there is a young skinny African-American kid that always gets my order at the drive-through and complements my Mazda. I never get his name, but he’s amazing and very customer service friendly. give him a raise!

on 08/23/2024, I placed an order for delivery 2 pan tossed pizzas, 4 20 oz bottles of soda (2 starry 2 Pepsi) and a double order of breadsticks, what I received was 4 starry, 1 pan tossed pizza and 1 pizza shaped like a square and the breadsticks did not have any dipping sauce, I understood that it was a busy Friday night but I called the store to ask for a partial refund since this is not what I ordered, the manager refused to come to the phone and advised to callback in an hour, I decided to just call corporate to see if they could handle it since clearly I was no longer an important customer since they already had my money. the call center I spoke to indicated that they would give me a 15 dollar store credit to use at the same store and it would be available within the next 48 hours, brings me to 09/04/2024, I go to place an order again with the same contact center and the store credit that was promised did not show up, they advised that they would contact the store directly to see if it was on their system, and put me on hold, the rep came back and advised that they were answering then hanging up, she placed me back on hold to try again but they did not answer, the rep gave me the direct phone number for me to try, I tried twice and Leanna ( who claimed to be the manager) picked ( I was shocked!), and on my account with my phone number there was no store credit. I placed an order with papa johns instead first and foremost Leanna needs customer service training ASAP, people like her will bring the entire company down, she is a reflection of this store with the failure to complete an order and is a terrible leader and role model. she has no respect for customers time or money at all. second I will no longer be a Pizza Hut customer, I try to be reasonable and understanding but I also expect accountability, and to fix the issue, which none of this happened. if you are still reading this. please do not order or eat here, I would rather eat Tonys frozen pizza for the rest of my life and dare spend another cent at this place.

This time, i ordered on line and it was ready, hot and perfect

I ordered a large pizza for delivery and when it arrived it was a medium I called to tell them they’ve made a mistake and they young girl who answered said they could remake my pizza correctly and then put me on hold, after 15 minutes of waiting on hold I hung up and called back and spoke to a older woman who told me that they now close at 10 and that they aren’t going to be remaking my pizza and I need to bring the pizza box to the store tomorrow morning and get a new pizza. I work a full time job and don’t have time to do that. She was very rude and unprofessional. She claimed she was “the owner” I’ve never had this bad of an experience at Pizza Hut ever. This lady was completely rude and unprofessional. And also my medium pizza barely had any sauce and was definitely over cheesed. I won’t be back if she’s the “owner”. I want a refund or to talk to a real manager because whoever I talked to was a complete joke.

The food was good the waitress was very friendly but the place was practically empty only people coming in to pick up orders

I went in to enjoy a quick lunch while passing through Green Cove today. When we walked it from the looks of the dirty empty tables all around I wasn’t sure we would even have a clean table to sit at. We found one, sat down and got our drinks. The server seemed on edge or aggravated, which made the experience less enjoyable. We received our food, we ate, paid and left. The whole time we were there not one table was cleaned off nor were our drinks refilled or table cleaned while we were eating. I will not come back nor recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone else. At least not while that server is working.

I'm a long-time fan of Pizza Hut and have always been satisfied with their food. However, my latest experience was a letdown. I ordered a side of French fries, which was a mistake. For $4.99, I expected a decent serving size, but what I got was a tiny portion that left me feeling ripped off. The fries were good, but the value was not. I hope Pizza Hut reconsiders their pricing and portion sizes for this item. Still, I'll be back for their great pizza!

The lunch buffet is the thing to do while the kids are in school.

If you want a little bit of 80s and 90s nostalgia, go here. Monday-Friday lunch buffet. If they had the table Pac-Man game and the red and white Pizza Hut lamp shades, it would be my childhood all over again.

Waiting outside is slow. Sometimes it takes half an hour

Good food and staff is very friendly the cashier made me aware of how to get a better deal for my mo ey without me even asking. That's the kind of thing that makes me tip more and keeps me coming back for sure.

Food was definitely not great and not Pizza Hut quality from what I remember. My wife and I stopped in in for a quick lunch at the buffet. There were only six tables and they could not keep the buffet stocked with pizza and we also found hair in the pasta. Pizza was overcooked as all the crust was hard. Temperature of the buffet warmer seemed a little low. When I stuck my hand in to get a slice of pizza from one of the pans I did not feel any heat. We ordered wings and they came out lukewarm. The cinnamon sticks on the bar were hard and in a partially cut sheet and you had to fight to get them out of the pan. They still have beer taps up at the bar but I was told they haven't sold beer for years. And the price was way overpriced, (especially for the quality of food that Pizza Hut is known for vs. what I actually received) $45 before tip for two people to eat at the buffet bar and have a 6 count order of wings with two drinks. I doubt I will go back. Their motto is "No one out pizzas the Hut" but they certainly could have done a better job on this day.

I almost never give a restaurant 5 stars. To get 5 stars , the experience has to be so good that I will make the long drive back to eat there again. The table service here was excellent and the food was just like the Pizza Hut restaurants from my childhood. If you like the traditional Pizza Hut sit down experience, this place is your stop.

