The crew that was working was horrible. I asked for fresh food and it look like they gave me a 3 day old burger . Then the manager gets up set with me and goes back in forth with me because I asked for fresh food and she’s arguing me down saying it’s fresh. Bread on the burger and cheese was hard and burnt . I have a video of the whole encounter. I wasn’t being mean nor disrespectful I even beg her to please give me a fresh burger but she was being rude . I will be posting the video on TikTok because I can’t believe it .

This is the worst damn McDonald’s just find another one. The employee passed me three times just to take a white boy ahead of me then going to tell me he didn’t see me. What??? I have here with my three kids two are teenagers how in the hell don’t you see us. Then I was told her already ordered but when I walked in he was at the damn machine and I had my order on my phone. I will never come back to this place.

It's a sad day in this country, when you get treated like s-it all for asking for a cup of ice water and not Dasani, when you work hard building roads in this community for the people to drive on and you don't want soda or a bottle water and your treated so badly (MEGAN) well never again and with less than a 4-star rating I wouldn't think you can afford to lose many more customers, well I won't be back for this garbage that's a promise.

Close up this Mcdo franchise. Or better yet, let go or re-train the managers. Asked for a no-ice Coke in the drive-thru and gave me 3/4 cup of pure Coke. Not even filled up to the brim. When complained, the guy said, “we can only fill up to that level and you said “no ice” The worst customer service of all Mcdonald’s! Folks passing by this particular resto, not worth it. Spend your drive thru $$ somewhere else. Not worth patronizing this one.

On this last date it was nearly a total flop, my order 2 Oreo frappe, one fish sandwich meal with a sweet tea for my wife , and a cheese burger for me . Pull around 18.00 and some change had issues with the app so just made as a drive thru order no drive thru code for rewards, coupons and rewards deals discarded and I was cool with that, pull around and handed 2 frappe whipped cream and drink did not reach the lip of cup at its peak , three cheeseburgers and fries upsidedown not even in their box, I said this is not my order mabey I got the wrong one person that handed bag didn't even acknowledge me shut window and walked away, moment later management came said two Oreo frappe right this is your order that is what you ordered and closed window, I taped the glass was ignored or mabey not heard so I tapped the frame with a coin and window bust open and said that was your order sir said I didn't get my tea she said you did not order a tea sir we upcharge your meal for the frappe I said why that wasn't what i ordered it was your order the management lady said I said i ordered a fish sandwich meal for it is the only thing my vegetarian, (No meat seafood and shellfish ok) can eat from mcD and my sweet tea she took misorder bag from me like i was a vagabond who touched her purse and ignored me as I said I'll buy the two extra cheese burgers if gonna throw away I just need the fish sandwich and tea she said you didn't pay for the tea so I did and she walked away with the bag and said pull to the last window where 5 minutes later 4 customers behind me finished and drive around me while I watch the frappes melting in the cup holder another emoloyee brings me my new bag of food and walks away no tea still 21$ into this im frustrated. Tap on the window again to the back of an employee rinsing something in a sink who walked away few minutes later I see another employee in general area through the glass and tap again then the management lady with this employee comes back to window bursting open like a jack in the box and pops her head out saying what now sir I said my tea? Window shuts .... Time ticks .... It opens and handed tea lid half off and shut goes the window , I knock again no straws no napkins and not asked if I would like ketchup or anything for my fries , window opens I said im sorry if we misunderstanding i asked if i could buy the extra 2 chweseburgers so you sidd t have to waste them she said we diddnt throw rhem out and went ti clisw window when i said what do i habe to do to get what i want around here she said what now sir and i requested straws and napkins afraid to even mention ketchup to this lady at this point I was handed 2 straws and 2napkins i accepted shaki g my head i had 3 drinks.... How miserable I said in my head as I started to drive away drinks melted and food thrown at me ,I'm gonna rate this place I mumbled . And was gonna , 21.00 for this after I pulled away, a little black girl come out the side door where the pull around to exit parking was and said sir ... Sir , your change and handed me 16.00 out of her pocket which almost made me cry with joy, that assuming the one who took the order originally would go out of her way to make right , to that employee you are McDonald's , you are the golden arch , to the rest of the experience I wouldn't let you pick up my dog's poop in the park, one star amongst the crew.

Who ever is cooking the Burgers on Fridays at 5pm is amazing! I have stopped here twice and both times got a Quarter pounder and both times were the best tasting Quarter pounders I have ever gotten from a McDonald’s ever! I just wanted to give whoever that is props for doing things right!

This McDonald's has the most unprofessional, nasty & rude staff I have EVER had an interaction with. I'm completely in shock of how the staff at the drive thru window speak to customers. After sitting at the speaker in the first lane, and watching 3 cars in the lane next to me order and move forward, a voice from my speaker asked if I was using a mobile code. I said, "no sir", & went ahead with my order of 2 large fries. At the end of speaking, there was no order on the screen and no one answered me. So, I waited......and waited.....when finally a different voice came on and said "Hold on!", then I immediately heard the same voice start taking the order of the car that had just pulled up, in the other lane. At that point I drive up to the window & let the girl know I needed to order, at which time the girl calls a young girl over, who walks up with an over the top attitude & says, "if you can't wait 30 seconds for someone to take your order, you can go somewhere else!!" I literally just stared in disbelief, lost for words, then asked her if she thought that was a professional thing to say to a customer, especially one that had been skipped at least 3 times trying to order. She rolled her eyes, then shrugged her shoulders, at which point I said, "are you the manager?" She replied, "no! You wanna talk to her???" I said, "yes, please." The manager came over, less hostile, and asked what I needed. I asked her if their leadership allowed their employees to talk to customers in such an unprofessional manner. All she said was "there's two people taking orders & if you want to place an order food, then you need to pull back around to the speaker." That was it for me. I told her absolutely not, and I pulled off, Stunned. I will never return to that location and the next email is going to corporate. I can handle short staffed, I can handle mistakes, I can handle busy, but I cannot & will not tolerate just plain rude.

