Order73. I'd like to thank everyone who was on shift this evening 09/03/2024 at this Burger King #23772. I walked in around 6-6:15pm was greated, ordered 8 medium combo meals- 2Texas Whoppers, 3Whoppers, 1 Chicken, 2Bacon Kings. All were hot and delicious by the time I got home & felt the love and dedication it took to make. Family was Super Happy & we wore our crowns all night! Thank You!

I ordered today the fiery chicken sandwich & burger plus 2 coupon items and out of all the items I'm missing the fiery burger I was disappointed because I wanted to try it but anyways I have to go back and that's a complete drag because of the traffic at this time 0rder #70

For me it is the best fast food service I have ever visited, I recommend it.

"Have it your way," is just a slogan. Food is not served as order. On the menu board, everything looks fantastic, but the end result is not worth it.

The customer service is extremely unacceptable and argumentative what's going on at this location A simple task of taking an order becomes an ordeal This location definitely needs new management . Stay away if you don't want an argument over your order ... Now you can't have it your way....

I'm not used to giving surveys, but I'm going to do it because I'm annoyed. I rarely go to Burger King and I love whoppers, but at 3401 S Orange Blossom Trail in Kissimmee the employees seem like they don't want to work. I was there for 25 minutes and they never served me, that's why Burger King almost doesn't sell and when customers come they don't serve them as they should. zero stars 👎

Ordered French toast sticks forgot my syrup,then no coffee stirer included to stir my sugar. No napkins. Not a pleasant experience today.

Closed early with a sign and everything

Too much mayonnaise and the food looks like it was made the day before, especially the new mozzarella sticks. It seems like they reheated it several times, I still took a bite to try, but how disgusting, just look at the cheese, imagine how it tasted.

We had coupons and it was awesome 2 Whoopers and 2 Cheese Brugers.. We will be back.. Thank you burger King 🤴 😋

I had a wonderful experience st this establishment this week. i was greeted by jayla & steven & my food was received from Kimmy. i loved their customer service after a long stressful day which cheered me right on up. I ordered a whopper jr & impossible whopper , which were grilled to perfection. Due to this visit , i will be ordering and visiting this burger king more often.

Food always good. But just service at BK everywhere is terrible. Here was better then most BK Update. They service got worst. Way slower. 8 min to take my order on drive thru. And another 9 min to get my food. SMH

They were reluctant to serve a burger minus a bun because they don't have containers that support it. Wendy's has plastic so if you need to avoid the bun, it might be worth a trip across the parking lot. Otherwise, the food was pretty good.

Standard fast food restaurant. Food is as expected from location to location. Service is what makes an individual restaurant stand out. This store usually does a great job of just that.

I'm here at 11:30pm, I can see two employees inside. Sitting down, they told me they are closed. Sign says 12am, Google says 12am.

First of all I love Burger King. And second of all I want everyone to know that I welcome everyone to this Country that's a good person. If you come here and you work in customer service, Please get your comprehension level to a point where your customer service skills are adequate for the position. The people all very courteous and very kind. And appreciate you all! And sometimes when I have a headache, Burger King does the trick!

Every single time I order from here, whether it’s in person or on Uber eats the food is usually cold and the order is usually incorrect. They take forever in the drive thru and will have you park even when the place is empty. Complaints do no justice. Eat here at your own risk.

Staff is horrible, fix your damn drive thru speakers, had repeat my order 5 times and still got it wrong and guy couldn’t even speak english. disgusting food.

They literally closed because they were out of meat but didnt bother to say it through the intercom at the drive thru IT WAS 10PM AND THEY ARE SO LAZY THAT THEY CANT EVEN SAY WERE CLOSED THROUGH THE INTERCOM they had me waiting for 20 minutes before telling me they were closed this place is straight up awful bad and disgusting

Is this place still open? It’s like every other day they close hours early and when they are open they’re getting your order wrong time after time. Want to bring it to their attention? Maybe 1 in every 5 employees speaks English. Not only that but they’re aggressive and mean when they don’t understand you even management. Burger King is pretty mid but this place is an exception, it’s worse than mid. It’s dog water here, drive 10 minutes to the one in Poinciana, close this one down.

