy tomatoes. A thick patty of charbroiled beef. Soggy onion rings that look like they have been lying in a heating pan most of this day. I’m disgusted. Will never buy there again!!!!!

Self service kiosks do not work so they put you behind the entire line to pay for the order that you completed.

While this particular location has improved some, it like all fast food restaurants need to get back to its roots and offer better service.

I've been a long life fan of Burger King I can tell you this one in Green Cove Springs definitely does not have the UPS like the rest of the stores. My wife ordered food to drive through and she repeated herself twice it's obvious that whoever took my wife's order was not paying attention to her job so when my wife got home with the food for my kids the food and the entire order was all wrong we live 10 miles away and with a baby so we were unable to go back. My professional opinion the store needs a reboot this is very unsatisfaction and now my kids are going to not want to go back to Burger King here in Green Cove Springs something needs to give that was a well worth 50 bucks down the drain. Oh and just to let y'all know that they do not give the receipts either but I have them on my bank card and if I got to share price I will.

Staff is always friendly and makes the food to specified order.

We came through the drive-through at a slow time and they asked us to park because they were making our order fresh. The young man who took our order and paid us out was very polite and friendly, and they didn't take that long to bring the order to us. Everything was very hot and well made!

No ice, half the drinks were out. Tables were sticky.

Fries where undercooked … sandwich was cold and forgot the straw for the drink .. the service cashiers was very polite and nice

I was the only person in the drive thru, I was handed my order, and as I pulled around the building to leave, there was another vehicle waiting for their food. I didn't check my order, I should have because I believe I received their order, and they got mine. I got back home and realized we didn't receive anything we ordered. It's sad that even with 2 cars they couldn't get the order correct. No, I didn't call the store it was after 830 pm and I wasn't driving back over there to pick up the correct order.

Nice, clean and modern interior. Staff friendly. This Burger King has slushy flavors coke and strawberry Fanta as a self serve. Also a newer soda machine with very many flavors of coke products.

We got a whooper,fries,and 2 double cheese burgers, fries. I always get the double cheese burgers when I eat at a burger king. Well, I got home with the food started eating and crunch something crunchy was in my burgers. So stopped eating opened the bun the burgers were like they had been setting out all day long .so took the food back asked for the manager and she responded very quickly made new food with her employee in the kitchen. This food should have never been served to anyone this was not a good dission on the workers part. hope she gets this straight with the employees.

Drive through was actually quick

Only ever have had good experiences here. Its fast food but with a vegetarian it can be tricky. We appreciate having a drive thru option close to home that is decent. Employees are ALWAYS friendly and working hard.

I eat here all the time because of the close proximity to work. Food has always been good quality. The cookies are delicious. The accuracy of the order has improved over the last year. They are pretty courteous and friendly. And fairly fast most of the time.
