9/15/24. 12:17pm I may be spoiled by the morning crew, but the crew this afternoon wasn't very friendly. The young lady who took my order did her job, but wasn't friendly. I ordered my normal iced tea and Diet Coke, but it seemed my order was interrupting something. She wasn't rude, but she wasn't very outgoing.

It's a good Hardee's. Been there forever, and service is good.

Posts on facebook ….Under new management and new employees come by and see how we have improved. The same day, waited in the standby section of the drive through for easily 10 min while employees are smoking cigarettes by the door right next to us! Food was not even warm….Cold and couldn’t even finish it. Yeah 👍🏻-👎🏻

The breakfast sandwich wasn't freshly made and the eggs were cooked on a dirty grill, I complained to the manager. She had my orders remade.

Tonight me and my son went there and the service was great.. Miss Amanda that took our order she was amazing and sweet and Chris that made our food was nice to..Great ppl

Amanda Hodges was extremely friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with she should be recognized for her social skills and work ethic

I was so impressed at how clean this Hardees is and the way we were greeted and waited on was so wonderful. The staff was nice especially Amanda. This Hardees is on my list for a return. I will definitely come back for a breakfast!!

Hardeys has differently gone down the hill over the years. We visit this Hardeys from time to time. I haven't been impressed with the food or service in a long time. You wonder why Chick-fil-A is at the top of the chain on fast food service. They care about their customers and make sure you have all the condiments you need. It would of made harsh browns a little easy to eat of I had some ketchup to eat it with. Then on top of it my chicken in my chicken biscuit was burnt.

I understand that there are times you must wait, and that's fine. Waiting and receiving 😌 not fresh food is next level. Only things fresh were the fries after a (18 minute/ pull up)wait in the drive thru. $40.00 later.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and was so please both times with the service. The workers were so very kind and polite. I don’t know the name of the lady who helped last visit, but Asia was very patient and helpful as I placed my order. The food was fast, hot, and delicious!

Just went there and ask could everything be fresh and the cashier with glasses said oh it’s always fresh! And when I get home my Frisco burger is cold and I pacifically said please make sure my bread is toasted and yet again I’m disappointed!!!

I would give them a zero but it won't allow me. We stop to get lunch and first we wanted 30 minutes for food because the lady on the line was busy giving a friend free fresh food. When I said something about it. She took upon herself to dump a large amount of salt on our sandwiches. The fries was cold and burnt. Very rude customer service. Won't be back .

Foods good service is excellent but the prices could go down 10 dollars for a tiny meal is outrageous

Third I've been here and every time they ask you to pull forward and wait an additional 5+ mins for your food (with no sort of compensation while 5+ order behind you get served) only to receive cold food every time is disturbing about this place. Never coming here again and will rather go to gas station near by for quick food.

Ms Kathy always has everything ready and prepped and is always fast! Always look forward to going in when she's there because I know my food is going to be fast and good!

Sorry, but food was horrible. I spend allot o of money for dinner for 2 people and the burger was cold and bread hard. Fries was hard.

Justin is the employee that took our order and he was very helpful and has a great personality. We dined in and our food was ready quickly. Everything was good.

The best biscuits anywhere ! They have started using a fried egg instead of scrambled egg. I like the scrambled better.

Ordered a chilled cheese with extra cheese and a fresco burger. The grilled cheese was for my kiddo... When i pulled forward and checked the order, grilled cheese was litterally bread with 2 slices of cold cheese. Not grilled or nothing... Went back through the drive through. Asked to get a different one, the attendent took it brough it back after, im sure, microwaving it for 20 seconds .. real cool. Also fresco burger was cold :/

Chicken tenders are the best I have, other restaurants are either over cooked or not cooked all the way, Hardee's is great.

Good food typical for Hardee's. Interior and exterior are clean. Bathroom is clean but old and feels a bit greasy. Tater tots were perfect. Biscuits are much better than competitors but Sausage isn't as good. They have biscuits and Gravy worth paying for. Staff is busy and seems to be more concerned with drive through. If driving through, they get people through quickly. UPDATE: Lunch menu not as good as breakfast and lunch crew imattitude is worse. Don't pay for the medium upgrade. $1.30 gets you about one ounce extra to drink and a couple fries (no joke or exaduration). The prices are going higher and the food seems to get smaller. Pack your lunch and skip fast food. Per pound the prices are absurd with major attitude from staff.

Jeremy M was very helpful on the drive through. Offered options and upsale for the apple pies. Love that he mentioned they just came out of fryer so be careful.

Shantell at this location was an absolute doll. Very fast and extremely friendly. Also made sure order was correct before handing it to me.This Hardee's location has improved their drive-thru wait time tremendously from the past.

I went through the drive-through and this is the third time I have encountered the employee named Shantell. She is wonderful with her customer service. She goes above and beyond with wiping down the cup, so there’s no dribbling and suggesting I double check my drink to insure it’s strong enough because it looked a little weak. Above and beyond for the customer.