This place was awesome. We arrived just as lunch was starting the management was very helpful and bringing out pizzas we wanted which we really appreciated. She did mention they may not be able to do it every time but we were glad to get it. Food quality was good and hit the spot.

Tamarah was the best worker, I'm so glad to be served by her. She has a positive attitude and very kind towards me

i ordered thru the app for delivery and when my pizza and breadstick got here the breadsticks have none of the butter or seasoning it’s supposed to have, when i called the girl that answered was nice nd seemed to be a little confused i explained it to her and she told me to give her a sec after about a minute i heard someone in the background then a few seconds later i was hung up on this is not the first time something like this has happened. they need to look into the management.

Suprised on everything about this restaurant. Much better in service than any other thatI have been to in or around GCS. Clean and fast. Great place to have reasonable priced quick meal.

Great dining experience. The buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great dining atmosphere with comfortable booths. Few menu items on the buffet but well worth it for what it is.

Placed order on app forgot to make pickup time for latetr immediately called store to ask them to change pickup time for later they said no problem will be ready later upon arrival they had no record of my order manager black female was very rude to me I wanted to place the order then but she wasn't interested just told me to contact cuservice and slammed the drive up window in my face there always seems to be problems at this store will contact customer service for refund however they are only open 1pm to midnight central time horrible experience

Store manager or however you spell her name is horrible! If I can give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service and talks over customers with nasty attitude when her employee mistakenly made my pizza incorrectly. She’s very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Store manager hung up in my face when I called to notify her that my pizza was made wrong. She called me a liar, and then she told me I had to pay for the pizza they remake after I just paid $50 cash for the incorrect orders. She then lied and said my number does not populate any history of ordering from them when I have ordered pizza from the orange Ave location every weekend for my family for years. This establishment needs a new store manager immediately as she’s going to drive in straight into the ground and lose several valuable customers for her nasty behavior and disrespectful attitude! If she can’t run this business, which clearly we see I suggest she finds a job she can handle!

Might be the last visit. Came for the buffet. You used to be able to make a request and they would make it. I asked and got a VERY long explanation of NO. The first pizza we had had been out for a while and was cold. As we sat there with NO additional pizza being put on the buffet 20 minutes at 12:15; maybe the request should have been just to bring any pizza out. Sat for 15 minutes with empty drinks as well. I should have heeded the other reviews. 😔

Food is good but you have to be able to download the app and order because they are too lazy to answer the phone.

Pizza just got done when I arrived. Was greeted as soon as I pulled up to the window. Great Customer Service. Pizza was at perfect temperature.

Order placed and was to be ready at 7:15, not ready until after 8pm with no update Called restaurant multiple times while sitting outside, workers leaning on tables ignoring phone ringing- never got through

This was sadly the worst visit to a Pizza Hut that I have ever had. Waited in a nearly empty restaurant 5 minutes to be seated only to have someone yell across the restaurant to seat ourselves. Waited again for menus only to have to go seek those out for ourselves as well. Ordered appetizer only for it to never come. Ordered one hand tossed pizza with a topping and extra cheese only to have the waitress forget what we ordered 15 seconds after leaving and return to get our order again; I was stunned that such a simple order could be challenging to remember for less than a minute. The only person who I personally saw work diligently was the bus person. That young man, when we flagged him over, quickly got us our drinks, plates, and napkins, which were not brought with the pizza. Pizza was good and hot but little else good to say about the experience. I doubt we will be back soon.

I got a supreme personal pan pizza with a Pepsi. It was delicious associates were very friendly and professional and the food was very good. I highly recommend them.

Last time I was in I was told they don't serve salads anymore, even for the lunch buffet or at supper time, not worth going to for dine in anymore.

The crew was very polite and helpful. Due to a mistake I made, my order was delayed...but the manager made it right with no problems and was very courteous about it. Delivery woman was so sweet about it! 👍😄

Pizza was below average. Super supreme looked like a frozen store bought. Breadsticks were blah. Their phone is on speaker or something. Loud. Server was nice. Place was clean.

Our local (Green Cove Springs, Florida) Pizza Hut is outstanding! We get the best take out pizza there every single time! It's what keeps us coming back any time we're pizza hungry.

Food was great, they forgot to cook one pizza and it all was an advance order. Food was good...

The food was hot and fresh, we had elected to eat in the restaurant. Very clean and the service was ok. I think it was due to them being short staffed.

Good service basic pizza good time for all

Seem to have trouble w the online awards…but I am grateful for Paul who delivers our pizza hot and fresh and fast. Hope people are taking care of the drivers, keep in mind most times there may be only one person delivering on a Saturday night, and we still got ours in under 45 minutes. Thanks Pizza Hut GCS

The waitress was so nice and friendly. But when we got there only 3 pieces of pizza on buffet. When they brought more nothing I liked just pineapple and pepperoni, I could have had bread stickers but only 1. When what I liked came out it was time to leave. Pizza hut is the only good pizza around .I should just order a personal pan supreme that what I like . But I will be back .

I am glad the buffet is back! I wish they would start serving salad with it again especially since the price has gone up so much.
