Been coming here for 4 year still good so yeah great place come check it out is fun!

The best restaurant, nightclub in Naples to have a great time, the music 🎶 and the service 10 out of 10

Omg don’t go here. Legit the worst service due to understaff and the music sucks big time. There’s soooo many better places to go to where you are happy paying $16 with tip for a glass of wine you have to scream for.

We host ladies' night socials in SWFL and decided to try CAVO on Saturday, June 22nd. Having spoken to the manager several times, we reserved seating for our group of 30 ladies. We arrived at 7:05 pm and were assigned only one server. By 7:40 pm, the server was still taking drink orders, so I requested the front desk to assign another server, and they did. However, what shocked us was that both servers assigned to us were new and had no idea about the menu. One of them couldn't even spell the menu items, and I had to dictate the spelling of each item. She didn't know what a flight is, and I had to explain it to her, even though it's mentioned in their bar menu. One would expect the restaurant/bar to provide proper training before hiring people. Our food order taking was done by 8 pm. We waited for our food to arrive, only to get another surprise: the server forgot to write the table number with the food orders. So, she had to take everyone's order again at 8:05 pm. One of the ladies with us ordered a burrata salad, and it took 40 minutes to arrive because the server accidentally gave it to another party. While the food, drinks, and music were amazing, the service was beyond horrendous. All I can say is that I am never going back, nor will any of the ladies from our group.

Shame on you Cavo. Legally serving us customers for 5 hours and then a person in our group trips and falls, they get MANHANDLED for being drunk, and then dragged out of the establishment by a power hungry bouncer. I have never seen such an act of aggression by security followed by a sweep in by an equally aggressive CC officer Banyan. This is Naples? You would have thought we were outright trouble. A group of 5 older professionals treated like this. While allowing barely legal customers in? Never again, shame on you.

Wow where do i start, this restaurant is in the Mercato area of Naples which is very nice. We purchased a Groupon voucher for a 3 course meal and were expecting this to be great. What a terrible meal the starter was chunks of Feta on top of watermelon, followed by a main of the worst Ribs i have ever eaten in the USA. The desert was average at best No wonder this place was almost empty

Service gets 1 star because it is not communicated that at 10pm, all barstools and tables will be removed when Cavo converts to a dance club. Fine, but let people know this ahead of time. A staff member took the barstools from right under our A$$ at the bar, while we had full drinks and planned to continue spending. No explanation or apology! People across from us were eating at a table.. They removed the chairs and the table as they were eating! The group looked confused and angry. Bad that this is not properly communicated. Also bad that the music schedule online is never updated and often wrong when it is. Really a shame, because Cavo could be a great place, but will continue to lose customers as time goes on.. Going forward, we plan to spend our money at the Blue Martini or elsewhere...

The best nightclub in Naples, a 10/10 atmosphere, fast and efficient service

The truth is I was visiting and I had a great time but when you order a drink at the bar they don't serve you the corresponding ounces they serve you one ounce

This place is very shady with final bill. They automatically add 25% tip, It’s their policy the manager say. NOT WITH MY MONEY

A changing of the guard. Cavo has replaced Blue Martini as the fun place to go out and dance to retro music. Bar service isn't fast but ambiance makes up for it.

They close at 2am but the security will physically pick you up and throw you out if you don't finish your overpriced drink at 1:55. Bunch of clowns.

My favorite place in Naples, but summers are brutal. Not sure why they don't fix their AC or put some fans. Unless they fix it they will have to wait till the end of summer. The amount of business the loose to nextdoor just because their AC is not working

This is the second time that I go here and both times have been a terrible time due to management. They are incredibly rude. The drinks are terrible and overpriced. The music is mid. Definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a good time.

Hubby and I stopped in after eating in Mercato….it was only 5:30 so Happy Hour should be happening but the bartender, I think her name is Brittany, said a bunch of coworkers were suspended and she was training a girl and didn’t inform us that happy hour doesn’t exist anymore! So I ordered the mango mule which is usually on happy hour for $7 but when the bill came it was $14 and Brittany said rudely that it’s $14. Food is awful and pricy drinks, no wonder we were the only people in the place!

Come see the teens and retirees combine forces to create an atmosphere that you have to cringe from! $27 for a gin and tonic & yeungling. Go elsewhere if you can

DECEPTIVE HAPPY HOUR PRICES! We were not given the menu for beer and wine that were included in happy hour until we were already given our check. Website also does not list what beer and wines are included in happy hour. Server also did not inform us when we were ordering. Will not be back!