Shantell was so helpful and sweet ❤️ I miss Hardee's chicken from back in the day but it's still great to have a place to grab a good biscuit n gravy 😄

I love this Hardee’s. I come here for the Hashbrowns. They’re always fresh and crunchy and there’s hardly ever a wait. Shantell at the window is so sweet and lively.

April the 5th on a Friday my husband and I visited this location. We noticed a new face with a joyful and very courteous attitude! Believe she said her name was Shontell. I MEAN SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT. I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR A VERY LONG TIME AND THIS WAS MY BEST EXPERIENCE. As you know restaurants run out of things and don't get your order correct every time. However she made sure she didn't allow us to leave until we were satisfied with a big smile on her face. Can you keep her around because she'll be the reason we come more often.

Saturday morning I went to Hardee's to get my mother and I a few biscuits and gravy entrees and biscuit sandwiches. When I tell you those biscuits where everything!!!!!! I had to go back the next day on Sunday to get them. I MEAN THEY WERE SO NICE AND PERFECT. Not too light and definitely not too dark but dark enough how I prefer yet still soft. The butter consistency over the whole biscuit even on the bottom of it just blew me away. I think this back is about to get really wide this summer. 🤣😂🤣🤣

One of the workers left the bathroom and did not wash their hands. And they did not have any syrup for my child's french toast sticks.... I don't understand how you can't have syrup if you have french toast sticks.

Out of all the fast food restaurants in Green Cove, my experience has been that our Hardee’s has the most friendly staff and Kayla didn’t disappoint. Super sweet girl

*** CUSTOMER “NO” SERVICE!!! My 2 Small Cheeseburgers had hard bread and lines on both sides from being pressed like a panini! Old and undesirable! Asked for replacement and women said curtly that’s the way they are and I will not replace them give me your card back and I will refund you. I asked her name she ignore me. I asked if she was the manage she ignored me. She said again give me your card. I was done! Never been treated so rudely! Let alone the sub par food that she would not replace! Wonder if she represents the Employee Culture? What a bad mark on the Brand and that restaurant location! I was thru the drive thru at 12 noon 1/4/24 DT#183 and my credit receipt is attached for reference $7.50. I drove 1/8 mile to McDonalds and got two great Cheeseburgers with a smile for $5.00! What a sad state of affairs at Hardee’s in Green Cove, FL.

I was so entirely impressed with Shantell. You wouldn't expect such a sweet and Chick-fil-A type of service and demeanor but she totally brought it. Wholesome person. God bless her. The definition of "bloom where you're planted." Yes, I know over the top. But she was literally the sweetest window person in a drive thru I have ever experienced.

Our arrival was just as lunch started and we ordered the 10 piece chicken tender combo. The food came out and the fries were really hot and good but the chicken tenders were barely warm. We approached the manager and told her the tenders were cold . She informed us the lunch had just started and they were hot. She turned around to an employee and told her to put our chicken tenders in the microwave. We declined to take the chicken tenders that were put in a microwave. We politely asked for our money back on the chicken tenders but still paid for the fries and drink. The manger informed us she was doing the money from breakfast and would have to wait. After we got our refund and were leaving, she was overheard asking the kitchen staff if they threw out our tenders. My first question as a serve safe manager is why was food touched by customers handed back to the kitchen and not disposed of at the front counter. She must of had her doubts on whether they would reuse the food or she would not have asked the question. We have had good food at Hardee’s before but will never return to this one due to concerns about contamination.

No one came up to the desk until about 7 minutes of me standing there. The food that I had (Philly cheese steak burger) was not that impressive. There were about 2 quarter size pieces of "cheese steak" on the whole thing and a bland hamburger that was over done.

Service could have been better but with it being the first day for one employee. They did a great job with service. We got the sausage gravy and biscuits. Delicious as always. It’s great having this really clean Hardee’s in our town. They do a great job.

Waited over 15 minutes in drive thru with no other cars in line. Food was terrible. Fries only half full. Threw away 2 burgers cause they didn’t taste right. Paid 56 bucks for 4 burger meals and it was prepared without any standard if quality. Big waste of money. High school kids run the joint with no apparent adult supervision. I want my money back.

A little bit more expensive but you can get some amazing combos at this location and the food is usually really good

My husband ordered through the drive thru and Kathy the cashier on 2/28/2024 that morning took his order. He told her everything he wanted. For his crew at work he comes often to this location and 2/27/2024 he ordered as well. 2/27/2024 his order was wrong but he did not complain and the biscuit was so hard you could run it over ten times with a tractor trailer and it would still be a straight cement biscuit. So back to 2/28/2024 he had 7 items he order he went to the window paid and never looked in the bag. Shocking to me cause he always check in the bag. He gets to work give the fellows there items and notice he is one biscuit short. He goes back to Hardee's cause that's his biscuit that's was missing. You ever ordered for everybody and you don't eat. So Kathy says at the window after he explained he just came there and his biscuit was missing that she tried to save him some money. He was very upset because he tried to explain that he never wanted to save money he wanted his order to be right. She still insisted on telling him I said you money by doing what I did don't get mad with me. This could have ended very bad for all employees. Kathy created a hostile environment at the time. My husband got out and went in and talk eith the lady she still seemed to be absent minded. Stating she was saving his money. He told her I did not ask you to save me nothing that's why it's so many problems there because you making decisions for customers. You don't change someone's order if they did not tell you to. In my opinion Kathy need to be walked through the aspects of customer service, proper etiquette related to order taking and understand a person orders what they want not what you want them to have. If some one ask for something it's not your job to try to save money it's your job to take the money and give them a good back of there choice. Please have a word with her before something spirals out of control. My husband has sugar and that whole ordeal could have been avoid if she would have gave him what he word but there was a sweet waitress there that asked him to come over and she would give him the order but at that point he was very upset and heated he did not want anything from Hardee's. So the money she tried to save went to chic Fila so your business actually loss money. Kathy needs to be in the back on the grill/dish crew if she can handle being in front with normal calm cool people.

