California Chicken sandwich was dry and tough

Never again, we drove 40 minutes to come and eat at this establishment, the first time was great food so we came again. The restaurant was not busy at all, it took a good 15 minutes to get a server to greet our table, then we waited 1 hour to get our food. We went to the hostess stand to find out why and we were told food was on the way.. it wasn’t. The chef came and served us our food and apologized for the wait. I went myself and talk to the manager and explained my disappointment. We never got our drink refilled. Well a nightmare of a lunch!! We got the bill with not even a discount! Will never go back and definitely will not recommend to anyone.. not a good way to take care of customers!

First time here, pleasantly surprised. Outside with beautiful weather and great service. Pot roast dish was outstanding. Will surely be back again.

Looks like a cool place from outside but it’s not good. Service was off. Food and drinks came out painfully slow and disjointed (half our table got food earlier than rest). The food itself was bad - apps were decent but the grouper sandwich was awful. Drinks were watered down. Hate to be so negative as everyone seemed nice, but this is probably the worst restaurant / bar in Mercato.

Food surprised me, very good! Took forever to get drinks for a tavern. Asked for check - 5 minutes later it came 4 more minutes they took my card 5 more minutes to get it back. Why? Lack of attention by server - she would just get lost - nowhere to be found!!

Mediocre service . Neither of our entrees were great. My roast beef deep had a good number of parts that were inedible. The patio was nice though Overall more of a 2.5

Retro style foods with a great beer, wine and full service bar. Inside and outside service , dog friendly. Great menu that doesn't compete with anyone nearby

Don't forget to check out the special of the day. Smoked Old fashioned whiskey is worth dying for. The ambiance is excellent and the service was superb. I recommend advance reservations if you want to sit out on the patio and enjoy the ambiance.

Terribly slow service. Salmon salad was mediocre at best.

Checked in for outside table and were informed it was a 25 minute wait even though there were empty tables. Returned 30 minutes later only to be told it was another 25 minute wait. Hostess wasn’t the least bit apologetic. And again there were many empty tables.

We didn't order any food, just cocktails, but the service was poor, and the bathrooms were trashed. A couple next to us sat for 15 minutes waiting to order drinks until we drew some staff attention to them. The paper towel dispenser in the men's room was on the sink counter. The only urinal was covered with a plastic bag and out of service. The women's room was out of TP. We are not going back.

The burntwood burger is amazing. Over easy egg wasn't runny but overall taste is excellent. With the fries were a bit crispier

The outdoor seating is great & happy hour had several options & good drink prices. Server was friendly. The food was average or a bit below. Had the chicken sliders. Even though they were buttermilk-fried, they were bland. The buns were stale. The tater tots were heavy & a bit gummy.

It’s not really bottomless mimosas if the sever never comes to the table. Went on an extremely empty weekend day and it took forever to get anything. Food was mediocre at best they only had a hand full of actual breakfast items and all overpriced. The eggs tasted like they came from a carton for the price you pay.

I went there on a Sunday and was happily surprised that their happy hour is 7 days a week! The burger sliders and chicken sliders are a must try! But don't let the word "sliders" fool you, it's a lot meat on those sliders!

Walk in before operation time and welcome extremely well. Food delicious and well prepared and served! I found my new spot to hang out!

Service was so bad. The bartender rude and dismissive. She must hate working there by her attitude.

Sat for 20 minutes in the patio, not a single server was available to serve our table.

There were sixteen of us all crowded around a table that should hold ten or twelve patrons. The crowded table was more fun than we imagined because we were all friends and college fraternity brothers from the late 60s. While I found the food at Burntwood Tavern to be uninspiring, our waitress, Maya, was the highlight of the evening. She got every order right, and had a sense of humor that was every bit as good as her competency.

Service was mediocre, at best. Kitchen was incredibly slow. Food matched the service, with the exception of the two meals that were cooked completely wrong. Then, on the 2nd try of these meals, it was another 25 minutes on top of the hour+ we already waited. No offer to refill drinks and no check-ins. The server avoided our table like the plague-not a good look, girl. The only upsides to this experience were: the manager who took off all the entrees and, leaving! We are restaurant workers and we couldn’t even find the benefit of the doubt on any level. See ya never!

Food was fantastic. The place was very nice. Our server Michael was exceptional. We enjoyed every single dish we had. Our first time here and we celebrated our 18th year anniversary in great hands. They sat us in the little cabana and we loved it due to our occasion. Will definitely be coming back for more.

We had a great experience at this restaurant. Short wait and hostesses were super nice. We enjoyed meeting and having Vladan as our waiter, very nice and made some helpful recommendations. The food was delicious- we’ll definitely be back again during our next visit at Mercato

Nice patio and atmosphere at the Mercato. Tried their BWT Burger, it was excellent! The cheesecake dessert was also very good. Only reason they are not getting a 5-star review is because of the service, seriously lacking.

The Bar tender McKenzie is absolutely fantastic we are now coming here for food and drinks because of the service we received from her. The bar was busy but she was all over the place taking care of customers. Our new place now!!

McKenzie at the bar is an all star! Attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. Stopped in for a few appetizers. My water glass stayed full and she followed up to ensure we were good! Exceptional service which is quite unusual in Naples.

