The service here is really slow not good doing mobile orders either

I feel bad for the employees who work here. We came in to eat dinner, not only was our food messed up with wrong topping on a burger, but we had to wait a ridiculous amount of time at the counter just for ketchup. While there's only 1 girl working the front counter with a line of food to pack and customers in a line at the register, the manager is sitting and having casual conversation with customers in the lobby. That is embarrassing for Burger King and horrible for the employees' morale! Do better!

You have one mission, Make fast food. You failed at every level and then you failed to correct the situation. If you don't know what i'm talking about, it doesn't matter. READ YOUR STORE REVIEWS FOR LAKE PLACID FLORIDA. HIGHWAY 27 SOUTH. It's all there. And I did notice you have not responded to any of the reviews. So when BK closes down you will know the reason why. It's clear that nobody cares !

Went after lunch time. Two managers took 20 minutes after my food went out the window 2 x. Never got food, took refund after 20 minutes. Could not get head mgr phone told to come back tomorrow, Gary would be there tomorrow. Manager was rude, went into office came out no phone number, turned her back on me and began stuffing bags cashier apologized and figured out what happened. This behavior will kill your business. This store is the most inept I have ever come in contact with.

10/10, and if you compare it with Rashka, then you fools will cry.

Can someone explain why I had to wait 20 MINUTES to place an order when another car pulled up in the other driveway and ordered before me? 20 MINUTES! Horrible service. Food was not all that great. Ordered a rodeo burger with light BBQ sauce and they slopped the sauce on it. Also ordered a wrap and the piece of chicken was so small you could have mistaken it for a chicken nugget.

Everyone was super nice and helpful

Waited way too long just to order,then they got it wrong. That's the second and last time I'll be going there.

Food was hot and fresh, though it took a while to get order.

Showed up at 9:20 the lobby was closed yet there was two customers inside when the manager finally came to the door I asked her what time the Lobby closed because they don't have any business hours posted at all she informed me that tonight she closed the lobby at 9:00 by that time it was 9:40 p.m. and the two customers inside had just walked out so I questioned her about their order taking 40 minutes and she said yes definitely needs new management at the store they close whenever they want to so I decided to go to the competition for a nice meal might not be going back

Waited in drive thru for over 5 min at the speaker. Went inside to use the restroom and it was full of employees. So I went to the counter and no one around except a guy mopping in the kitchen area. This store needs new management!!

If you want to see a show come here. The manager walked from taking an order from mom before she even started. The manager went to the bathroom. She was in the bathroom for 20 minutes. She came out and said she "was hiding." Don't stop here unless you have over a half hour for fast food. The staff yells and the manager walks away from cash paying customers instead of helping the single person working the grill.

It's pretty hard to beat 69 cent ice cream cones. I wish they had some outdoor seating.

Would be a negative 10 if available it's not a fast food place. I sat at the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order and they kept saying be with you in a moment. After 5 minutes someone pulls up in the other lane and they take their order first! No management no communication between employees the excuse was they just were handed the headset for drive thru and didn't know who had been waiting the longest then another 5 minutes or more waiting in line to actually get my food. I'll never go back there again. This is a reoccurring problem with that place!

Waited over 15 min in drive through for 20 piece chicken nuggets

The food and atmosphere were good also the store is relatively new. The issue is the staff and wait times I've had to wait 30 minutes for a burger. So if your on a rush I would not chose this location. Second time going after first review and the staff had a good attitude but this time in the drive thru still has a long wait time.

There was like 5 tablespoons of mayo on my burger for no reason. Like, I'm not even upset but I think the employees are acting up or something cuz ain't no way someone thinks putting $5 worth of mayo on a western cheeseburger makes sense lol. There was so much mayo it oozed out the sides of the soggy bun when I bit into it. Definitely don't eat here unless you hate yourself lol.

Ordered the bacon king burger, all they put was 2 patties, 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 slices of cheese. Not a single piece of bacon, and an inedible amount of mayonnaise. Also the whopper Jr was just as wet. The drinks didn't really taste right either. Hopefully yall can step it up a bit better in the future...

No one is ever at pay window they make you wait at speaker if only 1 car is at window super slow service to receive cold burgers ordered a melt and it was ice cold cheese was not melted so disappointing for such a wait.

There was poop all over the handicap sink and the back of the door. Disgusting!

