Very horrible experience Ashley the store manager lost coupon for 2 for 12.99 and charged me 28.04 for 2 subs rude and obnoxious called her manager Bit and would not honor coupon Ashley misplaced. poor service

Very nice employee's they work hard as they can getting your subs made fast as they can without a messy sub there the best... Ps . Owner your employees at least needs a 25 cent raise there hard working individual's (think about it)....

We visited this location and ordered 4 subs. Tatyana’s customer service skills were top notch. She was polite, friendly, always smiling, and listened as we ordered. She made our subs to perfection and did it with an AWESOME attitude!

POOR SERVICE , NEVER THIS SUBWAY , Not Again

Usually I have a good experience at Subway, but this time it was not.

I only purchased a drink and chips. They do have good food though. 2/16/2024

I had just got there tired and hungry from work, only to find out the door was blocked off, almost an hour before closing. The store said open til 10 PM. Some blonde girl just stared at us through the door, instead of coming to tell us they were closing early for whatever reason, not to mention she had AirPods in. The “OPEN” sign was still lit up. Every other time I’ve come to this location it was still open at 9 PM. Hope owner is aware that they’re closing way earlier than said closing time, and that one of their employees is using headphones while on the clock. Really not happy… I was exhausted and just wanted something quick to eat. 😠

Store was very clean when we came in, Mrs Ashley the supervisor took excellent care of our orders with outstanding customer service as a manager myself I was very impressed with the quality service I received. Thank you so much Ashley the sandwiches were amazing!

The bacon was raw, they didn't answer the phone and purposefully cut it off so they could hide in the back. sandwich had 10 ounces of soggy mayo in it. usually is good but not tonight

Went in at 430 and how 3 employees sitting down in the lobby talking with friends we stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to come help us then i said hello and finally someone it going to be a few minutes before they could get to us so we walked out

Stood inside for over 5 minutes, no one came out for service, even called the phone number while standing in store and no answer. When the store reps finally showed up no apologies, like nothing was wrong.

@Jasmine Larue. There is a Larry's Giant sub shop a couple miles down the road by State road 16. So yes there is more than one sub shop in Green Cove. I'm sorry that you went through that though.

Busy, busy... Very clean but busy...

Employees were short staffed and busy but they stayed with it. Good team work

4/12 ordered deluxe meatball supposed to be 12 meatballs and I got 7 on the sandwich. Called store and talked to Rachel telling her I would return for a 1/2 sandwich in the next couple of days to make it right. She responded with only if the owner approves. Well more than once they have shorted me on my orders. I guess if they can’t count or measure the ingredients or make it right then my 50$ plus a week in business will go elsewhere. I guess they can get thieving approval on that from the owner.

The store was empty and after a few times asking where the employees were two women stepped out and had an attitude about me and another customer looking for service. I left and did not get anything.

Whoever was working at this location today should be fired my fiancé did a Mobil order for her and one of her coworkers when they went to pick the order up the lady and her child behind the counter was very rude and disrespectful towards paying customers I went in to get a refund due to my fiancé and her coworkers breaks time taken up by the very rude employees they couldn’t eat or try to get a refund and when I walked in there I got attitude for requesting the refund I will never be shopping at this location again due to the horrible customer service that was provided today and to think this is the only sub shop here in green cove and this is the type of customer service we get.and on top of it all wasn’t offered anything for the troubles we had to deal with today. Someon needs to teach there employees how to treat customers

The tall dark skin lady was very nice and well polite and the short blonde hair was fast and helpful as well

These ladies are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. They made me an amazing steak and cheese sub.

The place is clean and bright. Both ladies were quick and friendly when fixing our orders.

Went there twice last week. Both times when getting sandwiches toasted, they still never got toasted. Maybe something is wrong with the oven/toaster. Then saw a lady working behind the counter without either a hairnet or visor/hat. She pulled a long piece of her hair off the customers sandwich she was making and that’s when I lost my hunger and didn’t and will never get anything from this place again.

Be nice if green cove had more subways closer to fair grounds

First, So like everyone else, the supervisor/manager gives you the eye roll and complete contempt that you have walked in period. She was forced to wait on me and grumbled have a good day which with that tone it was not meant. Second the owners clearly don't care since all of the reviews on here seem to be about her she is still there.

Never a bad experience at the Subway. Employees are nice and the food is good. Some lady kept screaming chicken and that was kind of interesting...

As me and my family came in to order one of the supervisors decided to touch all the bread with no gloves which is very disgusting and not sanitary this is not the first times it’s happened.

Manager is rude, unfriendly, and downright annoyed by anyone that walks in. No hello, no how may I help you..just expect to be completely ignored until she feels like making you something. Have had several interactions with her now, and I'm done with this location.

Which subway? Some are great Most are not. I travel a lot. Most of the franchises hire people who are rude.

My daughter and I went into Subway last night to order a sub because I thought they closed at 10. The door was still open. Well when we walked to where you place your order and the manager states we are closed because we close at 9:30 . Okay cool, but what got me was a man walked in behind us and the manager fixed him a sub. You talk about bad customer service. At least wait until we leave the parking lot !!

My mom stops at this Subway just about every Saturday on her way to my house. She used to comment how friendly the employee was and that she remembered our order. Well the staff has changed and now it's constant problems. No bread options beyond white or wheat available and day old bread used. And no cookies baked yet in the late morning.

Asked for double meat on an Italian BMT, was told they don't do double meat on wraps! The policy clearly states no double meat on signature wraps! An Italian BMT is not a signature wrap, when I informed the employee of this was told no double meat on any wrap! There is nothing in the store stating that as a policy! I have ordered double meat on wraps at other Subways many times with no problem! Not sure what the big deal was! If that is an individual store policy it should be posted somewhere! Not impressed at all with this store!

Y'all this the place when don't feel like cooking. Get a sub of your choice... unwind and relax to some Dateline or 20/20, You set for life.(I just don't recommend the sweet tea cause I shouldn't have to add sugar to when I get home).

Well again another place slipping away, lettuce brown and wilted, today not even busy and server seemed like I was holding her up from doing something else. Only ate part of my sandwich, ate the chips though.
