I don’t think I have ever been at a place with the fewest number of staff trying to serve the greatest number of people and for this terrible service they add a 20% gratuity. This place should be out of business but the great location they have been given is saving them— hopefully they don’t fiu.

As long-time Pelican Marsh residents we were so excited at the idea of having a casual place to eat/drink inside the community. However, after about 10-15 dinners, a lot of money spent, and many conversations with fellow residents, the consensus among all of us in a nutshell is that Courtside’s food is just average at best, the service is usually poor, female hostess is usually rude (If you’re under the age of 50 expect to be treated like a second class citizen), and the atmosphere is nice.