We had lunch there last week and the service was horrible The waitress messed up the whole order. Asked to speak to a Manager and Dave came over and was very pleasant and understanding He was the nicest manager we have ever spoke to for his kindness and understanding I would give 5 STARS ✨ THANK YOU DAVE WE WILL BE BACK

Naples offers many lovely places to enjoy cocktails and a bite to eat, what sets Burntwood Tavern above the rest is their outstanding customer service. You only have one chance to make a good first impression. The first time we stopped by the beautiful patio, Cassidy was our server. She was friendly, kind, fun and anticipated our needs before we had to ask for anything. Because of Cassidy’s fabulous demeanor and service Burntwood Tavern has become one of our favorite restaurants and weekly destinations. The delicious food and cocktails are just a bonus! On our last visit we had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, David. It is obvious that friendly and gracious service starts at the top. Much like Cassidy, David was warm and welcoming. Burntwood Tavern - fabulous service, beautiful setting, delicious food & cocktails…THANK YOU Cassidy & David!!

We are pleased to remove our previous negative review. This is an update thanks to Dave, the new General Manager, at Burntwood Tavern who welcomed us back with efficient and pleasant service. I had a very tasty cheeseburger and my husband had fish and chips. Both very good. We will definitely return with family and friends in the future. Job well done Dave ! See you again soon. I don’t have a problem with the food, I do however have a problem with the beverage charges. $14.00 for a Tito’s straight up w/lemon, 28 for two drinks that should have cost $18/20.00. We usually go there with a group of 8-10 folks, well, you just lost some new business from all of us collectively and individually. Gouging doesn’t benefit your wait staff, they loose the most as you gain a few cents on the dollar. What’s Chopin cost, $20.00?

Dropped in for a quick bite. The service was friendly and helpful. We tried the fish & chips and steak salad. The food was decent. I'll definitely stopped in again.

Unremarkable food, very short staffed. The two staff that were on did their best, but they were stretched very thin. The decor of the restaurant is fine, but some elements conflict with others. Overall, the restaurant is OK, but needs a revamping of its decor and menu.

It is 100°and you still have the garage door open with nobody sitting at your outdoor bar AC not up to par I swept the whole time I ate the the great food that you have I will never return again

My family and I decided to go here for brunch because of the good reviews. It was a complete disappointment. We were seated in a booth were a bird had pooped because the inside is not completely close to the outdoors and it was extremely hot. I asked for a cup of ice for an orange juice and the ice came with a very long hair inside the glass. At that point we wanted to leave but had already ordered food and didn’t want to be rude. My mother’s avocado toast was brown and the egg was boiled instead of poached and straight from the freezer. Would never go here again.

Just had a drink at the bar. 99 degrees out and they had windows open, door open. It was very uncomfortable to have eaten in an oven!

Went there on a Thursday around 6pm, it wasn’t that busy. Was ignored for about 15 minutes after being seated. Server walked past my table several times & I actually had to stop them just to be acknowledged. I felt somewhat embarrassed & almost left. I wish I did because the food & drinks were not good. The cocktail I ordered was watered down. The smoked buffalo wings I didn’t even finish, the smoked flavor was not good at all. It’s very hard to mess up wings but yeah, I did not even finish them. It my first & definitely last time at this restaurant.

My family and me went for bottomless mimosas and we found out they also have happy hour all week, our server Jordan was amazing, he was super attentive and kind, every time he saw our mimosas almost finished, he would offer more, he would also pay attention even to our water glass even after we closed the check, and best of all, was that he's super funny, the Chicken sliders where my favorite dish above all since they were spicy and sweet My only concern was that they need to change the music playlist since it wasn't fun or uplifting, the mysic was very low and upsetting

In addition to the BEST musician in Naples - Peter Kolter - (Mercato on Thursdays & Sundays) we just had wonderful service from Ashley & Grace at the bar. Super attentive & friendly. A+

All around excellent experience!!! Service from Keyla was 10/10 and the shrimp tacos were incredible! Props to the chefs!

Awesome decor, great food, great service

Nice location, great to sit outside and watch “the parade of people”. Chicken Marsala GREAT with wonderful vegetables (!) as was the wedge salad. Chicken Milanese “OK”… didn’t know it would be fried. . Service good. Enjoyable happy hour. :-)

I stopped in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The patio was half full, and the restaurant was mostly empty. I sat at the bar and ordered a Caesar salad with salmon, and had an old fashioned cocktail. I think the patio and bar seating and restaurant are very appealing. There was a somewhat unpleasant odor at the bar area, akin to a medicinal or cleaning solution smell along with something that smelled like sour milk. My Caesar salad and the salmon were very, very good. My old fashioned cocktail was not. I am a big fan of indoor/outdoor seating areas and I enjoyed my time and my lunch here.

I’m being generous with 3 stars. I wish I could give them 2.5 stars. Went on St. Patrick’s day around 3 o’clock. We started with a couple of drinks. My wife liked hers but my Paloma was terrible. I sent it back. It was supposed to be like a Margarita, but it tasted like a glass of lemon water. The appetizers were good. Calamari and firecracker shrimp. I ordered fish and chips and it was terrible. The fish was soggy and bland and the fries were bland as well. My wife had the sliders and they were bland too. I ordered the prime rib chili and I enjoyed it. It was very flavorful. The chili ended up being the best part of the meal. Won’t go back.