What can I say? You have no fries for a week, Your employees are rude and dismissive, but understanding their 10 dollar an hour job, they don't care. Just go to another store.

Absolutely the worst Burger king within 100 miles radius.Had to wait about 40 minutes in a drive-through for my food, and other times i have waited upwards to 20 minutes.Avoid it please,do yourself a favor.

I just went there. Ordered at the drive thru. Cars there were just leaving since the drive thru didn’t pay attention to them. I went up to the speaker. They told me to wait. I waited 20 minutes and still no service. Had to go around to the window and complain. The worker was ignoring me at the window. Had to get out of my car and bang on the window. She said they are shorthanded. Still don’t understand why they couldn’t tell people to come on

Love the Impossible Whopper Burger. Wow nothing or no one compares to veggie burger than Burger King. I recommend it 100%!!!!

Always a long line, the staff is horrible ! They have enough people they’re just too busy goofin off being weird like they didn’t apply for the job ? Today it’s not cash only it’s no drive thru orders ? Through the speaker ? Do the speaker is fine ? Why I have to come in the restaurant ?? Because it’s 50/50 you’ll get out the car. And the rest don’t want to stand in the line once you come in 😒 hate Kissimmee

I’d give this place negative stars for service if possible. Instead of my two meals I ordered on Uber eats they send me a piece of pie because they were closing. The manager should be fired. Corporate should do something, this location has been terrible since it opened.

Took me about ten minutes to be acknowledged at the drive thought it was closed. Then they told me to park. Where I waitee for another 20 mins for my food. Didn't come with napkins or any condiments.

Good food. One of the cleanest BKs I've been in.

Got to the drive thru and there were 2 cars ahead of me at the podium. Moments after arriving the first of the 2 cars ahead of me was moving to the window leaving just the car in front and myself. I waited about 10 minutes or more for the car in front to finally get their order in. Once that they were done I was asked to give her a min. She camback on the speaker and said something I just wasn't able to understand, so I promceeded to give my order. I was then interrupted and was told I needed to wait for another min or two. At this point I was pretty upset. There are employees outside smoking and hanging out meanwhile I need to wait!? I responded with this needs to hurry up and her response was if I don't like it I can go to McDonald's. At this point I waited again for a few and got no response. So I then parked and went inside the nice young lady behind the POS was pleasant and egar to help. She got stuck on a modification and she got the manager involved. I noticed that the manager was the person who told me to go to McDonald's. I then asked the what her name was (no name tags).. name given was Kimberly. As she was helping the new person at the POS I noticed she was quite unpleasant to her. Order was placed and the young lady who took my order notice it was done incorrectly. She told the person making it and there was a slight discussion about the mistake. He the proceeds to take it and deconstruct the sandwich and make the corrections. That wasn't really ok... but at the pace that it was taken I didn't complain. Except that while re assembling my sandwich he was distracted by the manager and would stop. At one point the sandwich was complete but the person making the corrections was just holding the sandwich in his hands and continued to have his conversation as to sau what I'm talking about is way more important that taking care of the customer. I had to ask for the sandwich while he was talking to Kimberly. I did raise my voice while asking for it so It immediately caught her attention. Nothing else that was done wrong caught her attention, but the raising of my voice asking for my sandwich did. The She raised her voice back at me asking what's the problem. I proceeded to let her know that it was, taking way to long and I was on my way to McDonald's. She never responded... and I left with a mediocre sandwich that had been mishandled and cold by the time I got it. This should never have taken place. I understand that when it's slow distractions will occur, but this was just plain bad, and the arrogance was displayed was just uncalled for. I go to this same store all the time during the day and I never have had any issues nor have I ever have to wait in Drive thru fir such a long time, let alone told to go to McDonald's. This is a simple transaction that should have taken place but instead turn into a terrible customer service experience and I may just need to take my Buisness elsewhere.