You can go somewhere on Monday and have a great meal and go agian on Tuesday with different staff working and have the worst meal ever. Hardee's is one of the few fast food chains who are consistently good.

Got a pork chop biscuit and it was very satisfying. If you never had one you gotta get one.

After today, you need to replace staff for rudeness and unprofessionalism. Over 3 families walked out just while we were there. It will have to be some major changes before we come back

I will NEVER go to this restaurant again. The employees are slow and lazy and I just spent almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. This place needs shut down!!

Ordered food with the app Fridy Ed v Ed ning. 3 burgers and a shake. Paid inside the app as required to place an order. Went to the drive up window. Food was ready, but the young girl said she couldn't make a as hake! I asked for the $4 refund. She said as he couldn't do that. Told me to do it through the app. No way to do that. So I left a customer complaint. No word back from corporate. Makes hamburgers there very expensive.

I can't have bread. It's not a choice being gluten intolerant. I asked to have food put in a bowl or box without a bun and the reply was that it could not be done. They were able to accomodate me in the past, I'm curious as to what has changed.

Green cove spring Hardee’s at 1010 am on January 9th a black lady was working at the register and walking around talking on her cell phone really loud while people were waiting in line to order. She did multiple times and one guy even walked out. Elderly people were there waiting for their food and can’t stand that long. What poor service. I have never seen anyone in my whole life talk o their cellphone at a register anywhere. There were only a few people sitting in there and you wonder why you aren’t getting that much business. Well you would get more if you didn’t allow your employees to talk on their cellphones lol…. I couldn’t get her name because she didn’t have a name tag on. There was one black lady making the food and one white lady doing drive thru and black lady taking orders at the register. Please do something about her. The black lady making the food and white lady at the drive thru were doing great. I had to say white and black because that lady talking on her phone didn’t have a name tag and that’s the only way I can explain it.

If you order on the app, then get in the line for pick up, as none of the staff will acknowledge you until you speak up loudly when you go to the pick-up area of the counter. Food was okay, not really hot, since I was ignored for quite a few minutes. There was a line inside and a backup in the drive thru,

Love this place. I'm always greeted by personality and not robots, and there's always absolutely drop-dead gorgeous women that keep the place running like a well oiled machine.

Everything was okay except part of my order was missing on drive-thru. But, I went inside and picked up what was missing. Happy Customer for sure 😀

The staff was great at this location they had already stopped disturbing breakfast by about 20 minutes and they totally cooked us some breakfast anyways it took a little while but we didn't mind waiting we even got extra hash browns because they cooked too many and we were the only ones eating them I definitely would recommend going to this location the staff went out of their way to make sure we got the meal we wanted you don't get many excellent experiences like that at fast food restaurant anymore can't say that about them.

Inept, lazy lady had to yell at us 3 times during our attempt to order that they close in 20 mins. This is one of the only places that my wife and i can eat in town due to having a gluten allergy (my wife's retail job ends at 8PM in Orange Park, and we carpool home), and the broad just sounded like she didn't want to work. Staff your employees with competent people and not YAS queens. If you don't want to work, then just apply for welfare.

Went thru the drive thru and was told that they could not take our order as the fryer was not working.

Roast beef sandwich is always yummy! Those curly fries are my favorite!

Food is usually good. Service is good too, it's just that they are understaffed. Usually only two on shift. If you're in a rush, it may be a few mins. Just a heads up.

Food was horrible. Ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich and bacon egg and cheese. Was prepared terrible and you changed your eggs from scrambled to fried. Horrible. I loved Hardee's breakfast before now. It was my favorite at one time. Not anymore. Sad.

I think they have different prices on their menus for every store. I was charged almost $4 for large sweet tea and yet they're advertising for $2.20 an $ 2.98. Some prices are higher than others depending on location. Overall food is fairly good. Service wasn't bad. They were pretty guick..an courteous. Just have to check prices before you order a guess that way you don't get overcharge !!

So angry. We were in the drive thru with no one behind us. They asked if we'd pull forward. After 10 mins, I went in. They forgot to give us our food. One of them has their kids there while working. The lady who handed me my food flicked it at me with attitude. The only thing I said is there a problem because it was 10 minutes.