Ok, ordered online, got to the window they tried to pass me a half a drink. I said no I am the mobile order. The shift manager said hey where is that filet. He handed that bag to the girl who handed me the bag. I got down the street and pulled the sandwich out, the bottom of the bun was rock hard, the fish was all dried out and the sauce was running down the side. I was afraid to eat it. I tried a fry but they were cold. You need to do better, much better!

We had such good service here! We stopped through on Feb 18 on our way to Daytona for the race. We placed our order and drove to the first window and the employee accepting our payment (who I believe had Joey on his name tag) was so friendly and chatted with us for a bit about the race and wished us a good time. At the next window, the employee opened the window and said “Hello family!” with a big smile and then verified everything we ordered and checked the bag for us before wishing us a good day. I wish I had gotten her name. Our food order was correct and fresh and we were treated so, so nicely. It was such a great experience from the friendly staff and it made our day. I hope management will recognize what an outstanding job staff is doing!

Ordered on the mobile app so there would be no confusion with my order. Order kids nugget happy meal and 4 mc doubles plain along with a chicken sandwich and a medium fry. Got home order was missing one McDouble and happy meal was made wrong and with a cheeseburger instead of nuggets. Ordered as I was passing by home on lake asbury. After having to drive back spending $5 in gas I was given the happy meal and cheeseburger I ordered for my dog. Glad to get home and have to eat my cold food that you would not replace. Other girl working even told the manager to give me extra fries but nothing. Won’t be back

They were short staffed and there was a wait. Fortunately, the lady behind counter was very courteous. The downside is McDonald's Corporation. They are remodeling their stores, bringing in these kiosks in which I refused to use. It goes without saying people are losing their jobs. Bottomline, I will try to avoid McDonald's.

Ordered from kiosk and waited longer than normal to get food. Missing were 2 items from order. When I went to retrieve missing items, employees busy with drive thru orders and they were oblivious to anyone standing at the counter. Made a couple more trips back to counter to ask for ketchup since order came with only 2 packs. Another trip to ask for straws for milk containers. There are no condiments out for you to self serve. There aren’t even napkins out, you have to go to the counter and beg for those too. I won’t be back. Wendy’s will get my business

Excellent McCrispy Deluxe. It's absolutely perfect. The fries, unfortunately, were not as good as McDonald's fries used to be. They were all small, broken pieces ones and were lukewarm. However, the sandwiches fabulousness made up for them. The customer service was exceptional as well.

McDonalds always know how to hit the g spot bro. Everytime I come here, the food is delicious and all the workers are very friendly. Took my homeboy Brian here and he busted the fattest nut when he saw that quarter pounder come his way. Love this place🙏🙏🙏🙏. This is a brand new store. You must order from the kiosks. They tell you to take a number for your table, but don't bring it out to you, you must go get it. There is no dispenser for drinks, so I guess you can't get refills? You must go up and ask for extra napkins, etc. The workers were not happy to help you, and the food was VERY salty!

They're always running out of things. Tonight (May 30th 10 PM) they were out of hamburger meat meat. I tried to order a chicken sandwich, but was told I had to wait 8 minutes for the chicken to be dropped, whatever that means. Earlier in the week they were out of change and asked me if I wanted to round the total off to the the next dollar. Another time they were out of breakfast burritos. The list goes on. Whoever is in charge with ordering isn't keeping up with the demand.

Food is generally fresh and temperature appropriate. Service in drive thru is spotty and often limited to one lane when it's set up for two (why bother), so it's hit or miss. Forget about curbside preorders.... take forever which makes no sense having ordered before those in drive thru yet they get thru faster and to think we are helping their sales by staying off the line by going curbside instead of drive thru and limiting the illusion of a long line. I do like that they appear to hire handicapable crew members.

Ordered food received my drinks with no straws while I waited for my food order . They have taken the drink station and condiments out of the dining area no self service. So I approached the counter and waited patiently to be acknowledged. Another African American patron reapproached the counter and waited with me . She didn't get her drink with her food and straw . When the African American employee with in site of us both finally turned around she only acknowledged the patron of color even though I had been waiting longer. She asked what she needed proceeded to get her drink returned with the drink and then walked away never even acknowledging that I was there . At that point I spoke out to another employee asking if I was invisible. It's disturbing that in these times that this even happens. I'm a military veteran who has served along side men and women of all colors and this is probably the first time I have actually first hand experienced what I feel was blatant racism. No other explanation as to why I was looked past and not even acknowledged by this employee. I don't t condone racism or hate to anyone. McDonalds of Greencove you need to do better . I rated this experience a 3 because the order was correct and the other employee did acknowledge me and respectfully responded to my request. But I'm floored by how this other woman of color found it ok to blatantly ignore me and acknowledge someone of color . Shame on this establishment and the lack of customer training or culture .