I found it very lively, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The DJ played only good music, lots of beautiful people and a great atmosphere! Regarding the drink, the vodka was good and they served a juice to mix (the juice was very sweet, concentrated and artificial). It's a shame it closes early at 2am because the music was lively.

They have a policy that is applied unevenly. My friend who's black was told to remove his fitted cap. But a white man who had a cowboy hat on wasn't told to remove his hat. They also told non black people to remove their fitted hats. But why are different hats allowed? Makes no sense

We had the Filet Migon and Wagu Hamburger- Both were excellent and delicious. Service was also top notch, kind, courteous and timely.

Great atmosphere to see bands perform. Good dancefloor space. The charcuterie board was enjoyed by my family and friends. The only complaint would be the fact that we were there for over 5 hours and our server did not check in on us. After the board and carafe of water were dropped off, she disappeared. The server didn't even drop off our check so we could pay. Ended up having to bother the crew behind the bar so someone could figure out how to help us. We get that it was really busy, but still check in especially if wanting to get paid. I don't like giving a low number of stars, however, being honest with my experiences is important. We ended up having to stop somewhere else to get dinner.

I like this place a lot. The DJs here actually put in effort to play newer songs and combine different songs that go really well together! Love that. Unfortunately the drinks are quite pricey and not strong enough.

Cavo is a fun place! I'm part of one of the bands that play there. The food is excellent & bar tenders are phenomenal!

We stopped in after dinner for a couple of drinks and some dessert while getting quality people watching ! The drinks were okay, and the greek donuts were pretty good, but the 80's night theme crowd and live music was very entertaining.

Went there for drinks and dancing, love live music. Danced for 4 songs then took our group to the bar. Watched for 4 more songs at the bar, not very busy with 4 bartenders. They were stocking beer and replacing glasses. The male bartender, that kept walking by, kept ignoring attempts to make eye contact. Planned on staying a few hours and drinking and dancing but seriously, how much patience should you have to give someone your business and tip their staff? Haven’t been here for good but won’t be back. Too bad, loved the band.

The 5 stars are earned because they had DJ Francisco. Would only come back if he is playing again.

Food was good, and so was service. Nothing here really blew my mind to say I need to come back here, but it is an experience. Better to go to happy hour to compensate for the overcharge on prices. For example an known popular sake bottle, which goes for 37$ in store was selling for 200. Like huh? But typical Miami hustle. Not worth it to me but a nice fancy 4th or 5th date option.

Wonderful experience for a fun night out. Lance was so pleasant and definitely made us feel safe. That Coral Stone Band played everything we love. We will be back !!!

CAVO LOUNGE offers it all. Great food, drinks and an upscale atmosphere. Your staff is so very professional, especially Lance and Cristal. They make it easier to have an enjoyable evening out.

an accident waiting to happen. Smoke cannon sprayed directly in my eyes and left me injured.... attempted to inform staff and was shrugged off and told "they've been there for years with no problems ". Watched it hit two other women in the face and the response was "the manager is just going to say to move"(we already had) and "face the other way when dancing ". Absolutely repulsive

Passed by last night and had a great time! It was a slower night in terms of crowd but the DJ had the people dancing! Best part was that women drink free till 11, which was awesome - got to save some $$$ :) will def be going back on a Friday

Men had to pay $10 to enter an empty club to buy an overpriced drink. Crowd, atmosphere, DJs, service, all got 1 star. Disappointed is an understatement.

Lance Armstrong is the Best Manager so far in In all Mercato He is always welcoming. His staff is great. Food is much better. Entertainment is always fabulous. Thank you all.

Went for my best friends 40th birthday and we had the best night. Rich who works there made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Sitting here in court and 2 separate cases are related to this place and restraining orders from people buying to many drinks from this establishment. Getting Drunk then the cops called on them by management for disorderly conduct. Great way to treat your clients.

AWESOME HAPPY HOUR! The Cavo lounge Hosted Our Large Group (The Wine Tasters of Naples) this past Friday evening for Our Club's weekly Happy Hour. Managers Lance Armstrong and Cristol, as well as, Chef Daniel put organized and Hosted a Wonderful Evening! The Food, Service, Atmosphere and Happy Hour prices make Cavo one of the Best places in Naples to enjoy in Naples! Great Job Cavo!

Service was good, but they never told us that they would be close at 10 pm and on the website show that they close at 2:00 pm.

There’s a young Hispanic male in his 20s that’s a bouncer who lacks any ounce of professionalism there. The drinks were great, but with terrible people like that it brings everything else down several notches.