Terrible service !!Even my receipt cleared stated “NO ketchup” but I had to throw out my whopper because there was definitely ketchup on it. It’s not worth the time and gas to take it back to the store, so I am hungry and out the money !!!!

Literally 4 nights in a row I wasn’t able to get served there’s always an excuse and everyone who works here at least who I have dealt with has an attitude

I'm giving my new regular store 5 star. Because 3 people called out. And they still took care of customers like myself. When they could have just focused on doing the drive thru only. Thank you night staff👍

Went there several times in the last year. Food is good. Service sucks. We don’t go there anymore. We go to Wendy’s instead. The main headquarters management needs to check this store out! No excuse for it!

The Whopper has always been my fav fast-food burger but yesterday's was exceptional, better than usual. The kitchen was slow but food was worth the wait.

Excellent! Food was tasty and hot. Had to wait a little bit in the drive-in. Girl at the drive-in was very nice and polite! Don't care to wait as long as I get what I want! Recommend 💯

Had the fish Burge, and it was amazing 👏. I hadn't eaten it in a long time because it never tasted good, but it was the best fish Burge in a long time. 😋

Some of the Co workers where speaking so loud about their personal life. It was disturbing.

Only bad thing I can say about this location is that from the second sauce and onward, they'll charge you 25 cents for each one.

The Burger Kings in our area do NOT honor BK's veterans discount. I don't think anyone knows how to smile or say thank you.

Stopped for french toast on 4/17/23 15 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end.....they said they would not serve the french toast because it was to close to lunch switch over. This Burger King has the worst customer service....no wonder they have a 2 star rating do yourself a favor dont bother stopping here. Stopped for lunch 8/10/20 at 11am ordered food ok but no shakes available...no sundays available....no frozen drinks either....ended up getting water from my car. Used the restroom towel dispenser empty had to ask counter person for napkins to dry hands. Counter help didn't say sorry or even seem to care...washed hands again after eating 20 min still no towels had to use tolit paper to dry hands. I guess the owner isn't around and the help don't seem to care.

I made an order to pick up at 5:54 pm and they gave me the order at 6:14 pm, 20 minutes late without any customers outside or inside the restaurant and I was missing a fries and a hamburger…. the workers clearly look do not want to work, the cleaning is not very good...

Very good service. The one works fromt somtimes tall blonde and another Spanish lady so friendly always make my Food fresh. I only eat Burger King this location

Drive thru took a little too long but the American chicken sandwich was good as usual and fries were fresh crisp and hot

The cashier told me about a special which saved me money…it was nice that she cared and paid attention. Most times the order is simply taken and they move into the next customer. Place was clean and the food was hot. Downfall was the soda machine was out of A LOT of options. Everything else was great though.

I’ve been waiting for 15 mins… still waiting. When it opened up service was great. Now all of a sudden it’s superrrrr slow. I’m the only one at the window. Why the wait ?

This place needs a serious customer service upgrade, it always takes a long time to get food and it's the only Burger King that's around this area otherwise I would go somewhere else. NEEDS SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPROVEMENT.

El burguer king es muy lindo, sitio tranquilo. La orden me la entregaron con amabilidad. Fui a pedirle más servilletas y la joven atareada que estaba cortando tomates vino y me ayudó con una linda sonrisa. Me encantó.

I went through the drive through and she was very kind but I could I believe there to have been a language barrier. My order was wrong and when I brought it inside to get it adjusted the manager was very rude and cold when I was speaking with him. The food when we got back to the car was cold and hard, you could tell it had been sitting. Won't be going back.

Not great. They use a old tactic of only taking 1-2 orders at a time to keep there wait times low. Very annoying

I work 3rd shift & stopped by for a hamburger meal after work at 7:30 am. Can't buy a burger anywhere else in the morning, had to wait a few minutes for cook to order, but everything was hot & delicious.

So I was just there and went through the drive through. The young lady was so pleasant. My order was correct and that says a lot anymore. This store absolutely has the right people in place doing their jobs. Y’all couldn’t have a better person representing your store than the young lady you had at that window this evening