Not enough help took over 20 min to get two burgers two fries I will never go back again.

These people had me sitting waiting forever for my food then forgot the nuggets. I had to go inside for them and watched the lady use her bare hands to pick up and bag all the nuggets. When I said something about it she played stupid and told me she used tongs as I watched her hold the tongs in her hand with the bag and use her bare hand to load em. I called and complained and they didn’t care and got huffy puffy that I was even complaining.

Worst place the stuff especially management r so rude. I was standing for 5 min no acknowledge me or asked me if u need any helpacknowledge

It's Burger King. A little slow, but not terrible.

Have to say employees seemed a bit preoccupied with something other then preparing food and serving it. Took so long for my food with only 3 people in the restaurant. It was a disaster in quality of food as well. Burger was half on the bun and the tomato wasn't even on the bun, it was in the packaging. No cheese when I ordered it and the fries were cold. You would think the fries would be hot since it took so long to get my food. Ugh just seems Burger King is going down hill lately. What gives?

Took almost 30 minutes to get food inside. They weren't busy, nobody waiting in the drive thru, just no show of ambition in the staff or management. Most of the tables were empty but not wiped down.

Went through the drive thru to pick up lunch, didn't have to wait too long. Our food order was correct and the food was good. The employee at the window was great. She was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Thanks for a great visit.

I'm updating this review from negative to positive. I've since returned several times because there has been long strides of improvements at this location. I've had no misorders, the food has been very good, and the wait time seems to have come down at the drive through. The current crew is doing a good job and I am thankful for their work.

Service is not that bad, but there are few people working for the demand of food being purchased. They took an hour to have our food ready and it's the first time in years we passed by. Working people are nice and attentive but I think the owner needs to do something to have more people working there to take care of the in-store clients.

Food was hot, inside and outside store was clean. Lavatory had no paper towels. I had to repeat my order 4 times at the counter and both sandwiches still came out wrong. Plus during our visit the main item we wanted which was the original chicken sandwich they did not have, also did not have any chocolate milkshakes. Staff seemed very inattentive.

Always expect plan out to be there for 20+ minutes. They take a long time. Depending on who’s working, the staff might be a little faster. Some staff are generous & caring while others are not.

This location is my fuel up stop(right next to a WaWa FYI)for my trek from SFL to Tampa. I have stopped here all times of the day and have yet to encounter a rude or just bad vibed person. I've only done drive through so there's that and have only once had to wait for more than a few minutes..the food was Buger King. Oh I wouldn't get the breakfast croissant again...not a fan at all..everything else has been typical BK

Clean ,Service could have been quicker

This Burger King is still relatively new! Was constructed about 4 years ago now. Before there was a Burger King where Dunkin Donut is now. Didn't have a Burger King in Lake Placid for a long haul. Sebring was the nearest location if one wanted to eat at Burger King. So, BK is back in Lake Placid! They are doing OK at this location but was better before the pandemic changed life as we knew it before. And so, I did order breakfast which was good. However, my take out order was not accurate! I didn't realize that until I got home, I specifically asked for beacon on both of my orders, it was typed in correctly on my receipt at the front counter. But the food preparer in the back still put sausage on my egg and cheese crawsant. Whew!!! Get you head out of your duffle bag back there in the kitchen!!!! While I was waiting for my order, another customer came back in with food that wasn't prepared right too, She showed what they gave her in oppose to what she ordered. They vowel to get it right for this customer who returned. I didn't bother to come all the way back, no time for that. I do recognize the many change of managers and staff at this restaurant. Let's go back to work now, and help put America back on track at all locations. Overall, I have had some very good service at this Burger King and not some good service there, too. God Bless America! Early morning breakfast on our way to Orlando. Service was on point and quick

Some places are good then some in sebring are bad . The food quality is poor

Took 15 minutes to get our food after ordering.

On 12/31/2021, we pulled in and ordered 3 combos, totalling $30.82. When we arrived at the pick up window. I requested extra ketchup. I was told after I paid, that their is a shortage of ketchup. I requested ketchup from their pump. She said, they couldn't do that. At the end, she calls her manager, only to say no and shut the window on our face. This is an idea, tell your customers, that you are out of the product, after the greeting, but before the order is placed! Let the customer decide, whether or not they want to continue. Fries without ketchup isn't dull. From check number #5012.