The music and the place are nice, but unfortunately their customer service is terrible. They Lost my credit card at the bar and after a long wait I had to ask for the manager of the place to make the bartender and the server looked for it. After 1 hour of stress and bad attitude they pulled the card from behind the counter.

04/05/2023 One of those spots not frequently in the area with live music and a perfect combination of beautiful peoples and good vibes. Great service by the bartender and always ready for you at the time you require them. I haven't tasted the food, but maybe it's not for me the spot to have dinner in. Congratulations to the musicians and the full-time dancer.

Bartenders must make a lot of money without having to be pleasant. Rude male bartender never smiled once in the 2 hours I was there. Acted like he was doing everyone a favor getting them a drink. Never thanked anyone for tips. I was told the female at the other bar was not better. Too many other places to go

Oh what a night! Wednesday nights with the Robert Williamson band, a three hour dance party! The street tacos and spanikopita pinwheels were delicious, the atmosphere was electric and everyone came to dance and have a great time! We will be back💃

I cannot rave enough about what a great time me and my girlfriends had at Cavo Lounge! Rich, our VIP host, gave our night an elevated feel! He made our night so carefree and memorable. He was attentive and sent us a bottle of champagne, checked on us to make sure EVERYTHING was PERFECT, and even had a bouncer nearby to keep our group private. All my girlfriends were talking about what a great night we had the next day! Thank you, Rich, for taking such great care of us and making sure our night was one for the books! We cannot wait to come back again and do this all over again!

Music was to loud, cigar smoke from 2 outdoor tables was annoying. Usually our experience is much better.

We went to see one of our favorite local musicians. As always El Gato delivered a fun, energy packed performance! Lots of dancing and people of different generations all grooving to a variety of Latin and rock and roll tunes. In addition the food was very good-we enjoyed several of the creative small plates.

Be careful at this place. New year's eve a young man was reported missing at the police station after three calls to the restaurant to please search for him once they had cleared out. They claimed that they searched and that nobody was left there. However, in the morning he was found sleeping on their patio. The complete disregard for the concerned family members looking for this young man is hard to believe. If this young man had needed hospitalization due to having been overserved, this restaurant would be looking at serious consequences.

I highly recommend this place if you want to get shot! ***I mean a shot. *edit. For those who don’t know people have died at this bar by gunshot. Have fun!

Love the look of this club and the bartenders here! The outside area with the lights and tables are such a vibe and really set the mood for the night. Everyone is so friendly from security to the lovely door ladies. The music is always great and changes up each weekend. Definitely a spot to check out.

Great Place to dance & socialize. although I have heard of some eerie issues as of late. I wouldn't write it off because of some freak incident. The location is very safe & secure. Maybe could use more security. Mercato in general is an amazing place to visit. Stop in to Cavo & make up your own mind. I've visited a dozen times or more throughout the years & always have fun.

Great spot to get shot in the head after a bar fight

This was my first time going to Cavo and was loving the vibe and the drinks. The bar staff was friendly and did phenomenal on making me and my wife’s drinks. Now I’ve been to clubs all around the world, but I have never been so uncomfortable and disrespected by a security staff in a club like that before. Please get your security team in check because I know I’m not the only one. Safety is definitely #1 priority in any place/situation but this was just uncalled for.

We were there on vacation and had the BEST service. SK was so friendly, warm and welcoming. She took the time to make sure we were taken care of. Her service was so fast and she was just hustling! No mistakes, always a smile . When we go back in the spring, we will make sure to seek her out. She's a gem! :)

Went with a group specifically to support the band last night. First time there. Loved the atmosphere, the service was great, the food was nothing special. I didn’t like my Caesar salad but my friend got the charcuterie board that looked good. The bathroom was nice and clean. Small dance area, and the workers kept walking through all the people dancing so not sure if it’s really a dance area. Overall our group had fun.

Terrible facility. Treated my friend horribly who was just minding his business. Don’t go here horrible managers and bouncers who are insulting and rude. They also took my money to play a song and didn’t play it.

Four of us went for a Happy Hour at Cavo and we were very "happy"! Service, food, drinks were great - all very reasonable ! Be back again !

I went there Saturday night and people who were checking IDs were ignoring the line and talking to themselves for the longest time while about 15 people left the club. Finally got in at at some point the bouncers where walking around and literally pushing people out of the way while there was clearly room for them to walk around the patrons. They seemed like they wanted to stir trouble with people who have been drinking all night and did not care. Horrible place to be at. Had a lousy time and do not recommend this place whatsoever. A place should make people feel welcomed and safe and certainly not instigate anything.
